Like? Close to downtown. Ew, the room smelled. Even used my own lysol to try to *dumb* down the smell. Got back really late and saw multiple roaches. Good god. Will never stay again, Breakfast? Gtfoh we left right away ! I understand get what you pay for, however it's 2026, yall either clean or dismiss. I wouldn't want my family members staying here. Period.

I acknowledge that we were looking for cheap accommodations for one night. We were not expecting to be met with mold on the ceiling, a hint of smoke odor (even though it was a Smoke-free room), and a paltry breakfast (there were four slices of bread that could be toasted but no toppings, two kinds of cereal and a pitcher of milk that I was afraid of since I could not determine a Best By date). The outdoor pool looked like it had been closed for years, not that we wanted to swim. In a previous submission, I suggested Wyndham needs to send an inspector out immediately to protect their brand reputation.

Pool wasn't open it was still covered completely people living there, multiple drug deals in the parking lot and ROTTING FOOD LEFT IN MICROWAVE. AC DIDN'T WORK WELL

They over booked and I wasnt even able to get a room even after booking 7 days in advance.

The place we stayed had burn holes in the furniture. Beds where not properly cleaned with hair and stains found everywhere on both beds and pillows. The bathroom had mold growing all over the wall and the toilet was stained along the rim with what looked like everything past guest had left behind. Not to mention the terrible smell that was a mix of dog and smoke.

The dryer ended up costing me 10 dollars to dry one load of clothes

The room smelled so bad and looked totally filthy. When I saw the room, I turned around and went to the front desk and ask for a refund.

This place is a hellhole. it has deteriorated in recent years. Never again.

There's been no word from anyone at the hotel concerning a refund of any amount to compensate us for the horrible experience, even though the staff assured me there would be !! Not surprised!!

Checked in and there was hair all through the shower and the toilet was leaking. Woke up in the morning to a cockroach in my bag..can’t comment on the breakfast because didn’t stay long enough for that.

Do not ever stay here!!! The rooms are dirty, dingy and disgusting. The towels were stained brown, the comforters had cigarette burns in the them. The bathroom was dirty and I’m pretty sure there was a blood stain on the wall and floor. The room stank of stale cigarettes and stale weed. Thankfully we didn’t have to spend much time here as it was only for one night.

We didn’t get the room we originally booked because they had too many reservations and not enough rooms so someone else got our suite. The non smoking room smelt like cigarettes and cat pee. Old pee stain on the white sheet on the bed.

Avoid at all costs. I rather sleep outside. Bed bugs smell of dog urine. I don’t think I need to continue. This place should be removed when looking for hotels!

We had online reservations and when we arrived to check in it took 30 minutes. Stay was all over the place no one was helping. Rooms were being pulled. They finally got us a room that wasn’t cleaned. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the room to be completely set up. The room it self was horrible. Starting from opening the door and walking in, it smelled like someone had just smoked, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, dead bugs on the floor, dirty sheets and pillow cases (had spots and tiny burnt holes), dirty lounge chair. To make matters worse, black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom shower, dingy towels and washcloths, and dried urine on the toilet seat. Just disgusting.

Not clean. Stained sheets, stained and tore up rug and couch in room. Busted door and the shower wouldn’t even work because the lever you pull to switch it from the faucet to the shower was completely missing.

THEY WERE FILTHY AND HAD ORANGE GUNK ON THEM! 4: THERE WAS BUGS FLYING AROUND EVERYWHERE 5: THERE WAS 2 BOXES OF SOMEONE ELSES LEFT OVER FOOD IN THE FRIDGE 6: THE LADY SAID ITS NOT A 400$ A NIGHT HOTEL WHAT DO YOU EXPECT 7.REFUSED TO LET ME TALK TO A MANAGER EVEN THOUGH WE THINK ROY WAS THE MANAGER 8.CALLED ME A LIAR AND SAID THEY CLEANED THE ROOM THEIRSELVES ANS THERE WAS NO WAY IT WAS THAT DIRTY 8: SAID THEY KNEW ABOUT THE BUGS AND THEY CALLED A EXTERMINATOR A FEW DAYS AGO I COULD GO ON BUT I WONT MY ADVICE IS STAY IN YOUR CAR OR A TENT BEFORE HERE !!

