Entire building stunk. Very hot inside. Our room had only 1 lamp that worked. The bathroom was nasty had rust in the shower and no fan to circulate air. We found a big crawling on the bed. The breakfast was trash. Very limited and congested. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overall worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We will never stay at one of these again.

The staff was helpful and nice we were only there for one night, We booked it because of the so-called good reviews that were on this site but won't in our cleanest supposed to be but when we got there our room look like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks there were so many giants stains all over the floor there was crumbs and stuff all swept under the desk in the room. Overall property was okay but the room was not clean at all. Staff was friendly.

I liked the layout where the lobby was in the middle and open to the second floor. It gave a secure feeling when staying on the second floor.

The "free" breakfast is also quite lacking when compared to comparable properties and the coffee was abysmal. We did not partake in the breakfast after the first day, it was so lacking. Wyndham should either perform more frequent inspections of its independently owned properties that are using the corporate name, or demand higher standards of the owners.

The room was spacious bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. We had two queens and one was harder than the other so we jist played musical beds a little. Pillows were nice a squishy! Always a bonus for us. The bathroom is in serious need of a deep scrub and detail. Especially the shower. It was nasty but you could tell they just hit the high spots and it could use some extra tlc, especially where the walls meet the tub those lines were getting pretty bad, around the s

There was a very nice gentleman who worked there who was helped us out a great deal. Before we checked in, we came to the hotel to look at the property. Although our pre-visit was during cleaning time, he still took time to show us a room so that we could make our decision. As a result of his help and because the accommodations were adequate, we chose to stay there. The other African-American gentleman who worked the front desk was also very nice and helpful. I was turned off by the young lady who worked the front desk. As I was leaving for work, I stopped to report that the handle on the toilet had broken and needed to be repaired. The first thing she asked me was when was I checking out of the hotel. When I told her I would not be leaving until Saturday, she then expressed interest in getting the repair done. I walked away thinking that if I was checking out that day, it would not have been an urgent matter, but since I was returning the same day, she made it important. When I returned, I checked on the status of the repair and it had not been done. It was later that night when my toilet was finally fixed. This kind of action did not make me feel like I was a valued customer.

I would advise finding another location nearer Savannah. I was extremely disappointed in the condition of this hotel. Roaches, rust in bathtub, stains on sheets, hotel was not very clean and just didn't feel very safe here.

The room fridge had mold, in the freezer section and the top shelf of fridge. A lot of mold, so wasn't a recent development. We recently stayed at the Wingate in Pooler, Ga and it was MUCH nicer hotel.

This hotel is dated and needs updating. The carpeting in the room was ripped and worn. The halls and room had a strong air freshener smell. The beds were comfy and it all appeared to be relatively clean. Cheap overnight stay on a trip to Florida. Would probably stay somewhere else next time.

The microwave was non functional, but the front desk came upstsirs and tried to fix it.

Seemed clean except the rug felt like it could use better vacuuming and a good wash. Also rug had worn spot where if you stepped on it, you could feel the tacks that held it down. Bathroom fan was not working. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall, we felt clean and comfortable and would stay there again.

Management allowed partying to be conducted on the property by large groups of people and kids yelling while running up and down the hall, well beyond midnight on 4 of the 6 nights of our stay. The carpets in the room needed attention. There were old marks of an attempted break-in to our room. The door to our room did not open or close properly and the bathroom door would not close properly. The shower water was slow to drain. Bedding was clean. But carpet was old and looked dirty. Staff was lazy. Breakfast was big a disappointment. Bottom line we will not be staying at a Wyndham/Holiday Inn property again.

I was severely bitten up by bed bugs and the noise coming from a party outside our window keep us awake until after 3am.

First room smelled when we opened the door so we requested a new room. The second room the front attendant went up there before us. When we got to the room he has sprayed air freshener. I was fine with that. We sprayed down the bed and surrounding areas as we usually do. We left and returned later that evening. After preparing for a shower (my first time entering the bathroom) it stunk. I sprayed the bathroom down. That's when w was going to shower only to find the perimeter of the shower to have mold around it and the bars inside the tub. Ohhhh, that's the stinky smell in the bathroom! Privately owned and operated. Several cleaning staff were out front on the bench handing out and talking while the rooms apparently were being neglected! That's why I recommend and almost exclusively use VRBO! I have never had a bad experience with VRBO!

