Reviews
Guests generally have a positive experience, but there are some recurring issues with cleanliness and customer service. The rooms are often described as comfortable and spacious, but there are frequent complaints about dirtiness and maintenance issues.
- Comfortable and spacious rooms
- Good breakfast selection
- Cleanliness issues
- Inconsistent customer service

Clean, spacious room. Enjoyed it. Beautiful lobby and grounds. Elevator did not work and breakfast was not good. Potatoes were dry, oatmeal was undercooked and the "yogurt" was bioengineered starch. Poor brand.
- 2/5
Terrible. The beds were uncomfortable and staff was rude
- 3/5
All was good check in and out was easy. Morning breakfast was a bit off, replishments of food and drinks came out slow and cleanliness of food area could have been better monitored.

Looks like a motel 6
- 4/5
Very good
- 3.5/5
Rooms need updating and some general maintenance. A deep cleaning would be good.
- 4/5
The breakfast was awesome. The staff was very nice. The room was very nicely layed out and decorated. The floor in the kitchen area was sticky. The pool was very nice but could use a little ventilation and there was a dead Beatle in the restroom near the pool 2 days in a row. We enjoyed our stay.
- 2/5
At least vacuum the place. Especially the hallways
- 3/5
Overall not a bad spot. If I came up here I would consider coming again. I wish it felt cleaner I think that’s the biggest thing. There was gunk on the window curtains in one of our rooms and the bathrooms didn’t feel very clean there was a lot of buildup on the drain and the ceilings. The room doors also had big gaps underneath which I didn’t like . Just made me feel a little uneasy. The breakfast they served was convenient and did the job. The front desk was really nice. Just a few changes I think it would be more stars

My family and I stayed at this property during a graduation weekend and we had an amazing experience. We enjoyed every second of it!
- 5/5
From the moment we entered the lobby we knew we were in a great hotel. So much room, very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient young woman who registered us (Crystal) we hd a great experience. The suite was well played out and in great condition. Everything looked almost brand new. We will stay there again. I can't think of a thing at the moment.

CONS: $8 parking per day, lights in room were mostly dim, soap amount was low at beginning of my stay, hotel itself and the room showed many signs of wear, toilet is quite low hence ultra uncomfortable.

Great stay

The room was located next to a mechanical room that was very loud all night long. We found a bug in the bathroom and a dirty sock in the dresser. 1TV remote for 2 TVs. They could not change our room due to being fully booked. Homewood stated they would not charge us for the home if we were able to have Hotels.com contact them. After 45 mins on the chat and phone with Hotels, they opened a review. After 24 hours, hotels.com stated the charged stays. So basically paid for a sleepless night. Most decent hotels in the area were booked. Not sure I will continue to use Hotels.com or stay at a Homewood Suites again.
- 5/5
Everything was great. The pool was a bit cold.
- 5/5
It was our 3rd stay here.

- 3/5
This hotel was just ok. Here are my observations: Did not know there was a fee for parking- was never told at check in, was just given a placard to put on dash. Only 1 remote for 2 tvs, tvs were unplugged when we checked in, the room had a weird smell, icemaker in the fridge never made ice (had to go to front desk for ice) and there was no dish soap/cloths or dishwasher detergent in the kitchen area. I will not stay at this hotel on my future visits.

I was receiving text from the hotel asking how my stay was going on a 1-5 basis. I replied one and was told someone would call me to discuss never heard anything else

Despite the room being ready upon our arrival, we were still charged a $25 early check in fee when my very tired family simply needed access to the room. The in‑room kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which was appreciated. However, the room had a noticeable musky odor, likely due to the worn carpet. Additionally, the pool was closed during our stay, so we were unable to use that amenity. Overall, it was a decent stay, though there were a few disappointments

