Very nice hotel. Clean, and quiet. Had shampoo, and soap dispensers on the wall. Nice breakfast and area for it.

Front desk was great! But I didn’t like how house keeping was knocking on the door at 9am trying to come in and clean when check out isn’t till 11am.

It was quiet and clean, breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel. Staff was helpful. The only weird part we had was they cleaned our room between our first night and second night and never gave us new towels. Sadly we didn’t notice until the morning when we went to shower and didn’t have time to call down and wait.

Room was overall very attractive, clean and comfortable. Bed was especially comfortable -- I meant to find out what brand of mattress it was so I could purchase one! Breakfast was good, with plenty of hot and cold options. The only thing that kept me from giving it an "excellent" rating was that we could have used an extra blanket for each bed, and the best we could get was one lightweight bedspread. But that's a small matter -- they get a "thumbs up" from me!

The guy at the front desk left me standing there for almost 30 minutes. The hotel desk was not being attended and it was midnight….he was in the next room watching family guy. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

The bathroom door in the room hadn't been wiped down in a LONG time as spots of various origin were visible. Bed was hard, and the pillows were small.

The check in was painful the Pakistani guy at the front wouldn't know customer service if it hit him in the face, we stayed here for 4 nights, me and my son, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and the community soap products great, the shower plumbing hardware all loose and in a miserable condition including the safety bar in the shower that was hanging from the wall, the was mold spots on the caulking around the bathtub etc. they are playing the game with not cleaning the room after each night, that combined wit the condition of the property means we won't be back again.

The overall condition of this property is just OK. AC was very noisy and I could hardly sleep. The lotion bottle was dried out and pillows were very uncomfortable. The surrounding area seemed to be very marginal at the best.

I requested a late check out. Was woken up to knocking on my door before over an hour before regular check out.

The room was noisy throughout the night. They changed it next morning. Also one staff worked during night shift was not professional at all.

Breakfast was slightly better than most as the quality of the eggs and sausage that morning were good. I was slightly disappointed. There wasn’t a pot of oatmeal instead they offered instant oatmeal. My only disappointment was the bathroom. I think the toilet only sat 6 inches off the floor and the door would sweep the bath towel every time you would close it to get in the shower. However, the water pressure was great and the towels were good.

We stay here regularly because we know it will be a good stay. Nothing fancy, just dependable, clean, and the staff is courteous and always ready to assist. We have stayed at other nearby hotels and nothing matches this one for price and dependability.

Nice hotel to stay at, only problem I had was my sheets had hair on them when I arrived. The front desk clerk solved that problem for me. I didn't try the breakfast but everything thing else was great. Definitely will stay again.

Staff is great, but my key card and wifi hardly worked. I had to insert my key card 5+ times before it worked. While transitioning my bags from my car into my room, I had to get someone to reprogram my card to my room twice. They did a great job and were very kind - it seems the technology on the door for the key card is just old. The wifi also is very shotty. I entered my password and it shows that it connects, but then it does not. While using the internet, it asks me if I’d like to connect again and then takes me to sketchy sites that never fully load. At some points, it tells me it will redirect me in 3 seconds and then doesn’t. It says “if you are not redirected, click here” and the link doesn’t work. I’m just on my phone’s data now. Not the best stay!

Everything was easy

The room was gross. There was pubic hair on the toilet seat, and the sink also had hair in it. The tub was filling with water while we showered, the toilet didn't flush, and the fridge in the room was so rusty it was disgusting. I got a call saying my card was declined, and they thought I was going to give my card info over the phone, even though the card didn't fail. I had the confirmation in my email. Overall, the stay was just overnight, but I would not return based on the experience we had.

Room is old, but they spray the room and hallway areas with an extremely strong disinfectant spray, to hide the smells. The spray is so strong, you can taste it in your mouth when sleeping.

Staff was wonderful, as was the room. Unfortunately, the bed was NOT. The sheets and bedspread were horribly rough. The pillows were SO BAD that I have a crick in my neck and my husband's back is out of wack.

