Check in was smooth, easy parking, easy to find the hotel. However, when we got off the elevator to go to our rooms, the were an overwhelming smell of food that permeated entire floor. The rooms were not well maintained In one of our rooms room, the lamp on the desk was visibly broken and the lamp shade was stained with something brown. We left immediately but didn't tell the hotel (through Hotels.com) for about 45 minutes that we left as we had to find another hotel. Unfortunately, because we didn't give them a chance to "fix it" they unwilling to refund us so lesson learned the hard way and now I know to avoid Comfort Inns.

location close to airport with shuttle bus to airport - very convinient in the case of early morning flights. Clean room The air conditioning / ventilation system was extremely loud and made a constant noise like an airplane propeller. It was not easy to sleep...

Conveniently located near the airport (almost walking distance) and they offer a free shuttle. The price was reasonable and the rooms were very clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant. I especially loved the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap provided because it had a mild, pleasant scent. I'm sensitive to fragrances and these were great! The breakfast was great with good protein options. As a diabetic, I don't do well without that.

We were told at check in to remove the fan that was drying out the carpet inside the room to the hall. And the room smelled really bad.

This is our go – to hotel when we come to visit our son in college. We’ve stayed here three times now, and it’s consistently clean, quiet, with courteous staff, and a nice breakfast to start the day.

It was great. The rooms were ok. The carpet needs a refresh or replaced with hardboard. It was close to the airport for me to walk so that was great. Breakfast was standard and acceptable. Had some trouble with my door key but staff were very helpful in sorting that out.

We were given wonderful rooms on the 3rd floor with a sofa, armchairs, etc., and very comfortable beds.

Property was nice, the only complaint is not labeling breakfast items particularly the mini muffins that contain nuts. An assortment with NO labeling is dangerous particularly with children!

The hotel staff were extremely rude and unhelpful i had to make a report with the department of justice because they illegally charged me a pet fee for mine and my wife's service animals when I informed them it was not legal to do so the guy changed his wording and said it was just a regular deposit though I ha proof that I was charged two separate deposits. One for 50b then another for 150 after I disclosed that I had service animals

Nice one-night stay in Reno. Location near airport is very good. Check-in was fast. Room was very quiet with the exception of a few random noises mid-morning. Continental Breakfast is OK. The fitness room was better than expected with a full set of dumbbells. If you just want a clean, convenient place to stay at a good price then this will probably work for you.

The building was old and falling apart, not being repaired. The door entering the room would not lock without deadbolt. The room was dusty, dirty, and clearly not clean thoroughly. Curious if bedsheets were even cleaned and removed after the visit before smell inside the room was musty and disgusting.

Was very nice, but 302 is not a good room for a light sleeper. I could hear the elevator and the people talking in it. Also the jets taking off.

We booked your hotel because it had advertised airport shuttle before leaving on our vacation. We called the hotel and told them when we would be at the airport. They told us to call when we got at the airport. We did as we were told and they told us they would be to get us in 20 minutes after 35 minutes we called again and they told us there was a lot of traffic which is hard to believe since you’re 1 mile from the airport we continue to wait outside in the cold and the dark for over an hour for the driver to finally picked us up please do not advertise airport shuttle if this is the crappy service that you will be providing !!!

My first room, a king suite was wonderful (3rd fl). The second room was questionable at best (standard double, 1st fl).

Room was clean but I don’t felt comfortable with the staff, the guy at the front desk charged some extra money, I asked him why and he said a lot of nonsense explanations, I was booked my room with a different price

This was our second time staying at this hotel and just like our first stay, this one was great. The staff is friendly (Mr. Bains especially) and there is an obvious effort by everyone working to keep the property and rooms clean and to provide good service. We were upgraded (without asking) to a king room with a nice sitting area which we truly ended up appreciating as our son at UNR came over and we had a great time watching the World Series with him. All in all another terrific experience here. We will be back next time we come to visit our son.

Dinner reomendation by front desk took us to a extremely poor cafe. Very poor quality! At 4am noisey guests return and woke us both up. We could hear their tv's . Will never stay here again!

I had a couple of requests since i was staying for 5 days. The General Manager, was very accomodating. The room was clean and quiet.

Easy to get in and out of nice parking. We stayed at this property at at least two times a year for the last few years, seems to be going down a little bit. Our security door bolt on the inside of the door was broken and the deadbolt that latch seem like it was barely touching. It could’ve been jammed with a screwdriver probably got right into the room I took pictures and showed the person at the front desk and he said I could change rooms tomorrow, which was out of the question at the time, I think next time we’re gonna stay somewhere else seems like the breakfast is always the same exact stuff. Thank you very much. You ask. I told you it wasn’t terrible though and it was reasonable.

1) Staff was very responsive. ~ 2) Inn signage needs to be added to. The driveway is NOT clearly marked FOR A DRIVER! (Easy for only a passenger to see.) Suggest adding a small 7 - 10 feet sign AT YOUR DRIVEWAY so that clients don't miss it (we did - as did our pick-up) or come upon it suddenly (ditto). ~ 3) Breakfast was fantastic -- EVERY TIME! ☺️👍 ~ 4) Shuttle was parked at front entrance during much of our stay. Tacky and makes it difficult for customers who may need it. They should not have to maneuver around it or drop off their handicapped resident elsewhere. 😣 ~ 5) Woman who cleaned dinning room used the same rag for ALL of the tables, the ledges, AND the equipment she wiped down!!! 🤢 All this does is transfer any germs from table/surface to table/surface. (It was gross.) Suggest a bucket with warm soapy water (with several dry towels to dry things off) OR Clorox-type wipes (so as to NOT distribute germs). ~ 6) TV in room 221 was TOO DARK to watch. Called front desk (after looking for a button to adjust it) and was told it was the television. Please REPAIR OR REPLACE IT. 🤔 ~ 7) Toilets are so low that I doubt they are the required 15-17 inches required by ADA standards. Getting off and on them was a TREMENDOUS struggle -- so much so that I was relieved to get home and use my own. ~ 8) For some reason all of the fire doors were always open (near the elevators). In case of a fire? 😞 === FInally? All in all, a good inn and the changes made can only make it better.

