Clean room, literally the cleanest place in the area. We’ve stayed at six different spots and this was the best. Ended up staying 4 nights. Best breakfast ever. That quiche, ah! I’ll dream of it. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back.

The front desk staff was wonderful, very responsive to your needs. Room staff was very helpful and polite. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The parking was plentiful. The area felt safe.

Bad coffee. Limiting the amount of water bottles specially for Gold Marriott members is a cheap way to upset your customers. Two 4 oz bottles for a 4 day stay and arguing your guest that you get only two, it is a bad policy. You kill the whole experience.

Best hotel in the area. Stayed in most of them by now and this is definitely the best. Quiet at night, AC unit isn’t loud, firm bed, mix of soft and firm pillows, amazing breakfast. The night front desk guy was great. Morning front desk… wish I had something nice to say about her but hard to forget the attitude and stank face she gave me while handling a very simple task. Aside from her, best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had.

I paid for the room a month in advance with situation needing a handicap bathroom/roll in shower. They did not supply me with one, my roommate is an amputee. Very hard for him to use the shower. After going to “4” rooms, They did finally supply a room with a tub with a folded down seat. The rooms were clean, didn’t use any of the amenities. Just disappointed in the bathroom situation.

Had a pool/slumber party for my 14 year old daughter and 8 of her besties. The staff was so accommodating and nice. The amenities were perfect and the end result was that everyone had a great time!!’ Thank you!!

Our room didn't get cleaned or restocked in our two nights there. Rooms definitely showing their age. Room never quite got as cool as it should. Pool was decent and breakfast was good. Overall decent value for the money but could use some work on conditions and staff.

The room was dirty even the dishes in the cabinet had old food on it. One morning of our stay we didn’t have hot water to shower. We went later that night to use the grills for dinner they were dirty we asked for a grill brush an all the utensils was nasty like they had never been washed.the staff was helpful but one staff member as I was asking him about the fire pit an how to light it he walked passed me as if I wasn’t standing there. He had a very nasty attitude even after I got his attention. Will never stay again!!!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was immaculate. The staff were friendly, accommodating and went the extra mile when necessary. The breakfast was hot and ready. The kitchen Staff lead John made sure that things were fully stopped fresh to ensure guests can move through the line quickly. The amenities were nice, my kids enjoyed the pool and lounge area. The Location is perfect if you are looking for a modern vibe to your travel. They are literally Central to any store that you can think of. I really appreciate the level of professionalism of all those who are on duty during our stay (Front desk receptionist Kay as well) it helped make traveling with a large family seamless. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for great value and quality.

The stay was perfect. Staff had to show me where the room was, key didn't work at first, but overall the stay was excellent. I still haven't received my incidental deposit back and it's been an entire week.

The staff was so amazing, shoot out to Kendra, she was so welcoming and nice, the only guy who was very rude was the shuttle driver in the morning/early afternoons he seem like he hated his job and showed and he was not nice at all and very rude but other then him everyone was so nice and welcoming and i definitely will be back.

The staff at check in were pleasant and helpful, our check in experience was great. We booked a room with a king bed and a pull out couch for our son. There were no blankets or pillows for the pull out couch, and when my son went to lay down on the couch he found a large clump of hair.

Kendra was super friendly, beautiful and Amazing.

The hotel at some point went under renovations, but it’s clear that they cut corners at every turn. The hallway to our room smelled like wet dog. The chairs that were in the lobby were worn and dirty so we definitely decided to opt out of the free breakfast. Terrible paint job. While my husband was taking a shower the bathroom tub was creaking and kept on like he was gonna fall through the floor. It was really small to be considered a suite. and the chairs that they put at the table had to be from the buildings original decor. We stayed for two days and on the first day we were locked out of our room due to the front desk, thinking that we were supposed to be checked out. When we are inquired about our door being locked the front desk proceeded to tell us that the door is locked because it’s 1 o’clock check out is at 11. My husband informed her we were staying one more night and that today was not our check out day. It was resolved, but not without that remark. I would definitely not stay here again. I’m a germaphobe this place gave me the ick.