Expedia advertises two rooms. One that is pet friendly and other that is not pet friendly. When booking I selected the pet friendly room assuming this was the total price. But upon walking in there was a sign saying $30 per pet. Upon this suprise you would think the staff would be willing to work with you (maybe just charge for one of our dogs and not two) But instead he debated that it says it on their website. If you are going to list two different rooms on expedia at least be transparent and charge for one pet online that way its not a huge suprise when walking in. I could have booked at a much nicer hotel for the same price I ended up paying but was stuck in this dingy hotel in a not so good location. Also, the hotel reaked of pets. I understand it being dog friendly but proper cleaning would prevent this horrible smell. Finally the breakfast was rough. considering we paid roughly $150 to get poor service dirty hotel in a not so good area and a poor breakfast. This was probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed at.

The Best Western in Rock Hill was very nice, quiet. Room was very clean. I travel with my two dogs so we do need to go outside at bedtime and early morning. I would have preferred more lighting in the parking area, but overall I would definitely recommend.

My room had a bug infestation. I killed several fruit-fly sized bugs while sitting at the desk. I also woke to find a spider on my slippers and another on my luggage. The neighborhood is also looks rather sketchy. The room itself was otherwise fairly nice, except for the desk chair cushion having several cracks in it from age. If it was in a nicer neighborhood, such as the next exit south, I would recommend this place, but instead I suggest choosing a hotel in a nicer area.

If you need a cheap place to crash and don’t care about the breakfast this might fit the bill and is the only inside room hotel in the direct area. But if you have an extra $50 a night find a Hilton garden inn or something.

This was not a happy reservation. Before I made it, I called Best Western Customer Service and was told that if I made the reservation on Hotels.Com I could use a Hotels.Com gift card. I did that and have the confirmation with the Hotels.Com identification. When I appeared at the Best Western in Rock Hill South Carolina I presented my gift card. The clerk who had barely understandable English called his boss and after 15 or so minutes of them discussing the gift card, I was told they would not accept it. I looked to my left and saw a notice of all forms of credit that were not acceptable, Paypal and Venmo were on the list as well as close to 2 dozen others (I have a picture of the list) but Hotels.com was not on this list. I told the clerk that was not what I agreed to and after I went elsewhere, he charged me for the room anyway. I have notified Hotels.Com of this failure to accept their card and will stop payment of that charge..

The lady when checking us in was barely talking to us and acknowledging our stay. She did not give us any information on anything. The area around had interesting people just wandering and it felt unsafe to leave anything in the car. The rooms were dirty when we got there with trash in random corners like it hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned as well as the beds had no support from pillows. It was basically a cluster of sheets in the pillow cases with how clumpy they were and no one in my family slept good that night.

This hotel is the cleanest, safest & has easiest access to the 77 with the best hot breakfast of anywhere I've ever stayed. The price of stay is half of I normally have to pay for this quality.

The pictures on the website were misleading. The hotel is closely in my opinion to that of a motel. If you are expecting more than just a place to stay, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The outside parking lot is not well lit or very welcoming. I stayed 2 night for a basketball tournament.

My visit was absolutely horrible I arrived at the hotel with four of my children when we finally got everything in our room I noticed pre stains on the mattress covering, hair on the bed and stain on my pillow case. I ask the front desk if I could be accompanies with another room he told they was book wso no I asked for a refund he said no to that and gave me the only option to change the sheets my self leaving me to get a room at another hotel without refunding me my money back only being that for less than an hour

Property does NOT allow cats, nor do they allow dogs over 40 lbs. They also charge a 20 pet fee per DOG PER NIGHT. 3 NIGHT MAX. NOT MENTIONED on Travelocity website. The weight limitation, the number of DOGS, the stay limit, or the extra fee.

I was there after a long weekend before Christmas of smoking hams, turkeys and Boston butts for family and friends. Arrived while after 6pm. Great place, room and staff.

Room that I was in looked pretty newly updated. Property was clean and quiet and staff were nice. Breakfast in the morning was good with scrambled eggs and sausage and a make your own waffle station as well as the other cold items usually on a continental breakfast.
