Love the location and staff were nice

nice clean room and relatively quiet for an airport. my spouse only had one complaint and she’s very finicky about hotels…a full length mirror hold be a great addition.

Restaurant very accommodating.

It was a surprise at check in to find out that parking per night is $14. The receptionist told us we could park on the street, which we did and had no problem. On site is the Lakeside Bar and Grill and it offers a breakfast buffet for $17 or from the front desk you can get a coupon for $20 for 2 people for the buffet. The buffet is no different than what we get at other hotels for free. It amounts to eggs, meat, potatoes, and toast and fruit. Probably won’t stay here again since we can get better deals elsewhere but we have no other issues; it is a decent hotel.

I've stayed at the Radisson Hotel numerous times and normally it is a wonderful experience. However, this time the customer service was lacking when we checked in and our room was the worst one we've ever stayed in. The view was of a compressor of some type and the AC unit needed to be replaced. The restaurant is always great and breakfast was very good.

My husband and son stayed in this hotel for an early morning flight out of PDX. They said it was excellent and convenient to get to the airport using the shuttle. They also were able to eat a good dinner at the hotel restaurant.

My dinner from the restaurant was excellent. Blackened chicken with rice and snow peas. The lake and woods view from the room was a refreshing oasis in the typical industrial cement environment around an airport.

Perfect for an airport trip

It was a great place to stay. Not to excited about the pay to park. We weren’t in Vegas. They could have offered a discount for being a guest but….. nope. Only thing I wasn’t happy with.

Room was not clean- had a dirty towel inside the shower, hair ties on the floor, and hair on the bed. Staff was very welcoming and polite though.

We had a very nice three day stay. We received a complimentary upgrade on our room on our arrival. The room overall was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was firm which I like. The pillows were a bit too soft. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. We will stay here again.

For the price this was well worth the stay. I got to check in early for $35, which was 100% worth it. The room was spacious, overlooking the water in the back. Free shuttle ride to the airport. And a surprising feature I didn't know I would enjoy so much was the waterfall out front. In the morning, waiting for the shuttle and enjoying the morning light with the sound of sight of water was so peaceful.

The floors could use a good mopping, we had to wear shoes to keep our feet from getting completely black. The other annoying part is that it appeared that we were sharing the parking lot with people only going to the airport, it was hard to find parking. Also, all the equipment and other things stored in the parking lot.

Quiet. I actually didn’t hear any planes. Spacious room, comfy bed. Breakfast was in a nice location looking at the lake but the buffet didn’t really have good warm choices for a vegetarian. The hashbrowns were patties with bacon inside them and there wasn’t a veggie sausage or anything. I got by with yogurt and toast but at $17 for buffet breakfast, this was not what I would have expected. Luckily, our room came with breakfast so I didn’t have to pay for it.

The room was very nice. Restaurant onsite was great. We used the hotel to airport shuttle at 2:45am and it was flawless. All staff friendly. I would stay there again.

The hotel has some nicely remodeled rooms but the common areas are really outdated. The whole place is very musty. Front desk wouldn’t provide me with a receipt which I found odd.

Having no rugs made the floors a 'skating rink' and highly dangerous for seniors with walking difficulties.

The room was great but the walls/ceiling are paper thin. I could hear crying and screaming babies, and the worst of all, I could hear stomping footsteps from the room above. I could not sleep the first night, so I wore ear plugs the following nights and was able to sleep. I would request the top floor to avoid the noisy footsteps in the future.

This is a nice and safe hotel.

Staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Hotel was ok. We did notice the same wine glasses sitting outside a room door during our entire stay. Restaurant on site was a little high priced for the quality of.our food. We didnt know you had to pay to park your car in the hotel lot during your stay so that was an added expense. Also when we went outside once it got dusk/dark, it sounded like people screaming in the woods next door. Kind of made us feel a little uneasy. We thought maybe homeless living in the woods but never saw anyone.

It is a nice quiet hotel near airport with complimentary shuttle. Rooms are clean and well maintained. We even had a view of the lake from our room.

We had a "renovated" room facing the pond which was spacious, modern, comfortable and quiet. The view of the pond with birds was relaxing after a long flight. We really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport as well as the on-site restaurant. We will definitely choose this hotel again. Don't confuse with the other Radison near Portland airport which is not a nice place and has no restaurant. Breakfast is an average buffet with hot food not hot, even early in the morning. Bread and cereal selection could be better.

