Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. However, there were several complaints about the breakfast, room temperature, and minor maintenance issues.
- Cleanliness
- Comfortable beds
- Breakfast quality and variety
- Room temperature control issues
- 4/5
The establishment was very clean, what I liked the most was the hallways were bright. Breakfast was really good. Had options. My room was:clean, smelled clean, very spacious for 4 people. Didn't feel cramped. The outside area has stores, restaurants. One negative. My room the shade was broken. So bright! light day and night. I let front desk know. They were nice and said to give a complaint to headquarters. NO one to fix it. BUT otherwise I would stay again.

good
- 4/5
Nice hotel, great amenities. Workers working on the exterior leaving dust and debris. Was pretty loud early mornings during our stay. On a whole a decent experience, and would stay at this facility again. Convenience was excellent.
- 5/5
Nice places to visit. See you soon. Love.
- 5/5
everything was good room was clean fresh nice the only thing I wish I had a tub and not a walk in shower
- 2/5
Lamp in bedroom broke thermostat rigged can't be adjusted hard to rest outside noise loud construction lack of decent parking only had coffee in room for first night no cleaners second night breakfast was fake meat and egg whites will never stay at this hotel chain again
- 1/5
Room was dirty; dog poop on carpet in all 4 corners; huge pee spots; stinking; fist holes in walls; locks had been violently torn off door where it had been kicked in & door facing splintered; no ice; hole in wall where door had been kicked in; no breakfast snack or coffee; host never at the desk always in a guest room close to the desk with significant other/spouse/friend or whomever the person was; looks nice
- 1/5
The first shower chair was missing a rubber tip on one of the legs and another one was cracked. I did get a replacement the next day. The automatic window shade didn't work and it took 3 times before it was repaired. The breakfast was the same each day and the hot food was mediocre. The toaster had no tabs for the settings.
- 2/5
Just about everything. The TV was inop for the first 2 nights of our 3 night stay. Seems the remote didnt work or had dead batteries. We were informed that housekeeping only serviced the room every other day. Trash, towels, beds nothing. Actually we were told only after I complained. This is a Hilton owned hotel and we expected better than Red Roof Inn, but we're extremely disappointed. Carpets in the hallways were mildewed in areas The chair at the desk in our unit looked as though someone had an accident in it. I could go on, but I think you get the drift. On our third night things were much better. The TV worked. Housekeeping serviced the room. But the first two nights more than deserve the poor review. There are better values out there than this older, poorly maintained hotel in a less than desirable area of Rochester. My new motto: Hampton Inn, never again. At least wise this one.
- 3.5/5
Kids playing in the halls and screaming shame on their parents and also the hotel stuff should check about kids playing in the halls The noises that kids and some adults
- 2/5
The night clerk was obviously inebriated, likely from smoking marijuana, and gave us the wrong room at check in. Literally did not say a word at all. Place smelled terribly of marijuana and people were openly smoking marijuana in the parking lot.
- 3/5
Was OK place. Room had just about everything needed, but only one lamp. I didnt say anything to management so that's on me. Like I say, it was OK
- 5/5
Breakfast was great and the potatoes were well seasoned.
- 4/5
Nice size room. Quiet. Difficult to lower the temperature of the room
- 1/5
The 10-year-old lady at the desk could not process my card and check VA. So into Expedia and she still couldn't check me in. She asked me to leave and I did. I try to get a refund through Expedia and they said no. They're going to go with their vendor. If you need a refund from Expedia, they will not back you up!
- 1/5
Sheets didn't look clean had a cracked mirror all dark lights wernt turning on when we got to room had to use phone flashlight to find lights to plug in and no staff at desk to ask questions or tell what's wrong to very disappointed there was a waste of money when I needed a place to stay while my husband there fir surgery and to see the specialist who's going to do surgery on him this week very unhappy
- 5/5
I liked how Keyla was attentive to detail. Especially after finding out my sheets weren't clean she went above and beyond to change them herself.
- 3/5
The young Black woman who worked the reception desk with her hair pulled back in bun, was very welcoming and friendly, she was honestly the best part of my entire stay. She took the time to listen to the issues I was continually experiencing during my stay. Location has a close proximity to a number of options for food. Unable to speak to get anyone in touch with “Management “ Group of 4-7 young girls, running & screaming up and down the hallway constantly, parents made no effort to respect the other guests who paid, allowing the girls to roam freely with NO SUPERVISION even after supposedly Quiet Hours (10pm - 7am). This happened over a period of multiple days. Hotel hot breakfast was underwhelming Seems as though management has changed from previous years as I use to stay regularly, twice a year, the overall quality & experience was very disappointing for the hotel to be under the Hilton Brand.
- 1/5
The water in the shower wouldn't go down and they gave us a plunge to get the water out; it wasn't even them to do it. The toilet had dry blood on it. The bed sheets weren't clean. It was terrible. The staff tried to help but they said that the house cleaning is only there every other day
- 5/5
Good

