I was also greeted with the stench of urine in the hallway of the floor I stayed on. No hairdryer was available. My second room was slightly better, but still old and run down, the tub felt like the floor was soft beneath it, and the tub needed refurbishing. The road noises were even louder in this room. I also wasn't happy they took payment when I checked in, rather than when I checked out. They also put a $100 hold as a deposit, but that is fairly common these days. The old addage 'you get what you pay for' rang true with this hotel. It works for someone on a road trip looking for an affordable one night stop, but not for longer stays.

I liked the ease of booking. Upon arrival the front desk was easy to communicate with and I got right into my room. My room had a fridge and microwave. However the stove I didnt use because I didnt have any pans or pots to cook with at the time. The bed was perfect for one. Bathroom was clean. I ended up booking 2 more nights because it was safe, private and clean. I would stay here again. The price is really great too. I loved the AC and the window let in quite a bit of light so I didnt need to use the lights. Save the planet by using natural light.

Upon attempting to check in Rosewood, I mentioned to the GM a discrepancy in a receipt from my previous stay and my expected deposit returned. The GM agreed there was a mistake on the company’s end and tried to explain what happened. I stated that I did not receive my deposit and the receipt I received was incorrect with my bank transactions. I was unable to check in despite paying through a third party, Expedia, 223.12. The GM comes into the lobby around 8:15 PM after I had returned from a meal before 6 o’clock PM. The GM asks me what is going on. I state to her that I am filling out a claim for my stay and that I will be gone before dark. She asked, “so about 30 mins”? I repeated I should be done before dark. She then gets hostile and asks me to leave as I’m sitting in the lobby with my service animal filling out the claim. She then threatens to call the police and touch my personal belongings, which I left before 4 PM and retrieved my phone charger before 6 PM. The GM then calls someone I assume is maintenance and he then talks rude and roughly to me and threatens to touch my belongings as well. He then mentions to the GM to call the police, she does so, and makes a false report against a BIPOC, queer, woman with a service animal.

A little far from main accessible downtown areas but the major concern I had was you park far and then have to walk all the way back because entry as exits are only allowed from the main entrance even when you have access cards.

Kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. Expedia website shows they have ice, cooking utensils etc. They don't have any of that they will offer ice trays.

What really matters is the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. --- If you want it even softer, more positive, or shorter, I can adjust it. Which direction do you want: softer, more positive, or shorter?

The price was the best thing about the stay! It’s just been a well used motel and it’s showing it’s age inside! Outside looks inviting…. But you do what you pay for and the bed was a 6 out of 10.

Beware!! The room itself was fine. There was NO warning from Expedia that there would be a $100 deposit. The newbie host and the Manager were rude and demanded a deposit. Had to show ID for myself as well as the other guest with me. This was a non-refundable purchase from Expedia so I was forced to pay a deposit to fulfill the reservation. Never staying there again. I get much better service at motel 6!!

Service super perfect flexibility on checkout, little late no charger

The room was just what we needed. The light in the bathroom didn't work but the room came with enough lamps that we made do. Great mood lighting, would stay again.

Both rooms were horrible for out of state guests.

First let me say that the staff was friendly & helpful. But the hotel itself is poorly kept. It should not even be an option that Hotels.com can offer. Now i know what it feels like to be on an episode of the walking dead. Where the characters come across a small pocket of humanity that’s trying to grasp onto civilization. The outside of the hotel from a distance looks ok. As you get closer there are vehicle parts scattered thru out the parking lot. Including a whole bumper that was in the shrubs. To enter the lot you have to go thru multiple sets of speed bumps that make you feel your entering an army base. The room they initially put me in had the smoke alarm & sprinkler covered by a plastic bag & duct tape. Yes, they did move me after I complained. They would not refund my $$. Again the staff was friendly but the hotel is in horrendous shape. This looks more like a motel. It appeared to me that most of the guests were actually living there as opposed to visiting. If I could give it a negative star, I would!!

