The price for a night was about the only thing worth staying. First night the toilet wouldn't flush. Immediately had to be moved to another room. When I reported it. They gave me the plunger to try and fix it. The third night we got a room with a broken toilet seat. Then they showed guests to drink at the pool where it later turned into a pool party. Along with an incident at the pool where a lady got touched and the guest threw up in the pool. The pool was never cleaned. Never shut down, 4 hours later they had more guests in the pool. The staff at the front desk were just rude. The continental was good but they ran out of some did an hour after opening. Then refused to replenish it.

The place is doable for a QUICK stay as far as like maybe a night or so I don't feel like it was what I expected from the pictures I seen but I also could have further researched as well. The free breakfast is ok but not many options give . The eggs are frozen. Staff that I interacted with was kind and helpful. Overall thanks for the stay uncertain if I would book again.

The front desk clerk was very rude. The hotel itself was decent, the rooms were clean but the front desk clerk who was there that night when I checked in was very rude, and lack professionalism.

The lobby looks nice, but the room, not so much. The shower didn't work, the vinyl chair at the desk was peeling, and old toilet took awhile to flush. There are other hotels in the area to choose from.

My mother is 80, we got the disabled room the tub was too high for her to get her legs over and so even after I helped her in to shower there were no slip stoppers ob tge shower floor. We were all covered in smoke and soot and burned hair and they refused to give us extra towels. They said rule is 1 for 1 and if I didn't like it I could get out! I have NEVER been treated so horribly asking for towels in my life.

The bed was comfortable and floors were nice. The sink water did not work along with the tub was very hard to work not to mention being a handicap room had a tub not a shower and desk chair was so worn out.

I like the pool and how clean I liked everything

We didn’t have the breakfast during our stay so can’t comment on it. The bathroom sink tap took two hands to pull up and it dripped constantly. The toilet tank needs a replacement float or something because the water whooshed every 6 minutes for the 5 days we were there and the floor was very dirty, we had to wear shoes inside the whole time. The swimming pool was well maintained.

Breakfast wa already taken by the ones that live there. Communication with staff members not so well. Act of congress to get your room extended nights. I chose this place because it was reasonably priced until the charges kept going up every night extra. Our ox workers got so upset they left without consequences. Ok maybe for life time residents but not for hard working out of town workers!!!

Had a rabid fox running thru parking lot roaches running thru rooms broken refrigerator. Voice my opinion and showed proof to the desk manager Mark and his respond was he seen dogs bigger than the fox. I will never spend money here again

Our stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Rock Hill was a real letdown, despite being a budget option. The room had a persistent dust problem, and the bathroom was in poor shape—mold was visible above the tub. The coffee maker was completely unusable because a crucial piece was missing, so we couldn’t even enjoy the coffee they provided. The chair in the room was severely worn—honestly, something I’d only keep in a basement, not a hotel guest room. Breakfast was another disappointment. We arrived with an hour before it closed, but they had run out of most items—just a few biscuits left, no gravy, and no effort to restock. I had to ask for fruit, and they brought just a handful of apples. Yogurts were almost gone, and the coffee was completely flavorless. I wouldn’t return here and would strongly suggest others consider the many other nearby options.

Not the best experience. Initially first 2 keys would not open room and had to change to another room. Bathtub dripped uncontrollably all night , toilet would not flush properly and the tv didn’t work for our entire stay. The free breakfast left much to be desired. Won’t go back.

We were given 2 towels, washcloths and a bath mat for 4 people. When asked for more we were told they didn't keep extra on hand.

Room was ok except the room they gave me..I requested non smoking and I’m not sure if it was a smoking room but the rooms on either side had people who were outside constantly smoking one thing or another and tossing the butts off the balcony onto our car and the ground (I was on second floor) below..staff wasn’t friendly (checking in and out)..pool closed and that wasn’t mentioned in their ad.

The room felt dumpy, the room entry door was from the outside and had a significant gap all rhe way around. The bathroom door casing lookes like it was rotted or something had chewed on it and the desk chair covering was peeling.