When I entered the room, I was greeted by unpleasant odors and a dirty carpet. However, aside from these issues, the room was otherwise acceptable.

Room: TV did not work - front desk manager said he would get it fixed but did not, toilet wouldn't stop running, shower faucet very noisy. Breakfast: scrambled eggs horrible, room left unattended the entire time we were in there, floors saturated with sticky maple syrup, limited selection.

On the downside, the hotel feels a little outdated. The room still had carpet, which may not appeal to everyone, and the blackout curtains did not fully cover the window, allowing some light into the room at night. Just before going to bed a heard steps from the upper room but didn't last much longer than half hour. The pillows were smaller than expected, and the body towels were also on the smaller side. Another thing to note is that the bathroom had a bathtub shower combo instead of a walk-in shower, toiletries are very small, no body wash was provided. Overall, it was still a comfortable and clean stay with a good breakfast and a good breakfast and friendly convenience, but a few updates would make the experience even better.

This hotel is very close to the busy highway and the traffic noise in the room was bad. The hotel is your basic “stay a night and go” place. Nothing special, only adequate.

Bathroom had the people 's hair on floor. Carpet was old , looks dirty . Water leak in hallway being caught by a bucket, half full. Breakfast at 6:30 AM was dry cereal with no milk, sausage gravy and biscuits were the only hot item I walked away

If you check in any earlier then 4:30am, you are required to pay for the day prior as well, even if you pay the $50 early check in fee. Beds were comfortable, awesome pillows, nice fluffy comforter and clean!

Parking has lots of room. Check in was great, fast. I was able to park right outside my room. Bed was lovely, very comfy. It was well lit outside, so I felt safe walking my two dogs. Which was great after driving for 8 hours, they needed a good walk. My room was on the 2nd floor, very quiet. I would stay here again. I did not have breakfast there, just grabbed a yogurt to go. Only two negatives, the bathroom should be completely recaulked. It makes the bathroom look dirty. The whole vanity area needs a good scrub. Fix these two things, on my next stay, I will give you a 10. Thank you

We had no complaints, the staff was excellent, we were traveling with my wife's service dog and we're had a rekaxing stay, coming from NJ, we will make this place our regular stop on our way to our Florida home.

This place is a ran down, make it till we file bankruptcy motel. The place stinks and the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in years. Black mold in the restroom and by the AC unit. I will not be going back here ever again.

I booked an animal friendly room and when we walked into the room it was obvious the room was used and not clean. The sheets had black dog hair (we have a golden so it wasn’t from us) and dirt on them but the beds were made. The pillows smelled dirty. The sink also had toothpaste and soap residue. I understand a quick run around but it’s not justified to not wash your sheets between customers. Especially ones you charge a $35 extra fee for pets.

Well i must say the staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable but they need to work on fixing up each room one at a time. The carpet in our room was so stained and disgusting I would not walk on it barefoot. Carpet is a thing of the pass and they need to remove the old smelly carpets and but down regular flooring. Thats the modern thing from the last 10 years. There was rust on the outside of the bathtub and by the drain inside the tub. Breakfast was horrible. Poor selection and when its gone there is no more. Even went down many different days at different times. Went out everyday for breakfast.

Easy check in. I chose this hotel because many reviews highlighted how clean the property was, but my experience was the exact opposite and very concerning. In the morning, while using the bathroom, my minor daughter discovered a used condom in the bathroom trash can in our room. This strongly suggests that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned or inspected prior to our arrival, which is unacceptable for any hotel. What made the situation worse was the staff’s response. When I reported the issue, there was no apology and no sense of urgency or concern about what had happened. The situation was treated like a routine complaint, and the only thing offered was $20 in credit for the hotel store, which I declined. This is not simply an inconvenience — it is a serious sanitation and quality control failure. Guests trust that rooms, especially bathrooms, are thoroughly cleaned before check-in. I hope management reviews this incident carefully and re-evaluates both housekeeping procedures and staff training, because no guest — and certainly no family traveling with children — should have to experience something like this. I would strongly encourage management to address this issue publicly and ensure it does not happen again.

