The Staff was Excellent! James at Front desk was super nice. Bartender was awesome! Maintenance responded quickly to replace batteries in the clock. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful! Breakfast staff was amazing for my lactose intolerant food. You have the Best Staff. I can't say Enough about this place. We will definitely be back. Loved our stay.

The location is convenient to literally anything and everything you could want to do in Raleigh. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and all room amenities were outstanding. The young lady working the front desk was very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Highly recommend.

I didn't like the fact later on that night when it was time for me to lay down I saw blood stains on the comforter once I pulled it back and didn't never get it changed when told

Loved the room

The rooms are very clean! The staff are super friendly. Nice little bar area with good food. The hot tub is old and needs a good cleaning. I would not get in. Overall great for the price except for hot tub.

The bad: For some reason, water was difficult to heat - they ran out of hot water for tea and had to go to the hotel next door to get it. They also kept running out of coffee. The pool was late to open on Saturday morning (despite the fact staff knew a group of us were patiently waiting) and then completely out of commission for no apparent reason Sunday morning. The bartender just left at like 5:45 and never came back, abandoning the bar on a Saturday afternoon. Wanted to try a frozen drink at the bar but never got service. All in all, not the worst but far from the best.

Our stay started off well, as we arrived at 1 AM and had quite a bit of activity to handle. However, on day two, I discovered a bed bug in our room. Despite my concerns, I was informed that it wasn't a bed bug, and no staff member took the time to examine the insect or investigate the issue while I was present. It was frustrating to be told that my experience didn't happen. Still waiting for the one night refund!

I loved the cleanliness of the property, the friendly staff and quiet neighborhood. The breakfast could use more variety though.

I had the executive suite with balcony, one place for everything food and drinks but the only thing is I had no clue of a party that was going on, kids running around couldn't access none of features like grill area nor swimming pool nor anything because there was a huge party and they over ran everything. Just wish I would've known I definitely wouldn't have booked my stay there at that time. Upside is I Would book again, just next time I will have to check if anything is going on there.

Right across from Crabtree Valley Mall. About 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh. Many options for dining. Extremely convenient!

Nice hotel in a great location

Live TV had 3 of the 4 NCAA tournament channels (only missing Tru) and I liked how the TV was free standing so the HDMI was very easily accessible (and also could rotate the TV to be viewable from the bed area or kitchen or living room area). Only minor things I would've liked are slippers and a pull up bar in the gym. I would stay here if I ever go to the NCAA tournament in Raleigh again.

We had a great experience. It's a great location if you are looking to focus your time on the North Hills area of Raleigh. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

We expected more from an executive suite. It did not look like pictures. The room was out dated, an average person cannot sit at the dinning table in the kitchen, the lights in the bathroom were rusted, couch was also not for an average person, doors did not close all the way, there were stains on the wall and ceiling, and they were working on renovations in the hotel during this stay. It was an ok stay.

This place is so nice. It's home away from home. The place was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful. They have nice appliances. The shower is a standup and don't leak water on the floor.

Stayed in executive suite. Jacuzzi wonderful and smart tvs convenient. Continental breakfast ok. Lack of amenities a bit odd eg no grab bar in tub or shower, no hair dryer, mini keurig type thing but no cup or utensils. Room kept chilly and note not to mess with thermostat. Bed and sofa bed too firm so didn’t get much sleep. Would definitely stay again for jacuzzi tub and smart tv but bring my own coffee and pillow next time.

Property was conveniently located. Staff was professional and friendly. We traveled with out Labrador and everything that we’ve needed was available to us. However, the $100.00 surcharge per stay is high compare to other pet friendly hotels

Very clean and spacious king suite. Front desk staff was terrific. Area felt safe. Parking was excellent. Free breakfast was a little sparse but we got there at 9:30 and it ended at 10 so that might be why. Overall very nice place and would stay again.

Being a Marriott member I would not stay at this hotel again due to rooms always having some kind of issue.

From check in to check out our stay was amazing! Destiny at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless, modern and aesthetically pleasing. Will definitely be staying here again!

This property was old and the paint was coming off the walls and the vents were dirty. Would not stay here again unless there are major capital improvements! Disappointed

I think the hotel is really overrated! Emloyees at this hotel are never responsive or have urgency to resolve issues. They are always too busy. Left a message to GM several times never returned. Overall disappointing experience. I hope they take steps to resolve personnel issues at this location because we like staying at Residence inn's..

