Reviews
The hotel staff was generally praised for their helpfulness and attentiveness, especially during a tornado emergency. However, the hotel's location and surrounding area were consistently criticized, with guests feeling unsafe and uncomfortable due to the proximity of sketchy motels and questionable residents. Rooms were described as clean but small, with varying levels of comfort and maintenance. Breakfast was a highlight for some, while others found it lacking.

Did not stay at this hotel because I was too afraid to stay there. In a very sketchy area. The picture that is on the front does not represent the hotel at all right across from it is an abandoned apartments with homeless people living in them did not stay at this place because I did not feel safe.
- 3.5/5
e Hotel is in a very good location but the surrounding buildings make you look ugly Problems opening the doors of the rooms The televisions didn't work trouble to turn on
- 4/5
It was alright. There was nothing wrong with my stay or the property. It did look a bit old, but I slept well. The area does look a bit dicey, but I wasn't harmed in any way. To wrap this up, my stay was good. My only complaint was the old feel of the property and the area not being the nicest.
- 5/5
Price and facility great Mgr was super friendly Hard to get to parking lot. Terribly looking old hotel next door that you have to go thru parking lot to get to our hotel
- 1/5
The property is not like the picture. It is the exact opposite. There was tools and equipment in the hallway from maintenance. I found a bug under the bed sheets. Sheets were stained. Room smelled of smoke which was labeled non smoking. I went to front desk for a refund and was told no because I booked thru Expedia. I asked for a copy of the signed receipt. Front desk refused. They did offer me a suite and I refused. Do not stay. I lost $115. But I can't take the chance of getting bed bugs ewwwwwŵwwwwwwwwwwwwwwewww
- 4/5
But the price is reasonable and that makes up for it.. i.ll will come back..
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay. Only downside is no mini fridge in room, but otherwise it was nice. It’s microtel so rooms are smaller by design. The bed was comfortable as well.

The breakfast was good but need fresh waffles and more milk for drinking.the beds need to be queen for larger people but other than that it was excellent except for the view of the motel across the way.it looks trashy and little scary. The motel across the way was a bit scary and nasty to view them instead of the street or a different view.the frozen waffles. The full size bed is too small for chunky people. And no charger outlets for phones.

Hard to find, we drove around it twice. While we were given an occupied room, gave us another with 2 beds (at no additional cost-thanks🙄) a suit like he offered should have been nice for the inconvenience. Clean and friendly service.

Had to call the maintenance guy to get the tv on.

Short drive to family Entrance into motet was very hard to locate and enter. Area south of motel was a scary spot, illegal activity and drug activity
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 4/5
Room was clean. Deposit was more than the room ($100 vs $87, but I was an early checkout due to work, and it dropped off later that day.
- 3/5
The neighbor around got motel very old. The room doesn't counter where the hair dryer to put my makeup. Peoples play loud music until 3 a.m. the building clean. Doesn't have king size bed.
- 2/5
The location and the hotel is very outdated.
- 3/5
Breakfast ending at 930 and not 10
- 5/5
The room was immaculately clean and the breakfast was also very good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. You get above and beyond what you pay for at this motel since the rates are a very low, cheap price. The only bad part about this motel is that it is located right next door to another motel that's run down and kind of sketchy looking. In order to get into the Microtel Inn, you have to drive through the parking lot of the other motel.
- 5/5
The guy that checked us is was nice. The room was perfect for what we needed, it had full appliances
- 3/5
Ok for an overnight stay
- 4/5
Parking lot shared with another hotel that isn’t as nice. Parking entrance was a little difficult to figure out. Seemed safe once we got there though.
- 5/5
Freír y staff
- 3/5
Property looks better on the outside than inside. Room was clean, bed was hard, limited linens and bathroom products
- 5/5
This place is a hidden gem despite the dilapidated building next door. Don’t let the looks deceive you, it’s very clean and staff is very friendly. 10/10 would recommend. The entrance to the parking lot is a little tricky to find but not terrible.

