We loved our stay here! Everything was very clean and well kept, breakfast was good. For lunch/ dinner there are so many restaurants and shopping centers near by, even walking distance. The pool was a great temperature, not too cold and the jacuzzi was not too hot. The staff is also very nice! My husband also ejoyed their self serve tap. We will definately be staying here again.

We spent a great time here. The room was big and the staff were absolutely wonderful. We will surely return.

The suite layout was very poor - the bathroom was only accessible through the private bedroom. The AC was ice cold or it didn’t run and got stuffy. There was no staff available to set up the sofa bed and then she gave us a damp sheet and a pillow without the case and no normal sized blanket. It was strange. The hallways are so long so be prepared for a long trek from the front desk to the other end. We do NOT recommend this place.

The breakfast was great. There were lots of items to choose from. My grandson loved the waffles. I enjoyed the omelet,sausage,potatos & fruit. It was all very good. For dinner I used the clean BBQ to cook some ribeye steaks out on the patio next to the pool. Which we also enjoyed. Don't change a thing.

Rooms are great, but ask for one away from main desk building. All the air condition condensers are In one area and they cycle on and off loudly all night.

The hotel and staff was great, only problem I encountered was that I was charged for parking but not informed upfront about the charge. And when reviewing Hotel.com website which states self parking is included in price.

The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Our room was spacious, spotless, and exactly as requested a non-smoking room. We especially appreciated the all-day coffee and water station, which was a thoughtful touch. The pool area was also beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience!

I felt like I was at home even away from home.

I have a handicap placard which I used during my stay. A guest became irate with me, because I wasn’t in a wheelchair and didn’t “need” to park in the disabled spot. This guest was yelling obscenities, swearing at and flipping off my wife and daughter. When I notified the staff, their response was “call the cops.” I didn’t know this guest’s name, or which room he was staying in. The staff did, but would not provide this information (understandably), so calling the cops was futile. When I went out later that night with my family, I returned to find garbage bags full of trash placed in the spot in which I had been parking. Again, I notified the staff, who again told me to call the cops. Overall, I was disappointed that the staff knew who this guest was, had witnessed part of the scene he was making do to my disability, yet refused to intervene or make it right.

We were very impressed with our stay. The hotel was pretty much perfect and fit our needs. The staff was very nice and accommodating. All the grounds and pool/ patio area were well maintained. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I’m local to Los Angeles and rented a night because I had to be in the area for a family thing. It was the most affordable thing I could find within a 10 mile radius of where I needed to be and secretly wished I could stay longer. The place was clean, the staff was super friendly, and it was just a simple satisfactory stay. The only thing I didn’t like though was the sound of the water pipes when other rooms flushed or turned on the water.. it was pretty loud and I worried it’d wake my baby. Luckily it didn’t! Would stay at any other place again that was like this. Also across the street from shopping even though we didn’t get a chance to go.

I gave my stay 4 stars instead of 5 only because one of the night's we called down to the front desk in the early afternoon for our room to be cleaned by housekeeping, the front desk told me of course no problem. When we returned later that evening our room was still dirty with nothing touched. I called down to the front desk and was told to come back down to the desk to pick up towels and never got my bed made or anything cleaned. That did leave a sour taste in my mouth. Other than that we had a great stay.

Family of 6 reserved a 2 bedroom suite booked and paid for but when we went to check in they thought or decided we would fit in a king bed and pull out sofa ..aaaah no thanks

I stayed here for about 5 days as part of a longer trip during the holidays. I always feel comfortable when i stay here. I like that i have a kitchen. Can make my own meals.

I love the large rooms. My room was very clean and the front desk staff was friendly. I would have like my room to be cleaned, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Amazing customer service

At night, the hotel was very quiet which was great. Happy hour was appreciated, and the breakfasts were good.

I stayed for 5 days and they never said they would be remodeling the rooms around me. Very noisy. During the night o the 4th night the fire alarm went off. How scary to wake up to that. Once they finally shut it off, it went off another 3 times. I have stayed here before. Dont know about the future.