Cheap rate is not worth it! Cockroaches in bathroom. Stained sheets. Nasty carpet with cigarette burns. During checkout I mentioned the cockroaches and the desk attendant said, “yeah, there are some rooms with them. “

The rooms were dirty and the mattresses had blood stained on them. There cigarette burns on the blankets and the bathrooms were filthy. We ended up leaving and having to find somewhere else to stay.

Staff were nice but our room was a disappointment, The floor was filthy and dirt in corners. The bath/show valve did not work and the water fluctuated cold and warm, mostly cold.

A few sketchy extended stay folks but they had enough sense to keep their distance from me. I will continue to stay here nearly EVERY WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.

The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". Apparently they let people sleep in their cars in the parking lot too. I woke up to someone parked beside my vehicle and they we're sleeping in their vehicle. I didn't sleep well at all because of how disgusting it was! I checked out very early and told the man at the front desk about cockroaches and all he said was oh sorry we take care of it. Didn't offer any kind of $$$ back or anything. I WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

Worst hotel ever rented. Vomit or blood on the sheets, bugs on the floor, hair in the bathroom and there was a half inch gap on the door that anyone could look into the room. We simply left and did not ask for our money back. Could not leave fast enough.

Room had gnats, towels were stained, breakfast was nonexistent, "clean" towels were hung in a Target bag on door. Coffee carafe was missing and then one without a lid was given. Water temp went from normal to scalding without warning. Lots of transient looking people around and living in rooms. Pool was padlocked for no reason. Staff was nice but unmotivated. Laundry/Ice was outside and out of order.

The property immediately smelled upon entry, the door did not lock and there were roaches. Dogs barking due to being animal friendly hotel and sketchy people walking around. The bedding was old looking. I immediately cancelled my reservation and went to the Holiday Inn nearby

rather poor. 1st room unusable no working door lock. 2nd room door bent, cereal and milk spilled in front of door before we used room never cleaned up. Loud screaming outside, profanity used often never stopped until early morning. People drinking outside with open bottles and beer cans with kids all around. Not a place for a family atmosphere. Facility old and poorly maintained.

They didn't stay. The rooms were dirty and I'm still getting charged. Not child appropriate with the people on the balconies. One hotel clerk was nice. Gave them paperwork stating room was canceled. I will be disputing the charges. When I tried to call the hotel and talk to them they wouldn't answer the phone.

It was not as nice as the pictures online. It was uncomfortable and the breakfast wasnt put out unless requested. Was not at all what I expected.

Front desk lady Ms.Jessica was very nice,helpful and knowable.Gave me good information and clear direction about Knoxville areas. Rooms were clean, comfortable . We requested for two rooms near and we got them both side by side that was really excellent service .

The woman that checked us in was very nice. She had to deal with some people near our room that ended up needing to be handled by the Sherriff's deputies. Fairly quite during the night. Bed was comfortable. Linens on the bed had cigarette(?) burns. Carpet has seen better days, so not sure how clean it was. Free Breakfast was very disappointing-only cereal, white or wheat bread for toast, orange juice and so-so coffee. Conveniently located to good places to eat and the freeway. Usually stay at hotels close by but they were all booked. At least we had a good night's sleep.

Property was very dirty. We immediately requested a refund and they promised to give us one. We have yet to be refunded from travelocity.

The room smelled of smoke and cat urine. The large cloth covered chair in the room had a long cut in it. We simply chose not to stay there.

This was absolutely the worst hotel ever. Save yourself time and hassle, don't stay here!! There was a needle on the floor when we entered the room likely from the previous person using drugs and it wasn't cleaned by the hotel. All of the sheets and blankets had burn holes. The tiles in the bathroom were completely broken. It was dirty and smelled horrible. Our biggest health and safety concern was the needle on the floor. My family of 5 opted to stay in our vehicle overnight instead of staying at this hotel since other hotels were sold out. The hotel issued a refund and yet I still cannot be reimbursed. This hotel is the worst with safety and health concerns. Do not come here!

