Very clean.

The service was great. The room is clean and I got a good night's sleep. I liked the price.

Not a great area of Portland. Rooms overall are fine but lots of trash around the property.

Staff were friendly. Bathroom was updated. The carpet was sticky and stained. The sheets had a hole. No door chain. People loitering in the parking lot

The person who registered us was very courteous and friendly. Our stay was very pleasant.

The staff was very friendly. And the room was equipped with a refrigerator.

The gaps in door jam and under door needs to be fixed you can see the outside from inside !

They wouldnt change the microwave that leaked radiation trying to lie and say its fine when I know all about radiation and I am pregnant so I couldnt eat hot food the entire stay or else it would have done harm to my unborn

it was all ok, except the billing pricing thing I booked this room on Booking.com. 1 room 2 night5s, 2 adults. came to $180 plus tax, $27....$207, which was deducted from my bank acount then when I checked in, thjey said I had not paid, and showed me a reciept. i mdidnt see anything on at all.. on check in I had $80 cash and they took $127 off my card, plus the $80 cash, = $207 again. when I asked the management, they said the booking chargew would be removed or refunded. so far, nothing has changed,, I also had to pay $25 for a room key deosit..

Owners were on site and friendly and helpful with any requests.

Nothing I had try to book a room with this motel but in person they said it was 130 and online it was only 80 so I went online after I asked him how much the room was and And booked a room for that day but he wouldn’t let me use my reservation until 2:30 PM six hours later but I had already paid for the room and wasn’t able to wait until 230 the next day to get a room

the linens, towels, and comforters smelled a little funny and apeared older.

Rude staff, No hot water, Noisy neighbors garbage on the ground outside my door.

Very noisy! Walls are thin and I think the person in the room next door must have been hard of hearing to have the television turned up that loud.

Very close to the venue we went to the show at. Not a bad price for Portland lodging. Kind of a sketchy area in Portland. Family who ran the hotel were kind of nosy and glared at us too. Also, you have to leave a 5 dollar deposit just to get the key and remote at check in.
