My room was recently renovated and very nice. There is no breakfast of any kind.

I did not have any real expectations considering the price I paid. Our room was clean and check in was quick and simple. The one thing that may bother some is I constantly heard sirens all night. It basically sounds like they’re right outside the motel.

I was very unhappy with my stay here and was not worth what I paid. I had to kill 1 or 2 roaches granted not a lot but still ekk. On top of that they have the crappiest pillows and only 2 per a bed, wouldn’t give me any more. We had to pull some out of my car. Finally I got up at 7 am to take my meds and had to walk to another motel because there was no one coming to the front counter to allow me to buy a drink to take my medicine. Very disappointed very unprofessional sleeping on the job! Rooms were barely packed I had to order amenities because they had half a bottle of shampoo no conditioner and 1 bar of soap. Only got 2 towels smh just over all very unhappy.

The hair dryer on the wall didn’t work, the towels were stained and old, bugs in the night stand, door stuck and had to be shoved open…don’t stay here…

Original room assigned was not cleaned. Had to get another room. Is an older facility so there was some wear. For a one night stay so was ok. But I’m a lone traveler with a small dog. Did not feel real safe.

After, ordering this online, from reading other reviews, I was diasappointed, enough to tell him, they could keep whatever I paid, I would go someplace else, he offered to fix it. The first room the lock on the door was missing 3 screws, the second room looked renovated, DEFINITELY compared to the previous room. The coffee packet, the creamer and sugar packets were hard, the Styrofoam cups were not wrapped, just placed there. There was a sign on the door, in the lobby saying, BREAKFAST NO LONGER BEING SERVED. I said, this is/was my last time doing that, I'll pay the extra $40 & go someplace else.

Needs maintenance. Lack of available washer or dryer area.

There were roaches in the sink, the hotel needs a serious update

The price is OK compared to others. However, the room's AC won't cool the entire room. It's uncomfortable when we stay there overnight.

I will NOT use this facility again and I strongly suggest to by pass this Motel. Advertising breakfast. Big sign stating no longer doing breakfast. Cannot got in lobby, everything glassed in. One tiny space to register in.

The room was clean, with new linen. No mold or musty smell. The property does not offer a continental Brft. Other than that service, it was a pleasant stay and would be back, if Im in the neighborhood.

The place is run down, but cheap, and convenient to the interstate.

Average side-of-the-highway motel. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean and soft. A/C unit worked but was extremely loud and rattled. Standard bathroom/amenities and staff was friendly enough. The lobby and breakfast were both closed during our stay so we just checked in and out through the entryway. We picked Richmond Hill because we are familiar with the area and it is a nice area with shopping and dining.

You get what you pay for...quick budget trip for a graduation ...they had no breakfast service...very basic motel... not the cleanest but not the worst it was sleepable for the night. No issues overall.

I felt that the bedding was clean. There was no smell in the room like the hotel I am at now. The air conditioning worked well. There were some handprints on the headboard and the wall by the sink was not clean

The property is off by itself but it was perfect for a quick stopover. The room itself was clean but we did have a stain on a sheet and a hair on another. As a person with long hair and kids I get it. It was obvious to me that the things had been washed. Breakfast was a cool mix of make your own pancakes

After checking in, I took my key to my room. The light was green, but the door wouldn't open. After trying several times to get in, the person ALREADY STAYING in the room came to the door. I then took my luggage and child back down to the lobby, where I barely received an apology and was given a key to another room. The second room was filthy and in terrible condition. There was a mouse trap in the middle of the floor. The sheets and pillowcases had stains and were very pilled and rough. The pillows and mattress were lumpy. It looked like no one had ever cleaned the baseboards. I left after 3 minutes. When calling to deal with this, the person was not at all apologetic about the condition of the room and was unwilling to refund anything. The photos on this site do NOT reflect the reality of the condition of the room. Furthermore, Hotels.com did not stand behind this hotel they have on their site. Overall, very disappointed with Hotels.com and EconoLodge.

Aging hotel. No lobby. Have to wait outside if someone is in the office registering. You only want to stay here if you have no other options.

Staff hard to get a hold of, no breakfast here,also tried to let the desk know the toilet did not flush clogged but no one answered the bell and can not enter front area at this hotel.

Convenient location for 1 night stay. Right off of I-95. The odor in the room should be neutralized.

Good for a short stay - plenty of dining options and just off I-95. I did not like the fact it was setup as if they were in a crime-ridden area, with heavy glass and the lobby was locked (at just 3pm). There was also "no breakfast" whatsoever, even coffee, juice or pastry.

The property I believe is in a good location in Richmond Hill, GA and it is not in the city itself, which is good, but in an area right at the on ramp to I 95 with other businesses you would expect. There are no neighborhoods in this area so you do not see people aimlessly wandering around and next door is another well kept hotel. There are no night clubs or bars where people would group at so I did not see people intoxicated causing problems. It is a very calm area. The only thing I did not like is that they did not clean the room everyday but every other day so I had to take my trash out and put it in one of the trash cans outside but outside of that my stay at this place was a good one and I plan to use this place when I come back in the future.

I wanted a simple place to stay for a decent price and that’s what I got. I’m quite happy with the value. (Interestingly, “value” wasn’t on your list of questions, but if it had been I would have rated it excellent.) I got what I needed so I have no complaints. Good visit.