This place had bed bug poop under every corner of the mattress and blankets then none of them made speak any English and me and my girl both were bitten numerous numerous times and they owe us both over $30,000 in taxes that they're supposed to quit charging you after the first month do not stay here

The room was so gross that we did not stay. There was food left in the cupboards that had leaked all over. The pillows were set up weird on the bed to hide that they were basically cardboard. The hotel clearly has a problem with vagrants because you can only use the main door. We didn’t feel safe leaving our car in the parking lot overnight.

The toilit had no water in the tank. We couldt flush. No one came to look at it. They offered a room change at 1 am but the hotel was kinda of dilapidated so we just decided ti leave. This place is scary bad rooms had sheets with nails hair, floors with peels like floor peels, itchy skin after, moved 2 times rooms and left after 1 hr. Slept in car.

No mirrors especially in the Bathroom. No Coffee maker. No hot cups for hot beverages. The kitchenette stove top and a drawer was in disrepair. No stopper for the Bath tub, so a person who prefers a bath than a shower couldn't take a bath. The queen Bed was hard. You could hear any little noise from the outside of the room. There wasn't any handicapped parking spots left for us and it really irritated me that there were a couple of cars parked in those spots without a permit. Overall, It was like staying at a motel 6.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was acceptable! Parking was ok once you checked in and the lifted the gate. The area around that hotel had a lot of cars filled with trash and people who made us feel unsafe.

had a disappointing experience during my stay. The sheets had a strong odor, making them uncomfortable and itchy for my children. One of my kids even described the room as "nasty." The elevator also had a strange smell, and several of the charging outlets in the room weren’t working properly. Additionally, some of the lights weren’t working and the AC emitted a weird odor, which made the atmosphere even less pleasant although the staff were great. This place was far from what was advertised, and I expected much better quality for the price. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

Room was old and out dated and in poor condition.

The moment we entered we were wondering why the hotel seemed different than what was pictured. We entered the room and noticed a dust cloud of smoke lingering where the light shined through the room. In the bathroom there wasn’t even a bar of soap to wash my hands. The sheets on the lumpy mattress were a yellow tint and there were cigarette burns on both the sheets and the curtains. The WiFi wasn’t working and when I asked up front for assistance the lady was confused and didn’t offer any real help. We came here with a one-month old so we were immediately appalled. Their was some sort of prostitution going on with the people coming in behind us. The receptionist we heard talking about how people were smoking which was setting off smoke alarms. Overall worst hotel I’ve ever walked into and for that reason we checked out an hour later after checking in. The pictures on this website appear edited and do not represent what you’ll be walking into.

Very nice room

Front desk service was the best thing about this hotel. I checked in, got my room, and went upstairs. When I opened the door I was hit with a bad electrical “burnt” smell. Housekeeping had left the window wide open to try to get rid of the smell. There was no TV. The stove top in the kitchenette was missing a burner. I went in bathroom to wash my hands and the sink wouldn’t drain. I went downstairs to ask for a different room. The second room was better, there were TWO tvs, but the remote did not operate either one. The toilet seat was falling off the toilet. There are 4 other hotels within 1/4 mile radius, I will be picking one of them next time.

It was very clean and quiet. The manager was mean to the staff meaning housekeepers, and no ice machine! But other than that it was okay!

. This was the only choice within 20 min.of airport- as all rooms were booked that day I opted to pay maximum price & add to my commute. The staff was helpful in to arranging a refund.

What really bothered me, though, was the type of guests the hotel seemed to allow. On my first night, some looked like they might be homeless or involved in shady activities—it reminded me of the kind of people you’d try to avoid in certain areas of Paris. It made me feel uneasy, and I had trouble sleeping that night. The second night was fine, though, so it seems hit or miss. I saw reviews mentioning this before but didn’t think it would be that noticeable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for solo female travelers, especially if you’re safety-conscious.

The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were long black hair all over the tub and on wall. Found one crusty, poop stained washcloth hanging on shower curtain rod.