I was there near the end of breakfast and nothing there. No coffee cream only artificial stuff. Bed was comfy and things were clean although old.

Room was clean, staff service was ok. Breakfast had limited option of waffles, bread, cereal and juice/ tea and coffee. I saw and killed a roach in our room and reported issue to staff but seems issue is not taken care as I saw previous similar reviews on pest problem.

The staff is terrible I sat in the room and mind my business I did have company because I got my nails done but it was just one person the other people her husband had left until she got done and they just totally kicked me out after I'd been paying the last two days and I was going to pay again today and they just totally put me out and put me on the do not rent list which is kind of bull crap cuz there's nothing I could have done that they could even come up with they've tried me before like that told me I gave him the wrong phone number but whenever I try to tell him to call the number and I could verify it was right they wouldn't people are very rude and nasty and they make up stuff just so they can't rent you no more if they don't like you that place is terrible terrible service

Friendly and helpful staff! The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Quality brand toiletries and a nice comfortable bed. Walking distance to the Ark, we left the car at the hotel and walked two minutes to the entrance. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again in the future

We were in a non-smoking room and there were burn holes in the sheets and blankets. There was just bread for breakfast. We saw 3-5 roaches. The room was supposed to be soundproof but we heard other peoples tvs and the washing machine. The toilet didn’t flush right and took 30 seconds to a minute to flush.

Super easy check in. Room smelled really nice. I loved the picture above the bed. Everything you might need is in the room. Fridge, hair dryer, iron,coffee,...shower pressure was great and hot. Breakfast options are very limited. I wish they had eggs and bacon, but nope. Only cereals, oatmeal, toast and waffle. Also something (a machine) made a noise multiple times at night that bothered me. But it was very good price. I recommended it.

The breakfast option of sausage biscuits and gravy was below par. Its better to offer nothing. Also, I recommend adding Spenda or Equal as a sugar substitute for the coffee.

The staff appear friendly and rooms appeared clean. The parking is tight and there were roaches in the room. I went to ask for a new room and heard others complaining about the pests as well. Cheap room, you get what you pay for I guess.

I did not stay 1 night. I asked a friend to get us and find a place for us.

The room I was sent to was not ready, had trash in the room and no bedding on the bed. The new room they sent me to smelled horrible and was not a welcoming comfortable setting at all. I was not happy at all and the property manager refused to issue a refund to an unsatisfied customer. I would not recommend this hotel at all!

Front desk staff was not to friendly. The rooms were very dated. Had to ask for toilet paper because a small used roll was there but not even a brand new one wasn’t even there. I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay to check in early. But I must say that breakfast was an unexpected nice surprise. I thought they were going to just have doughnuts and coffee . But they had a wonderful breakfast spread!!

Most of everything was fine except the sink did not work. I had to use the shower to wash my hands and brush my teeth. We didn’t notice until our daughter was asleep or we would have had someone fix it.

The room looked great. It didn't smell bad, everything looked clean. But the toilet was clogged after the first use. They gave us a plunger, but no one came to fix it and it stayed clogged the entire day. They offered to move us to another room. Again, on thr surface, it looked fine. The nightmare began when we laid down to ho to sleep. After the third roach crawled across me, that was it. I do not recommend. The staff was nice but the hotel is apparently not sprayed for pests. I just thank goodness it was nothing like bed bugs. Do not stay here.

The rooms and cleanliness of this hotel were horrible. Dirty, falling apart. Stains on the bed sheets. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The toilets barely flushed. I I would never stay at this location again.

Nobody pays for a wet floor

Front desk staff all had extremely poor communication and customer service attitude. Bathroom faucet fixture was old and hard to operate. Mildew under faucet. No stopper in the bathtub. No bath mat to avoid slipping. Pool was nice. Room cleaning staff were pleasant.

I found a nasty spot on my mattress. Cover told them about it. It never got changed. Floors were dirty and lots of opening holes and walls. No vent covers. No smoke detective in room, which is a violation. The bathtub had no tub mat I almost fell. I will never again stay at this hotel or advise anyone to come there.