Property is obviously older and there are attempts at maintenance however they are extremely poor. Hallway/Room had very musty odor, carpets were dark and had burns in places, could use a deep clean. Checked in late evening after 8 PM. Went to use shower only to find previous occupants, used soap bar in the shower. Microwave had food in it from last person and not cleaned. Also didn't notice till morning that there were dried stains on top of duvet cover. Had I not been beyond exhausted and needing to be up and back at work at 6am. I would have asked for a refund and arranged different accommodations. At check in the two women were discussing previous guest or a private convo. Neither provided information about breakfast hours or other amenities (nothing listed in room either). When asked which side of the hotel my room was on, explaining I like to park underneath it so I can see my car. Was told room would be on left side, but what they failed to mention is that there’s absolutely no parking on that side. Had to park in back at end of building, with no entrance or door access (key lock was taped over with duct tape) to get in. Had to walk all the way around to get back in and up to my room. I chose to not go to breakfeast in the morning and just leave and get to work.
- 5/5
The property was very, very clean and the staff were kind and helpful. The morning buffet attendant went out of her way to accommodate our children.
- 4.5/5
Our stay was great and very comfortable. The clerk at check in (Keyla) was very sweet and nice and very helpful. Would stay there again.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Was clean. No hot tub
- 4/5
Breakfast area was messy. Blind in room was broken
- 4/5
The breakfast could use so help. Eggs watery, our room was clean but had food crumbs under cushion of chair and no blinds on window. Staff said they would have maintenance put them back up but didn’t which left street lights shine in at night. Other than that I would stay there again
- 0.5/5
Room was dirty and dusty and TV did not work. There was also a hole in the bathroom ceiling.