Friendly staff overall. Just didnt like the policy of not being able to get a room key because it stopped working after 10pm working in aviation sometimes i wont get off until afterwards and so on. A few nights didnt even use room and just stayed at someone else place just to keep the peace with the office staff. But over all clean and spacious room

The room was clean and comfortable and no items needed improvement at this time. The check in clerk was the worst person we had to deal with during our stay. Our request for a first floor room was not granted until I made it clear that we would be reporting the issue to Hotels.com.

I was driving over 1000 miles one way and needed a value stay to help keep my ling hours safe by resting. This property fit my needs exactly and i appreciated late night check-in.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke, presumably from having been smoked in for years prior before becoming a non smoking room. The room was also moldy smelling. Upon entering the room, it is a very pungent smell that will stain your clothes and all your belongings. Felt sick every morning with sore throat waking up in that room and itchy. Bathroom sink was permanently running and never turned off. 2 stars because it could’ve definitely been worse. But here, you pay for what you get.

was what you would expect for the price point. The motel is no longer serving breakfast as advertised. There is an area behind the property where old mattress's ,and bathroom cabinets have been dumped. If you need an affordable room for a few days this is a ok option.

The website said free breakfast but there was none. Sign on the door said no breakfast any more. Very disappointing, this made the economy of the motel a bad value, could have had another similar place with breakfast which would have made it cheaper. Also, rooms dirty... only one bar of soap, linens looked dirty and so did the bed covers.

Well for starters the water is always luke warm never hot👎 and the phone never worked u can hear the traffic outside and there were open outlets by the bed overall I would not stay heare again

The room had a damp smell. The bathroom needed cleaning. The turn plate in the microwave was to big. But the microwave still worked. That was good.

Go somewhere else

Lady at the front desk is rude. The cleaning crew just stands out side and stares at you. If your check out is 11 or even if you’re staying, they knock on your door before 9 to clean the room. Charge $25 for early check in. Stayed in two separate rooms.. neither manual door locks don’t work… and the peep hole was filed in with toilet paper

Couldn't ask for a better stay!

This property is mostly used by the construction worker type during the week. A cheep place to stay while away from home. The room was clean but had a putrid smell, things were damaged or falling apart and the water never got above Luke warm. The refrigerator did work well.

Well it starts with a very angry woman up front. A dirty outside, trash everywhere. And owners kept walking into our room, starting at 6am, and continuing every 10 minutes. Just said "housekeeping " weird. No pricacy, they just come in. Place is dirty, ran down.

I have stayed in homeless motels that were cleaner than this. The outside of the toilet had not been cleaned since someone had been sick all over the outside. The furniture was broken. I will never stay in another Red Roof again. Disgustingly filthy.

TV not working and the description for the hotel stated breakfast, but there was no breakfast.

Overall, it's OK to stay here but there is no breakfast and the room is dark. I thought the breakfast was included with the rate. Also, the room is dark. I need to read a map on the desk and there is no light near the desk.

Very unfriendly, they don't serve breakfast like they said, the bathroom ceiling had a lot of water damage and there were roaches everywhere.

Had an issue with the reservation

The room had an odor. The lady at the front desk was rude. It was a very difficult check inn. She did not talk to us with respect as a customer. She did not honor the military discount. They don't have breakfast. The other side of the facility had occupants that stayed there as a resident and the property had old refrigerators sitting outside. Tenants had grills out side,gas cans,trucks were blocking the entry and exit. The lady at front desk was veryyyyy rude!

Checking in was easy, room was simple but clean, there was a hole in the wall from what looked like a previous electrical outlet and the bed was a little hard for my preference so not much sleep.

The room was clean and staff very helpful.

TV didnt work. Took an hour for someine to cime to the riom and he couldnt resilve the ussue. He offered to send manager later but it was almost 10 pm so we said no. There were aa group of men dribking beer and playing music in the parking lot which was annoying. In morning discovered we couldnt get hot showers.Our riom was meh, but clean. Hotel needs repair, not safe. Wont come back.

Our room was very clean. Linens nice. Two staff members delightful. Outside was in disrepair but being worked on. No breakfast. Close to highway and restaurants (with car). Pet friendly. It’s a simple motel with clean rooms.

The property is apparently undergoing renovation. The front entrance is blocked off and the dining room is closed. The room had not been vacuumed and there was no ice bucket. The toilet tank cover did not fit - not the correct size. Nothing in the reservation system gave any indication of renovations….

Stayed here a few days before I realized it was Roach infested. Wouldn't give me my money back for the new booking I just made Expedia had to give me a credit.

The pictures are from when the property was brand new. This location looks nothing like the images. The lot is full of broken down cars and homeless people. The rooms are poorly maintained. Im not sure if the room i stayed in was clean. The sheets were stained, carpet was sticky and the bathroom floor was as well. I did stay the night though because i traveled 6 hrs to get there and arrived around 11pm. Not sure if it was dust mites or bed bugs but my wife felt things crawling on her all night. We showered before we went to bed and after we woke up to rinse whatever it was off of us. Had we arrived earlier i would have canceled and booked somewhere else. No one that can afford to stay somewhere else should stay here. Had i been by myself i may have showed and slept in my truck.