It was clean enough. Everything just seemed kinda old and our door did not lock. The deadbolt did not lock and we asked it to be fixed and it was not fixed while we were there.

Our room was nice, the help was kind, the lobby and elevator areas were needing attention as far as cleanliness and attractiveness go. These are high traffic areas but could use a daily cleaning (or multiple cleanings), things felt grungy. It made me nervous about the room but it turned out great!

Nice facility

We appreciated the lack of a "slot machine" environment and the kindness of the staff. Definitely a stop during our next Reno trip. Very convenient to airport and their shuttle staff were both excellent. Made us feel welcome, even as we were taken to airport for our departure.

I took a trip to get away and for the first time slept with eight pillows and a heating pad! It was beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Hotel appeared to be just okay, but definitely not worth the price paid.

The first room smelled horrible of cigarettes and after asking to be moved. I had to go downstairs to handle everything. Then the next room the A/C made absolutely horrible noise all night and the neighbors above must have had 100 dogs.

I woke up with about 20 bug bites that weren’t there before.

I am a very very frequent traveler and luoi will not go wrong here . The manager is amazing the whole staff is amazing. They were very welcoming to us and allowed us to check in early knowing we had travel issues . EXTREMELY CLEAN !!!! This is a hidden jewel .

Everyone was nice and the rooms were clean. 5 minutes from the airport at a good price, only complaint would be our TV was outdated, half the screen had a blue tint over it however we weren't there for the TV so it wasn't a big deal.

We were locked out of our room and our belongings were removed and put on the floor behind the front desk because the staff that checked us in put us under the wrong room number in the computer. We were also told at check in that since is was 15 minutes before check in we can go check and see if our room was clean or come back at 3. Also, our blanks had stains on them.

We needed a place to kbernihht in Reno. This was perfect for what it is - a budget hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, spacious room: friendly staff, decent breakfast, reasonable rate.

I went with my child and I felt horrible staying here. It’s a bit rough.

Close for our needs

Comfort Suites are always good places to stay - rooms large, ample comfortable furniture, OK breakfast. This one is a little "tired" - there was a hole in my carpet. Getting in and out of hotel is slightly difficult due to its location near the freeway.

The bed was great for a post-Lake Tahoe hike. The rooms were quiet, as were the halls.

The A/C was very noisy the second night!

Cons: pillows were super uncomfortable and the shower curtain was wide enough to cover the length of the shower/tub. The bathroom floor was all wet, the bathmat towel was soaked after every shower.

they offer breakfast from 6-9. I left at 5 am. It would have been nice if there was a bowl of fruit.

Check-in was easy, room is clean. There’s a small fridge and a microwave. The bathroom needed a new sink. Breakfast was good! Had eggs, waffles, sausages, cereal and drinks. Free shuttle to the airport. I recommend this hotel.

The electronic key cards don’t work at all. With kid, our whole family got locked out. I went to reception to tell them it is not working. All they did was to reconfigure them. In spite of it they don’t work properly. There was smell coming in the room when air conditioner is switched on. The elevator switch gives electric shock when pressed.

Seemed short staffed and stressed. Our driver from the airport checked us in and the guy at breakfast seemed annoyed and was out shuttle driver to the airport too. Few people doing many jobs. Unsettling what seemed to be going on. Nice restaurants in strip mall walking distance next to hotel.

I was disappointed that my bedding had some hair on it. When I went to take a shower in the morning the water kept backing up because the tubs drain was clogged with hair. Also, I couldn’t really sleep well because it sounded like there was an elephant running around till midnight above me and then again first thing at four in the morning. The good things about this place checking in was really easy and their breakfast in the morning was good.

I will absolutely stay here again. Clean facility, very quiet. Rooms appear to be recently renovated. The free shuttle is on demand and about a 5 minute drive to the Airport.

The hotel was adequate. The toilet was very low water pressure, had to hold handle down for 15-20 seconds. The front desk night and day employee both had stains on their shirts. Gives one the impression they don't care.

I arrived late morning and needed wifi for a meeting. I asked the manager if i might use the hotel's wifi. He not only encouraged me to do so, he made up my keys and got me into the room several hours before check in time. I've happily stayed here before and will again.

The person at the counter when we checked in was kind of rude when my wife asked about the $200 deposit fee. The morning person was very nice and asked about our stay. Very nice and the same for the other people there.

property was a little outdated but we enjoyed the stay. clean beds and housekeeping service was a huge plus. bathroom was nice and cozy, i'm happy that nothing was broken or needed repair. the shower mat was nice and thick not like some other hotels we've stayed in. bed was comfy, although both beds squeak it was fine. desk and chair was nice and it wasn't worned down like other places. the breakfast was okay...we only enjoyed the apple juice, eggs were watered down and we don't eat sausage, so breakfast was a no go for us. Would I say here again...maybe.

The hotel is comfortable with all needed amenities; staff are also helpful; the only comment is the time of breakfast which ends at 9am, is a bit inconvenient. Although the building has its age but overall is well kept. We will return.
