Room was clean and staff friendly

Location The bedsheets were filthy, it smelled horrible. I had to wipe down the sink and toilet. The lamp shades were constantly crooked. I checked out and didn’t stay the night.

Such a peaceful 2 days I extended another day

The air conditioning was adequate the place was pet friendly the room was not clean the fridge was dirty there were no amenities no coffee maker in the room no continental breakfast at no coffee in the lobby I had to walk to a gas station to get a cup of coffee in the morning the staff said that the kitchen appliances were broke that's why they didn't have breakfast but they didn't have coffee either the staff was pleasant enough the price was very reasonable I guess you really do get what you pay for though I would stay here again because the price was so cheap but next time I'll bring my own Keurig coffee maker

Didn’t stay. On arrival to the front desk at check-in time I was informed, after a lot of confusion, that the credit/debit card machine was down & the hotel would now only accept cash. I was not getting a good, initial vibe about the place & thought it best to leave.

Check service was fine. The room was dirty. The bathtub was stained. The walls looked like someone had put their feet on them. Chipped paint and some missing floorboards. The bed was fine. No table or chairs so we had to eat on the bed. It was quiet and well lite

No microwave. No tv channels

I like how quiet this place is and the check-in guy is really nice! Super easy stay! Nothing fancy. Wish there was a pool but in a great location. Needed a microwave! Light bulbs are going out/ flickering.

The most terrible hotel in my life

There was no microwave in the room so I had to go to the front office to warm food up. On the say of checkout the clerk asked if the microwave in my room wasn't working and sid offer to bring 1 to the room. No covers on the bed only sheets. The bathtub was dirty and the floor wasn't swept. No place to hang clothes and 1 of the drawers didn't have a bottom.

Property was ok people wise I stayed here for a few weeks before i moved to Fl this is the first time i EVER got under a hotel comfortable and now i have itchy spots ALL over my body almost like a ringworm which I’m sure is all over because I’ve been scratching since the first spot popped up. I take care of my skin very well and now these spots are just everywhere‼️Even the shower head was awful barely hanging onto the wall

This place is nothing but a dump. The bathroom was disgusting and gross. There was no soap, shampoo or even toilet paper!! The TV didn't work at all. The sheets were visibly worn and cleanliness was questionable. It was after midnight so I couldn't make other arrangements, but I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here

We were making a move from up state NY to Florida. I saw this was a pet friendly place to stay. Check in was easy and the staff were the BEST. They were so friendly and helpful. I was honest and told them I had a cat. The pet fee was only $10 for the night. When we got to our room, I had to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. I walked back to the check in area and let the staff know. They immediately had someone come and fix the issue. Not the cleanest or nicest place I have ever stayed but for the price and the staff I was OK with 1 night.

Checked in room. No remote for tv. Switched to another room Only one towel for 2 people. No hand towels or wash cloths. Mirror was broken.

Hurt my back. Want refund. I had to carry my own refrigerator and microwave because he wasn't strong enough to do it hurt my back and my process! Then. I had to change rooms twice. Ghen delt with dirty bed. Broken tv. And then woken uo early 900 pm with garden landscape ppl all over property. My first room had no tv, blood spots on bed, no microwave or refrigerator.

The drink machines and ice machine does not work it was desperately needed the air conditioner sounded like it was about to die and if the room was heated up at all it didn't get it back cold quick enough

Friendly staff comfortable room great value for the price

Although the room’s conditions were dirty (stain bed sheets and crumbs on bed) and older styles, the front desk staff went above and beyond with calling me periodically to check on me and making sure I made it to location after informing them my flight was delayed and will be getting there late.

