However, the front desk attendant was amazing.

Comfy bed, loved the shower Pool was atrocious, looked forward to enjoying the pool, but it was filled with hair and debris and there was WAY too much Chlorine causing my eyes to feel like I was splashed with acid.

room was clean. everything worked. breakfast was very good Because the room was very large (handicapped room), the TV should have been larger. Hard to see from across the room. Also, a chair or two would have been nice.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to stay at the property because all the rooms were booked. I can’t really speak on the actual stay experience, but I hope to have the opportunity to visit in the future.

Disappointing

Our rooms were extra spacious. It was really clean. Hampton Inn is a cut above the other hotels that's why we choose it most of the time.

As a positive, the staff were amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the room and conditions were perfect.

Parking can get tight in the front but other lots available. Only downside is access in and out of the hotel due to interchange off Glenwood. Also - given a discount coupon for “restaurant” next door. I would not call it a restaurant- food available but extremely limited menu.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn! It was very clean, the staff was professional and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Parking was very good. It was well lighted. The picture of room showed three chairs including a desk chair. However the room only had a desk chair. The hotel was quiet which was a plus.

Also was told I could check in early (before 4pm check in policy) Upon arrival was told I had to wait til a room was cleaned. 4 hours later… room was ready. But it wasn’t! RUSH JOB. No Conditioner, Shampoo, body wash, door to shower would not open if you had bathroom door shut.

We loved this hotel, friendly staff , great breakfast and safe area.

Check in was easy. We arrived earlier than expected and they let us check in early, which was amazing. We had been traveling since 3am and we were exhausted. Our room had a king size bed. It was clean and we had plenty of room. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was great. Parking was easy and we felt safe. Everything was great.

Upon check in when we asked where the pool was we were told the heater was broken for it and it was closed. However, they also own the Hilton at that location so we could use that pool. Not ideal but we got changed into swimsuits with our 4 year old and walked across the parking lot to the pool at the Hilton. The pool was tiny and the water wasn’t exactly warm there either. The mushroom that is advertised and looks like a sprinkler in the pictures wasn’t on nor could we find anything to turn it on. The water was incredibly cloudy and the chlorine smell overwhelming. We made the best out of it for a little while and the came back to get in the shower and get to bed. Once back in our room we went to turn the water on and it sputtered. Despite adjusting the faucet we had no hot water. When I called the front desk they to report it the said they had to turn the water off today from 10-2pm and that we should just let the water run and it would eventually get warm. Not ideal but okay. 10 minutes later, we check again and it’s still cold. My husband call the front desk and they say we need to let it run for 30 minutes. 30 minutes! When my husband repeated how long the guy said there are a lot of rooms so yes it would be that long. Now mind you none of this was told to us when we checked in. It was just a disappointing overnight trip as we traveled through to our next stop. The water took over an hour to heat without an apology given or discussion of a refund

Our air didn't work the best. But overall our room was good. Friendly staff! The pool wasn't open due to a heater issue, so that was a bunmer. But we were offered to go next door to the Hilton, but it was very crowded. So we never enjoyed it.

Great place to stay. The pool was nice and warm and there is plenty of space to hang out in the hotel with your party without having to be in your room. The staff was very nice and the complimentary coffee and breakfast was great. Easy on off exit, but sets up on a quieter back street.

Everything was pretty super. We were missing a garbage can under the wet bar, which never ended up showing up like they said, but otherwise great. Pool was really awesome and warm. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was great every day. The bathroom was a little annoying, the doors were not a great configuration.

Pillows, toilet that doesn’t run all the time after maintenance said he fixed. The inroom telephone only worked using the speaker button. Breakfast not as good as it used to be.

Nice staff - very helpful when I needed some assistance with printing work documents as the printer working properly. The hotel was comfortable and clean hotel. Disappointed not convenient to walk to any restaurants. It was a cold night and the HVAC in the room blew cold air. Apparently they are in renovations which will be completed by spring 2026.

Indoor heated pool was good but some of the features like the fountain in the shallow end didn’t work. Didn’t get my room cleaned once over my three days there which was unfortunate, but other than those issues, it was a great stay.

The room was spotless. I didnt ask for an allegen free floor and there was only a little in the air .

Entrance was beautiful, front clerk was fine for check in. Rooms are old and definitely in need of a upgrade.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was great! The continental breakfast was good. Very close to Crabtree Valley Mall and the Lenovo Arena. Only complaint would be the bed. A little too stiff. Overall a good stay!

Main lobby garbages seemed to always be overflowing and the free coffee station was often empty of coffee or the coffee was cold.

