Breakfast was cool, staff was nice, outside of the hotel and waiting area was clean. It was the room we stayed in was dirty. It smelled funky and we noticed the bed sheets were dirty stained with makeup and Cheeto marks. As if they didn’t change out the sheets.

Room was clean but trash did not have bags. Staff at checkin was great but late night the gal was just on the phone having what seemed to be a personal conversation. Not very professional.

The check in was awesome. The agent was friendly, inviting, and helpful. Above the bathroom door had rust and it was no soap in dispenser. I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. When I checked out the front desk agent was not at the desk to notify condition of room.

Very noisy, both internal walls and noisy street. A clean hotel, nice beds, but staff was un-welcoming. Breakfast was subpar to other Holiday Inn Expresses. Packaged eggs, cold coffee, stale English muffins. Not up to usual standards.

This stay did not start off well. Initially it was wrought with much confusion regarding my reservation. The hotel blamed Hotels.com and vice versa for my prepaid reservation being “accidentally” cancelled. And what’s worse is this mistake was discovered by me within two hours of me checking in. After over an hour on the phone between Holiday Inn and Hotels.com it was resolved. I’d like to thank the front desk clerk from Holiday Inn for her patience, professionalism and compassion. Her dedication to customers was obvious and appreciated during that difficult experience. And to the customer service rep from Hotels.com for working diligently to resolve the issue on my behalf. While I was severely inconvenienced and exhausted, I’m grateful that it all worked out. The room was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area near many dining options.

All was good! Nice clean comfortable rooms- although when we checked in, not pleased having to wait too long to check in! We had an event to go! There was only one front desk staff & don’t know if she was fairly new but took way to long to check in customers we showed up 45 minutes late to event - We had only 1 person in front of us checking in - especially when is check in hours company should have adequate personal to keep up with customers - we had never encountered such a long waiting to check in!

Breakfast was ok,maybe because we arrived to eat at 830,and it closes at 9,other than that it was great,No regrets,would still book another stay!

The only thing I didn’t like was the view to the terrace which wasn’t even clean, basically I had no view

The following issues were experienced during my stay: 1.) I requested an "Accessible" room because of a hurt knee. Getting into the bed was a challenge because the height of the bed was almost 3 1/2 to 4 ft high, The Manager indicated when I make a reservation I should request a room with a lower bed. 2.) The reception on the TV on the morning was terrible. Picture would freeze and the sound faded in and out. Management located another room where the TV reception was ok. The whole process took over 4 hours. 3.) The self closing toilet seat malfunctioned where the lid crashed down on my hand when the seat was lowered.

One of the hotels I stay at when I go to my office. It has a good breakfast in the morning to get me started on my day.

Although it was clean but room service was a little below expectations .

When we took a shower the fire alarm went off every day. Pool area needs updating. Beds are very comfortable and room clean

There were homeless on the property which made this unsafe and dirty. Papers, beer bottles, broken glass, homeless sleeping on the property and a dirty bra near the doors outside.

Was supposed to be a suite but their was no couch and the TV was not in the bedroom.

The hotel is situated near shopping centers and dining. The rooms are clean and well managed. I highly encourage a stay here.

The hotel itself was very clean, quiet and had a good breakfast. The check in staff was very friendly and professional but all the staff I encountered for the 6 days following couldn't look up from their phones to say hello.

My room and the hallway had an odor like smoking or something. It was not that nice. Desk staff were never at the desk when I walked by several times each day. The food scanning station should be explained to each guest at check in. Outermost sliding doors were not working properly.

Great place to spend several days while visiting the area. Several shops and restaurants very close.

The room was clean but the air conditioner was so loud it was a terrible night.. we turned off the air conditioner so we can sleep but then the room was stuffy and hot.. so we HAD to turn on the air conditioner causing us no sleep.. In the morning there was a house keeper so loud yelling to another house keeper it was awful and no sleep.. we decided to just leave early… will never go back!!!! The worse experience ever

However, once my family settled in and we began to shower, I noticed what looked like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was very noticeable. It looked like they had some kind of fan/extractor to pull out the humidity that would accumulate after every shower but it was not working. I didn’t have a chance to let the front desk know because we got there late and slept until until we had enough time to check out at 11am. I know some people are sensitive to mold so I just wanted to make people aware. I hope they fix this problem. It’s not healthy for people to be exposed to that.

The out let's didn't work at the bed side and on the desk area. It was my 2 children n myself. There was only one chair to sit on. No table to eat on. Two of us sat on the floor to eat. Other than that it was great.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We were placed in the first room off the lobby, which was extremely quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a nice selection. The pool was quite clean as well.

I didn’t like the some people returning to their rooms after midnight they were banging on the walls and screaming in the hallway.