It was fine, hotel is old and needs improvement. Terrible neighborhood, people walking around outside constantly. Staying there one or two nights may be better, but, that's it.

1. It didn't look like the pictures. 2. Staff was rude. One day, I went to wait for my uber in the lobby, before I could even sit down, the person working behind the counter told me I couldn't be in the lobby for some reason. 3. Most nights the staff would gather outside (I was unlucky enough to have a room close to one of their hangout spots). They would be out there all night laughing and talking until the early hours of the morning. I called to complained about it, but nothing was done. 5. The bed was terrible! Very uncomfortable. 6. The door to my room didn't close all the way. Terrible stay!

The room had a lot of cosmetics issues but i could deal with that for one night. But find a roach crawling in the bathroom was a major no for me especially when my daughter has Eczema.

The outside needs a face lift, the community should be gated in. The bathtub had a really big drop to reach the floor. That chain-link lock needs to be replaced with something of more substance. And the office chair was falling apart.

The moment I walked up there was a sign up that said they'd be back in 5min. Then someone came up said nothing like "Hi" or "Good Afternoon". It was pointing and saying get in here. Then I was asked my name and how many people I had after he just said, " I need ID". I told them 2 and he asked again I said two then he asked again. I then said, "I'm sorry it's two people" then the same thing with pets this wasn't asked nicely and inferred I was lying about the pets. The conversation about those two things ended in him telling me about the fines associated with each of those things. He wasn't friendly or welcoming at all and made me really uncomfortable. I came out of the room after check in with my boyfriend and he was out side of the room and started walking away looking at us over his back. It was as if he was checking on the validation of my answers to him. My boyfriend and I felt so uncomfortable we put a chair in front of the door and left really early the next morning. We'll never stay there again. Checking out was very similar experience. We couldn't leave fast enough and had a very serious conversation about going to stay at another place.

Didn’t like the area it was in. Not a good seal on the door didn’t feel safe. The tv did not work. It appeared no one had been in the room in some time dusty. We did get to check in early but paid $20 early check in fee and room wasn’t clean.

Outdated, the hot water in the shower did now work. There were a few patched up holes in around the room. Breakfast was not child friendly.

Most disgusting hotel I ever been in in my life smelled like vomit in the room. The whole time was scared to even get on the bed or anywhere that I would catch something. It was so gross people ran up and down the sidewalk, screaming all night with noises cars, banging music going all night long

I did not stay at this property. The area seemed kinda of sketchy and under construction, but was in a line of hotels so I thought it would be ok. I was placed apparently in a smoking room (I didn't know they even still had those.) Even though I specifically requested non smoking. The door looked like it had been kicked in so many times probably for drug offenses by the looks and feels of the property, you could see outside all the way around it. Everything was dirty, including the top bed linens. I turned right back around and gave them back the key and decided to drive home instead. No one should stay here, unless dirty drug den is your vibe. They didn't even care and when I complained about the smoke said it is a smoking room... Pass on that whole experience

It was convenient to get to considering the road construction check in was poor could not understand the person behind the counter also I went online to setup the stay for three days but when I got there I was told that I had to stay three days he was not going to make an adjustment and that was before I had paid for it on top of that the rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller then went to use the sink the handle completely came off broken of course so I took the handle to the office and he sent a housekeeper to repair it by that time I have had enough. Stayed only two days and left I will not be going back to a Days Inn for a while.

Stay away from this place. We checked in at 7:30 pm after a 9 hour drive. Around 8:15 pm we heard a horrible grinding noise that sounded like a cement mixer. We notified the front desk person and asked him to come hear it, it was loud and disturbing. When he came into the room he said, “What Noise” I looked at him in disbelief because the noise was prominent and loud. He then said that someone was doing laundry. At 9:15 pm it happened again and this time I asked for another room. He told me there weren’t any other rooms available. I believe this was a lie because the parking lot was not full at all. This noise continued all night, I had to keep the window air conditioner on for background noise to drown out the Cement Grinding noise. Also the toilet didn’t flush properly. This place was the worst property I have ever stayed in. STAY AWAY!!!