THE ROOMS
- 2.5/5
Location Same breakfast every single day and it was cold. Time for an upgrade. I stayed in rm 123. Bathroom vanity wood chipping. Rm had very poor lighting. I requested not to be by ice machines. My room was right next to them. Hotel is very old. Front desk person many times wasn't there at night. I have safety issues about that. My key didn't work on the side door.
- 3.5/5
Dog barking across the hall
- 3/5
The room was musty & dusty. Pillows were good, bed ok, bedding was poor.. Staff was friendly in all areas, easy fast check in.
- 4.5/5
Small pool.
- 2/5
I also found a small bug in my bed however I was so tired and a little tipsy. I did not call down to report it. Erin E Courtney
- 4/5
Can not think of a distinct dislike.
- 4/5
Fine, standard hotel.
- 5/5
The breakfast was great! Staff was attentive and friendly. Property felt safe and was clean.
- 4/5
Staff was very accommodating as I needed to use a refrigerator to some perishable items that would not fit in the room refrigerator.
- 2/5
The staff was very friendly & always said hello. The breakfast was good & there was hot coffee around the clock which was really nice. The location was nice, with a lot of things close by. Parking was nice as well. Duct taped lights, fridge didn't work, heating/cooling unit was extremely loud with rattling, dead flies, garbage wasn't emptied, no wifi or options for anything else other than cable, toilet paper holder broke & the sink drain wouldn't stay up for water to go down. The pool was closed, which was the only reason I booked this hotel in the first place because my children begged for a place with a pool for this trip. Although not the staff's fault, it was annoying.
- 2/5
When checking in we were told the pool is closed. Which is unfortunate and would have chosen elsewhere had we been made aware of it but not the biggest deal. Quite. Breakfast was good. My morning shower was less than warm. Like maybe Luke warm but mostly cold. Which should never be a thing when paying for an overnight stay. That's why I give a low star. I don't get out much. I don't get a peaceful shower ever. I looked forward to a nice hot relaxing shower. I didn't even get my hair cuz of how cold it was. My husband's shower was also cold so it was not a matter of needing to warm up. My shower the night before was warmer. Not hot but definitely good enough.
- 2/5
There was no where to park so I had to park next to the hotel in a different lot and climb a snow mount to get to the hotel. The hotel was dirty and smelled horrible. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Quiet courteous safe One you have key card you should have access to enter the dots at the back.
- 3/5
Room is clean, furniture needs to be updated.
- 3/5
Room was nice and clean. I didnt have any towels ( except wash cloths) in either of my rooms.
- 1/5
Neighbouring room
- 3/5
Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit run down. We stayed here a few years back & it was very nice. The walls in the room looked stained and beaten up. The pillows were awful. The side doors were all locked in the middle of the winter. So we had to walk all the way from the back of the hotel to the front of the building (slipping and sliding). Not sure why the key cards weren’t opening the side doors.
- 4/5
Staff great
- 3/5
Pool had no towels and water was cloudy. Probably shouldn't have taken the kids in it but that's what they were looking forward too. I found staff in laundry room that were able to get us towels.
- 5/5
Clean and comfy bed
- 4/5
Clean room

Clean rooms and friendly staff
- 4/5
staff was amazing and kind
- 1/5
The room was not cleaned properly it had grime and hair the faucet in the shower wouldn’t turn on. We had to get our room changed, it was literally no hot water in the shower. The carpets was disgusting. The whole building smelled like chemicals the pool water was disgustingly dirty with chemicals in it and I’m not talking about chlorine. The ceiling look like it was ready to fall in with water damage, which means nine times out of 10 the water from the ceiling is leaking into the pool, which caused it to stink and for the water to be discolored. The bottom of the pool felt slimy. But the staff when I checked in was amazing they did switch my room, but the room was not better. The place is completely outdated. If I could’ve got a full refund, I would.
- 2/5
The bed
- 0.5/5
Rooms are very poorly maintained. Shower was broken, many black marks around the shower tub, Water pressure was quite low, Beds were not comfortable, breakfast was very basic..Will not recommend anyone to stay here.
- 2.5/5
Close to the hospital where we needed to be It felt like the sheets were not changed and there were no towels in the bathroom. And the breakfast was not nearly what it was when we have stayed there before
- 1/5
The pool was full of Clorine so bad the kids eyes burned we couldn’t enjoy the pool for more than 20 minutes. The room had no heat just cold air blowing out the vents
- 5/5
I loved the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom was also fresh and clean. The bed linens were clean, fresh and comfortable. Pillows were fluffy as they should. The staffs on duty were friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was delectable. I had a great stay.
- 2/5
Th pool have a lot of Clorox my eyes was on fire and I was only watching my kid
- 3/5
The bathroom toilet was rocky, the bathroom door would not lock. The shower had cracked tiles. The place was adequate but felt tired and run down. Needs a face lift. Fitness room was good but pool area and pool were both very cold.
- 3/5
Shower not hot water enough
- 4/5
The property was nice and beds were comfortable. The water temp could be a little warmer and water pressure for showers was almost nonexistent.
- 5/5
Great customer service. Clean and contable.
- 4.5/5
I enjoyed the breakfast The coffee maker was broken in both of the rooms I stayed in.
- 5/5
Excellent staff, room, and breakfast
- 5/5
Good, clean rooms nice place good staff
- 5/5
Everything was good. I needed a room close to the local hospital. This was it. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great !!
- 1/5
I love this hotel, but for some reason the last 3 times I’ve stayed there they have no hot water. The past 2 times it wasn’t an issue since it was during summer. But this time it was brutal. Freezing cold outside and not able to take a hot shower was horrible. Then the owner doesn’t care at all. He doesn’t care to fix the issue. The manager was a pain. Only person I’ll say did what he could was Nigal. I hope I spelled his name right. That man deserves a big time raise. This hotel should be reported.
- 1/5
There was no hot water. I learned it had broken three days prior to my stay and there was no advance notice.
- 3/5
The room was in good condition. But no hot water for three days! Cold showers are not fun in Rochester, NY winters!
- 4/5
It was acceptable. Clean, good breakfast, comfortable room.
- 4/5
Everything was fine, but staff inadvertently set of the fire alarm two times- once during the day and once in the middle of the night which disturbed our sleep.
- 5/5
Staff were all very friendly
- 5/5
Christmas Eve and all was well. Staff very polite and professional, room was clean and spacious.

