It was close to my destination and stores and restaurants. It allowed me to have my dog. The room had a terrible smell and when we tried other rooms, they had the same smell. I sprayed Lysol every day and it wouldn’t go away.

Room was very clean, quiet, the breakfast was well stocked. I would have liked more fresh fruit. The staff was very nice.

The staff were fabulous. I want to say the man that night was Danny and he got a roll away bed for us and went out of his way. Super clean and pool and hot tub worked and were great! We felt super safe on the property and it wasn’t too far from Neyland stadium. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t great at the hotel.

The hotel is excellent! The staff if very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast selection is excellent!

The power was out for 2 hrs roughly. No air, no lights, no nothing. The room has ants and other insects. The bathroom had areas that didn't seemed to be very clean. The hotel looked old I side and not kept. The best part was the service by the employees.

I LOVED my room, the bed was so comfy! The pool was great and I even had it to myself during my full stay, so it was not over crowded! The breakfast was GREAT! The place was so clean. The staff was honestly amazing and helpful! I honestly cant think of anything. The place as a whole met every need I had! I know I will be staying here again! I can't even think of anything I could be picky about. All my need where met, and the staff was amazing!

My room was on the first floor. The room above me very loud! Me and my little one got little sleep. But overall, hotel staff, room, amenties, and breakfast great.

There was a dirty wash cloth left in the tub and under the sink. There was a wet spot under the covers .(had to take sheets off) Had my own. The bed was way to hard. The towel are rough and scratchy no fabric softener .

Great value. Well-lit parking lot, has large parking area nextdoor to park vehicles with trailers. Beds were comfy and plenty of pillows.

Pretty standard mediocre mass produced breakfast. Beds were nice and soft. We did have one dirty sheet.

The breakfast was one the best I've ever had at a hotel. There were lots of choices which is important to us as my husband has some food allergies and he was able to eat there. The room was very clean and I was very happy with how quiet the room was. Thank you!

I felt very welcomed by the staff. Nice amenities: thick towels, large enough soaps to get a good lather, clean room.

Thr staff was very friendly especially Jessica Jones. She was always hard at work and making sure guests were taken care of. She was very friendly and professional. The pool and hottub were amazing especially for my kids. We will definitely stay again.

They are doing some nice updates. Breakfast was good.

I'm a regular customer here. I was a little disappointed this time. Because apparently they were pulling up the carpet and razor blades were left all over the floors and on the ledges of the third floor very big safety hazard.

My room was very clean. The staff was friendly with a smile and a hi. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Every night when I came back I stopped in the breakfast area for a hot chocolate and a water which the always had available. The bed were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. Room 307 needs a do not disturb sign for the door.

What a place to stay for one week. My kids were very kind to the front desk and said hello and they were happy kids. Can’t please everyone comfort inn sorry!

This was our second vacation stay here. We were here for 6 nights so it was a long stay. The staff were all wonderful, very accommodating, the breakfast was always hot, and everyone always had a smile on their face. The room was perfect, comfortable beds, clean and refreshing. Cannot wait to come back again.

Room was very nice we were there for 5 nights and the turned the bed when ever we asked if there was one thing have something different for breakfast love biscuits and gravy but by day 5. Overall fantastic place to stay

Efficient check in very clean hot tub was good and breakfast options were good. A great place for an over night stop and pet friendly too!

This was a great day at this hotel. The only thing that I didn’t like is there was stomping at night and stomping first thing in the morning right above me I could also hear the neighbors talking through the walls and these are supposed to be soundproof rooms. They were not.

Everyone was great. One front desk guy was grumpy. Otherwise a fantastic stay. Housekeeping was top notch.

We got in late. It seemed safe, quiet, clean. Bed was very comfortable. It’s next to a hospital, and has a 5 Guys burger place in the parking lot. It seemed like a lot of people staying overnight for work. The parking lot was already empty when we checked out a bit early. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location if you are going to Knoxville zoo!

The tub faucet had a very unique stopper to switch to shower. It’s very hard to pull and if my husband wasn’t there I wouldn’t have been able to use the shower. The edge of the shower panels aren’t sealed so it’s impossible for housekeeping to clean them. No mirror outside of bathroom. Temp inside the breakfast area was 68 which is way too cold for me.

I had a good, hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits & gravy & sausage. There were several other choices too. The property was clean and convenient. Sttaff friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good. Bed comfortable. The only things concerning was that the door dead could not be engaged as the strike plate was misaligned. As the frame was steel not sure how that can be resolved and the faucet in the bathroom leaked around the base of the knobs everytime they were used.