James, Shariff, Carl, and the black breakfast lady were extremely friendly and met our needs perfectly. The beds are the only uncomfortable thing.

Staff was courteous. Had little trouble getting hideaway bed out. Called the desk and when they arrived we had just gotten it to pull out. Pull out want very comfortable, King size bed was ok. Got to breakfast about 9 and not nuch left. We would stay here again.

Our room was great. Breakfast was good. The art in the lobby was near and found throughout the building. Desk staff were super nice. Met a manager checking something on our floor and she asked how everything was, what brought us to town, and just genuine in her interest. We saw another manager talking to a crying employee and was assuring her he was doing everything he could. Idk what it was about, but he took time to listen to her and try to reassure her. My daughter enjoyed the pool.

The room was spotless the check in effortless, breakfast was phenomenal so many options and the chef was delightful. I would highly recommend this hotel for tour next stay.

Great lighting in parking lot which was nice since we got there after it was already dark. Staff was pleasent and helpful. Lobby and rooms were clean. Breakfast was better than expected with a large variety of breakfast foods and everything was yummy!

Clean room, staff and breakfast was great! Only thing was we expected a better indoor pool experience. We came from out of town and were excited to get in a nice looking indoor pool on a chilly day but no luck.

The hotel was in a safe and desirable area.

1) The decor in the lobby was eclectic and dark. I was expecting a little lighter, and brighter from a hotel. 2) The room was ok. The carpet was not vacuumed very well. Fuzz and stuff all over (which our toddler kept finding and eating!!) There was a hair in the shower that did not belong to us.) and the closet door was a double sliding glass door which kept getting off the rail - Frustrating. 3) They were power washing the building. We were not told. They had a small letter posted by the elevator. Our room was on the second floor and there was a roof outside - so workmen were outside of our windows. We had to leave the blackout curtains closed the whole time. Saturday AM - they said the work would not start until 10 so we opened the curtains and at 8:00a a workman walked by while we were still in the bed. Really - not bad, but just not what i was expecting for our first family vacation.

Excellent hotel near the mall with easy access to restaurants and shops. It takes only a few minutes to get to the stadium.

The pool looked inviting but was extremely cold, explaining why we never saw one person in it over 3 days. The TV remote was difficult to use. The shower would not turn off but after reporting to the front desk they quickly fixed it. Everything else was fine. Pool situation disappointing.

Old hotel, no updates at all. Room barely has anything. 1 small desk. No countertops. No coffee maker.

The lobby was clean and fancy looking. Both people I interacted with at the front desk were friendly. I had a king suite which was roomy. It did take a while for hot water to kick in and I let the front desk know about the mirror on the closet being off track. I just never used it while I was there. I didn't get to use the gym or pool. I did have breakfast all three mornings. The breakfast attendants tried to always keep it fully stocked. It seems really early in the morning is the way to go then later. My name on the TV was a cute. I've never had that anywhere.

We had to call Housekeeing as soon as we checked in because the bed didn't look as if the bedding was changed nor if the floor was swept. There was a big stain in the carpet were a pet or someone had urinated. I have stayed there on a few occasions and I have never had any complaints but this time it wasn't up to par.

Just general hotel. I do not know why this hotel has high rating.

This is an elevated Hampton Inn in my opinion. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only complaint is that voices travel from room to room. Additional sound proofing would be appreciated.

The bed is SO comfortable. The only thing we didn't like is in room 320, we could not close the privacy curtains the whole way. There was a gap about 3 inches!

Our stay was one night so we didn’t spend much time at the property. It was clean and spacious.

I wasn't able to get breakfast one morning due to so many people in the breakfast area (literally arms touching) Also I went down in the afternoon to purchase drinks from down in the giftshop/store and the employee complained each time about how she had to ring the drinks up and how it took so long. Mind you the drinks were $4.50 EACH!!! As a customer that just made me feel like I shouldn't have been buying the drinks or I was bothering her. Other than that , the stay way decent

Sits up on a hill surrounded by other hotels. Pretty area, well manicured. Pretty interior. Strange positioning of furniture in room with no chair, other than desk chair. Monochromatic colors in room. Mattress very firm. Love the shower and bathroom decor. Due to hill it sits on, would be difficult to walk anywhere. Would/will stay here again.

8am, entire hotel started vibrating, as if a helicopter was hovering just above the building. It lasted for a couple minutes then stopped. I assume it was an HVAC issue. Neither of the noises were troubling enough to contact the front desk…but I certainly won’t stay here again.

Our room was great. We did do some cleaning after finding several stray hairs in the bathroom, shower, and on the bedding. All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.