Superb
- 5/5
clean pool and towels, room was clean and well supplied, needed more dishses and had them in 5 minutes. Great place
- 3/5
Hotel room was very clean but the corridor was very smelly. Breakfast was just basic.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent. Room was excellent!
- 5/5
Best hotel for comfort, cleanliness, noise control, pillows, room temperature, etc. I missed breakfast time so cannot comment on that.
- 1/5
Staff is rude, untrained and unhelpful. Rooms are unpredictable with AC broken/ Fridge broken / Soaps, lotions not refilled. Very poorly run Homewood bare minimums at breakfast and evening receptions done poorly and half heartedly. Avoid this one and stay at the one in Greece NY.
- 5/5
Nice clean and comfortable

- 4/5
Clean entrance and nice welcome
- 5/5
Comfy staff was friendly I slept well
- 5/5
My husband and I traveled from Syracuse for a "staycation". We appreciated that we could bring our dog. The room was comfortable and we had major issues. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the ample breakfast.
- 4/5
The Homewood Suites was very nice and clean. The breakfast was always very good. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Just wish there were enough dishes to cover the full amount of 6 people staying in the room. The one issue was that at the pool all 3 nights there wasn’t enough towels at the pool and they didn’t have any more in the back. We will more than likely stay there again, as this was our second time staying there.
- 5/5
Our room wasn't ready until 3:30 she went above and beyond to make us comfortable as we had to tired and hungry children...thank you Crystal
- 2/5
The staff was visibly miffed that my office had used Expedia to book the room. I don’t get what the difference is but someone needs to iron this out so the front desk doesn’t have a bad attitude to guests based solely on where their room was booked. Strange stuff happens at this place.
- 5/5
Room was spotless and pleasantly surprised with the stove ,plates etc and dishwasher in the room ..will definitely stay again
- 4/5
Late check out and a two bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 6. The lobby reeked of weed in the evening. The smoke free building policy was not being followed or enforced.
- 5/5
Staff was kind and building was clean. Room was clean and worked well for our stay!
- 3/5
Everything was pretty decent, my stay was average. I was pretty annoyed that I paid for WiFi that I could not use; could not connect my gaming console to the wifi and the receptionist was no help, the customer service number given didn’t help at all either just wasted my time. There were dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom upon arrival and housekeeping only have us 2 towels when doing rounds, no wash clothes no face towels. I really enjoyed the layout of the rooms and the coziness of it. Would stay again if they could get that WiFi together.
- 5/5
clean room,attentive staff

