It is a great place to stay. It is close to the freeway, which takes you anywhere you need to go.

I had to leave a day early and even though when I checked out a credit was applied to my bill the hotel manager reversed it so he decided that he wouldn’t allow a credit with no explanation. So between the terrible breakfast and lack of customer satisfaction not allowing a credit I will never stay there again.

Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had anywhere. Pool and hot tub were nice. Staff wonderful. We should have requested the 3rd floor instead of 2nd because guests above us were stomping around loudly half the night. We’ll know next time.

Our bathtub was very dirty. When filled, hair and dirt filled the tub with a nasty yellow hue.

It was clean and Jake at the front was AMAZING! We had little kids above us screaming running around at 2:30 am and despite asking to stop, nothing was done.

Jake helped us with a smooth check in he was very accommodating. Room was very clean, smelled nice and had a really nice shower! Best mattress I've had in a hotel room. Parkinglot is well monitored which is a plus!

Perhaps I set my expectations too high based on ratings and reviews. Everything from the part of town, to the size of the room, the interior decorating, and the interactions with staff were not amazing, but there wasn’t anything really worth complaining about either. It was all just good enough. A caution to people with allergies: They allow pets, which I consider a good thing, but my partner is allergic to cats and had to take an antihistamine after coming in contact with the carpet.

Except for the breakfast, everything was great. Room was clean and convenient. Things to do are easily accessible from this motel. My only disappointment was the breakfast. What I thought was a small omelette turned out to be a muffin bottom with a bunch of cheese melted on top. There were no eggs. The potatoes were tasteless. Ended up opting for a bowl of cheerios

Hair ball in the shower and sink. Tub wouldn’t drain right. Walls thin and I couldn’t sleep because I could hear the toilet across the hall flushing.

Well, its just average...the staff were nice and friendly, the breakfast was good for a hotel. We were on the 3rd floor. It had an odor of cat and dog feces in the hallway and in the room. I didnt realize it at the time bit they are extremely pet friendly. Im ok with pets, i just dont like smelling fecal matter all the time.

The hot tub was clean and hot, the employee geared us quickly and the check in easy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and featured strawberry waffles as well as regular waffles. I will definitely stay there again!

The customer service was awesome. We got in just before 2 am because our flight was late. They were waiting for us and had us all done and on our way to our room in 2 min. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels provided for 4 people. Breakfast was good with plenty of selections. Price was really good and noon checkout was helpful for our tired family. We will stay there again when traveling in and out of PDX.

Stayed for 2 nights. Its a nice qiuet place tgats right next to the 205 freeway.

Kids liked the pool and breakfast. I believe pets are allowed so our room had an animal smell - maybe you can request a pet free room?

Towels could be replaced. Toilet paper and Kleenex could have been a better quality. Overall we were very satisfied.

This is our favorite place to stay. The breakfast is great. You get more than just the cereal, yogurt and pancakes. The besa are comfortable and always plenty of pillows. The showers are hot with plenty of water pressure.

we booked for 2 beds and one sofa bed for 5 people. When we came, the sofa bed sheet was dirty, there wasn't any blankets and pillows for the sofa bed so we called the receptionist to request for missing things and we were told that they don't provide new bed sheets because they weren't allowed to? I've never heard of that before, if the bed sheet is dirty, most hotel provides for replacements. They only provided extra blanket to cover the dirty sheet too. Only noted ants in our room, especially in the sofa bed.

We stay at this property several times per year. They gave us a bed with an uneven mattress, i could not sleep, and the phone did not work to call the office. We had a two night reservation, and asked to be moved to a different room. We checked out and when we returned they said they did not have any room for us. it was over 100 degrees, and we had to make a new reservation. The manager was very condescending. When we looked online, it showed 2 rooms amiable, but we chose to stay elsewhere. I did ask for a discount and we were credited $25, but that was not satisfactory for the terrible experience.

Complimentary breakfasts are seldom good, but this was simply bad. Everything looked and tasted artificial. Beware: Ham hidden in the eggs. Get up early and look elsewhere for food.

The room was well taken care of, but we were given two full sized beds, not two queens. The room was well attended, and no slight to the housekeeping staff, but the bathroom wasn't very clean, especially in the shower. There were also hairs that were in the clean folded towels. The room was clean, as were the bed linens. I think the bathroom was just older and more worn down. The fan in there didn't work, so mold was in the shower and corners of the bathroom. The bathroom door also didn't have a lock on it which was a little unsettling to me. The staff was very nice and polite and looked out for our comfort. The hotel lobby and breakfast was great.

