Hotel is okay for a quick sleep. It’s a good price. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean, room could be updated some. My closet door wouldn’t shut. The man across the hall from me was smoking weed and the hall stunk even though it’s smoke free. Area around hotel is crappy. The woman checking me in was completely unfriendly. Didn’t get my $50 incidental charge did not get refunded and I had to call.

We liked the exercise equipment. It was hard to keep the room cool enough at night while at the same time not feeling frozen by the draft coming from the air conditioner. Also, I couldn't get any regular TV channels.

The property was clean, well supplied, conveniently located, polite staff, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. I didn’t give it the maximum points because I could hear the guests in the other rooms, especially at night.

Very disappointed with the whole thing. The room was small. The so called "breakfast" was a joke. Worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. This is set up to be for someone who just is traveling through and not for a family trying to enjoy their trip.

Breakfast was very good. Property was very clean. Only thing is because i paid through a third party i dont get my Hilton Honors. Also for the same reason i could not be reimbursed because i had to leave a day early for family emergency.

Just loud. Asked for room away from the elevator and was told it was. Nope. Toilets flush loudly you can hear it from neighboring rooms. Traffic is loud outside. Positives room was clean. Bed was good. The room had only 1 usb plug which didn’t work. Breakfast was meh. Worse than most other stays. Nice area except near highway

The parking lot was well lit at night. There was plenty of spaces. The staff was amazing. We came with a group, asked to be near each on Brianna was able to assist. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Juice, water for tea and coffee available all night!. Brianna offered great dining spots of which we visited 3. All we great. I had a chance to speak with the Manager Ashley(hopebI spelled it correctly) She was amazing. She really cared about the conditions of the rooms which were immaculate, beds, towels fresh. The price on Hotels was cheaper than the Hilton site. Highly recommend 💯%

Great location, if a little pricey. Staff always available and friendly to all guests. Was in need of a sewing needle...but who has everything? Sat with family in back patio. Guests who smoked gathered there too, which was bothersome for a short time until they finished. Solid hotel breakfast. Ample parking. Fine room. Definitely recommended.

Very nice place to stay.

A good one night pit stop for us. Comfortable beds and a basic breakfast. Earplugs came in handy as AC was quite noisy and there was a lot of activity in the hotel overnight.

Rooms on bottom floor get to listen to the click clack of wheels across tile. Laundry room is located in the middle of rooms and cleaning staff is very loud. NOT conducive to rest. Continental breakfast is a joke and coffee is WEAK.

Property was in a clean safe neighborhood. Just a few minutes drive to anything you would need, meals, shopping, entertainment all within reach. The rooms were simple but very nice and had all the basic needs. Comfortable beds, nice sized shower, and really good breakfast in the hotel.

The room is very clean. The staff are very nice. Air conditioning is good. Quiet location and the breakfast is really good.

Stay was fine. Breakfast area only had one waffle maker with all these people trying to make waffles. This hotel should at least have 2 waffle makers.

Nice, clean, no frills hotel. Front desk person was so sweet and helpful I chose this hotel because it is a Hilton property, and because it offered on site EV Chargers. It has four Tesla Fast Chargers (which are configured for Tesla's only), but there was one non-Tesla Level 2 charger that I was able to use to charge my Ford PHEV. And the chargers are free.

The thermostat is my only complaint. You could not adjust the heat lower without the air conditioner coming on

Someone started banging on our window around 3am and was yelling. It happened again about 20 minutes later, so we ended up being fully awake from then on. Got no rest.

Digital key never came, rooms were all on the first floor so we could not keep the curtains open, the bathroom door didn’t close in room 127 and the breakfast options were substandard.

The hotel seems new. It’s very clean. The location is near the hway so you will hear all the car noise. What I don’t understand is there seems to be a fire alarm that went off twice early morning that woke me up . It’s disturbing. It made me feel tired since I did not get enough sleep. The hotel is near downtown that’s a plus

The area seemed very safe. Check-in was easy. The room was one of the cleanest we've stayed in this area. I appreciated the updated vinyl flooring. It was very quiet despite having what seemed to be a full house.

We came here to stay to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday First time staying at this hotel and last horrible experience ,the outlet in the bathroom you couldn’t even plug into it because it was so offset. Second checked in Saturday went to our event came back went to sleep had to go downstairs to get two like duvet thin covers because even adjusting the thermostat it was cold. Week after my checkout i look at my bank account to notice i have an additional 80 dollar charge that nobody could explain, then finally getting the manager on the phone they claim i stole two comforters out of the room which i was charged for she then states house keeping said the comforters weren’t in the room. First i was never even told of these charges, second i am far from a thief and a liar, maybe you’re housekeeping people never put the comforters on the beds considering we had to go get two additional blankets but as a guest we wouldn’t know what was on the bed and what is missing. maybe you’re housekeeping ladies mistaked that the comforters weren’t there but really were. I can assure you the comforters weren’t taken by us pretty sad we came to have a celebration for my mothers birthday and have to worry about these con artist falsely accusing us of stealing two comforters and charging me it’s truly sad. Ashley the manager was a complete joke as she could care less to hear what i had to say she just kept repeating herself on the charges remaining. Book else where Avoid this hotel

Check in was efficient, coffee and tea available all day in lobby. Nice space for relaxing or work in lobby area. Right next to Gainesboro neighbourhood which is very close to downtown Roanoke.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast did not include eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits and sausage gravy like most hotels we have stayed in. It was a lot of bread, waffles, and muffins, which my wife and I don’t usually eat. Overall, though, it was a very nice and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.