Clean and nice staff
- 5/5
It’s our second stay here . We enjoyed clean rooms, good breakfast and super friendly staff..
- 3/5
Staff very nice. Room could be cleaner... pullout couch had dog bones left under it and a face mask on the mattress (not from us).
- 3/5
Room was no
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh and loved the kelibasa sausages it was nice touch
- 2/5
Sound like I heard an elephant with all the kids running up and down the halls all the dogs barking middle of the night can’t even relax in your room. I had to flush the toilet like 33 times for the toilet to empty.
- 3/5
My room was dirty the curtains were filthy around the toilet was black the dishes were in dish washer not sure if they were clean or not but I did wash them lamp shades were dirty and dusty just because I book thru expedia which was a bad idea I got the worst room but I am considering not staying at the Hilton again
- 5/5
Courteous staff, clean, great breakfast
- 1/5
This property is tired. In our 4 nights, no general areas were swept or vacuumed. Our room was tired, since thsy allow pets there was pet damage to our room. The tub was a moldy mess. Pass on this property.
- 5/5
Good job
- 4/5
Room was clean and easy to access on first floor. Desk staff were very helpfull
- 5/5
Check in was smooth and Crystal couldn't have been any friendlier. The room was great. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Rochester.
- 4/5
Pros: customer service, location, cleanliness, great pool, nice workout gym, big spacious room Cons: The doorknob in the bathroom was broken, out of shampoo, breakfast wasn’t great
- 5/5
Stay was very comfortable and nice and clean
- 3/5
Room was basly clean, found old paie of socks, jewelry beads all over the place ( we were with a crawling baby). Nothing more to say ….
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff was great, and the property was well maintained.
- 4/5
Also, the parking fee took me by surprise.
- 5/5
Love how clean the room is and convenient with a small kitchen and full fridge.
- 5/5
Only negative issue we would comment on is the hall carpeting. We can only assume it’s going to be replaced soon?
- 5/5
Yes thank you. Great staff.
- 3/5
The pool was freezing. We had to ask them to turn the temperature up. They did a little bit it was still VERY cold especially for an indoor pool. The pull out couch was not fitted with sheets, had to ask the front desk for new ones, and they made me go down and get them, had to send him back to the store room 3 times because he kept coming back without all the items required to make a bed. Breakfast was good. As expected for an included breakfast.
- 5/5
Didn't eat there
- 1/5
Old dirty carpeting in hallways, dingy lighting, part of ceiling was breaking down in the room, pillows so flat you would need 6 to combine into one decently supportive one, bathtubs not clean, old and run down. Only redeeming factor was the breakfast area looked nice. Will NOT be staying here again.
- 5/5
Everything was very good!
- 4/5
Staff was extremely kind and accommodating, but rooms weren’t exceptionally clean.. my suite had a few creepy crawlies hanging around on the walls.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 5/5
Clean room, we did not get breakfast
- 3/5
Door frame off and a 1 inch gap at top of entry door. Trash in kitchen can. However bed and bathroom were clean.
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good, there was enough choice and variety however lack of low calorie options for example the yoghurt and more fruit options however it was free and it was hot. There was plenty ans the service was very very good.
- 4/5
fairly clean but a bit worn furniture
- 5/5
The breakfast selections were great! The staff were friendly and helpful. Great facilities!!
- 4/5
Over all fine, wasn’t in the room much. Did find it not as clean as expected
- 5/5
Exceptional stay. Convenient. Clean. Staff were wonderful. Will stay here again!
- 5/5
I really appreciated the clean, well-furnished room, and the breakfast was a great start to the day.
- 5/5
The room was very nice Would definitely stay here again
- 2/5
Just a bad experience with check in. The room was fine but we arrived for check in and they had a computer glitch. Lady at front desk was doing everything she could including calling managers at home to get help to no avail. The facility was good except for the check in due to the system issue. There were other issues during check in that just made things worse.
- 5/5
Great front desk staff
- 5/5
Good very good
- 4/5
Check-in was at 3pm. We arrived at 3:45. And our room was not ready for another 45 minutes, very disappointing after a long drive. All the dishes were in the dishwasher we had to put them away.
- 1/5
Our bed looked as though someone had been laying on it before we got there.
- 5/5
pets are welcome
- 3/5
Breakfast was not a great variety or quality.
- 4/5
Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Wish they would not charge for parking, it's a "money grab".
- 3/5
They need to fix room 307!!! Sinks that pool up.... entry door with broken seal so the hall light is shinning in the room and we had to cover it with towels... the furnace is so loud... it wakes us up (but the blessing is that it worked!)... front counter staff very nice