The location is OK but the room needs to be updated. The TV does not work. The microwave is really rusted could not be used. No refrigerator the cable don’t work when the tv was on TV didn’t work for five minutes. There was no towels or rags in the room, the bed has spots on it. It smells like mold and mildew in there. It just needs to be updated. I was not happy with my stay at all

The heater didn't work, so it was just blowing cold air. Bed had a sheet and a light blanket. So it got cold in the room. The tv worked for about 10 minutes then went out. 1 lamp on 1 nightstand. Only had 2 bath towels, no hand or face towels. Had a 5th of a roll of tp. Had no room phone to call the front desk. The tub spout was loose, so you had to hold it to lift the shower nob. It listed as having breakfast which there was none, not even coffee.Overall it was a bad experience for it being list on Hotels.com.

Hotel was very run down and Room was dirty with spiderwebs on the ceiling dirty sheets a gross bathroom they didn’t even bother to clean the mirror. It was a crap hole I had a reservation for 2 nights only stayed 1. Wouldn’t ever bother to stay there again. My advice skip it completely.

Front desk lady was harassing us made our friend leave our room on thanksgiving cause he wasn't on the room only 2 people allowed and he wasn't even staying the night and made up a booking fee soon as we get to the hotel after I called and she said it wasn't a fee need to do better and start taking english lessons if you're running an establishment with multi-language people. need to clean spiderwebs from everywhere and update the 1980's a/c never staying here again very unwelcoming

Quiet and friendly

Microwave didnt work, mini fridge had leftover food from previous guest so it wasnt even checked upon cleaning. The toilet water was cut off because the bowl float doesnt work, so to flush you had to turn water valve under toilet on every time. Hot and cold water in shower was reversed so went with thinking we werent going to have hot water for a shower for a time until we decided to try it on “cold” and then got hot water. First day lady came in while we were in the room without knocking to come “clean”. Service probably wouldve been better if we actually understood what person at the counter was saying. Ended up leaving a night early just to not deal with it.

I never got to say because they would not let me book in when I showed up and consequently, I had a family emergency before I could come back and they rented the room to somebody else therefore I would like a refund The way the personnel treated the customer

The front desk clerk didn't speak to me while checking in except to tell me where my room was. She was rude. The room was NOTHING like the pictures online. It showed a noce, updated, clean room. It was dirty, unkept, and severely outdated. Will NOT stay here again.

Front office tried to scam me out of extra money when we arrived, bed & room was leaking water, short amount of towels and face rags, front office doesn't speak or understand English, grounds aren't cleaned, tv doesn't work properly. Facility needs a major upgrade asap!

The linens were stained to the point you would believe they were not cleaned. The bed looked like it was already slept in. This hotel has a lot of construction workers which may explain the condition of the room

Although the facilities were older, the room was spacious, clean, and quiet.

I was clean and quiet no compliants.

Reserved 2 rooms for family while traveling to Fla.. first room was filthy, food and blood, and black hand marks on wall. AC plastic housing was barely on unit and was broken in several places, barely cooling the room. Front desk didn't believe us when we complained and came to room to check. Accused my wife of moving the bed closer to the AC and it was just how we found it. She finally agreed to give us another room. 2nd room was in better shape but toilet handle was so corroded the chain to flush it with was at the bottom of the tank. I would have left but the reservation was nonrefundable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Although it was fairly clean, tv did not work. Refrigerator didn't work. Ice dispenser not working. Soda machine broken. Booked a king but got a queen bed. Opened fridge to find someone's old food in there

Room had no towels, very noisy and a drunk homeless guy was passed out in a car outside our room.

The owner seems like a nice person. Out of respect for her I will decline detailed commentary.

We tried to get a refund 15 minutes after checkin and they refused because we didnt get to office in 10 minutes .It was 15 minutes I gavee them the room key and booked at another hotel I hope to dispute this charge

There was no good part There was no staff available to check in or awnser the phone. Lobby was locked. We had to wait over 4 hours for booking to return money and we were responsible for finding our own hotel at 1:30am. And we're charged double for another hotel. This was an awful experience from waiting at the door and right the bell and calling over and over. Dont waste your time staying here