There was no hot water for our showers, only warm water. In the room nothing is updated, beds you could feel the springs of the mattress, the fold away bed was so old and squeaked every time we turned at night. The bathroom vanity was deteriorating. The towels were rough. During breakfast nothing was replenished. The juice and coffee were empty. The hallways smelled like smoke, the entire property needs an upgrade, only thing upgraded was the lobby. A lot of things that are fixed are just a bandaid fix.

Nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. I really enjoy staying here. I can get a room with a kitchen if I want to cook. It's clean and the staff are always friendly. I stay here once a year when I come to visit in Dec.

I had reserved my stay one month in advanced. The day of check in I was told my room had a leak and wasn’t able to stay there. My room was a suite for 7 people with a kitchen. To make up they reserved me a room with their sister at Hilton garden. All they did for me is give me one room with one King bed. I complained and they gave me another king size room where there was not enough room for my family. That was the best they could do for us.

We loved the free breakfasts every morning. They had a great variety and were delicious. We used the pool every day and had fresh towels

The carpet, towels, mattress and bed skirt had stains on them. In the bathroom it looked like an animal ate some of the bottom of the cabinet. When the AC came on it sounded like it was not working properly as it had a very loud sound to it. We have stayed at Homewood Suites before and this is by far the worse one yet!! When we needed more towels, we had to go all the way down to get them. No customer service at all!

It started off nice the plumbing was terrible the mangers did give me a discount and move to another which had the same plumbing issue with the toilet finally after I paid to up grade my self to a - room suite I had know issue after changing into my 3 rd room good luck guys hope your toilet doesn’t over flow and manage does nothing about o yeah the second room had piss stains at the bottom of the toilet that manager never sent any body to clean had to do it myself

We had a great time! The family enjoyed the stay. The kitchen area was just perfect. We really enjoyed the free breakfast too.

Close to the outlet's with ample parking. Rooms are nicely setup with full kitchen. Unfortunately this hotel is pet friendly and our room smelled like cat pee. They offered another room but we were on a time constraint with no time to swap. Although this hotel was overall a very convenient place to stay, that was a huge negative.

The woman who checked me in wasn't very welcoming, she didn't advise me about any amenities or direct me to my room. I don't expect a lot but it definitely seemed lacking. I did accidentally leave something behind on the room and they were really great about finding it and getting it back to me. I would probably stay again... it's a great room in a great location. Just a few hiccups but I would still recommend this hotel.

Terrible smell, smell a lot to marijuana and old wet clothes, also toilet was clog, it felt a lot of moisture on the air.

It's was our first time staying at Hilton. Very spacious, clean and comfortable for family of 4. Loved the kitchen with table. Only thing is phones didn't work to call front desk. I would definitely book a room here in the future.

There was poor communication between hotel and guests, concerning the holiday schedule for food being served. It would have been nice if they had coffee and hot water available for guests in the lobby, since the rooms don't have coffee makers. There were many times, I went to the lobby to get hot water for my tea. Maybe twice, I got lucky and found hot water. No dish soap to wash the pan and cup to prepare hot tea. Both stove burners did not work. With Expedia, I reserved a suite with a wall separating sitting area and bedroom. But that is not the room I got. My suite was tiny, no divider wall and my view was of a row of A/C units against another wall. So I couldn't sit next to the window and read a good book. The hotel kept telling me, there was no other room to move me to. Very disappointing.

Our stay was great. The area was veey nice. I felt safe when walking around.

For the most part the suite was clean. The issues we had with our stay were mostly cosmetic and comfort. For example the the tile in the main walk way area was broken moving around. The placed a small rug over it to hide it but still moved around when walked on. My mother in law has to walk with a cane and she falls easily. Definitely not safe. The other issue is the beds are probably the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever tried to sleep on. I wish I could say I was exaggerating how awful they were but honestly barely slept because I was tossing and turning the entire night. We spent over $1000 at this hotel and I would never go back.