- 1/5
Rude staff. Broken lights in bathroom. No one would change my room or fix the lighting.
- 2/5
I gave 5 stars on all the questions asked. However, when we checked in, we were told they have implemented an $8 parking fee. Come on!! In Henrietta, NY?? A few to park your car when you paid a good price for a room for one night?? Not happy. Got in room. Fridge had no ice. Went to front desk and she took me into the kitchen and gave me ice. She said I should activate ice maker in fridge. That older fridge did not have an ice maker! Received a text from hotel asking how our stay was going. Expressed my feelings about parking fee and no ice maker. Said I was going to complain about the extra fee to corporate. I plan to. We were happy that they waived the parking fee because of my trouble getting ice. Also, do they give the less desirable rooms to people who book through Expedia???? I tend to think so. We will not be staying at this hotel again (we stay there while visiting family in Rochester). We have stayed many times and have always had a good experience. It saddens me because we love this suite hotel.
- 5/5
It’s great
- 2/5
Not the best experience: when we arrived our room wasn’t ready until 2 hours past check in, then there was a party above us where kids jumping from bed to bed until 4 am even with call to front desk x3 , and a call to police - when police arrived my husband had just witnessed an abduction so they were busy with that. So the entitled lady above us, throwing a kid ages about 8-10ish birthday party continued to allow them to keep jumping on the beds, running around and making even more noise because the front desk had told them it was quiet time 3x. My husband even went up to speak with them about quiet hours and the mother - if you can call her that started to fight with my husband saying she can do what she wants because she bought the hotel room for the night - mind you we had the room booked for three nights and this was the last night and we had to get up and travel early in the morning 10 hours. The grounds are nice, the room was decent for 4 of us and 2 dogs. We did complain and got some money back but definitely won’t be going back
- 5/5
How refreshing to actually be greeted by someone who’s happy to have you there! Super friendly staff. Easy check-in. My room was probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.
- 1/5
I had to protest because they tried to charge me a $75 per fee even though my dog was only at the hotel for 10 minutes. I dropped my dog off to relatives as soon as I arrived. Rooms are not kept up like they should be. Our refrigerator was full of food from the previous guess and our bed sheets were never changed from the last guest
- 5/5
I thought it was tacky to charge for parking, but you must have had a reason..
- 4/5
We stay here quite often, staff is great, location is great, close to RIT. Most of the time we've been completely satisfied with room, this past stay we encountered some issues, AC was noisy and not working all the time, ceiling fan was louder than normal and a few burnt out lights, definitely out of character for this hotel. We will continue to stay here, and definitely recommend, but definitely need some repairs and maintenance.
- 3/5
We like this hotel it’s comfortable we always get the one bedroom king suite because we always have a teenager with us. We can sleep in the living room area. We love having the kitchen. It’s nice and it’s comfortable enough, but it could probably use an update in terms of furniture and paint. we continue to be annoyed by a $250 incidental freeze on our card. We understand it’s company policy but it’s a lot and it would prohibit people whose finances are less secure from staying there. You’ll be pricing people out soon. Additionally, this time we were told there was an eight dollar parking fee. I think that’s appalling. I think that is nickel and diming your guests. We’ve already stayed there a few times we could potentially stay there two more times over the next year and another four or five times after that in the next two years, but we don’t like the parking fee in the incidental charge is offensive so we may have to look elsewhere. This time the check in person a woman was not welcoming and was just sort of offputting. I think she thought she was being polite and business like but it wasn’t welcoming.
- 5/5
Loved it! Great service
- 5/5
Maria was excellent as the system was done and she was very diligent
- 5/5
Homewood Suites was roomy, clean and had everything anyone would need for a comfortable stay. It’s was 5-10 minute drive to colleges, supermarkets restaurants and stores.I would definitely stay again!
- 3/5
Overall, the property was presentable and satisfied our lodging needs. Our room had not been vacuumed in some time, as under the bed was dirty/dusty. The manager on duty the afternoon/evening we checked in didn't seem to be very friendly. However, when we checked out the next day, the attendant at the desk was a lovely young woman who greeted us, while multitasking other desk duties. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
- 1/5
Nothing else horrible, just a little run down
- 5/5
