We went to Savannah for all of our activities.

We stayed here on a road trip, so we were only there one night. The room was clean. Very simple amenities but met our needs. Breakfast was ok -- not a lot of options but it worked.

The gym was horrible only 3 machines and one didn’t work. Also no air in there it was musty

I stopped here going to Florida and had a great nights rest.

The overall experience was very excellent.

The property was clean and tidy. The front desk man was polite. However I saw on two occasions unhappy patrons talking with a lady at the front desk and she came off with a tone that was rude. The breakfast was not too bad but basic. They had waffle, cold and hot cereal, some fruit, juices, coffee and milk.

Bed was too hard for my bad back. Trash piled up beside parking lot. They charged me for both my dogs when the info on the facility said it was one charge for both if under certain weight. I WILL make sure to tell everyone I know NOT to book their stay there.

It was clean, quiet and easy location to access.

I ussually like Best western plus Hotels but this one is not good, I paid $170 for the night, when I went for check in the lobby was dark, most lights were off, the lady was sitting in the lobby watching tv, she got up and acted like it was a bother to have to do my check in. My room had a heavy smell of humidity, musty. After I showered my feet got really dirty with the carpet, just from walking from the shower to the bed , thats how dirty it was. And than lastly the hotel is under construction. If the rate would have been $80 for the night I wouldn’t have left a bad review, but this was a $170 night.

The refrigerator had old food and things left , gross the housecleaning didn’t even check.

Staff was outstanding - Mary & Lee at front desk & maids and breakfast cook were great too. BUT the property is being renovated and 1st floor is closed. There were no chairs in our room - 1st room had noisy A/C, toilet didn't flush, TV didn't work and outlet. The 2nd room we were given was better but still no chairs, one of the maids gave us her chair. Toilet was a kids size. Noisy metal doors kept us up at night slamming. No phones in room to call desk. We were there 5 days because of hurricane Milton. I wish I had known about the renovation, we would have gone to another motel.

Lost power due to Helene. Never got to stay in my room. Never got a refund.

I reserved my room a week in advance and when I got there to check in they didn't have my reservation at all. I handed them the confirmation information and they still said they didn't have my reservation. They blamed it on the hurricane, but my reservation was set for the hurricane.

They didn’t have power and my stay was canceled and I even had a protection plan and you all refuse to refund my money

The bed was comfortable. However, the entire facility smelled so strongly of a chemical odor. The room was especially strong and we dealt with headaches for the night. The staff was fantastic and very nice. Breakfast was quite good too.

Hallway was hot. AC in room blew out a musty smell. The toilet made a whistle sound all night. The closet doors do not shut, are misaligned. .mismatched lighting.

This property/room was very clean. I really liked it. The only issue at all was that the pool was not clean. We are really looking forward to getting in and swimming after being on the road for so long, but It was green.

Breakfast was good. I was disappointed that they had no decaf coffee options and they did not have sugar free syrup options. Hotel was clean and quiet.

Our stay was horrible. The lady at the reception was extremely rude to my family the entire time, from the first contact until the moment we left. When we asked for simple information about the hotel, she responded rudely. Extremely sarcastic and stupid. All this bad mood made us not want to return to this city. The cleaning staff were kinder and more welcoming than that woman at the front desk. She shouldn't work in customer service if she doesn't know how to treat people with a minimum of politeness and kindness. The room looked clean, but the lamps wouldn't turn off and we had to take them out to sleep and put them back in the morning. We saw cockroaches in the hallways as soon as we arrived. The pool was disgusting, the water looked like mud, full of insects. Impossible to use. The breakfast was poor, there were few options. When checking out, again another rude treatment from the grumpy lady at reception. This is a place I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Drug was really in bad shape in the room. It is a dog room so I’m sure it gets a lot of traction.

smelly outdated room, train goes by every hour from midnight on and it sounds like it is going through the building. Someone’s dog was barking in their room all morning. Hotel needs to be renovated badly.

I booked this property for two nights, though we arrived late, I reminded the clerk that we were booked for two nights; he said everyhthing would be fine for the remainder of the stay. On the thw next morning housekeeping arrived rather early and I asked them to come back within 30 minutes as we were getting dressed. I received a call at anout 3:00 p.m. asking if we left items in our room at that time I reminded her that our reservation was for two nights; she stated no problem. When we returned to the hotel late tgst evening, our keys didn't work, the room wasn't serviced and was told that we left the do not disturb sign on the door; which we didn't. With no clean linen we told told to go back downstairs to retreive clean linen, it would've been our 4th trip back and forth. It was not a good experience

The room was clean except we had trouble with our commode. It did not flush well. When you finally got it flushed it leaked inside commode. The bed had lumpy pillows. Overall the people were friendly and helpful. Thank you

The only thing we had an issue with was the elevator not coming back up when called. Once the desk assistant told us we have to listen for it to moves while we press the button. You're staff is amazing.

Upon arrival. Our toilet in our room was full of previous persons crap. Tired to flush it didn't work. Person at front desk came and tried several times and it still would not flush. She then proceeded to talk to me like I'm stupid and tell me I don't know how to flush a toilet. She also told me they are just floaters don't worry about it. I asked about another room and She told me she had no other rooms I had to stay with it and she refused to give me a refund. Then she started getting nasty with me and yelling at me. So we had to check out and leave.

Unfortunately, when we were there Oct. 2023 the elevator was "under construction". It worked going up to the 3rd floor but we had to take the stairs down. It wouldn't stop at the 3rd floor unless someone was getting off and then you could get on. With bad knees, I didn't enjoy using the stairs.

Very spacious parking lot. Great room, great shower, great bathroom, very comfortable bed, convenient ice machine locations, good supply of luggage carts, great-great breakfast buffet. It was all the best.

The tv would come on the the menu then reboot ,tv menu and reboot over and over. And now i find out thay charge me another 99$ with no explanation.

Loved the breakfast buffet. It was good, clean and convenient. Staff was helpful with my needs and preferences. Amenities were clean and convenient. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, safe and affordable. We will return! I only recommend housekeeping to be more detailed around the fixtures and knobs. Otherwise it was a great experience.

This Best Western Plus was very quiet and clean. The continental breakfast was well stocked and very good. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Big problem checking in due to expedia's "virtual credit card" policy. After 8 hours driving, it took me 1hr & 10 minutes to get checked in due to a problem with this policy. This delay was totally unnecessary! Expedia - fix this issue!

Hotel staff and facility is great

The whole hotel smelled awful for starters, lights in our room were burnt out and not replaced, the fridge was dirty and the bathtub had mold and the bathroom fan was caked in dust. The staff was unprofessional, and it was a huge headache trying to get a crib delivered to my room. They had to borrow from another hotel even though I requested it online, over the phone AND in person. I will never stay here again.

We paid $200 the night for this dirty hotel in bad condition. They also knocked and called at 11am03 to say we have to leave the room. The clientele is .... you will have the surprise

When my wife went to to use the restroom after breakfast there were roaches on the floor in the bathroom. So terrible. Went to the front desk and was told they couldn't do anything since i booked through Expedia. So very unhappy

Easy access to I95 for overnight travel to/from Florida. Skipped free breakfast and went to Waffle House instead.

There was food on the carpet that had not been vacuumed the faucet leaked and did not work the hot water ran out while I was showering and there was a lot of noise from the gas station close by with truckers stopping over
