    When I arrived I had my confirmation and itinerary from Expedia. Sheraton said they had no record of the reservation. They also had said they had no room available that night. It was 11:30 PM.

    Location The bathtub was blocked and the shower and bath tap ran at the same time making the shower flow weak. The water pooled around my ankles bc of the blockage. It was also super noisy in the corridor outside my room.

    We booked a room with two beds, but when we checked in they were out of rooms with two beds. Had to share a bed with my teenage son. The room they gave us was on the first floor next to the elevator and very noisy.

    AWFUL! Due to a late housekeeping start, I wasn’t allowed to check in over 2 hours late. The lobby was full of over 10 people trying to check in. I ended up being late to the wedding that I had to attend. The shuttle situation is a little confusing. The instructions on the listing are not how the hotel wants you to get a shuttle. You have to walk about a quarter of a mile to cross the street to get to the shopping plaza. There are other hotels near the airport; choose another one. I’ve never had something like this happen before. Just awful!

    Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice and clean. Our room was nice and clean, but the only thing I didn’t like was in the shower. There was chipping of paint on the ceiling but other than that the property is very nice. It’s family appropriate clean and safe.

    To start the linens were clean and the room was overall pretty “clean”. My room was ready early which was great, but that first room was bad for so many reasons. I had unnecessarily loud neighbors to the point where I was taking my work calls in the bathroom because it was the only place where I couldn’t hear them, the refrigerator didn’t work, and there were ants because there is unsealed spacing around the HVAC unit. I asked if my room could be moved and I was initially told that they were completely booked. The young lady from guest services came up to my room to address the issues and returned 10 minutes later with a new room! The new room was free from pests and much quieter. The issues with the way the building is maintained, in my opinion, has absolutely nothing to do with the staff but everything to do with someone just doing the bare minimum in terms of repairs and renovations, but still expecting top dollar! This hotel is the true definition of trying to put lipstick on a pig! And actually some damages in the common areas like the hallways, were just out in the open like the ripped up carpet on the second floor. I would NOT stay here again, but I will say this, management should do everything in their power to keep every employee that was on shift during my first day.

    Our stay was excellent. The hotel has excellent staff who made our stay very comfortable. My wife is temporarily in a wheelchair which added a new level of complexity to our stay but the hotel entrance and their staff made everything very smooth. We will definitely stay here again.

    The property outside was clean, self parking. The front desk attendant was nice and swift with checking me in. The room was spacious, and nice. Hot water in the shower. Comfortable bed, large room, and I had a view that looked out over the indoor pool. It was quite a nice view. Would definitely stay here again. Close to restaurants and not too far from downtown.

    They never responded to emails regarding being picked up by the airport shuttle when we arrived. Our room was very loud as it faced the lobby and bar area and they said they were full for the night so no other options . Later on Doors slamming were also loud and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Luckily only there for one night

    Our room was next to a utility room which made for a lot of noise and foot traffic. Also window open right into pool area. Since we were on the first floor it felt uncomfortable to have the drapes open. I’m a person who need sunlight so this was a disappointment.

    It was an okay stay. Staff was really nice however after a long competition day we did not get any sleep. There was a loud crashing noise all night from the floor above us. Cheerleaders were screaming, running and cursing throughout the halls all night. Room could have been cleaner.

    Upon Check-in, I asked for extra towels. They were never brought to my room. I had to go back down and ask a second time. They were delivered almost immediately after that. The biggest problem for me was that the tub was clogged. So every time one of us took a shower, it would fill up with water. This is very gross and carries a lot of bacteria and germs. Other than that, it’s a very standard hotel. A little bit rundown.

    The room was good, clean, average. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t actually have breakfast but my daughter and I had dinner. It was awful. We didn’t get anything difficult…a hummus (homemade) appetizer plate, a grilled chicken sandwich, and fries. She and I ate as much as we could (not as much as we wanted) because we were hungry and no time to get anything else. Despite the hospitality of the staff, I doubt I’ll ever stay there again.

    It wasn’t terrible but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. It is a small hotel with what seems like little staff. I guess I would say it’s okay for a quick trip. I stayed here two nights with my teen daughter while we were here to visit colleges. The bed very comfortable, bathroom clean but not well stocked. AC worked well, Netflix was cool to have. The (stained) window curtain has a huge opening space that if you’re walking or sitting at the desk with night clothes (or no clothes) your neighbors or anyone at the pool can see right in. I told the housekeeper “no need to pick up the room right now I just need an extra blanket and towels” in a rude tone she said call downstairs. Idk if this is how things usually are at smaller hotels but I wasn’t a fan of the customer service in general everyone had dry personality. The smell of weed in the elevators was terrible. They need some sort of freshener throughout the hotel. Idk this place just wasn’t for ME. The BEST THING at this hotel is the morning coffee…it’s delicious!!

    Room selection was horrible. I had to change my room twice before I got an acceptable room. Maid service didn't come on the first day for some reason and wasn't impressed with service the second day.     The hotel was ok at best. The deluxe king rooms have NO windows to the outside, it feels like you're staying in a small cave. Move to a King, regular room that had small window but the room is still very basic and cold. The people working a the hotel were very kind and nice.