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
- 4/5
Room was spacious, but some areas (one of two bathrooms) were a little old and in need of replacement.
- 5/5
Good property
- 1/5
First room smelt like smoke, second room was hot and smelly but settled for it because nothing else was available. There were smeared boogers on the wall next to the toilet paper holder, smeared mirror, broken tiles in the bathroom and pealing paint on the bathtub. Wasn't terrible but was toeing the line. We were charged for parking after we left and were never told we would be. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
- 4/5
Property is very large with a courtyard connecting to more rooms, easy to get lost and the signs leading to elevators were misleading would walk down long hallways and still no elevator very hard to find. Staff tried to show me a map to get to my room, failed. Continental breakfast was good. Stairwell looks like haven’t been swept in weeks, furniture in room need updates, kitchen was missing small appliances, ex had a lid for sauce pan but no pan, no dish soap. Air conditioner sounds like a train coming.
- 5/5
As a traveling family man? This hotel for all our needs. Staff was friendly and kind. The hotel rooms were clean and exactly what you expect from staying at a Hilton. Facilities had everything that we needed. Breakfast in the morning was very good. It was a great stay. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
Hopefully you won't need to use the pull out sofa bed. It hardly could qualify as a bed, as the mattress was like sliced cheese, thin and flimsy. The hotel has a decent breakfast and morning staff very friendly. The pool looks bright and clean too. I found the Business Center lacking in many ways however. Had some important documents to print, but no information at all, people are expected to figure this out on their own. There are no Ethernet cables or other cables to allow one to connect, and my laptop simply couldn't find a way to connect to the printer wirelessly. I asked for some assistance, and the best I got from the front desk was people figure it out and use it. I guess I'm the idiot haha Honestly, I could be, but a little bit of help to help this tech idiot would have been appreciated. All in all, a decent place for a larger family, as we had a two bedroom suite. But a few reasons why its hard to leave a 5 star rating.
- 5/5
Nice hotel.
- 5/5
We really liked that there was a separate bedroom from the living area. Had full kitchen and living room, which had we stayed longer we could have prepared our own meals. Breakfast was very good
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
Rooms are spacious, clean. But they seem to short of towels.
- 4/5
Overall very lovely hotel and close to everything. It had a certain smell to it like air wasn’t properly circulating in our room, one bathroom fan didn’t work and one of the doors was as broken. The breakfast wasn’t great. We did let staff know. Maintenance did come and resolve the issue with the fan but not the door.
- 2/5
Rooms could use fresher bed sheets and a change of pillows.
- 5/5
Not bad,
- 3/5
Complimentary breakfast was better than most and the location was convenient for us.
- 3/5
The faucet wasn't working properly.
- 5/5
The overall hotel is great. Easy parking and convenient location. The front desk staff could have been more positive, helpful, and speedy at checkin.
- 1/5
The room was very outdated and dirty. The sheets had stains on them. The toilet was so low to the ground. For the price I paid I expected a much nicer place .I would never stay there again
- 3/5
I'm traveling with elderly in their late 80s and at check in, front desk personnel with a nose ring, tells us the "best" way to get to our room, turns out they had to walk up the stairs. OMG.
- 5/5
Great staff and made our wedding night special for us.
- 1/5
Overall apperance upon entering looked great but upon further inspection the room riqued of cigarette smoke. I use a cpap machine at night ao this was very concerning. The carpet was soaking wet by the bathroom. Come to find out there was a leak coning from whenever you run the shower! There was an unknown substance smered on the front of the bathroom door as well as on the wall by the toilet. And the microwave didnt work, even after unplugging it and trying it again. Very disappointing experience
- 3/5
Breakfast in the morning was great
- 5/5
Needed a night away from home and O got what I needed. A quiet room to myself. Rest well needed.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 1/5
I booked this trip for my girlfriend and i’s anniversary to visit family here. Upon you to the original hotel, homewood suites, I was told my room was no longer available. They then put me in a worse room at Home2, that was noisy and I received absolutely no sleep in. A total waste of time and money
- 5/5
Staff were excellent and room was very clean!
- 5/5
The beds were a little firm
- 3/5
