Amazing staff, very helpful whenever I needed anything and sincere. I had a later flight than check out time and they let me keep my luggage safely there for an extra day so I didn't have to take my suitcase around town with me, no charge. Very kind. If you are looking for a cheaper place to stay, this place is great.

The room we got had a missing cabinet door under the sink so when we walked in it smelled musty. We went to store and got some Glade air freshener and covered the opening with a towel. Fixed the problem for the night but I would recommend not making the room available until the cabinet door is replaced. Other than that our stay went well.

The place wasn’t bad at all you definitely get what you pay for. We spent most of our days out exploring and only returned to sleep, but the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was simple, parking was convenient, and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and understanding throughout our visit. We stayed for four days, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and promptly provided fresh towels when we requested them. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Everything about the hotel was horrible. Real property looks nothing like the pictures posted on Expedia! Very dirty rooms, horrible smell, mold everywhere, vulgar writing, blood. So unclean. People walking in and out at all hours of the night, people standing around in the parking lot. People screaming, animals barking and meowing. Worst hotel experience of our lives. 0 stars

Had to ask to move rooms. First room smelled of beer and cigarettes. Second room had bugs in it, holes in the walls and by the bed. Key cards kept demagnetizing and when asked to replace, no id or anything was asked other than room number. Zero sense of security here. Anyone can get access to any other room here. Broken down cars in the garage. Trash everywhere.

The only thing good about this place was the location it was down the road from the Grotto a national sanctuary and meditation garden. It smelled like a dog. Dogs were fighting in the hallway, the pool was full but was green with a duck in there eating algae, the parking lot under the hotel was sketchy with people hanging out down there,5 channels on TV when they said they had premium channels. And still asked for a 100 dollar deposit. I do not recommend this place to anyone with a family. Stayed for one night, it served its purpose.

The pictures on your website are extremely innacurate and do not reflect what this hotel looks like. It was extremely rundown and when we arrived at night the entrance area was full of many homeless people and sex workers hanging around outside. When calling the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late they stated they would “hide the key behind an atm” but when we got there we found an empty envelope with our room number and no key. We called security and waited for them to show up to check the room. Their key was not working and they picked the lock to let us in, at which point I told them we didn’t feel safe staying there because someone may possibly have our key. The hotel hallways were extremely dirty and smelled like urine. This is not a safe place for anyone to stay, especially families. We were not able to stay there due to all of these reasons and were left having no hotel at 1am. This hotel should not be listed on your website.

Broken appliances, dust, food, animal hair left all over the counter tops and on top of the fridge. The staff had gotten very annoyed by me due to asking for help with door keys not working several times in a row. Staff did not want me to leave when I told them I was not satisfied and wanted to find somewhere else. Overall of the hotel... The pictures online made it look newly remodeled and very well funded. In truth the place was poorly cleaned and maintained. With loud fighting and bumping music from many of the other rooms.

They gave us a different room then what we had reserved. Did not have hot water in the bathroom or kitchen sink. The hallway smelt like wet dog or dirty gym socks. Upon arriving at 3:53pm to sign in for reservation there was no one at counter. I had to wait more than 10 minutes with animal in crate as the employee did not check to see if guests were waiting? She only returned when a local went to find her. Took more than 10 mins to check in, tried to charge me $140 for animal, although $50 was max posted on website. Noticed a hair on bedding immediately & no mini refrigerator as advertised. A couple days later found out the stove top didn’t work either. The room did not have a kitchenette as advertised so I had to donate 2 weeks of food & buy fast food for stay: a loss of over $600! After contacting Motel 6 I received no reply; now I will move forward with my attorney and sue for false advertising and fraud. Also, called 5 times and no one answers the phone & key cards constantly did not work, including both at one time. Had it been after 9pm I would have been locked out all night. Worst American motel experience in my life.