- 5/5
Check in was easy with friendly staff. The place was very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was good with a hot option.
- 3/5
My room was non-smoking but it must not have been designated as such for very long because it smelled a bit. Also, the picture is deceiving, the hotel shares a parking lot with a very run down hotel and doesn't make one feel secure. It's also hard to locate, there's only one entrance but it's not near the sign, I had to circle a few times before I figured it out. That being said, the staff was great and the place was very clean.
- 5/5
Best customer service
- 5/5
The motel next door was delipated beyond belief and was a bit uncomfortable parking next to it. This is not a reflection of the Microtel but is a concern overall. Staff was wonderful.
- 1/5
Process took a very long time and seemed pointless
- 4/5
We just needed a room because of a wedding the next day, so we came late and just slept. People above us sounded like they were playing basketball well after 11pm, not the property's fault, but rude guests. Have breakfast, but minimal. Parking was very minimal, and finding access to the property was weird, had to go through other parking lots to access.
- 1/5
I rented this room for my daughter who was trying to leave a bad relationship. When she arrived they wouldn’t let her have the room that was already paid for, because she didn’t have a credit card. When I called to give them a credit card they would not take it over the phone. Meanwhile she is standing out in the sidewalk with all her stuff and her 1 year old son. She finally went back to the he had situation she was trying to leave. I am very disappointed in the type of service that we received here.
- 5/5
It was raining hard the night we got here, due to the weather in Oklahoma we got here a night earlier then we planned! The motel employees were wonderful! They got us into a sweet that worked out great considering we had my 87 year old mother with us along with our granddaughter. The rooms were comfortable and clean! Anything we needed was taken care of asap! We appreciate all the employees who were so kind to us!! We will definitely be staying here in the future! Thank you all!
- 3/5
Hotel room was very clean but also very small. We heard lots of noise from hallways and other rooms Nextdoor.
- 5/5