Great stay and in a pretty good location. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but they were quick to get it ready for us. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was good. Loving having the hide-a-bed for kids to sleep on.

Outside our window was a parking lot that had lighting. The curtains did not block out the light. Our room was not dark. I was not happy with the comfort of the bed and pillows.

There was ants in the room and not a hand full as the manager said. However he credited me for 3 night only to find out that I didn't get a credit but a full charge for the room.

The standard of Hampton Inn is always the same from all properties. Trustworthy and an easy decision to stay where ever I find them.

No one pickup the phone, poor breakfast service, cold hot water for tea. Bath towels had hair on them. No closet space.

Clean, quiet room close to the airport and many dining options but far enough off the beaten path that it’s quiet. Staff at check in were really nice and the breakfast selection was good with them refilling often too. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy for me, but so much of Portland is like that now and they did have two security vehicles out front in the parking lot. I’d stay here again if needed!

I didn’t get to stay here. I paid for the room online but didn’t bring my card with me. I had to stay at another hotel that took cash. I’m still waiting for a refund from this place.

The TV and Microwave outlet in the room got short circuited the last night we were there. Staff offered to move us but only had a king available. So we declined.

I can’t add more. This stay was disaster!!!! Dirty bedding dirty bathrooms and noisy room. Don’t recommend to stay here.

It's convenient for our destinations.

Decent place. Area is a little seedy after dark. Traffic is heavy most of the time, but that's expected in most big cities. The hotel is quiet and clean.

The hotel was clean. The cleaning crew was excellent. The food was not very good. The bed was too hard. But, overall, we felt safe, it was clean and the people were very nice.

We forgot our bathing suits this time so we were unable to spend time in the pool and hot tub. Staff was very helpful.

Hidden fees

For a Hampton Inn, this is probably the worst one I have stayed at. I usually like to pick Hamptons because they are usually a step above others but still somewhat affordable. This one was dirty. The rooms weren't really clean and the breakfast area wasn't clean. The desk staff was mediocre at check in and absent in the morning. The area is down right scary. The do have about a million security cameras in the parking lot and hotel with a tv screen showing the angles at the front desk.

Complimentary breakfast was a disappointment. At 830 (open until 10) there was almost nothing to select. one person working to replenish items and not very quickly.

Close to park for family reunion

I thought overall the property was very nice. Newer looking and nicer overall look. Food and sevice were great as well. Staff was pleasant and always willing to help. They fixed the blinking light in the bathroom righ away. The only thing i thing i would fix is the bathroom door. Its a sliding door but i felt like it wasnt very secure and it faced the beds which would have been designed better towards the entrance door for better privacy. Other than that most of the amenities and room itself was comfortable.

Stay was fine overall. The green tinted tv was alittle off-putting.

We were provided with an ample amount of towels right from the beginning. The room was spacious and had a very relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent Service Awesome Staff Definitely Coming Back

This facade of a hotel may call itself a Hampton, owned by Hilton, but in reality it would be more appropriate to call it a Super 6. As a Licensed General Contractor, I am appalled at the quality of cheap construction and poor craftsmanship throughout the entire building. From rooms with mildew floor condensation (smells like mold); carpet tiles lifting up due to moisture; large door gaps around unit doors; no door threshold plates; unsecured “Pex” plumbing on shower heads; poor quality of Sheetrock finishing, etc. Reminded me of a very cheap built hotel. I wasn’t necessary sure the building wasn’t going to collapse in an natural emergency. The one nice thing I will say is the front desk was very accommodating in moving me from the first room assigned (mildew, smell of mold, and carpet tiles lifting up) to another room with just carpet tiles lifting up; all for $200.00 per night. Next time in town, if I want cheap accommodations, I’ll book a room at the Super 6 Hotel, it would about the same experience.

Great place to stay in Portland!

Starting at 730pm a party started in one of the rooms on our floor and it was loud music, yelling doors slamming. I had to call the front desk 3x to complain about it. It ia now 10pm and the party quieted down but now the room right above us is having a stomping party. Dropping things on the floor continuously and stomping back and forth. My child is trying to get rest for her soccer tournament tomorrow! This stay has been horrific! And the road noise is terrible as well! Never staying here again.

My room was not clean and the bed was made up with someone else's hair in it. I complained to the desk person on shift who said that she couldn’t do anything do to it being booked through third party