I called ahead to let the team know that our flight was delayed and we’d no longer be arriving before 9pm. I was assured someone would be there at 11pm to let us in and us checked in. We arrived, no attendant, called multiple times, waited for 20 minutes still nothing. We left at 11:40 pm with our 2 kids to try and find different accommodations for the night. Now all that aside, the location and pictures of the hotel make it look decent….its not.

    1. Wasn't able to check in until over an HOUR after check-in time. 2. Dirt and trash all over the 'freshly cleaned room" that we had to wait for. 3. Dirt in the tub and corners of the bathroom. 4. The TV didn't work, nor did the phone when we tried to call about the TV. 5. After trouble shooting the TV for 20 min, "I guess it doesn't work..maybe maintenance can get to it." 6. It's an "extended suite" with a kitchen and ZERO kitchen items or shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, or iron. 7 My kid found a PILL in the ONE PLASTIC CUP they gave us. 8. ANTS EVERYWHERE. I had NOWHERE else to go with my kid and they refused to give a partial refund - only a full one if we vacated. So they could rent out this trash room to someone else? F this S-hole of a place.

The owner made me pay for my pets, even though they're SERVICE ANIMALS, and even had the audacity to tell me i needed to provide paperwork proving that they were in fact service animals, which is ILLEGAL. They also only have 1 washer and 1 dryer, which are extremely small. There's no elevator either, and NOBODY at the front desk after 10pm, so if you just so happen to get locked out of your room, or your key stops working, you're completely locked of your room and you have to call a phone number they have on the front window and wait an ungodly amount of time for someone to DRIVE to the property to give you access to your room again, when the owner LIVES LITERALLY RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE PROPERTY! , On top of all that, the rate is never as cheap as it says online; the owner makes up whatever price he wants and finds ways to charge you extra fees, and sometimes he doesn't even put that someone is booked into a room in the system!! 3 separate times I had an employee walk into my room without permission, saying that the room is in the computer as available (empty.) You're lucky if you get a room with everything in working order also, something is always broken or missing, ex: stovetop doesnt have any power, or the dresser is missing a whole drawer, or the window isnt properly installed. They're so cheap that the beds dont have a real comforter, just some type of blanket they'd probably give you in a jail cell; and you're lucky if you get 5 minutes of hot water in the shower.

On the other end of the room was a “kitchen”, not unlike one in a 1972 Dodge mobile home. The bathroom was okay although I didn’t use the shower, so I can’t report. Bedroom was how I’d imagine a jail cell to be, one bright overhead light, no other lamps in the room. Bed was comfortable enough. TV had very few channels, and those it did have were mostly static. There is no front desk or “concierge” service, as advertised, at night between 10 PM and 8 AM and the snacks and vending machine area was locked during these times as well. The air conditioner worked very well and the room was spacious.

Unfortunately I left right after checking in. The room was very run down. The mattress looked old, there were smears of something brown on the sides that were exposed and when i pulled the sheets back there was food crumbs in the bedding and I saw that there was an old, dirty sheet serving as the mattress protector. Lots of dirt and garbage under the bed, no TV in the "sitting" area, broken fixtures, loose deadbolt, and the bathroom was grimy and stocked with stained towels. I looked out the window, saw a very green pool, someone's personal belongings on the roof below, and decided to not stay.

This motel is average at best. Rooms are okay. Beds are horrible and so is the cheap little TV. The TV has 6 working channels and that’s it. The location kinda sucks. There is nothing around but a ghetto store. I would not stay here again.

The parking was horrible if your driving a larger vehicle my van wouldnt fit in the parking garage. Homeless staying on the side street. Prostitutes walking the streets just 2 blocks down. When you first walk in all you smell is cat. Walked to my room and in the hall there was a large bugs guts splattered on the wall. Couple rooms down i could hear people arguing loudly. In the room looked like nail polished spilled on the floor, dents all over the fridge, window seals looked like they had been damaged before because they were replaced with tile. I refused to stay here i unfortunately had to pay for the first night and had the rest of my nights refunded. But even though i paid for the first night i didnt not stay here. I would NEVER stay here especially with my children.