While the hotel seems to have been updated ( repainted exterior, new mattresses, repainted rooms) doors were exterior unlocked for anyone to enter even though keypad is there to use. Bathroom touchups to areas needing repairs were not esthetically pleasing. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was mini everything from muffins to bread. Next trip we will skip this hotel.

We recently stayed in a best western for about the same price with much better quality of amenities and breakfast. There wasn't much we did like. At least the beds seemed clean. The room was a little dirty. I had to clean around the bathroom doorknob. The top shelf of the refrigerator was sticky. Stains on carpet. Bathroom door was hanging crooked and difficult to shut. Shower curtain torn. Light from hallway could be seen from hallway. BUT MOST OF ALL THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ANY MONEY WHEN WE HAD TO LEAVE ONE NIGHT EARLY DUE TO AN EMERGENCY AT HOME!

Room was clean, had a couple minor shortcomings, like lights not working, no DND sign to signal cleaners that we were still in the room, hairdryer was broken. We went to eat breakfast at 8 am and there were no eggs or sausage. We knocked on the kitchen door and they said they would fix some, first eggs and then sausage; we waited ten to fifteen minutes not really knowing so we ate hard boiled eggs and yogurt. It was okay, but not great.

Nice hotel. Staff was so nice and respectful. The room was overall nice and clean; However there were a few spots of juice on the hard floor by the door where you first walk in and also on one of the bed comforters. There is an unmentioned $50 fee that will be charged at the front desk if you check in a few hours early.

Room was alright, this was just a quick overnight on the way south. The towels were not the best. Two couples across the hallway were talking loud at night in the hallway, but of cause not you fault.

Large rooms wiith several waste baskets, very convenient. Comfy beds with memory foam. Nice TV. Decent refrigerator, typical smaller and less powerful microwave. Quet. Nice shower with toilet and shower seperate from grooming area. Nice enough breakfast with orange juice and coffee. Climate control on the wall. If you need more heat just adjust it up until you hear it kick on.

The tub room needs TLC. Grab bar looks ugly with goop on each end. The shower rod needs cleaning all around it along with the grab bars. Wall paper needs fixing in there too. Little coffee pot needs to be replaced, the cup that holds the coffee pod doesn't fit properly. TV has 2 remotes, explaination of how to make the tv work would be helpful.

As far as the breakfast, everything was low of stock and there was still an hour to go. We got there before 8 AM and there would be like four packs of oatmeal, ran out of eggs and empty shelves. The staff was very friendly though, so maybe it’s beyond their control.

The bathroom door was awful. It needed painting. The shower head was new as was the shower curtain and the shower curtain rod. However the door and floor needed attention!!! The room was very clean and the thermostat was very good.

Everything in the hotel were great EXCEPT the constant SLAMMING Doors that keep you up all night every time someone closes their door. AND THE SURROUNDING GROUNDS WERE FILLED WITH GARBAGE AND DEBRIS. But enjoyed our stay

Had two queen beds and both sheet sets has prominent stains on them, although the sheets seemed fresh we chose to sleep on our top sheets for obvious reasons.The door had a ridiculously loud squeak whenever you went in or out. The drain in the shower was rusty and the handle in the bathroom was coming off. We chose to stay in the room as we had already unpacked and settled in before we noticed the linen on the beds. Wish I had a do over because it took away from my Georgia experience. We also took pictures of the stains. Not ok

The Receptionist Stacy Ann went well above to help us after we made an error in adding additional days. She was excellent, professional and Extremely Pleasant. The only problem was your doors slam too hard waking you up everytime someone leaves the room. But overall it was extremely good.

The room was in rough shape. It had looked like there were several repairs. The floor on the bathroom was wet when we got there there was like a hole in the bathroom that looked like it was just kind of patched up recently. The food wasn’t great at the breakfast. The staff were very nice though.

They did not allow us to check in so we did not stay there. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Only adult traveling with 2 kids and 2 dogs and she would not accomodate us after a 13 hour car ride. I require a refund. She told me to contact expedia. We went to the wyndham right new door and they extremely accommodating. Do not recommend and i want my money back.

The room definitely needs to be refurbished. But it was comfortable enough to sleep for one night. But the coffee machine didn’t work- it only brewed about two tablespoons of coffee. The breakfast was bad too. No regular coffee available (only decaf) and the eggs and sausage that were there looked disgusting. The only thing edible was a waffle and yogurt.