- 4/5
No estas mal, es cómodo solo para resolver por dos días,
- 3/5
Meh. First off, the area that this place is in is sketchy. Breakfast was okay, had worse, but had much better, too. Rooms are TINY. Bed is too hard for our liking, but not as hard as most. Shower towels suck, suggest bringing your own. Also, be sure to bring your own toiletries(shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, etc), they are lacking in those. Thankfully we carry our own.
- 5/5
One of the coziest hotels I've been in and the price is great for this area
- 2/5
the whole hotel smell like Indian Food. my sweaters and jeans and all the wife cloths had the penetrating smell of food
- 3/5
I was only there for 1 night. The inside is cleaned and maintained. The outside is not so good looking. The pictures on the website seems like it was surrounded by other decent hotels.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay
- 3/5
We only stayed for two nights before deciding to find other accommodations. The neighborhood didn’t feel safe, and the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The bed was caving in, the towels were gross, and the place just isn’t up to the standards of most hotels. The photos make it look beautiful, but unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean and private inside
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Nice well kept Hotel and great staff. Not in a great area with a derelict former hotel across the parking lot.
- 5/5
I like that we could extend our checkout time
- 5/5
The check-in was smooth, and the staff was welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The bed was cozy, and I slept great. The amenities, including the quick breakfast, were a nice touch. The location was convenient, making travel easy. Overall, a great short stay.
- 1/5
This hotel has roaches in it, the first room we were given the TV wasn’t functioning and roaches were coming out from under the Fridge. We asked for a different room and the 2nd room also had roaches . I strongly do not recommend this hotel at all. I requested a complete refund and did not stay at this hotel.
- 5/5
Very clean. Polite staff!!
- 5/5
Very Professional
- 4/5
it was hard to find a way into there parking lot, Parking was kinda limited and the area was a little sketchy
- 3/5
The entrance was not marked. City changed street, had to enter thru another business
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was nice and helpful.
- 3/5
Really bad area
- 2/5
Older hotel, rooms had an odor that smelled of urine. Not overly clean.
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 1/5
The staff here were very rude and kept knocking on our door and calling our room phone! We had the dnd sign on the door and they kept knocking to ask if we were going to stay our whole stay? We booked for 2 nights and staye dfor 2 nights im not sure why they were so intent on the idea that we were fleeing lol
- 4/5
The area around the hotel looked a bit scary for 2 females but we had absolutely no problems. Room was comfy and clean.
- 2/5
People were friendly but place was a bit dirty and needs some updates. Bed was clean!🙂 it smelled unclean like old and former smoke room. Tv wouldn’t work and needed maintenance man to fix. Maintenance man was nice and got tv working.
- 3/5
Parking was a problem.
- 4/5
Neighborhood seemed sketchy
- 4/5
2 complaints- entrance to hotel is very difficult to maneuver- you cut thru a run down hotel to get the very tiny again very small parking lot. They staff showed us where to park up beside the run down hotel that their desk camera monitored. 😱 The things that the staff could control were very well maintained.
- 1/5
Oh where to start... Ah yes. Never stay at this hotel if you have any self respect. This place is a pig sty. My wife and I stayed a few months ago at the Microtel in Bentonville which has changed ownership and is now The Block. That Microtel was decent. Clean and a very friendly staff. Rogers Microtel however is the opposite. Check in went smoothly but that's the only positive thing I can say about this place. We went to our assigned room and upon opening the door we were greeted by the most awful stench imaginable. There were dead flies on the window sill. I can only imagine that the either dropped dead from the odor or committed suicide to escape the situation. The window was cracked. The place just looked and smelled filthy. We immediately went back to check out. We were told by the woman at the counter that we needed to check out through Hotels.com since we booked through them. We called Hotels.com and we were told that they would have to get an approval from Microtel to get a refund and of course Microtel refused to give a refund. #1 never stay at this hotel unless you are into self abuse. #2 never book through Hotels.com because they definitely don't have your back. In all reality if Hotels.com gave even the smallest amount of crap about their business or the consumers that use their service they would not have this Microtel in their arsenal of hotels. I hope this review helps you make a decision if you are on the fence.
- 3/5
The neighborhood is not safe. Access to the hotel was direct. Had plumbing issues. Room was clean. Hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. I will not stay again because of the surroundings and the rif raf around the hotel.
- 2/5
The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Unfortunately it smelled musty and it remained "humid" feeling the entire stay. Towels never felt dry etc. ice machine SO NOISY, slamming and banging of other rooms and doors. Could hear conversations in other rooms all night long.
- 5/5
It was an amazing stay there
- 5/5
The property footprint is small, parking is tight most nights. Aw q The complimentary breakfast has devolved since my first stay... They are now 100% Standard American Diet (SAD). No eggs, no meats, no significant source of protein, just an aray of carbohydrates. Great for promoting Standard American Diseases; Obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
- 5/5
Hotel was perfect. Just some late night noise from apartments behind.
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Good service. Parking ingress/egress is horrible. You go through the parking lot of a very run down hotel to get to it and it is the only way to the property. There isn’t enough parking in their lot to avoid parking in the other hotel’s parking lot.
- 4/5
Good
- 2/5
First, there isn't a direct driveway into facility or even signage to help. When we got there the parking lot was full. I'm really not even sure if there would be room for parking if all rooms were booked. We had to park in a side area. Once we were walking in someone was leaving, so may husband moved our car closer. When we got in one of the desk workers rudely said 3 cars were double parked. I said yes, people are parked over lines and she said one of them is you. I said well there was only one spot due to the way others were parked and I asked if we needed to move. She stated that she wasn't sure if she could find out who the others were. I told her that we only had a few hours to sleep so if needed we would just move it now because we didn't want to go up to the room just to have to come back down. And she didn't respond, after a bit I said do we need to move and she said if we would. When we finally got to our non-smoking room it REAKED of marijuana. It was almost midnight and we needed to be up by 5 am, so we just dealt with it. I will admit, the reviews before I booked were 4 star, but this wasn't even a 2 star with everything combined. We weren't going to be there long since we were just trying to sleep a little after attending a concert. We did not need fancy or lots of frills, but this did not meet up to those expecations. The area that it is in is very sketchy. I would not stay here again and I wouldn't recommended it.