The TV wasn't working, the laundry facilities were not working. We had to ask to have any kind of housekeeping done. Trash wasn't emptied. The lock the room where the vending machines and ice machine is at, at 10pm and don't open it up until after 8am. The floor in the room was so dirty that my feet were black from walking on it. They don't use bedspreads. They just use sheets and a blanket then another sheet over the blanket. The kitchenette is nonoperable. The stove doesn't work, no dishes, no coffee pot. No light in the refrigerator. The curtains look like they are 50 years old, holes in them. It alot worse than 3 years ago when I stayed there.

There's no staff after 10:00 p.m. there is one security guard that is in charge of several properties. There are sketchy people that hang out in the parking garage dealing drugs and doing prostitution. The pool was green and unable to be used. The vending machines and ice machines were locked up at night. There were no dishes in the kitchenettes like described.

I normally do not post reviews, but I absolutely needed to in this case. We got to Portland around midnight and were instructed to call the phone number for security as there is no one at the front desk after 10pm. Security took about 30 minutes to get to the property but was very kind and unlocked our room for us, however could not provide us a key as we were not “officially checked in”. The room was nothing at all like what was pictured. The drawer provided was broken and unusable. The floor was dirty. The room had an odor, and an even worse odor came from the sink drain. We could also hear every single footstep coming from the guests upstairs. We didn’t even bother to shower due to the uncleanliness of the room, just went straight to bed. I immediately booked a new hotel for my remaining stay. At around 10am as we were getting ready to leave, a random person was knocking on our door. When we opened, they stated that “I’m trying to book a room and the front desk said that you would be leaving soon,” and then proceeded to attempt WALKING INTO MY HOTEL ROOM to “check it out.” This was the strangest, most uncomfortable hotel experience I’ve ever had. You can find better hotels at comparable prices.

There was no elevator, which I wasn’t warned about. I have a disability and had to carry my luggage up the stairs — extremely difficult after a long day of travel. I was so exhausted that I chose not to switch rooms, and honestly, I didn’t think another room would be any better. The most disturbing part was waking up Saturday morning to people running through the hallway and a man yelling “I’ll kill you!” multiple times, with a woman screaming “Let him go!” It was terrifying. No staff ever followed up or intervened. I would not recommend this hotel for solo travelers, disabled guests, or anyone concerned about safety and basic comfort.

Wow, listen all I have to say is if you wanted a cheap stay here it is. You want to stay somewhere for about 80-90 bucks a night, go ahead and stay here but I’d say stay away! Bite the bullet and pay an extra 30 for peace of mind somewhere nicer. Parking garage under this thing is something out of true crime podcast, everyone stares at you like YOU aren’t to be trusted. I think it’s just one guy that runs this place and half the time he’s not even at the desk. EVERY. Single. Surface in this room has NEVER been wiped down since probably they opened. Our tvs speakers were broken most likely because the walls are made of construction paper. And I can’t say much for those living in the hotel long term, because hey I’ve been there but ohhhhhh listen it’s cheap, and you’ll get cheap.

What a dump, the ages building I could handle the half way sorta working heat I couldn't had to buy a space heater. (It was snow and freezing rain during my stay) The gentleman that worked at night was great but the day shift worked was a slime ball over charged ran my card then wanted 29 dollars more charging me 39 more than my reservation hotels.com was no help whatsoever, not one dy did my room key work a second time, I work graveyard and was here for the emergency shelter and the below building parking has only 1exit available for cars and people every other one is chained shut (sure that violates at least fire codes) but the kicker was Saturday morning at 820 there is a sign saying if you have paid reservations call their security company and they will bring you a key. Did I mention there is no help at the desk any night from 11 til 8 am and the digital keys don't stay programed. So after being forced into paying more than my reservation price(he wouldn't refund my card so I could pay it online) I am told by the security company they don't know when they can get here and needing to check out I'm sure they will take part of my deposit for lte check out even though it was their error. Don't ever use studio 6 or Hotels.com they just blame the other and neither will do anything or even provide a halfheart sort of guest service you better off and probly after sleeping in your car!!! And to top it all off the vending machines room is padlocked and there is no guest laundry