There was stains on pull out couch, called to inform staff. Unfortunately they did not have another couch or another room to accommodate my family. Suggested bedding to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR. The lack of empathy and the suggestion to sleep on the floor is what upset me and we left. If the mattress was filthy with stains what makes you think the floor was any cleaner.

I liked everything about my stay with Residence Inn. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. I loved the fact that I had a balcony so that I can go out and get fresh air. I did not feel closed in. i felt at home. It was a great experience. I recommend anyone to visit.

We decided to visit this property again for our wedding anniversary. Even though there were some Maintainance issues, we were very impressed with how everything was handled. The staff did an excellent job communicating with us about the issue. They resolve the issue and did everything they could to accommodate us. Thanks to Residence Inn, it turned out to be a great anniversary weekend.

Both toilets in the room were broken another room on my floor had a flood and the whole hallway smelled like toilet and we had roaches in our room and the pull out bed was cheap unstable and uncomfortable

I am sorry, but I have been to a hotel as dirty as this one.

Great stay, I ended up locking myself out at 2 am and it took about an hour to find anyone to help get a new key. Everything else was great

What I did not like was there were no stairways between the lobby and the rooms. One could take the elevator between the lobby and the rooms but one had to go outside to use the stairs.

The hotel just seems a bit outdated. Drab, dark narrow hallways; a bit musty. Someone on our floor fried fish in their room last night which permeated the halls & even into our room. It seemed to even come thru the vents as air conditioning circulated. It was a major deterrent for me to use this hotel chain again.

Everything was great, but there was a loud water dripping sound into a bucket/pail within the walls of the bedroom next to the window (behind a thin shutter/louvered door your maintenance screwed up on the wall). Kept us up all night.

This was a great surprise for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately, her job was called into work early. She loved this hotel so much that we are booking this room again for her birthday since she no longer works for that employer.

The front desk workers were friendly and accommodating. We checked in late and was able to check out late. We also added on another nights stay w/ Hotels.com, (cheaper than through the hotel) and was able to stay in the same room. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. They had smart tv so we could watch Netflix and YouTube. There was a full kitchen with stove top, microwave, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There wasn’t any filters for the coffee maker though. They had hot breakfast: scrambled eggs, potatoes, blueberry scones (so good), oatmeal, and sausages. The hotel breakfast worker was nice enough to make us turkey sausages since we don’t eat pork…we gave her a tip…please tip her when you stay there, she’s so nice and does a great job! We would like to see more vegan/vegetarian options though… they had oat milk which was good! Good location: The hotel was in walking distance of a nice indoor mall. We would definitely stay again!!

Great service from the staff, friendly and attentive. Though the quality of the room is lacking. The wand shower head was repaired and as a result, would not fasten in place. Decor felt dated and not up to standards for the cost of a suite. I’m glad it was a business trip. If I was paying out of pocket I would have been upset.

I was very disappointed with this Hotel. One of the reasons I booked with this hotel because it stated that he had a swimming pool and grill. Neither one was working. They turned us the sister hotel next door to go use the pool over there. No!!!! I don’t want to walk around to another different location with my child. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Pool and hot tub were green with algae and unusable. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and had been there for a long time. Staff was very friendly and the property appears very nice, but wouldn't stay there again due to the dirty dishes and hot tub condition. Expected better from a Residence Inn.

The rooms seem very over priced for what you get. They are old, show signs of wear, and the HVAC is miserable. The AC was very loud every time it kicked on (all through the night) and it blew cold air right at the bed.

Walked to the Mall .5 mile away! Easy to get to resturants and shopping!

Not up to usual Residence Inn standards. Room was shabby, carpet coming up in several places and held down with duct tape. No hand sanitizer near elevator entrance. We stayed 5 nights, and were told upon check in that our room would be cleaned after 3 days due to CoVid. Our room was never cleaned, nor was trash ever emptied because the housekeeping staff “got behind.” Trash in outdoor receptacles were never emptied during our stay. We had to go to front desk to get clean towels and were told to put our trash in the hallway and someone would pick it up. Sorry to say, would not recommend this hotel.

My only complaint was the A/C was not working properly, therefore the room was a bit warm. I did contact front desk the next morning to fix the problem but it was one hour before check-out.

This was all around a positive experience. The staff went above and beyond for my wife and I. And a special shoutout to the employee at the front desk, Failmon. He was extremely helpful and polite. He helped out us and made the stay feel a bit more like home. He and all the other staff greeted us with a smile.