Expedia canceled our reservation at 5:06 am. Or the hotel did on behalf of Expedia. We have no idea why. But before that, someone opened the door to our room saying “hello, hello” just before 5:00am. Again, we didn’t cancel and we have no idea why someone would cancel our reservation. After spending a 30 minutes on the phone with Expedia, who called the hotel on our behalf, we got no good answer. We also called the hotel and talked to the manager as well, who also couldn’t give us an answer. But it was scary and startling for someone to try to get into our room at 5:00 in the morning.

Room had a smell that wouldn’t go away. Carpet and towels were stained. TV didn’t work and overall not a good experience. Stayed 3 hours and got back on the road. Will not stay there again

This is the nastiest hotel I ever stayed. The staff were very nice but the hotel was horrible. I had to change rooms three times. Towels were stained. The bathrooms in the hotels were nasty.

My wife and I checked in the hotel and I asked the receptionist for a room on the bottom floor of course he said that it was not possible to accommodate me. So after that he gave us a room out of a horror movie. The couch was stained and smelled the room was infested with stink bugs and the bed did not look at all comfortable. Needless to say we were offered a different room that was renovated and cleaner but just experiencing that scene at this hotel made the stay very unpleasant.

Booked my room a week in advance and paid in advance. After a 2 and a half hour drive, Upon arrival an hour before the concert i was attending started they inform me they are overbooked and dont have any rooms available! Made me late to my event as well as a stressful scramble to find another room last minute. With over 80,000 spectators in town for tge Morgan Wallen concert everything else was booked too! Ruined my trip and show.

This place is in very poor shape. I don't expect a Holiday Inn, but they could do better. The room was nasty, there were roaches in the bathroom, the smoke detector had been removed from the room, the microwave was gross, breakfast was a bowl of cereal or a slice of toast. No juice or anything else. I saw two drug deals in the parking lot before I had my stuff in the room. It was 1 am when I got there and there weren't any other places available or I would not have stayed. The manager only wanted to know what room so he could call the exterminator. I have pictures, but the app won't let me upload them. I just want folks to know what they are getting into when they pick this hotel.

Our room was what we expected for a Super 8 and the price. Clean and well-equipped. Only complaints: could not cool the room down for sleeping, and the upholstered chair was extremely difficult to get out of. You get what you pay for.

WOW. - dirty sheets in first room. Got a second room. Both beds dirty sheets , bed covers stained , hair in sink and my fav- cockroaches. Door and baseboard damaged. Very poor experience. Stayed there 4 yrs ago- use to be decent hotel. Never again. Highly suggest looking for another place to stay!

Roaches, nasty microwave, nasty shower curtain. Had a phone, but didn't work. Hide away was torn, discolored and yucky. Carpet turned our feet black.

Very old hotel that has not been kept up. Thankfully only my husband saw the roaches. And did not tell me. The breakfast juices were just water. Front desk staff were nice and the best part of our stay.

Check in on arrival was very quick. There were coffee grounds in the hot water and very limited (possibly old) food options for breakfast. The coffee maker in the room was clean or safe to use. There was a continual smoke smell in the bathroom. When Delta canceled my flights and I had a puking migraine, the front desk was unable or unwilling to allow my fiancé to add an additional night, forcing me to endure repeated telephone calls and walks to the front desk. This hotel was also unwilling to change a previous reservation that I needed to move because of a domestic abuse situation.

Roaches! Burn holes in the blankets! Rooms Smelled like an ashtray! We left and did not stay. The first room had not been cleaned, it looked as if someone rolled in the beds and just put the blankets back, no pillows on one of the beds, no towels, no toilet paper. Seriously the nastiest hotel ive witnessed and being prior military I've stayed in a lot of places. I took pictures and showed the front desk lady, she was very nice about the situation.