Property has no elevators!! For a Senior’s couple, very inconvenient. They need someone at front desk with more knowledge and more experience… The place need an upgrade!!

My families stay at the Comfort Inn was pleasant and the gentlemen that were at the front desk were more than accommodating with the check in and the ask for additional towels. The room was quite spacious and comfortably kept my family of six.

Was clean and felt safe and homey, however was no ice. They had it in a cooler in the lobby.

Windows were hard to see out of. The views were not that nice . The walls in the room looked like it had been patched at some time. The bed was comfortable and it was clean.

The staff was friendly. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The pool was indoors and smelled highly of chlorine. We didn’t go inside. I wish there had been a few outdoor benches or areas to sit and read. It was a beautiful night. There was one bench very close to the building.

The mattress is almost worn out and needs replaced. The breakfast would be much better with a waffle maker. It's really bland. For the price you are charging, it should be much better. FYI, I loved the massage chair.

I had my best friend which is my dog with me. Of course we stayed in a pet room that thankfully they have them but… The room smelled horrible. Maid knocked on the door too early.

Sink/ counter waa not separate from the toilet/shower area. No convenient way to refill a water bottle. Only one water fountain and ice mavhine in the entire 3 floor hotel. On the plus side, there was a pool (did not use but children on our floor did) TV was large and remote was easy to operate Breakfast was good with staff checking to refill Staff caught us before we left to return a sleep mask that we inadvertently left behind

The room could have been cleaned better. Dust was on the phone and shelves, hair in the bathroom and the coffee maker had old coffee in the filter basket.

After a very long day of driving, the wonderful and comfy mattress in a quiet room was just the best!

Breakfast was good, and the room was in good condition.

We had to swap rooms due to someone smoking in a non-smoking room, but they were quick to accommodate the change. Had no problems. I will say there was entirely too much chlorine in the pool and it bleached my son’s trunks and made him have a reaction. Other than that our stay was fine.

Pool advertised on add says closes at 11. It closes at 10. We were disappointed after arriving at 9:30 pm that we couldn't enjoy some time in the hotub after a 14 hour drive.

I was impressed with the cleanliness & comfort of this hotel. The hot tub was a welcome benefit after coming in from the cold outside temps. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, english muffins, cereal, packaged mini donuts & more. An attendant was quick to wipe off the tables as guests finished. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I needed a place to stay in the area.

The front office staff was some of the rudest employees we've ever met. Couldn't even say hello or thank you when we were checking in! However, the breakfast attendant was very sweet and kind and works very hard. Convenient location with average rooms.

I traveled to Knoxville for a business trip and, due to last-minute circumstances, had no choice but to book this establishment. Initially, the first couple of days seemed tolerable, though I began waking up with severe sinus issues. I also noticed an unusual amount of dust lingering in the air at random intervals. When the snowstorm arrived and temperatures plummeted, I was forced to rely on the heating system to stay warm. That’s when I discovered the horrifying state of the air filters. Upon inspection, I was absolutely appalled. The filters were coated in layers of filth, grime, and dust. To document the severity, I wiped them with a clean white towel—only to see it turn pitch black. The aftermath? Waking up each morning with a raw throat, a persistent cough, and worsening sinus issues. The air quality in this room is nothing short of a health hazard. It is clear that these filters have not been cleaned or maintained in months, if not longer. This is not merely negligence—it is outright dangerous. This issue has caused me to develop a severe sinus infection. As I write this, I plan to visit urgent care first thing in the morning to have a medical professional assess the full extent of the damage. I have now been forced to unplug the heating unit entirely, leaving me to endure an outside tem

Room could be more clean, sheets had a plastic stain (??), there were dirt spots on the floor. However, the room was big, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was horrible: tasteless eggs, greasy sausage patties and mushy bagels.

Hotel was nice. Check in easy. Breakfast was better than average and refilled items quickly. Had to ask at front desk for blanekt and linens for pullout couch. We did find a pizza box that was in the closet and mold on the shower curtain so room could have been cleaned a tad better. Overall would stay again.

Everything about the facility and staff is always great.The room was spotless, quiet and the mattresses are terrific. We stay at this location often and the only thing we could ding it for is the breakfast. We feel it is sub par especially the coffee. it is the only area in the whole place that has not been upgraded. The eating area is fine, it’s the food that is not desirable. Thanks for giving the opportunity to let you know our feelings, I Ihope it is helpful in improving a good hotel.

Hotel has electric vehicle charger but it does cost. For Tesla owners, there's a Supercharger within walking distance.