My stay was peaceful, quiet and clean. What I did NOT like is that I had to wait and yell constantly for someone to come to the desk. Each time I needed someone. The AC in my room was constantly on and I had to unplug it to turn it off. It only works on the setting that’s programmed on it. So if you happen to be cold blooded like me you’re going to freeze if you don’t unplug it. The water piled up in the tub when I showered and didn’t go down so I had to make it a very brief shower. Lastly, if you leave for any reason and return after 9pm good luck finding a parking spot. In spite of all the negative I had a peaceful nights rest and you pretty much get what you pay for.

Suite don't have doors on the rooms but it's separate from the common area. So why no door doesn't make sense if you have guests. You leave that bathroom and have to walk to the bedroom with not private door. We had to use the closet in the room for privacy from kids.

I had a small issue with my reservation and the front desk was very helpful clearing things up.

The room was decent, but the room was not clean. It’s almost as if no one checked on the room nor has stayed in the room. I’m very leery at sleeping in two star hotels for the reasons I have listed above. My biggest concern is insect, and I found at least 2 dead insects. Also found hair which attributes, to the uncleanliness and poor housekeeping. When I see bugs, it’s hard for me to sleep. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I was traveling for work. That was only there for a few hours so I didn’t get the best sleep.

Have more breakfast options and cook real eggs instead of liquid/ powder eggs

The property itself was spotless and felt very well cared for, which gave us peace of mind traveling with family. Between the cleanliness of the rooms and the warmth of the staff, it felt like they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time there. What could have easily turned into a frustrating experience was instead one of the best hotel stays we’ve had, and it’s all thanks to the people who work here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone passing through Savannah.

The luggage transport card was absolutely filthy, look like it had blood stains on the carpeted floor but the luggage carrier. I elected the hand carry my luggage after seeing that. This thing needs to be replaced ASAP.

Property was in easy access to 95N/S clean room . I didnt like the fact it didn't have body wash Shampoo/ Conditioner like all the other Hotels I have stayed in. I had to go to CVS an buy what i needed for a nice Hot shower. Traveling many hours I feel the Hotel should provide theses products !

Our washroom was too bad and flush was not working, requested a new room but receptionist refused. Was a terrible experience. Sorry to post this.

The staff was friendly BUT the hotel room was dirty, from the walls to the carpet. Also the room couldn’t have been clean before I got it because items from the last guess were still on the floor. And housekeeping knocked and tried to enter the room right after, I reported it to management but you don’t knock let yourself in without giving the guess a chance to get up and open the door 👎

We did a one night stay with our pet while traveling. This hotel was clean, very pet friendly and quite comfortable. Pretty good breakfast included, scrambled eggs, saisage, waffles, cereals, fruit, coffee, tea and Juices. If traveling with a pet I would definitely recommend.

and he tried everything he could do to help in spite of a tough situation. Our room had multiple outlets that did not function. This was a hassle trying to find a working outlet for my cpap. The morning breakfast was subpar at best. It was fine for the price and convenience but would likely try another property next time.

The staff member that checked us in was awesome. I assume it was the owners standing behind the young man with there arms crossed staring at me and the young man checking us in. We went to the far end where our room was. The door leading in was broke so no locking door into the stairwell from the parking lot. Then the next door into the hallway the lock was broken and handle was missing. It has good bones but it seems some basic repairs have been overlooked. I travel a bunch for work and I can overlook a lot of things but it was the weird vibe from the couple staring at me and would not speak. They seemed to also be stressing out the awesome gentlemen who was checking us in.

The Front desk Clerk was super nice and welcoming. The room was clean with some upgrades. The coffee Machine in the lobby was my favorite. Check out was easy and clerk was nice. Parking was easy, safe and there were a variety of places to shop and eat nearby

The rooms stink like dog!! Request ed non pet room, sent to dirst one HORRIBLE! Sent to secind one as bad maybe worse, stayed after unloading everything. COULD NOT BREATH ENTIRE STAY!! Air conditioning stunk. This hotel is NOT WYNDHAM QUALITY!!! Dont be fooled, lobby is VERY CLEAN. REST OF IT GROSS!!

Breakfast room was far too cramped. Waffle machine needs to be placed in an open area, not a corner where people standing in line to use it block everything on the counters.

The hotel is fine for a quick stay while on the road on I-95.