The hotel was great for a one nighter. The room was big, updated and clean. Loved the shuttle, everyone was super friendly.

The biggest issue during my stay was the WiFi/internet service. The connection was unreliable, constantly cutting in and out, and when it did connect, the speeds were very slow. It made it difficult to use consistently for work or even basic browsing. Improving the internet reliability would make a big difference. Other than the WiFi problems, the experience was positive and the customer service stood out.

My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay in our single king room that overlooked the small pond/lake. It is located adjacent to a business park but was a very quiet area despite that and being near the airport. The facilities were all extremely clean and the room was spotless and well laid out. Toiletries were serviceable quality; towels were plentiful and lobby provided a coffee machine and water dispenser. Staff at the location were all extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. The airport shuttle was convenient and easy to use as well. Overall we would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for convenience to PDX and a comfortable and clean stay at affordable prices.

Very convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel and relax with dinner there instead of leaving. Appreciated that the hotel has its own shuttle service which makes going to the airport (and the return) faster than stopping at other hotels. Reliable on site long term parking.

I was encouraged to head to the restaurant before closing so I had a "real" meal. Staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly even as I arrived late and ordered. (Room-heatable food options ARE available for those who arrive after the restaurant closes.) My room was clean and smelled nice. The towels were soft, white, and plentiful. I would stay here again now that my regular ride knows how to find the parking lot!!!

I left a blazer in my room and when I called to retrieve it, I was told it wasn’t turned in to lost and found. The front desk person was not willing to assist me but rather send me to a website to complete a form in the event it was turned it. I will never stay at this hotel again

They upgraded my room and were very nice. How nearly it was really good, maybe a pool. There was some problems with guest upstairs but that’s not the hotels fault. I think they handled it ok.

We arrived late after travel mishaps for a very brief stay and early flight. The room was nicely remodeled and the shuttle to the airport was clean and efficient. The hotel common areas clearly hadn’t been remodeled yet. Was perfect for what we needed.

In addition, they refused to return our deposit, even though we didn’t break or damage anything.

There were some stains on the bedside table and some hair in the bathroom.

Not what I typically expect from a Radisson hotel. Staff were nice, the room was clean and nice. But not good value for the price.

Ok Cost

Centrally located to the airport, nice to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel. The bed was great, room was very clean and the decor inside was nice and updated. Had a view of the lake. The hallways were a little dark older paint and decor but inside room was great remodeled.

Clean room and staff reminded me about the airport shuttle upon checkin. Even offered a wake up call.

We were headed out to an early flight the next morning and arrived near closing time for dinner, but the staff was very accommodating, fed us, and made some awesome drinks. Everything went smooth from the shuttle to the airport in the morning to keeping our car safe in the parking lot for 9 days. We definitely will keep this hotel in mind when flying out of Portland in the future.

If you are flying out of Pdx and from out of town, this is an amazing find. Did not hear a single plane from our room. We were upgraded to a remodeled lake view room. All staff were friendly and helpful. Late night grilled cheese was extremely appreciated.

I always have one of the best stays in Portland at the Radison. Though this property is older than some of the others they are in the process of modernizing them and the renovated units are very good. What makes this hotel special is the front desk staff and the re amazing. I wish there was a better word to express my satisfaction but yes the are the best in Portland and for most of the pacific north west as i travel the chole coast and seldom or never receive hospitality like this.

The only issues we had was the heater was very loud, and the train that went by and blasted there horn every couple of hours. BUT the hotel did have ear plugs in the room. So while they cant do anything about the issues, they provided a solution! Gr3at job!

Only thing I can think of is the hotel is in industrial part of airport hence not many shopping options / restaurants in nearby vicinity but I got stuff delivered using Uber Eats so not complaining Also the closest tram station is a mile and a half away so if you don’t plan on renting a car then it might be some issue otherwise 5 stars

Significantly outdated in lobby and hotel hallways. I don't know why brown and dark gray/olive would be appealing. It's depressing. No early check-in unless you're willing to pay $35. Parking is $14/night. There is street parking, but not knowing the area, paying for parking was preferable. Not much room to leave your car to check in. I ended up being stuck behind a customer while they went inside to gather their belongings. Not only did they block me in, the the hotel van heading the opposite direction gave me no room to maneuver around the parked car. There is a cafe in the hotel, but I never saw it. I was too depressed walking through the dreary hallways.