Everything was clean. The upkeep seemed good up until I tried to shower. We could not get the shower to work for the life of us.

Shower needed a bench and shelf to put things on. No handicap parking by handicap rooms. Stayed in room 101. Business center was outdated with internet explorer. Pull out couch was old and uncomfortable

night shift staff are helpful went beyond expectations to help us extend our stay. bathtub squeaking and clogged. bring your own quarters the front desk doesn’t give you more than $5.00 change knowing that a load for washer is $2.00 and a load for dryer is also $2.00 bfast is ok and kitchen staff soooo friendly... helped us with my son’s bfast ( since he have peanut allergy)...

We liked the size of the suite. The microwave did not work. The refer and dishwasher were very loud and not sure how well they function. The air conditioning in the living room was too cold but the bedroom was warmer.

Nice layout for family visit, 1 bedroom and living room to visit adult son for dinner during covid and our dog.

We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite. One of the toilets overflowed and flooded the bathroom, vanity area and several feet onto the carpeted area of the bedroom. Called the front desk to ask for help and was told there was no maintenance it would have to wait until the next day, but we could come to the front desk and get a plunger and extra towels to clean it up! We left the next morning for the day, when we returned in the evening the carpet had been vacuumed. Later that night.... same thing toilet overflowed! We turned off the water. When I again reported it, was told that the people that stayed prior to us reported the same issue!!!! When paying $220 per night for these rooms not what I would expect!

Not good, due to the TV in the bedroom did not work. Also the Microwave did not work either. When I told the front desk, they said sorry... No offer to discount, not a very professional response. I won't be staying there again.

Having NO TV & LIMITED INTERNET SERVICE was the WORST EXPERIENCE the entire weekend. And the tv in the lobby was stuck on a channel that was showing NUDITY and was offensive for my children and others on the lobby. I asked the front desk NUMEROUS TIMES to change the channel and they said that they couldn’t.

Staff very nice. Furniture needs replacing. Couch is uncomfortable. Beds make terrible creaking noice. I could hear people in next room when they turned over in their bed. Also one night kids in next room were screaming and having a great time til after midnight. Next night it was adults. Walls are too thin.

We had a great last minute escape in order to leave our house open to sale. I selected the wrong room type and they were so gracious to let me upgrade. The grab and go breakfast was planned well and the pool reservation system per family was kindly enforced if requested. Unfortunately our whole floor smelled like pot and not everyone followed the mask rule so we stayed in quite a bit to remain safe.

First day we discovered the big burner wasn’t working. The next day the bathroom sink was flooded. When the maintenance guy showed up to fix the sink I told him about the burner and by his expression, he hadn’t been told to go fix it. He was nice enough to fix it but the sink had to wait until the next day because he said he had to take it apart. We had to leave the next day. The lady offered to move us the first day but we had already unpacked and we weren’t even offered an apology for the mishaps or given a discount.

This Hotel needs to remodel and update rooms, the couch was old and dirty, the dresser drawers were all broke off the guides.

My grandkids were able to use the pool it was one family at a time the room was great as usual super clean even the entry had a tape tag to let you know it was wiped down the tv remote had one togreat idea breakfast had a variety to go which was nice all had food was wrapped up or in individual containers like juice or yogurt they did a great job looking forward to booking again #1in my booking a hotel

First they don’t have the Buffett breakfast because of the virus, and the attitude of the girls at front desk they act like you staying there for free ... I will never stay in this hotel again

Love the rooms, two separate rooms with full kitchen. Was a bit disappointed that the pool area had several broken chairs and jacuzzi was discolored. No help with luggage.

The customer service was horrible. Thrre was no heat in the room and i was told it would be addressed the next day as it was late. It wasnt addressed because the night staff never let anyone know of the problem.

Online states a pet fee of $75. The hotel charge $150. Still fighting with them over it. I was told they recently changed it and hadn’t gotten around to updating the website. Hilton Corp is involves now. Time will tell.