- 4/5

- 5/5
Staff was very helpful
- 4/5
Absolutely no complaints
- 5/5
From the moment I checked in, the staff on duty was very pleasant. I hotel was quiet and looked to kept up. My room was cozy and comfortable, the space was clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was properly cleaned and the towels were soft. The hot water in the bathroom made for a relaxing bath. My only issue was that the toilet paper wasn't charmin soft as I like. The bed linens were fresh and clean, the bed was the perfect combination of softness and firm. The pillows were very fluffy and to my liking which resulted in a great night's rest.
- 5/5
Staff, cleanliness, and easy check in really stood out
- 5/5
The customer service
- 5/5
All was in good order
- 4/5
Breakfast was fresh
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful, I loved the fact that they text you to check on your needs or complaints and they were very quick to respond or bring anything we needed. Breakfast was even good and well stocked.
- 5/5
great stay
- 3/5
I was told my room would be serviced daily. I asked so I could adjust. My room was only serviced once. Twice I had to ask for clean towels and paper products which had run out.
- 5/5
everything was perfect and we are anticipating the same delightful "vacation" with you over the Christmas holiday.
- 5/5
Keira or Leila has been great All the front desk people have been so attentive.
- 3/5
Front desk uncooperative on two occasions. We had requested the room be made up early afternoon of the second day, and clean towels provided. Didn't happen. We had to go down to the front desk to get the clean linen. No one was at the front desk when we tried to check out; just a note saying "we had to step away and will be right back." After 15 minutes, still absent. We've never before stayed at a Hampton Inn where customer service was so faulty. Will not be back.
- 1/5
They did not have my reservation even though I presented the charge on my online banking. I would like a refund and the room I got was twice what my booked room was. So I’m not happy !
- 2/5
This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. First time was slightly better. Check in went fine, staff was very nice, room was clean. However the heater/ac unit didn’t work properly. Walked into the room which was 75 degrees-very, very warm, which is understandable because Rochester seems to be cold almost all year (lol), but too warm for us Long Islanders. We attempted to cool the room down by lowering the unit, but it wouldn’t work at all, though the unit did make a lot of noise as if it was turning a compressor on and off - it actually didn’t work correctly until about 4 in the morning. The beds were also so firm it felt like sleeping on an ironing board and very noisy all around us. You could hear the people in the rooms next door and upstairs and even very clearly hear everything outside. We have to make one more trip to Rochester, but likely will not be staying at the Hampton Inn a third time - I must say despite my complaints, it is far superior to the Holiday Inn Express down the street from this hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was superb. The room was clean and cozy. Thank you!
- 5/5
Best place ive been
- 4/5
Friendly staff!
- 3/5
The room had a bad odor. it
- 1/5
No hot water for 2 days, clogged sink and bath tub for 2 days, had to ask for clean towels over and over for a 5 day stay, and last night there a teen soccer team was screamin and slammin doors at 5am. Told front desk which was a waste of a dial. . Where is the 20% discount and have not. Not enough for this place.
- 2/5
Staff was very unpleasant and no hot water
- 5/5
Was good receptionist friendly !
- 5/5
I didn't eat breakfast but it looked good...
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 3/5
3 days without maid service. Good food. The Lady at the check-in desk was very pleasant and cheerful. She gave me honest answers about the hotel and the available computer center, and work out facility. She was also nice enough to take some pictures for me. Her name tag Read KEYLA. She is to be commended for her over and beyond work ethics.
- 5/5
Everything
- 4/5
Good Breakfast