Due to family emergency we attempted to cancel our booking. The super absolutely refused to cancel or switch our nights. After showing up late that night the woman at the desk said the room was cancelled with no refund. She stated there was nothing they can do about it so i guess if you say you cant make it to your reservation they will still charge you and give your room to someone else. Arrival at the property was people coming out of the wood line going in to the rooms and hallways. A awful smell along with trash was spread through the property. I know we lost 90 bucks but beware a lot of shady stuff is going on a this property.

The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke,even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The front desk person was very helpful, apologized, and got us another first floor room that was clean and fresh. She was very friendly and seemed to really care.

We found a live bug in our sheets. The blankets had burn marks, the carpet had burn marks. We requested a non smoking room but due to all the burn marks throughout the room and the terrible smell, it must have been a smoking room. It smelled awful in there and I’m not sure what type of bug was crawling in our blankets.

It was fine. Quiet. Mostly clean. Just a few spots were missed, small things.

Staff was friendly but the hotel room was disgusting. Floors were sticky, sheets and blankets had cigarette burns.

Website showed a room and said, excellent for kids, booked it and got there and the smoke smell was so bad, cover sheets and covers had holes burned through them. It was so terrible you couldn’t breathe due to the smell. Housekeeping said they would bring air freshener but they never did. Highly recommend that you skip this hotel but front desk people were friendly.

Was going to rate as a 4/10 but reduced to 2/10 when the ROACH appeared on the sink counter at 5 am. This was in addition to the large patches of black mold on the bathroom ceiling. It was so much that we did not use the shower and limited our bathroom usage. Definitely a health hazard. only positives were the bed was okay and the room (aside from the bathroom) was "refreshed".

Sorry to see that the room was also not overly clean. The fabric furniture was tattered and torn. I would not be staying here again.

The heater was very noisy, the towel and wash cloths were terrible. Stained and old. Tv had something all over the screen. And forget about the free breakfast, and no lids for coffee cups.

i will admit that i never would have stayed there if every other hotel around was booked due to a winter storm, but what does that say, that they had pleanty of available rooms still. pay the extra $30 and stay somewhere else.

The room was awful. Dirty sheets cigarette holes in the comforter. Light doesnt work. Its currently 22 degrees and midnight and theres no heat. Apparently no one on site has a key to the fuse box to "flip" the switch. So people are freezing waiting for someone to fix it. The entire property smelled of weed.

Mattresses were comfortable enough but sheets are stained and everything feels dirty. Minimal towels. Tub is very dirty. Room smells musty and bathroom is worse. Better than sleeping in my car I guess. Haven’t yet decided if I’m going to risk using the shower without wearing my sneakers…

1st of all the lady and gentleman I only spoke to twice were nice and apologized. That was it! We booked 3 rooms. And no the rooms DO NOT look like the pictures provided. They are nasty! We traveled for a funeral and did not have time to rebook another motel for the large party we had or we would have! We took pictures of everything! The rooms reeked of smoke. We had non smoking rooms. Burn holes on the bedding. The floors not clean. The towels stained. The mirrors had not been cleaned. Only 2 lights worked in 1 of the rooms. Could only find 1 smoke detector in 1 room in the room that was located next to the office. The other 2 rooms were located on the 2nd floor. We slept with our clothes on on top of the blankets and turned the heat up because of the nasty sheets. I paid to much money for 3 rooms for this kind of a stay! And like I said if it wasn’t for the fact we were in town for a death in our family and had 10 people we would have went somewhere else! DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS PLACE! I never give reviews but this time I feel like I really need to so other families don’t go through what my family did!

Sheets and pillows are stained. Hotel was not full and yet they put us next to a group that stayed outside drinking past midnight. Smoke smell in room. Towels stained. Bathroom dirty. Slept with clothes on. Feel like crying.

THE PROPERTY IS PRETTY SAD, OLD AND DIRTY. KINDOF A CRUMMY LOCATION. NEEDS TO BE TORN DOWN AND REBUILT

This hotel was a complete mess. Hair in the beds, hand prints on the mirrors, dirty refrigerator, stains on the pull out bed. Gross gross -

The girl at the desk was great and helpful. However when management came he didn’t even care about my situation and didn’t even try to help.