When my other reservation cancelled on me at 4:40am, Residence got us in, let us in our room at 6am to catch some much needed Zzzs. Staff was so nice, all of them, amazing. The bed was comfortable, the room was great. AC was a little noisey, but everything else out weighted that! Sooooo many options at breakfast. Nicest breakfast I have ever had

Everything was great with the exception of the beds, those are extremely hard/firm. I personally don’t do well with those kinds of beds and because of it my sleep was poor and when I did get up in the mornings I was sore all over. The room itself was nice and had everything I would need plus more. The staff was so nice and the breakfast was fantastic.

This hotel could use some TLC! The upkeep/maintenance in the rooms are poor and need some work. There were poorly patched over wholes in the doors and scuff marks marks on the walls.

I choose this location because ive booked here several times with the last stay being on July of 2024. I have always rented a one bedroom suite and upon my 2/14 arrival i was put in a small 1 bdrm that no where near what im familiar with and there was NO hot water. I spoke to the front desk clerk about the size of the room and my purpose for choosing this location because I was doing Valentines Day dinner and thought i would have the room i usually book with a full size kitchen table. I was told all 1 bdrms looked like this which is untrue. For the money spent on the room it was not worth it. This totally ruined my night.

It was a well maintained and clean hotels with good amenities. Howver we never could housekeeping to attend to our room.

Great service. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Thanksgiving trip went well and Residence Inn is now a favorite place when visiting Raleigh.

The staff was extremely welcoming upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Whenever we were setting up the couch bed for the kids, I noticed the linen bag was not in the closet like said. However once I called the front desk the nice lady explained they keep them downstairs now and would send it right up. It arrived super quick. I must praise the gentleman in the breakfast area. He is so nice and helpful. He was assisting lots of people to get their waffles made and keeping everything full. Super talkative and can tell he really enjoys working there and making a pleasurable dining experience for all. Not to mention they have the best options of any hotel I've stayed at.

The breakfast was the most comprehensive of any free hotel breakfasts we have experienced from any hotel chain. For example, there was bacon, Canadian bacon, and sausages for choice of breakfast meat. There were pancakes and a waffle maker. There many varieties of pasties. There were numerous cereal choices, all top brands. There was whole milk, 2%, soy milk, oat milk and almond milk. Decaf, regular coffee, and hot water for tea. All very cleanly displayed. The room had a spacious and modern layout. The mattresses were firm. The kitchen was well stocked. The shower was cleverly designed, doorless and deep, with large dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Customer service is superior. Breakfast was delicious and variety to choose from. Grits were delicious. Coffee was robust. Great area to sit for breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Construction noise was a real issue (esp during sleeping hours) and the bed was quite stiff though I know that’s a personal preference. The pillows were great though. Oh, and the tv remote was sticky.

I didn't like the fact that the front desk would not let my daughter check in after I was told I had to have Expedia call them.Expedia tried calling but kept getting put on hold.I had to leave work just for my daughter to call back and say they finally let me check in.I will never stay at this property again

Room 350. Lots of highway noise from this side of the hotel. Would stay here again, but definitely not on this side of the hotel. Breakfast was average and eggs / meats were cold.

Everything was great. We used the gym facility and enjoyed the breakfast. We had one of the suites and it was cozy and quiet. It was actually one of the most quiet hotels I have stayed at in a while.

Overall the experience was great. The room AC wouldn’t go below 72 so it was a bit warm, but otherwise the check in experience was snap of a finger quick, check out was even easier, the room was clean, no problems and parking was free, what more could you need?

First time disappointment with Marriott Residence. Internet was down firs 2.5 days. Staff shrugged it off and said manager was working the issue but left for the day so nothing could be done. It’s a business hotel, so difficult to do work without internet. One day there was a plumbing problem and water was brown. Staff was ambivalent and said there was a plumbing issue and we should run the water 20 minutes before using. Should have posted a sign. Was 20 minutes enough for safe drinking? AC intake was a bit loud and located right by bed so sleeping was disturbed.