- Spacious suite - Smooth check-in process **Cons:** - **Misplaced toiletries:** The hand soap was incorrectly labeled as body wash. When I reported this to the front desk at 9:30 PM, the receptionist said she couldn’t retrieve the correct item from storage because she was the only staff member on duty and couldn’t leave the desk. Instead, she provided small sample-sized body washes as a substitute. - **Poor cleanliness:** - The bathroom shelf (where towels were stored) was visibly dusty. - The popcorn ceiling in the bathroom appeared discolored, with black patches resembling mold. - **Safety/mechanical issue:** - The bedroom smoke/CO alarm began beeping at night. When I reported it at 10:30 PM, the front desk agent suggested I unplug it myself—even asking if I had a bar stool to climb on. While I understand the alarm may have needed a battery change, expecting a guest to handle this was unprofessional. - The agent offered a room change. She told me that guests cannot have two active room keys simultaneously, meaning one family member would have to stay behind in the original room while the rest moved. This is because the room key to the 1st room would be disabled while the second room key is active. With two young children, this was impractical late at night. - Fortunately, the beeping eventually stopped, allowing us to stay in the original room without further disruption. We returned the second room key before the night ended.
- 3/5
The stay was good! The rooms were beautiful, however the price paid for the stay it can use a few upgrades for some things. The deposit price should be disclosed the $250 is a little high to be just dropped on the customer when they get to the front desk.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. Kitchen area needs some TLC - missing cabinet doors, pipes exposed.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
The Homewood Suites is a very convenient location to everything . Did not like the fact I was informed of a parking charge that was just started, and I should have received an email that there would be a charge prior to my stay. It was not on the description when I booked months in advance. I would not be staying there again.
- 3/5
Bathrooms need a serious remodel
- 5/5
Loved the layout and convenience of the King sized suite and the breakfast was excellent. We will only stay here when we visit Rochester in the future
- 4/5
Good value.
- 4/5
Room was a long walk from elevator. Hotel is a big "C" shape, no elevator at other end. So if you have mobility issues, that may be a factor.
- 5/5
.
- 1/5
One of the worst experiences with a hotel that we have ever had. We walked into our room and it was 79 degrees in the room with the thermostat set to air conditioning and with the window open (it was 60 degrees outside). We turned off the unit and returned to the room an hour later and it was 81 degrees with the unit still running. We went to the front desk to ask if we could change rooms and was told that they were sold out. We were told that they could refund our room and we could leave or deal with it and talk to the manager in the morning. There were no rooms left in Rochester due to several big events in town. We talked to the front desk in the morning and was told oh well sorry. We will not be staying at another one of these. Such a disappointment!!!
- 4/5
You could feel the cold by the windows had to keep the heavy curtain closed.
- 1/5
We called down for extra blankets and have always had someone bring them up in any other hotel we have stayed in, but we were asked to go down and get them(not a big deal, but odd). Both bedroom alarms went off, waking everyone, one at 5am and one at 6am. I have never had this happen, so never thought I would need to double check alarm clocks in a hotel room. One of the bathtubs didn’t drain and had floating dirty water sitting. The other tub didn’t have a plug for a bath for our kiddo. The shower rod in one bathroom was hanging off the broken tiles ready to fall any minute. The microwave in the little kitchenette did not work. The space was ideal for what we needed, but for the price we paid, the quality was not up to par. Overall stay with all those things made it unenjoyable. Would definitely not return.
- 5/5
Evening front desk staff was really nice
- 2/5
When we got to our room that was still dirty clothes in the bathroom that’s not right
- 4/5
The rooms are very nice, and comfortable. I like the bigger refrigerator . It could be cleaner. There were areas that needed cleaning . There was trash in the elevator that were not swept up until the next day. In our room, there were a few items behind the end tables not noticed . Due to the snowstorms , areas were not shoveled and hard to walk . The food was cold and not enough options. Overall it was a very nice stay , a very convenient location.
- 4/5
Close to highway.
- 3/5
We had a room with a kitchenette and planned to cook some of our meals in the room but there was only 1 fork, 1 spoon and 1 knife. similar number of dishes. Housekeeping does not come on a daily basis. They only make up the rooms every other day. That meant no refill for coffee maker .I called the day before our arrival to make sure the pool was open. When he got there we were told it was not up a running. They suggested we could go to pool at hotel next door (this was in the middle of February) to use that pool at no charge. Fortunately, they were able to open the pool later that night. It was just an ok stay. probably would not recommend it to my friends.