Rooms were dark. Shower was not clean and had bugs crawling at the bottom of the tub. It looked like they had painted and primed about the tub, commode and sink in the bathroom, but has never finished. Halls were dark and there was virtually no one around.

Soon arrival we notice roaches in the room both dead and alive. Dirty floor in the bathroom. Informed manager on duty. Had to cut trip short due to the uncleanliness of hotel. My wife spoke with owner and he reimbursed the the last day due to the conditions.

We stayed for 5 days When we arrived to the hotel the bathroom toilet was running. We tried to fix it and it didn’t work. We had to get the front desk guy to come and put a temp fix on the toilet. It ran the whole time we was there. It smelled so bad we had to purchase a can of Lysol. To desinfectes the beds and the bathroom. The bed was made but had stains on the bed as if someone was eating on the sheets. Each day that the house keeping came in to change the sheets they reused the same sheets that where there, not once did they ever changed them. Everything in the room had long strand of hair the beds had a lot of hair and so did the towels and wash clothes. I was just so disappointed in the location

The floor felt like I was going to sink or it was going to cave in. The floor had a area were the carpet had been cut so I was a little taken aback regarding that area.

Great one night stay experience. We were traveling from North Carolina to Orlando universal studios and needed a place to sleep for the night and it was fast and convenient, very clean, quiet, comfortable. Got breakfast included as well this morning.

If you’re short on coins, or need a quick stay then book it. Lots of places to eat there, outlets and other restaurants bout 15 mins away. There were a few low budgets things in the room that needs to be fixed or replaced. The POOL was closed indefinitely smh. Needs to be taken off there website and advertisement. Staff courtesy, engagement and attentiveness was low to none. I would not stay there again unless I’m a super budget

We spent 12 hours driving and wanted a place that was safe, comfortable, and convenient. This hotel was all 3; we walked to dinner at a restaurant that was recommended by the staff, and slept well in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection and we were back on the road!

It was a good stay

Checked in to hotel with no problem. The problem was I only booked this hotel because of the pool. The lady told me that the pool was out of order. It was never on the site as being down. I checked the website and it said the pool would be closed until 06/25/25. It was July 4th. The only thing she had to say is oh I guess we should up date the website. No apology or compensation for the inconvenience. I would have never booked this place if I knew the pool was out of order. The breakfast was not good and the juice machine was not working correctly. I will not be staying there again.

I am no happy overall

Stopped over on a Friday night on the way from FL to NC beaches. Easy to find with Google Maps. Hotel staff was awesome, gentleman at front desk gave two easy options nearby for dinner, both in walking distance. The Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic. My husband picked up breakfast from the offerings downstairs the next morning, easy, tasty and filling. Only concern was the side door on main floor wouldn't automatically close completely and people kept leaving it open. Safety first folks!

I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Stacey and Phillip at the front desk offer excellent customer service! The only thing I didn't like was. 1. Too many dogs on the property but they are a pet friendly hotel. 2. The pool is out of service looks like it has been for years.

Bed felt very comfortable but I left due to me feel my skin crawling. Also had a non smoking room but smelled weed. The appearance looked worth the money. A closer look proved me wrong . Keep it to 1 night if you have to.

pictures on internet oversell this property - not in a great area and more like a motel. We booked three rooms and all were dirty and seemed half way cleaned. All doors seemed to have history of trying to break in or pry open with old locks. Noisy rooms next door and not great lighting in parking lot. Spend the extra $ to get a decent hotel not in this area.

Terrible breakfast because limited selection and can be improved. Their idea of sausage was skiced hotdogs. Building structure was old. Just expect bare essentials. On a posotive note, the hotel staff is courteous and responsive. The bed sheets are clean and mattress is comfortable. AC was fine.

As a result of both these incidences, I did not stay my second night, even though it was fully paid for and went and found accommodations elsewhere.

The check in was fine, the lobby decor is nice, gym looked ok (I didn’t use it or go in). I brought my 100lb Rottweiler & 55lb Husky on a road trip and dropped in here for the night. They put us in room 128. The room decor is way less appealing vs. the modern look of the lobby. The room lights didn’t turn on when we walked in and flipped the switch, I had to navigate the dark to find switches that did work. The lamp in between the two beds. I loop realized later as I woke up to a dim flickering light bulb