This is a perfect place to stay. It is spotlessly clean, quiet, lovely surroundings and a good restaurant. The staff are friendly, helpful and amazing.

The room was good for our one night stay before our flight out. We didn’t use any of the amenities but we were most disappointed that they weren’t very specific regarding the free shuttle service to the airport. Upon check in, they made it sound like you could catch a shuttle every 15 minutes and it shouldn’t be a problem. Though they gave us a shuttle pass, they should have also mentioned that the shuttles get full and there’s no other alternative (aside from waiting for the next opening, which was over an hour later for us). Our main reason for booking this hotel was the free shuttle to the airport so to have to book an uber last minute was very disappointing.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff was absolutely incredible; friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the coffee in the lobby the espresso machine they had was great!

Check in staff was poor. Needs training. Parking $6 for 0-3 hours. Unloaded bags in room. Then headed to airport to pick up and paid $6. Then another $14 for overnight. Otherwise park on street and with need for handicap parking paying was only option. Non smoking floor but smelled strong like weed. Breakfast is $17 or order off a menu for $4 for coffee $15 for bacon omelette.

Restaurant food was not good. The front desk graciously refunded the meal.

Lock on my door doesn't work: it's mis-aligned or jammed. My strength could FORCE it, but a lady or kid would not be able to do it. WIFI worked last nite, but not in morning. Connected to the BLDG router, but no internet. Had to come downstairs to get signal. 4th floor needs better repeaters or signal strngth. ROOM is nice and cozy, well-appointed. Of course I'm staying on a holiday, so things are quiet. Disappointed @ no hosted Breakfast. The restaurant on-site is 2-stars @ best. Overpriced for what they offer. Many usual features missing, and menu is just So-so. Very nice and attentive wait staff however @ their restaurant. WOW! the location of this hotel is rather difficult to find unless one has GPS (hey! Not everybody does!) Some better signage would greatly help, but it's likely that the Port of PDX and city may not be very cooperative on that matter. Maybe you know what I'm talkin' about

Very nice staff. We parked our car here for 2 weeks and we were pleased that the parking was gated. The room was nice and clean. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great! We will use the Radison on our next trip!

The room had a great view of the river and was conveniently located to airport and shopping areas. The parking wasn’t free but was very secure. The staff took care of an issues we had quickly and efficiently.

This hotel has become the go-to when visiting friends. Reliable airport shuttle for pick-up & drop-off. Clean, comfortable, & spacious rooms. Only been to the restaurant once for dinner & food was delicious. Haven't yet timed a stay to try their breakfast.

The check in and staff were great, the room and beds looked clean. Unfortunately two of us had what looked like bed bug bites the day after check out.

I waited for over an hour in the Rain and the cold for the shuttle that never arrived. (They told me 10-15 minutes wait) Oddly, every hotel shuttle except this one came by 2-3 times during the time I waited. I hopped a Sheridan shuttle and got a reservation immediately. I tried to contact them to cancel my reservation and got no response. So I’m out $150.

Friendly staff and very clean

Apparently the 4th floor has been recently updated, but the bed was so hard that my back and hips hurt really bad. Also, my second complaint aboutost hotels ( the first being the beds) is that I hate hearing people down the hall open and close their doors!! It is soo loud. It was horribly loud at this hotel. They must know that they lack insulation on their rooms because they give you ear plugs . Probably for the train and plane noise ( when which does not bother me) the door noise does!!! All the staff was really nice.

Remodeled, Clean, Comfortable, Quiet and Spacious.

The hallway smelled on our floor smelled very strongly of Marijuana and it was disgusting. Received an upgrade but when it came time to check in, the room wasn't ready and it was after 3 of you're going to offer upgradess then rhey should be ready. I was really disappointed. The room we had was renovated but the hallways were old and run down. The hotel was in an industrial area which was weird

Property is very nice, Staff is excellent, Restaurant is very nice, Rooms are large and clean, 10 minutes from Portland Airport. The Airport Shuttle took a long time to make the pickup at the Airport. Other than that it is a very nice property.

I love this hotel and Tate provided excellent top of the line customer service!

We have stayed there several times, however this vist, construction started on six rooms above us with hammers and scrappers in the morning making the room unusable. The construction was unknown to the staff until it started. It is a good property but communications between staff and management is questionable.