The property was filthy and unsafe we found multiple bugs and cockroaches in the first room and a lot of mold and broken walls and filthy toilet and tub, the second room they transferred me and my children’s was in the second floor and that one had two big wholes behind the toilet in which we found ants coming in and out, the fridge was making so much noise my kids woke up scared couple of times so I had to unplugged it! The noise in both Ac the first and second room was horrible! The rooms both also smells old and humidity was crazy! The property needs a big renovation the room on the Expedia site doesn’t match, is not accurate is honestly FALSE advertising

When I got in the room was smaller than picture. The coffee maker had bugs around it. The bathroom was very small with mold and mildew everywhere. The property manager was rude and couldn’t not switch rooms or give partial refund for stay. They could not grant the simple request of clean towels.

Room was overall clean and we had a comfortable night's sleep. Some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Vending machine was empty of water, and water fountain was broke, so we had to go across the street to get drinking water. Continental breakfast was limited, without fresh fruit or yogurt. Waffle maker broke, however there was hot grits and biscuits. Breakfast area was newer, but cabinets needed washed down, and dining furniture was tired and dirty. It was what we expected for the price. Staff was not overly friendly, and the young man had a sign on the office door, out for an errand, when I went back with a question. The only restaurant within walking distance was a McDonald's, and it was not good quality. We wouldn't recommend walking in this area, as it seemed a bit dangerous.

Older hotel needs a refit

He gave me a key that didn't work on my door and required me to return for another one. In the room, the standing light didn't work. The floor is peal and stick, and has separated, so naturally, all the dirt and crumbs are stuck between the pieces on the floor. bathroom/shower space is so tight that it is uncomfortable. The shower was dirty/molding. Towels I think were clean, but stained all over. The bed was ok at best, they only provided two half-sized pillows, not even two standard sizes. It was incredibly uncomfortable. The light switches have a visible black buildup from lack of cleaning. The price didn't match the service/accommodations. I paid the same amount as several other hotels I've stayed at that were clean and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere sketchy to take a special person that you wish to hide from anyone you may know, this is probably a good spot for you. I will not be returning and would never recommend it to anyone unless the place is renovated and under new management. I hope the management reads this comment and does a proper walk-through of all rooms, and corrects these items. It doesn't have to be perfect, but there is a standard.

--- I stayed at **Days Inn by Wyndham Rock Hill** (Jan 31 – Feb 2, 2025) for my son’s soccer tournament, and it was awful. **The room was filthy**—vinyl flooring had gaps filled with dirt, and my socks turned black from walking on it. The walls had **peeling paint over sagging wallpaper**, the **shower faucet dripped all night**, and the **furniture was falling apart**—a faux leather chair was almost completely peeled, and many outlets didn’t work. **Breakfast was a joke.** Both mornings at **8 AM**, they had already run out of biscuits and gravy. The coffee was so **salty** it was undrinkable. The only options left were cereal, bread, and waffles. Definitely **not a proper continental breakfast.** **Customer service was terrible.** No “Do Not Disturb” signs, and housekeeping **barged in at 7:45 AM** on our last morning. Staff was **rude and dismissive** when I raised concerns. This hotel is **not worth the money.** Filthy rooms, rundown furniture, and terrible service made for a miserable stay. **Avoid at all costs!** ⭐ **1/5**

We COULDN'T stay at the property as they did not allow cats. The property said they were pet friendly on your web site. (They were not) they cancelled my reservation, your company has taken the money out of my account along with taxes and fees.

Faucet very hard to open for water

Our bathroom door did not close. It was installed open and the toilet literally prevented the door from closing. It wasn't an issue for my stay, but you sort of expect a bathroom door to be able to close.

We were also awakened with “silencer gunshot” sounds & tried telling staff but to no avail. Personally think the beds are causing a noise reverberating off the wall and wood floors. When I got back into bed, the bed made noise that possibly the next room with 2 doubles could have made multiple noises when they all got in & turned over. Was scary as hell with no one in the parking lot when we went to sleep at 8 pm.