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff took a long time to check me in. Like 20 min till she found my reservation. She seemed like she was new but when asked she said she had been there a while. It seemed like she was covering for someone that usually worked there. She seemed pretty clueless.
- 5/5
Staff Were very welcoming, smiles on face and concerns or questions there where happy to answer.💓 Great place, will be booking again
- 3/5
Hampton Inn are our preferred hotel as they always very clean with great beds and full breakfast. This Hampton had great beds but was dirtier than expected with a limited breakfast and did not feel safe outside. Will not stay at this one again.
- 5/5
The area is close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Parking was secure. We did checkout early as we had an appt at Rochester General at 6AM there was a homeless person hanging out in the parking lot, but other than that the room was clean didn't hear others in their rooms. The staff at the front desk were nice and professional.
- 3/5
Key cards had issues multiple times. Breakfast items were not great. Juice machine didn't work.
- 2/5
Carpets could definitely need cleaned and didn’t realize until morning that the bed was completely broken underneath which caused me and my husband to wake up with terrible back pain.
- 5/5
Good customer service and very clean dining room
- 4/5
Nice staff but can be more inviting as most Hampton Hilton hotels are and provide internet service as a computer rm. I am still awaiting my $100 return to my account, not fair almost 48 hours and not return!!
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
Had prime parking and the room was nice.. pool was freezing and I had to go to the desk 5 times because my key card kept failing..
- 2/5
The fridge had a loud buzzing sound, we had to turn it off overnight so we could sleep. The shower wash was completely empty. The breakfast lady had slept in and breakfast started 30 mins late, which wasn't convenient as we wanted to get away early to make our next destination in time.
- 3/5
I came to check in and there was no one at the front desk. The sheets were dirty and there was gunk on the night stand. Would not stay here again
- 5/5
Everything was fine. The fridge didn’t work, but we just left our items in the cooler and got ice from ice machine.
- 5/5
Room carpet not v clean.
- 5/5

I checked in very late and the staff was so accommodating and friendly!
- 4/5
Saw a show at the Kodak center and had a fantastic time.
- 5/5
The staff was some calm and patient with me during the whole process so kind.
- 1/5
I booked the room through hotels.com and when I arrived to check in the hotel was overbooked. I rooms available. Ridiculous. Will never again book through them.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent, the pool was clean and the room was comfortable..
- 5/5
Excellent customer services!!!!
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Rooms were spacious and comfortable staff very accommodating other than a 1 am fire alarm waking us up no complaints
- 4/5
The hotel’s policy of housekeeping service only every other day is not adequate. We were told to come to the desk if we needed anything, which we did since sufficient linens for a two-day stay were not provided. But the desk was too busy to help and so we came back later in hopes that she would not be quite as busy. When we came back it took her a while to find 2 bath towels but she did not include face cloths or hand towels so we had to use wet, soiled linens from the day before. (No towel bars in the bathroom to hang anything to dry.)
- 3/5
The room was clean and comfortable but the lobby and breakfast area was very run down and the breakfast was very minimal, we ended up having to go out to breakfast which was a disappointment. I was also a bit uncomfortable with some kind of health clinic that was being run out of the first floor of the hotel.
- 4/5
Take out from Pasta Villa next door for the win!
- 3/5
It was ok. Lady was tude upon arrival but worked out an breakfast an the lady that put it on was wonderful!
- 2/5
The room was absolutely filthy. My toddler had perfectly clean socks on for 45 minutes before we put his sneakers on to leave and there were black from dirt. The shower ceiling was falling down and there was black mold on the wall. Would absolutely never stay here again or recommend anyone ever stay here.