    Staff was very friendly, pool area was big and nice, rooms were clean. Only comply was we barley got any sleep being in a room near the elevator. Ended up having to call front desk in middle of the night because a big group of teenagers were hanging outside our room being extremely loud, but the staff was great with handling the situation when called and asked to have them move to a different area.

    Remodeled and updated looks great! Staff was attentive and courteous and happy! Only problem was lack of soundproofing in the room. It was above the entrance and when the air was not on you could hear the chatter and muzak. Not loud , but noticeable. Bar food and drinks were served with a smile from Rita 👍

    Really nice hotel. Room was super spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Fridge and microwave. I was pleasantly surprised with the size and comfort. They also have a pool and gym.. I didn’t go to them but it’s available. The people were all super sweet and friendly. Right near the airport with a free shuttle. The shuttle driver was also very nice. Highly recommend this place!

    We staued in room 402 kings size. Whoch was suppose to be deluxe king. Call up front. Was told i couldn't get moved. Because the hotel is full. I paid for a deluxe. Then the bed was broken had to sleep. In a sink in bed. Called front desk. Was told they have no one to fix it. This is unacceptable. If i didn't have my 2 year old grandson with me. I would've left that hotel.

    He was exhausted from the drive. There were carts. The second room was nicer, roomier, but with a non-working phone. Sadly, I fell in that room and ended up severely injured. Ugh! We were there for my husband's mother's funeral and our experience was horrible. Margaret, however was super sweet and accommodating. The young man who worked the desk on the late afternoon of 03/24/25, was also wonderful. He saw me struggling in the lobby and was helpful, kind, offered to bring me coffee and gave me water. We had a block of rooms for 03/23-25/25. We all had issues with that same front desk person at check-in and too many had room issues as well. Shame on this establishment.

    Airport transfer was very nice and saved money we would have had to spend on airport parking. Quiet, clean. Convenience store across the street. Great place for a one night stay before flying outa town

    Good place overall. Strange shape of a hotel and room by pool was bright with lights on throughout the night. Food options around the hotel and being near airport was good. Not in best part of town but we wanted to be near the airport

    The check-in was OK get up this morning. Take a bath and the water pressure was horrible. The doors does not shut when you close them not enough amenities in bathroom for you.

    Very nice place and staff However, our room was located above the lobby and we could hear blaring music anda lot of loud talking into the evenings. The room also never got dark because of its location and the lights from the lobby. I could see onto the snack pantry in the lobby.

    TV Not Working: The TV in my initial room was not functioning, and despite calling twice for assistance, it was not resolved until I was moved to a different room. Safe with Bad Batteries: The safe in my new room had dead batteries, which needed to be replaced upon my arrival. Non-Functional Handicap Button to Pool Area: The handicap button for the pool area was not operational, which is a significant accessibility concern. Boarding Pass Printing Issues: The lobby kiosk was unable to print my boarding pass, requiring me to send it to the front desk for printing. Housekeeping Service: Despite requesting housekeeping every other day for my 7-day stay, this service was not provided as requested. While the staff were responsive and resolved some of these issues, the overall experience was less than satisfactory due to the number of problems encountered. I hope these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly for future guests.

    Shuttle to airport convenient although you have to call hotel and request it but staff friendly. Parts of hotel are older but room is nicely renovated and clean

    Overall decent stay. Nice staff. However, after falling asleep on the bed pillows and seeing them more visibly the next morning, there was mold-like residue on 3 of 4 of them. This irritated my partner's face causing what looked like a contact dermatitis. It simply wasn't pleasant to wake to. I chose the Sheraton with hopes of general cleanliness.

    The customer service at Four. points is fabulous. We stay there when we fly out of Richmond and every time we have been there the service is great. The front desk, restaurant, shuttle drivers all go out of their way to make a pleasant stay. The hotel is also extremely clean. Cleaner than any other hotel I have ever stayed. Thank you for doing such a great job!

    The walls are extremely thin, we could literally hear the guests in the next room breathing… try spacing out rooms if possible. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, very cozy and clean.

    Way too overpriced. Definitely not a 3 star hotel as advertised. The hallways and carpets had random dirty spots. Room was clean and spacious, but the fixtures could definitely use some work especially in the bathrooms. The shower was so slow and the handle was loose. I felt safe in my room, but I could hear every conversation happening outside my window. Heard loud music late at night in the parking lot when I was trying to sleep. Subpar concierge service and front desk staff does not look like they want to be there. It is courtesy to offer to help with bags/suitcases when boarding the shuttle, but that did not happen in my case. Won’t be returning. There are many other hotel options in the area that are close to the airport.

    Looks old but room was very nice and appears newly renovated. Beware breakfast is $17.50 per and really not very good. Airport pickup is free so that was nice. Good enough overall for a night.

    There was a lot of partying until 5 am on the 3rd floor. When leaving there was vomit with caution wet floor signs around it on the carpet that was never cleaned up.

    We were very happy with our stay. It's an extremely convenient location and felt safe. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. My only concern was the air conditioning unit which was very loud. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay.