Very nice and attentive staff to all your needs and questions. Also very kid friendly and family oriented. Close driving distance to malls and shopping areas. On site parking. Free breakfast. Overall great stay!!! 10 out of 10.

I expect more from a Hilton property. Looks like a renovation over an old dirty hotel! Staff was friendly but the property itself was below average at best. Bed was uncomfortable! No Shampoo in dispenser and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. I left a day early! I was very disappointed in this Hilton property!

Nice hotel, suites are very good size.

We did the digital check- in as this is convenient and there would be no need to go to the front desk. Upon entering room, it was obvious that it did not have a routine cleaning as the bed was not tidy and other bed items were not put away. Also the dishwasher still had the items left inside. So I had to call and ask to change to a room that was cleaned and ended up having to go to the front desk to get the new room keys. The hallways had a bit of a musty smell too. Front desk associate was nice and polite. Breakfast was good. Overall, an okay stay. Would be a whole lot better if more focus was put into a thorough cleaning of the rooms and hallways.

the bedroom had a door from the living room, a great feature The full kitchen included a dishwasher with soap, towels, silverware and dishes and pots. Breakfast was good in nicely appointed dining room with fireplace. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Definitely stay here again.

Clean, easy check in. However: one TV remote missing (2TVs) and front desk had no replacement; toilet not installed properly, so wobbled back and forth (unnerving); minimal blankets (one light weight blanket for sofa bed; no extras otherwise); only 2 towel sets (for a room accommodating up to 4 guests). Had to acquire extras at desk. Good breakfast options

Great staff with easy check in. Luggage carts readily available. Loved the room set up. Hubby could make coffee in a.m. without disturbing me. Would definitely stay here again.

First time staying at this hotel. We were there for a funeral and thought having a kitchen would make it easier to cook at the hotel after a long day. Much to our surprise the kitchen lacked silverware. There were only 2 forks and no spoon. The knives were not cleaned. There were no spices. So we paid for a room with a kitchen but did not cook. That part was disappointing. The bathroom had only 2 bath towels. They had shampoo and conditioner but no body soap. The bed was comfortable and sheets smelled clean. I went to the front desk to ask for an iron since it was missing from the room. The staff was very nice and had found me one. If the room was stocked with basic items our first impression of the hotel would have been a more positive one. If this is how they run their business, then I will not be staying there again.

The staff are always good for giving me a room, even if I am a bit early checking in

Hotel and breakfast were fine. The 3rd floor reeked of pot. Knew exactly which room it was coming from and am surprised and disappointed management wasn't doing anything about it.

Property is a little dated. Room size was incredible. Couch was a little dated. Breakfast was really good. Omelettes and Eckrich sausage one day and scrambled eggs and patty sausage the next day. Plus the usual fare of waffles, cereal, muffins, etc…A water and dryer were available and used. Laundry soap was available for purchase on site. 4 of 5 stars. It was a comfortable room and a good value for the area.

I was told I would receive a significant discount on my stay. At checkout I was only given 1 night discount, when I was told they would discount both nights. It was very disappointing.

Excellent Staff.

Our door looked like it had been knocked in a few times too many, and had a big gap that could see through to the hallway. We had to baracade the door with whatever we could find. Lastly, my kids wanted to swim but the water was so cloudy that you couldnt even see through it, and funk in the pool area was nearly unbearable. Needless to say we left as soon as we woke up. Very disappointed!

From a great check in to a clean comfortable room, breakfast was great and very clean and well maintained. Staff was wonderful and thought I needed more time after the check time and they were nice enough to give me that time. Would stay here again for sure.

The first room we got was dirty, dusty and had mold on the bathroom ceiling. I needed to wipe up some water from the bathroom floor and the white towel was brown when I finished. The mirrors were all smeared and the coffeemaker was covered in thick dust. It was also down 3 long hallways that twisted and turned. The second room was better except that the mold was still in the bathroom ceiling and the coffeemaker did not work. We were there 4 days, and the pool was not open at all. They sent us next door to the Comfort Inn... where the pool was so cloudy that you could not see the bottom or even the steps! Breakfast was so so. What was there was okay, but the muffins and bagels were scarce and there was no oatmeal one day. ( The next day it was too thick to eat). After we checked in, I got a message asking how everything was... I told them and did not hear back. I finally went to the desk to request a new room. NOT up to Hilton quality!

No issues with the room, I really like the layout of having the bedroom area separate from the living room area and will continue to stay here. There were issues with the computer system so check in took a long time and there seemed to be no heat in the lobby. It was absolutely freezing. Staff were very courteous and helpful and I felt bad for their working conditions.