- 3/5
The front desk decided on their own to check me out at 5:32am when i was still sleeping and at 8am the maid walked into our hotel room. My child was still sleeping as we never checked out at 5:32am. This was extremely scary and unacceptable
- 4/5
The pool
- 3/5
It was a comfortable stay. However, the pool needs to be maintained better. There was hair in the pool.
- 5/5

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on a weekend getaway for my birthday. Everything started with our check in. The person wasn’t rude, but not friendly either. A little disappointed but not that big of a deal. We dropped our luggage off and went to meet family for dinner. We got back to the hotel late so we just climbed into bed. The next morning i was getting out of the shower to get there were ants that climbed on my foot. I looked closer and they were all over the floor and it looked like they were coming out of the wall next to the shower. I cleaned off what I could find and went to the front desk and let them know. Not only was the lady rude, she acted like it was a big inconvenience to sent the handyman down to the rooms. We waited quite a while and no one came. We decided we were going to stay a second night, so we drove to Walmart to buy ant traps. We put them in 4 places around the bathroom. Still, no one came to the room. There was nothing sprayed and no traps were put out except the ones we bought. We decided to stay at a different hotel for the second night even though it was a big pain to pack everything up and move. We were very disappointed in the entire experience while there. We were going to swim but considering how dirty the rooms were, we were actually nervous about the pool being clean. When we checked out I mentioned it again and the clerk just acted like it wasn’t a big deal and said they would send someone down. We’ll never stay here again
- 4/5
There was a dog on the hotel that battled inccessantly Breakfast was good

Great staff. Was able to get fresh towels when needed. Will be back in the future!!
- 5/5
Room is always clean and ready when we arrive.
- 2/5
StiIl lifted up the bed sheets and the bed look like a crime scene.
- 3/5
Requested 2 key cards was only given 1. Very outdated. No alarm clocks let alone clock in room. Pool area was overly warm but not clean. Pool bathroom was filthy and toilet did not work. No soap in pool bathroom either along with no sanitizer in pool area. Pool was no clean at all and pool water was cold. Unexpected extra $150 charge on top on my $146 dollar room charge.
- 4/5
It was nice
- 2/5
One of the 2 elevators was not working during our entire stay.
- 5/5
Comfortable room, great breakfast, clean, good service.
- 4/5
This Hotel was quiet and friendly. I would recommend it to others.
- 5/5
This was just a mini getaway for me and my kids. And we enjoyed the relaxation of being together and having a fun time together.
- 5/5
The room was clean, staff was so nice and the breakfast was decent.
- 2/5
Booked for one night Checked in at 3:30 pm Checked out at 8 pm Left same day Couldn’t wait till morning
- 4/5
The check in was good but my tub was dirty I seen a housekeeper cleaning a room and asked her to clean it she did with no problem
- 3/5
Man at front desk was obviously annoyed at staff. Lots of people milling around not doing much which distracted him. He gave me my key and mumbled a few instructions
- 5/5
Pool and Breakfast were awesome. It was very conveniently located close to Rochester General Hospital. The price was pretty reasonable
- 4/5
Great stay with my family for the weekend. Breakfast buffet has great options
- 5/5
The staff was very polite and friendly. Our room was great for what we needed.
- 3/5
We kindly ask that you look into this matter to ensure a better experience for future guests.
- 5/5
The hotel lobby was great for our sports team to get together and do a bonding activity the night before our tournament. Breakfast opened early enough that we were able to eat before leaving the hotel!
- 5/5
It was as I would expect it to be. Nothing over the top but I would use it again. Clean hotel doors lock at night but open with your key card. Parking was adequate.