I am working in Portland graveyard shift and with the snow was required to work 2 more nights. Has asked if I needed to room another night if it was available and was told yes so when I went to pay for another night I was shocked to be quoted almost 30 dollars more for the night of course it wasn't quotes I had given my credit card and room key at the same time and then after my card was ran for every penny on it I was told I was 20 short when I asked why so much was told that's what it cost it was never 60ish dollars so since I was going to have to transfer from my bank to my prepaid card I use when traveling I looked it up on line and showed him the 68 dollar reservation I could make right then and was told so it then but wouldn't refund my already paid 77 to my card so I would be able too. Isn't that theft? Running my card first and all? Not to mention I'm sure had I just checked out my deposit of 100 would of been kept. You would think being in business with hotels com they would at least honor the price you put on your website and offer to guest. Not to mention the premium channels of cable are at best 8 channels and the room was so cold I had to buy a personal space heater. Won't be going thru hotels.com or studio 6 again I would be better off sleeping in my car

I arrived on time for check-in and my room and It had just been cleaned (maybe 5 min prior). The front desk worker mentioned they were short staffed so understandable. The hotel room was clean at first sight, but upon further inspection there was food and who knows what else on the walls, under the table, and floor. There was CONSTANT noise from the rooms around me, like kids running around and people blasting music at all hours of the night. I just let it go because I was only there for one night and it looked like the others lived there. There was garbage overflowing from a trashcan outside my room the whole time I was there, and there were small cockroaches IN my room. Could not check out in the AM because there is no one at the front dest until later in the day. all in all, not the WORST hotel I've ever been in, but will never stay here again.

If I could rate this negative stars I would . I've never checked into a hotel then checked out in less than an hour . The guy at the front desk was very unfriendly. He told me if i had issues while staying there that he wasn't my mommy or daddy and to deal with it myself m I was told there was no smoking in the hotel , yet the hallways and room reeked of cigarette smoke and urine . The carpets looked like they had never seen a vacuum. The room was disgusting, it came with a stove but was missing all the dials and knobs , the living room had absolutely no furniture, except for a few ripped apart and heavily stained chairs , someone had written on the wall with a sharpie , the mattress had what looked like a blood stain on the side , and the bathtub was heavily stained. I checked out immediately. The front desk offered to move me to another room but no way was I gonna entertain the thought of another room another room .

I don’t know why hotels make us feel like prisoners but this one did. No guests after a certain time $100 deposit and just felt like I should have taken a mug shot. The room’s spacious could have fit another bed and had more available space and have more supply which would allow for less of a price. Alas late stage capitalism at work. Control the cost charge more for the room. Hallways felt dreary and the lock mechanism was aged. No hair soap or conditioner and for the same price I could have gotten it at another hotel. I wish there was affordable hotels near the airport for the early flights but alas why would they want to…

You certainly get what you pay for here! Hotel is in a somewhat sketchy part of town. We arrived late (10pm) and there was no one at the front desk even though a sign said the front desk was staffed until 11pm. The person who eventually checked us in after waiting 20 min did not have very good customer service skills. There were many putrid smells throughout the lobby and hallway: cigarette smoke, urine, food. The room was sparse and did not contain any of the advertised amenities: no dishes or in-room coffee maker. There were no bedside lamps, only glaring overhead lights. The bed was uncomfortable and we could hear other guests moving about. The light above the sink did not work. The furniture was damaged. Overall the room had the feel of a mental hospital or low income housing: nothing extra in the room that could be stolen or broken. Luckily we were exhausted from a full day of traveling so we slept well. And our bodies were on Eastern time so we woke up early and split out of there as fast as we could. I would not stay here again.
