Beds were comfy Internet advertisement says shuttles start at 4 am but they don't start till 5. We had a handicap room and there were no slip resistant mats for the shower at all! No coffee pot in the rooms. The shade for the window was broken. I was so disappointed with this room. Tv remotes are hard to use.

THE ROOM AND COMFORT HOW THE TV REMOTE WAS DIFFICULT TO WORK AND THE PULL OUT BED WAS TOTALLY OUTDATED AND UNCOMFORTABLE!! LATE CHECK OUT ONLY ALLOWED 30 MINUTES FROM THE ORIGINAL 11AM

Close by to airport , continental breakfast and a pool. We did not go in the pool but it was nice to have an indoor pool. I was disappointed that they were short staff so I was advised to give advanced noticed if the room needed attention. Also, the very next day I had an eye infection and the only thing I thought was that I used the towels provided at the hotel. And slept on the pillows. Not sure it was just a coincidence or not.

The beds were comfy and clean, but the internet was awful and the fridge didn't work. I reported the fridge and they never bothered to replace it. Also, room was next to the stairs and was woken up many times throughout the night

Our room lacked hot water and pressure, when we pointed this out to the hotel, they said that was normal for a third floor room when it was cold outside. They offered to move us to a lower room, but we only stayed one night. We requested that the manager contact us but that never happened. We would never stay there again.

The room and hotel were in acceptable condition, however, multiple maintenance and managerial personnel walked into the room with no notice thinking nobody was in it.

Room 104 should not be used for guests- there is a large ac or hvac unit outside the window which made a steady noise all night and made intermittent percussive noises that woke up up every hour or so.

Facility was clean. Room was comfortable. However, TV remote didn’t work. Electrical outlet by the bed did not work, so unable to charge phone overnight. Hallway smelled musty, and room was even worse. Smelled very damp.

Easy checkin and quiet for our night before flight.

Grounds, common areas and room were very clean. Pool - not so much so, water appeared clear but there was grunge on the bottom. Food was good - but having stayed 5 nights, it became boring after a couple of days having basically the same options. Room was nice size - huge bathroom being it was handicapped accessible. Window shade broken so could not get any daylight. Vending area items were way over priced!!

They offer hot breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. The room had a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave.

My first knight there woke about 4a noticed something crawling on the bed and discovered bed bugs called the desk was affored to switch rooms upon arriving at the desk the staff (didn’t see name tag)left a nasty taste in my mouth she made me feel as if I was disturbing her no sympathy whatsoever for the inconvenience I stayed because it was closer to where I needed to be I was here about two years ago no problems so I tried again this would be my last time visiting when I first checked in the staff Alicia was warm welcoming and professional I was at ease until about 4a everything changed I started looking every night before going to bed when it was time to check out it was a different price then what I was told and given by Expedia paid more at check out so my trust is gone they say you live and learn situations make you really start to think

The staff and manager are phenomenal!

The gentleman at the front desk was really nice, and signed me up for the rewards program. The bed was very comfortable, and the room seemed really clean. There was construction going on right next to the building, but I didn't hear it at check in or when I left the next day, but while it wasn't an issue for me, probably good for people to know there is active construction going on right outside the window. I really liked the area though and the room, so would highly recommend.

I was located in room 330 on Saturday, July 26. My room was never serviced. We had no towels and per the hotel. They ran out of Cleaning. None of the sockets were working to charge any of my devices except the socket in the bathroom. I paid a lot of money for a three night stay and I had to charge my devices in my car. I couldn’t make coffee in the morning. The things you offered is one of the reasons why I stay the free breakfast, which was good there was no coffee in the room in the morning to make because the socket wasn’t working. The refrigerator wasn’t working.

Very poor service. No room service over our three day stay, even after we talked with the front desk and promised to do it. Daily room service is on the hotel reservation.

Evening staff was terrible morning staff Alexis/angela was wonderful told her our concerns from the evening check and she went above and beyond to fix it and make this better/right

The property was nice. There was construction going on directly next to the property but it wasn’t loud. Pool was ok I thought it was heated but it’s not. Rooms are spacious and clean. The shower was great and the water stayed hot which is a plus. Breakfast bar was A1 and check in and out was a breeze.

Check in was easy and Danielle made us feel very welcome. We arrived after midnight and she was bright and cheery, she made the process very quick and efficient.

This is a brand new property. Very well maintained. Easily accessible from the airport and major area highways. Bathroom was unusually large and clean. We will visit again.

Beautiful new, clean hotel (rooms and common areas). Easy check in/out. Good breakfast - convenient with a nice variety of options. Area feels secluded - saw broken window glass in parking space (not visible from front entrance), so I'm not sure about parking security. Parked close to entrance and visible from our room to avoid any issue for one night. Adjacent lot is under construction (as of 5/8/25).

We have stayed at this hotel a few different times. We have always had a great stay. It is very clean and staff is very helpful if there is any issue at all. Breakfast was good each day. The breakfast area was very neat and clean. The hotel is within 5 minutes of restaurants and shopping. We will stay there again I’m certain

The hotel immediately smelled like cigarettes and there were multiple people waiting in line to be helped by an employee who seemed under the influence of some sort. They canceled our reservation without notifying us citing that people who reserve and pay at arrival never actually show up. They never offered to give us a prorated stay after THEY canceled our reservation. The manager and the employee were more interested in talking about the fast food they were having for dinner. Needless to say we found other housing.

Very clean. Everything we needed. Nearby construction unavoidable. The only negative was a slight odor (maybe mildew or musty?) and it wasn’t possible to run fan continuously which might have helped.

Great hotel. Seemed rather new and staff was AMAZING!! Just a suggestion for the shower. The water was luke warm and I was very disappointed with that. Hot showers are must so if you need that like I do...then this would not be the place for you.

Fitness center was clean, but 2 out of 3 tredmills were inoperable. Sinc e the working one was being used, I tried the rowing machine. But, the display kept blacking out. I settled on using the stationary bicycle.

was given a handicap room, which is fine, when taking a shower water was all over the floor of the bathroom creating a tripping hazard. Individual did look at the condition and provided towels for cleanup. Bathroom door did not work, appeared one roller was not connected to the door. the room darkening blind did not work was in the down position.