Lobby was clean and updated. Carpets in hallways were old and stained. Upon arrival in our room, there was urine on the toilet seat. We were given a new room which was clean. Beds were comfortable. Rooms and hallways need cosmetic updates. Staff was friendly and helpful.

After staying for three nights, my husband checked out early on the fourth morning at approximately 8:30 AM. He confirmed the check-out process with the front desk, who stated they had received approval from the general manager. Despite this, we were later informed by Expedia that the hotel refused to refund the final night’s charge, categorizing it as a cancellation fee. Given that the room was vacated early in the morning and could have been resold, I find it unacceptable that no accommodation was made for a refund. At a time when we were experiencing extreme stress and vulnerability, this lack of flexibility and compassion left a lasting negative impression. This experience has not only added unnecessary frustration to an already difficult situation but has also ensured that we will not choose to stay at your property in the future. Additionally, due to the lack of resolution and support, we will also reconsider using Expedia for future bookings.

Beds were very comfortable and the heat was quick to warm up the room as it was single digits and windy at night. Location is perfect, there are tons of restaurants, shopping centers all at ease of getting to. Overall, not quite 5 stars but this is a very nice place for an overnight getaway. The front desk associate I believe Keyla is her name was fantastic, VERY an easy checkin and super friendly!

The staff was extremely nice, caring and helpful. They wanted to accommodate my son and me as much as possible. I asked if my son can practice his violin since he was playing an audition at Eastman, and they put him in a separate room making sure that he is comfortable in there. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety.

The room itself was fine except the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool area was wet with condensation; water on everything…. Tables, chairs…. Water dripping for the ceilings. The pool water temp was good, but the air temp had to be in the 60s. There were no towels in the pool area, so I asked someone in house keeping for some. She shook her head no and said she was washing linens. I had to go to the front desk to get towels which I got and the gal was friendly about. She obviously overheard the conversation between me and housekeeping …. and told the gal to get towels to the pool area. The housekeeper gave her a hard time and started to argue loudly. Very unprofessional.

Room was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was quiet. Air quality inside the room was dry, but not much to do about that considering the extreme cold.

Very nice hotel

The pool was nice, check in was quick and staff was great. The heater in the front was very noisy, only one elevator was working and it was very noisy. There were a stain on the comforter and only 3 towels in a double bed room. And someone apparently broke a light post overnight outside the side door.

The pool was warm & it was quite nice to take an early morning swim. I also used the fitness room which has many options, especially like the elliptical. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast which is included had many options

We had a great time at this hotel. It was about a 10 minute drive from the Strong Museum and there was a McDonald's close by and an Aldi. It was a great home base. The pool was fine, the kids liked being able to go swimming. Breakfast was good as well.

Expedia overbooked the hotel. We have no room when we arrived. We were charged but no room to stay and hv to drive 2 hours back to toronto at 9pm. Terrible experiences.

The computers were down when we arrived and the check in employee maintained professionalism and gave us a guest packet in apology. The breakfast was clean, etc but not tasty

The curtains in the room I booked wouldn’t close, I talked to the receptionist and he gave me a different room

Hotel inside lacked detail to cleaning of corners and vacuuming of room. There was a lot of small details missed in cleaning. Breakfast was good, the neighborhood was marked with police offices and did not seem safe to be out off property later at night.