Unfortunately the room was very dirty including bodily fluids in the bathroom and walls. There was significant trash and dust under the bed. The environment felt unsafe and seemed like there were homeless people staying there long term. The whole first floor smelled like cigarette smoke despite being nonsmoking. There was a dead rat outside the property! The parking lot felt unsafe. There was absolutely no breakfast offered despite the booking stated.

Rooms don’t look anything like the pictures. You can tell they are trying to make improvements, but still needs some work. AC worked well, but was very loud. Would be nice to have more than just the main entrance.

The "secured parking lot" had a hole in the side, and anyone could drive up and hit the button to raise the gate, the attendant at the check in desk didnt appear to verify anything before allowing them in. One of the front doors was detached and just propped up in the bushes.

Front door was off the hinges propped against the building for the entire duration of my stay. light fixtures were hanging off the ceiling, holes in the curtains, sticky floors, towels had other people's hair in it. You get what you pay for I guess.

When I arrived the ants scattered everywhere. I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen sink and the ants just got worse. I checked out the next morning. Asked for a refund because I purchased the travel insurance. They said they would get back to me.I have yet to hear from them

Nothing worked. They said they do not have maintenance right now. Shower was a dribble, the sink did not drain and refrigerator was not working. There was hair on the walls of the shower.

This was a total bait and switch. My room looked nothing like the photos. No colorful walls. No throw pillows or nice bedspread. No bedskirt. Had vinyl plank floors instead of carpet. The only reason I gave it a 2 star rating is because it was clean and the staff was nice.

The hotel is fine it's just older. When I booked through Expedia it said there was a grab and go breakfast which they did not have. It previously was an extended stay and they did have that. The staff was excellent. Very accommodating.

There are spit spots on the mirror. There was a hair tucked around the one clean washcloth provided. There are crumbs and gunk all around the burners on the stove. The microwave is even worse. There is crud along all of the counter ledges, and stains all over the bathroom counter and sink. The air conditioner spits dust when you turn it on. The mattress was lumpy as an egg crate, and the white sheets are stained orange. The smoke detector is detached from the ceiling and dead. When the refrigerator cycles on, it sounds like a snow blower. Along with the many other loud sounds at all hours because the walls are as thin as the toilet paper. This place is right by the freeway, which you can hear all night long. The staff is nice though.

I wouldn’t say “unsafe” but definitely a weird vibe with random people milling about in front. Couldn’t tell if they were customers / employees or what. Nobody particularly troublesome but certain weird vibes going in and out of the lobby.

Had to wipe some makeup off the bathroom door when I got into room. Door latch loose and two holes in wall where it appears a picture was hanging that is no longer there. One light fixture cover hanging from ceiling. Let front desk know and they were great. Room has full size fridge and stove which was awesome!! Comfy bed and room mostly clean. Great place to stay!!

Wasn't informed about the extra 200.00 security deposit until we arrived. Broken toilet seat in both rooms smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling in one room. Beds were extremely uncomfortable.

For the price i can't complain too much. Definitely a bit run down, but overall mostly clean. I guess you get what you pay for.

Marina at the front desk is always a tree. She always make sure everything is on key and ready for me. If there’s nothing she cannot do excellent service 100% five stars.

They wwre doing some remodeling but our room hadnt been worked on yet. The rooms were set up weird. It was a ghetto hotel. It was nice enough. I did like that the room had a kitchenette even though there were no dishes or utensils. Had a little bit of a difficult time checking in because no one was at the desk but there was a sign saying to use the walkie talkie to call for the receptionist. We couldnt find it. When i did find it, it was under the lip of the counter. Then it wasnt turned on and i had to figure that out. She was nice enough and got us squared away. Really appreciated her answering my questions and her patience with me. The room was worth the $55 i spent on it. Good for a 1 night stay if youre in a pinch.

And there was a dirty pillowcase I front of the door, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Second room had a heater that didn’t work. 3rd was ok. Best suited for long stay working crews. Coffee only offered in the lobby.

Mirana the front desk woman is a saint she is wonderful in every way. Tends to everything before I need to ask. Her customer service is exquisite.