Room was comfortable. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant; sweet gal that waited on us was very attentive.

the hotel concierge (male, long dark hair) was exceptionally good at his job. He juggled all kinds of people at once and was also very kind.

Husband and I stayed from Thursday night until Sunday morning. We found nothing wrong at all with the place.. The staff was amazing.. in our opinion, the standards are right up there with the Hilton. The restaurant had excellent food.

This hotel was fine. It was relatively clean and, while the breakfast was passable, it wasn’t nearly as good as other hotels in the area who offer complimentary breakfast for their guests. Unless you park in the street they charge you $14 per night to park. They really nickel and dime the guest. Also, I didn’t receive my bottle of wine which was supposed to be included with my room. I travel to the area quite often and only stayed here because I had a very early flight out and it was near the airport. It’s not my go to hotel while in Portland and unless I need to because of a flight I will most likely not stay here again. It’s not terrible, there are just much better options.

Took awhile to find. All clean although found unwrapped cough drops on floor which is concerning. Staff was very very friendly and happy.. Jason great as we checked in and sarah checking out was fabulous!! She was more than kind and helpful. Ty for a good stay. Oh.. loved the new shower. Sarah had to come to room to show us how to open the light shade. Couldn’t see the chain to pull behind the front chain.

I was given a newly renovated room which was very nice. I have been coming to this hotel for years and I am impressed with the reno. The staff is always wonderful and I really appreciate the airport shuttle.

Staff was excellent (check-in, check-out, greeting us, cleaning staff, restaurant staff). Bed comfortable, standard amenities (no microwave in room), cube fridge in room. Plenty of space to spread out for our double queen room. 10 drive to airport.

Room was serviced once after the first night and not again. Parking was expensive. Also the parking gate didnt always work.

My flight was delayed out of Boston therefore affecting the arrival time in Portland Oregon. I finally arrived at the Radisson Hotel approximately 10 pm. I was so grateful I could count on a room being ready for me at that late hour. The Radisson Hotel is very skilled in responsive, effective customer service and that philosophy shines in all the staff I encountered. Thank you!

We have stayed here several times before and found it clean, comfortable and close to PDX. On this sty however, our room on the 2nd floor had an HVAC unit right outside the window that intermittently kicked on all through the night. So between the loud mini refrigerator, the trains horns, jet engines and the HVAC, sleep was a challenge to say the least. The front desk gave us earplugs before hand (figured it was just for airplane noise, can’t sleep with those in anyway) but should have gone back and requested a different room. On our next stay, we’ll request a room with a view of the pond.

I loved the service, very helpful offering late checkout, staff very friendly! I thought the atmosphere was great with waterfall in front and lake out back, dining very nice. I would have stayed another night but while I was checking in, there were 3 couples who couldn’t find parking, and I did not want to deal with that. You might want to rethink how many spots you leave for those people just parking and not staying in your hotel. Otherwise very nice hotel.

The only complaint is in the newly renovated rooms. The showers have no grab bars or racks on the doors so if you should fall there is nothing to hold on to. I'm surprised the inspectors didn't catch this

I always stay at The Radisson in Portland Oregon before flying out of PDX to visit family on the New England coast. Reasons for this choice include room cleanliness, affable staff interactions with guests, attention to detail and efficiency of tasks. The room I reserved had clearly been remodeled and redesigned for comfort and security. Shuttle service is friendly, competent, helpful, on time and reliable.

Everything was pretty except the information about the property. I didn't get the wifi info when I checked in. I had to track it down. Also, it says there is room service, but I was told there isn't any. It would be good to update your info on the QR code site.

I asked for king bed. I received queen bed that is not firm enough to hold my weight. Body hurts in the morning!

We like the 24 hr shuttle service to the airport but didn’t like the parking fee (5 mins minimum is $5). Overall, it was comfortable! Hats off to the lady who checked us in on 10/3 early evening for her kindness and the shuttle driver at 5 am this morning who gave us an excellent service!

The airport shuttle was awesome. I called the hotel from baggage claim and the shuttle arrived within just a couple of minutes. I needed to use the shuttle several times to go back-and-forth to the airport to retrieve a rental car and the service was perfect each time. I never had to wait more than just a couple of minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The hotel staff was top-notch, from the front desk to housekeeping to the maintenance crew. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was excellent as well. Omar was very helpful and friendly and attentive. This is my first trip to Portland and I needed to stay near the airport and would definitely recommend this establishment for future travel.