Other than the fire pit not having propane. It was a wonderful stay

Overall great property and room. We needed an extra blanket and when we asked the front desk, she was able to provide us an extra comforter on the spot.

Reserved an accessible room and it was awesome having the space for a person with a walker. The kitchen was a nice convenience and the pull out sofa bed was ideal since it was lower to the ground for someone with mobility issues.

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We wanted to explore the area as we had never been here before and it was a convenient location for dining options during our stay. It is close to the airport which was also a plus.

The lobby was nice and clean and the room was super nice. We used the hotel shuttle on 2 occasions and bothe trips the drivers were very nice and informative on the restaurants in the area. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great stay! Highly recommend for families. The kitchenette is actually a full kitchen with a cook top. Nice staff allowed us to check in early so our toddler could nap. Nice warm breakfast. Very friendly staff. We will definitely stay again.

This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The minor hiccup we ran into was a double charge to my card but it was fixed immediately! The parking is convenient it looks amazing on the inside. Although I didn’t utilize the kitchen all the way, it was still nice to have one! Especially being that I needed to reheat food in the microwave and keep my stuff frozen or cooled in the fridge! The shower was a walk in and it was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and I loved the dining table as well as the couch and office table! I was able to turn the tv around so I could eat and watch tv too! I would literally choose this hotel EVERY time I want to stay in the Raleigh/Durham area!

Property overall good! There is a lady that seems as though she does everything in the morning. Very overwhelmed. If anything, I’d say get her some assistance. But good experience and stay. Nice, friendly staff.

For $300 all in this hotel it should have been way more comfortable and less road noise. It’s an average place at best. And breakfast doesn’t start until 7 so if you have an early flight forget it.

Overall it was just ok, we needed a room that slept 5 so we needed the pull out sofa it was broken and couldn’t be repaired. Cabinet were broken, wall paper in bathroom kind of a mess. Arrived Late Thursday checked out Tuesday so we missed housekeeping because it was only Friday and Wed due to Covid they said. ran out of toilet paper, had to call for towels multiple times and trash pick up. I didn’t care for that

The room was a little underwhelming for what I was expecting. It was a lot smaller in than in the pictures on the web. You could tell that the room was a little worn down I guess with scuffs everywhere, a pull out couch that was basically unusable meaning sleep on the floor or just couch in general would have been more comfortable than the bed part. That was the main reason we booked this room in the particular and basically was pointless.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The bed was hard as a rock, the sheets had a stain on it, there were no bedding for the pull out bed, the remote to the TV was missing. No toiletries, open bar of soap in the bathroom. Very disappointed

I would give it a 5 star but I and my daughter had some insect bites from the couch, found flea crawl to my neck, found in the floor, back of the couch. Was wondering what crawling and it is flea. Had skin irritation in my neck, my back, and daughter’s leg. Room is not that clean before checked in: the top cover for the1 bed has orange/ crusty item in it ( guessing bedding is not replaced after someone had use the room ) if 2 beds are in, 1 looks ok and not touch, will not replace bedding, carpet not vacuumed good ( found food drop by the bed, dusty around the bed area and by the couch. Kidda disappointing, had use this hotel before 3 years ago all for 5 star but not this time. Breakfast is ok. Need good vacuum and disinfecting the room. Good supplies of kitchen utensils. Had to ask for new bedding ( one with food )and bedding for futon bed ( not in the room ) my guess is need to ask if using futon bed. The toilet paper holder is loose.

We needed a clean comfortable place to get a good night's rest before catching an early morning flight. Beds were comfortable. Inn was quiet.

Rooms were very nice

It is a beautiful facility. Housekeeping is only 1 time a week. We were always able to get what we needed from the front desk. The strips in the bathtub were worn making it a slipping issue.
