The room is just a poor design period.

Staff was okay. Went to check in and waited an hr because rooms weren't clean. in my booking I requested a first or second story case of emergency since am in a knee brace I would not be able to take the stairs. A gentleman said he would take care of it and then a woman called me to check whom heard me tell the gentleman and told me I was on the 4th floor. I get in the room with my family for all to shower and we had 2 full sets of towels. My husband went down and was told they had none available so went the next morning and they gave me 2 pool towels and I responded with I small towels also. If your looking for a solo overnight fine but going with your family find somewhere else. Also our door had been chiseled in.

The staff were friendly, although the check-in manager could have probably done a little more to make it great. The room was very nice and clean. I was pleased with the design and layout. The breakfast was good, especially the bacon. All in all it was a nice stay, and if I were to stay in the area again, I'd likely stay here again.

Pool is small but overall the property is amazing and within walking distance of restaurants and a movie theatre

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was not an attitude checking in or checking out. Every staff member we ran into had a smile on their face. Breakfasts was plentiful and a great selection of foods.

It’s in a good location There was no bodywash in the container. Had to shower with shampoo. For the prices the containers should be filled. And when the AC is not blowing, the room is quite stuffy.

Room was spacious and super clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was hard to close sometimes, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The AC goes on and off rather than regulating at a steady temp, so a bit annoying. Also, the elevator wasn’t working about half the time we were there. Breakfast and coffee good and fresh. Location unbeatable. Decent gym. Some staff great, others a little abrupt.

We were there a year ago and back again for a short Easter vacay. Always a good impression and a great service . Good complementary breakfast . Large room , comfortable mattress. Quiet facility for relaxing stay.

Great place to stay with a beautiful plaza nearby. The pictures are a little deceptive, it wasn’t right on the water like it seemed, but it was just a couple minutes walk away. The breakfast was amazing too!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large and very comfortable, making them perfect for relaxing after a long day. A big plus was the on-site Tesla charging. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Would definitely stayhere again!

As a note, this room is labeled as “wheelchair friendly” but the room lights switch is next to the door, *very* far away from the bed. That’s so inconvenient for someone with a mobility disability.

Room was great. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. Excellent bathroom.

Highway noise is nonstop

Everything was great! Check-in was fast. My only advice is that for electrical vehicles it’s Tesla level 2 charging only, so you need an adapter for level 2 charging if you drive a non-Tesla EV. Price is expensive per kWh about 49 cents. At least there’s 3 stations/ parking places to charge and you need a permit to issue them issued by the hotel or you could get towed. AC turning on was loud and kind of high pitched, you could hear the toilet flushing in the room above. No vent in the bathroom so bring a spray if you’re staying with someone else in the room. Shower pressure and temperature was awesome!

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. There was a nice selection for breakfast and easy parking. There are some restaurants nearby. The only downside to the beautiful hotel is that the pool is very tiny and there is no hot tub.

Had a late check in after wedding anniversary date. Check in was easy, room clean and cool. Was in Texas summer heat all day so it was great to come to a cold room. Good and hot shower. Good and hot breakfast, the only negative was the juice machine wasn’t operational and my pregnant wife was really craving juice so that was a bit of a bummer, but overall great stay and will stay again!

The place is amazing.... It's quite. And the staff or very friendly and helpful people... The pool is open and clean. And restaurant or near maybe 5-10 mins away.its nothing I can say I didn't like it's a nice place to stay I do recommend you to stay you will enjoy

Great stay, fresh clean large rooms. Easy access to the harbor for dining and walks. Free breakfast and parking was available. Four nights stay while floors being replaced at home and would recommend and stay here again.

Amazing and clean and wonderful

Springhill Suites Hotel is walking distance to the lake and marina which welcomes local boaters to enjoy Harbor area restaurants and a large water feature for children to keep cool in! This area is fun for all ages & singles to larger groups &/or families. We chose to have dinner right behind the hotel, at one of our longtime favorite restaurants: Culpepper Cattle Company which has been an area favorite of ours for 40 years! If we were staying longer, the pool area looked very inviting…something to look forward to on the next mini vacation!

This is a nice hotel in a great location. Easy walk to the harbor and right off of I30. I was surprised to see that one of the elevators was not working. Typical hotel breakfast that gets the job done - no waffles:(

The location is nice as close to all of the dining and shopping options but far enough that parking was not an issue. Only down for this property is that they only had one elevator working. It didn’t bother us too much but on occasion it was very busy.

Good location.. housekeeping every 3 days does not work for a family of 4. Requested extra pillows.. twice.. never received them. Charged my card 5 times for incidental hold 5 times

Very good location. Breakfast was included. We stayed for two nights and our room was not serviced after our first night. We were assigned a room that had some issues but they relocated us to another room.

It was not shared that there would not be housekeeping services during my stay. The rate of the hotel is the same with or without the services so it makes me rethink this brand.

We stayed on the first floor and there was a party a couple of doors down the hall that was very loud until 4 am. We did not sleep at all the first night. Frustrating.

Rooms are nicely appointed. Bedding & beds are comfortable. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Only issue with the hotel was our room was close to I30 so you could hear all the road noise. If possible request a room further away from the highway. That said this is our new choice for staying in Rockwall.

This is a fairly new hotel, everything seems fresh and clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. There’s a lot of noise from the trucks going up in hill on I 30. Also, there’s a noisy bathroom fan that runs constantly. So, I didn’t sleep very well.

Very nice modern facilities. Would be nice if there was a night light in the bathroom.

Clean and close to lake Rockwall

We like this location because it is close to family. Easy to get on and off highway and close to restaurants. We like the rooms bed comfy. Nice little bar downstairs. Friendly staff. There’s always an ice machine out on our floor tho. Little hassle. I appreciate the extra pillow and blanket in the closet. Will stay here again.

Highly congested traffic area.

The room was great but there want no one at the front desk for almost 10 minutes when we arrived to check in then when we came back from dinner the was no parking available at all i was i had to park in the movie theater lot across the street. I don't think i will be returning to this hotel

Easy check in, clean rooms, great bar. Breakfast was the only lack luster thing, had many options though. Orange juice and apple juice machine tasted watered down.

Front desk very helpful i like it

The room was modern looking and generally speaking okay. The main problem with the room is that we encountered cockroaches, from big ones to small ones, you name it. We mentioned it to the front desk person and they just said, I'm sorry. They did not offer to change our room, or to cleanup and disinfect where we killed the cockroaches, or to fumigate the room.

The property was accommodating to my travels. The staff was courteous. My only mishap was at the bar the system went down during my stay and charged me twice during my transaction with Mrs.Sherry. I did notify front desk gentleman during checkout but have not received call from manager to correct at this time

Arrived and was told they didn’t have a room available as they didn’t have time to clean them all. This was at 930pm. Receptionist did make a call and found us another hotel close by but in 35 years of traveling I have never had a reservation not be honored until now. Multiple people faced the same issue as we did and were simply told “sorry but even though you have a reservation we don’t have a room for you. “

We’ve stayed there a few times and it’s always been a great experience. Walking distance to the waterfront entertainment area of Rockwall is a big plus also!

The cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in for several years. There was a lot of commotion on the first floor with a wedding party and kids running around. We were on the second floor and did not hear any noise.

The staff were so sweet. The rooms are beautiful. My only downfalls are the parking is a little complicated and the bathrooms in the rooms have barn doors and no fans. How are you going of have people share a room and have zero bathroom privacy? 😅