I only have a problem with checking in where I was pretty much “ignored” by staff along with the manager. They would served others while ignoring me the whole time. The manager only gave me a Quick Look then no longer see me there visibly. They talk very friendly with enthusiasm but it’s like a facade that would wear off once they’re done. The young miss at the front was very helpful compared to the others. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name nor was I in the mood as I was too tired from the flight and long wait.

The room was pretty clean and the staff was awesome!!! Very friendly and made us feel very welcomed and they have a coffee machine 24/7 i will definitely be back. I loved this hotel more than the one i have stayed in Hawaii.

We were exhausted after a very long flight from the Cook Islands and had arranged for an early check in. All went well until we got to our room. They had some repairs going on right over our room-hammering, sawing, drilling. Bad enough, but the real insult was they started vacuuming, shampooing and air drying the hall carpet , again right outside our room. We finally had enough and left before any more noise and disrespect could assault our ears further. We fully expect to be reimbursed for the price we paid Expedia for accommodation at the Radisson Portland airport which we were unable to complete due to the continual disruption by the hotel

It would have been gteat to have had access to breakfast. I left at 5:00 and many others were up early to vatch the shuttle and none of us had food at the hotel. Even if breakfast items for purchase had been available that would have been great.

Clean. Put in recently remodeled room

I flew from Vegas to Portland to pick up a puppy and was in a dog room for the first time ever. The room wasn’t the best but the worst thing was the floors. They obviously hadn’t been mopped after the last guest, or the one before that one, or in the last 5 yrs because when I wiped them, my tissue was BLACK. It was disgusting. Yeah I get it, it’s a dog room, but come on.

Stayed over night to catch an early flight. The room was quite nice that we got, there are good restaurants around and one in the hotel - we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant this time. Bed was very uncomfortable - I thought so as did my wife, we did not sleep well and woke a bit stiff the next morning.

Everything was as described and nice. Restaurant service was exceptional! Servers did an amazing job.

The printer in business center wasn't working. Staff said it was problematic and email them our boarding passes.

Restaurant on property - closes at 11pm on a Friday? Close to airport, Ikea, personal needs. Overpriced for the condition AND must pay $14 for parking. Check in area (outside) is a juggernut.

Easy shuttle service to airport

I stayed in one of the newly renovated room. Wow-they’ve done a great job of the interior-good mix of comfort and beauty! Front desk staff was super helpful-that includes the person who checked me in and answered lots of questions and the person who checked me out in the morning.

Convenient for airport. They are remodeling, so things were dirty in some areas. Restaurant was understaffed at night.

Really, the room needs a steam cleaning. The rugs are clean but it smelled like an old smoking room under new finishes. Really not great.

The staff was rude and awful. They didn’t know anything when I was asking about extra pricing they charged that wasn’t on the website. The laundry room was awful.. for a 4 floor building they only have one washer and one dryer for everyone and only on the first floor. There was constant banging from the cleaning staff as well as constant noise from the airplane going by. You can also hear people in the hallways. The walls seem to be thin. Don’t waste your money or your time there.

From check in to check out everything was great!

The parking is not free it’s $14 per day per car and the pass you scan to get in and out you are only allowed to use once a day or it will glitch, that’s what the front desk told me and I was asked how many more times I was going to be leaving. Other than that it was good, cute room, plenty of space in the room.

One small bar of soap for sink and shower. No body wash. No hair dryer. Weird noise during the night, but they do give you free earplugs

Our room was on the ground floor, long walked to the other end of the building and facing the parking filled with messy construction materials.

Wonderful stay!! Super close the airport. Staff was awesome! Restaurant… not so much. Breakfast buffet was good, but dinner was mediocre at best. Waitress didn’t really want to be there.

It was okay overall. We stayed at the Radisson because we had an early flight the next day, and it worked for what we needed. The hotel is a bit outdated, and the shower water pressure was very weak. Since we were only there for one night, it was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

The front desk Agent, Tate, was wonderful.

I returned the rental car after checking in, then called for the shuttle back to the hotel. I was told that it was on the way, but it did not arrive for 45-50 minutes. Other hotel's shuttles came and went twice while I waited. I called two more times and was assured it was on the way, but I just sat. In retrospect, I realize that this sounds like an insignificant complaint, but it isn't. On the other hand, the shuttle to the airport at 4:15 the next morning was smooth and quick - right on time and less than 10 minutes, as promised.