- 2/5
I think it had bed bugs. We had a 5 day stay planned but only stayed one night. Had a terrible inching the next day, still not sure why,
- 2/5
Incredibly sketchy neighborhood with what looks like a crack, pay by the hour hotel sharing a parking lot. I mistakingly reserved this room in Rogers because the Microtel Ive used for 20 years has changed names. Never again.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 2/5
I am a seasoned "budget" traveler and I never expect bargain properties to be of three-star quality. And let me be clear the property itself is fine. However, I am shocked Microtel agrees to license this property because it is next to...and in essence shares a parking lot....with an incredibly run down apartment complex. It looks like it was a motel and is so obviously and transparently shoddy I am shocked it is even allowed to be inhabited. I am very used to run down areas, trust me, but this Microtel is just too close to what is obviously a hotel for the homeless. This microtel itself also seems to be a monthly stay hotel, but I realize that is common for budget lodging and I have stayed in such often. But even I was leery about the area and I am pretty well seasoned as an urban resident. The City of Rogers needs to condemn that next door motel (and a few more along that 7th street corridor.)
- 2/5
Room very tiny King bed was size of double Difficulty with key cards Shady characters in and outside of hotels Poor area The only decent thing was the breakfast
- 2/5
Bad neighborhood
- 3/5
We were told the stairs were off limits because they were planning to fix them up or something. The toilet ran after flushing and there was some mold visible on the ceiling above the toilet.
- 4/5
It was a quick overnight stay & I felt very comfortable. Very clean; good breakfast & pleasant staff.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 3/5
Overall pretty average nothing spectacular but was clean and got the job done
- 1/5
The rooms were run down, the mattresses were stained and the carpets were dirty.
- 2/5
We didn’t have hot water and the bed was hard. We just needed it for sleep and it worked for us for a night, but wouldn’t stay again. Staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Reasonably priced and clean nothing more I need to say. It was a very pleasant stay were highly satisfied.
- 3/5
Ok enough place to stay. Was not terrible and worked for the night. It did have another motel beside it that was less than desirable and you have to go through their lot to get to the hotel but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Rogers generally is not an unsafe town so we never felt unsafe. It was decent for the cost.
- 4/5
The Best Breakfast
- 3/5
It’s an older hotel that’s been remodeled at some point. I didn’t mind what I got for the price since it was for a work trip. I wouldn’t want to stay with my family.
- 1/5
Average property but surrounding area is very very very sketchy
- 2/5
Dirty hotel with bugs down stairs by the buffet
- 5/5
We stayed 5 nights. The staff was great! The room was cleaned each day! The price was right!
- 4/5
The only suggestion i have is that you run a local TV station in the breakfast area instead of a politically partisan station, left or right. Made me feel like i had to take my food back to the room to eat in peace.
- 1/5
Neighborhood and parking lot was very sketchy. Did not feel safe leaving my vehicle outside. Found hairs in the bedding
- 2/5
No parking available, no toiletries, bugs in room and smells badly.
- 3/5
It was just a over night stay ,neighborhood was sketchy but the hotel was somewhat decent. I would only stay if it was the last place left... and the TV did not work ...internet did.
- 4/5
The hotel was good. The one that is next to it made us feel a little unsafe. We just tried to not be outside when it was dark due to that. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was minimal but what they did offer was good. The only thing that was not good was the bar of soap in the bathroom had been used and put back in the package, and they came and took our dirty towels when the note said that they would only change them out every three days. We stayed two nights and we are use to reusing the same towels twice. The room was clean otherwise and everything worked.
- 4/5
I didn’t like that there was no entrance to the hotel without going through another business that was very run down and looked unsafe. Also, upon checking into the room it hadn’t finished being cleaned.
- 1/5
Very dirty
- 4/5
We stayed the night the tornado hit. Staff was very accommodating and alerted us by knocking on doors and letting us know best places to shelter. We sheltered in the stairwell and the staff handed out waters to those that wanted some. The next morning, with no power, the staff still served a small breakfast.
- 3/5
The first room we were put in smelled like gas, so we had to beg to be moved. The next room was very mildewy smelling but at least better than the gas. No trash or anything repulsive, but I would definetly not pick to stay here again.
- 1/5
When we arrived at 11:30 p.m. to check in front desk staff told us Expedia had canceled our reservation and was completley booked. After speaking to Expedia, the hotel had canceled our reservation and did not notify us. The hotel entrance was hard to find from the road amd had a sketchy hotel next to it with lots of sketchy people roaming around it. Would never book with them again.
- 5/5
I would stay there again if i go back... it was just a bad week to travel up there because of the tornado
- 3/5
The property wasn’t setup for parking for a hotel. We had to park our vehicle down from the hotel.
- 1/5
They did not accommodate us after a storm for a room we paid for and refuse to refund our money!
- 5/5
This hotel staff was amazing through all the tornadoes and bad weather we had. They kept everyone calm and reassured, making sure we had water and blankets. Hotel was nice, beds comfortable, rooms large, and breakfast had lots of choices. Will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
It may seem not the best looking hotel and you probably go find better but after the weekend we had in Rodgers Arkansas during that crazy tornado, the staff made sure we were safe and refunded us for one night! Even before that our room was not cooling and the owner himself had them replace the whole AC unit and checked on us himself! I would stay here again! Especially if we are going to be at the softball parks all day, and only sleep for a few hours lol. It was reasonable price. Now don’t expect the Hilton bedding lol but it was clean!! We’ve stayed in worse while traveling for softball.
- 4/5
Very clean. Mattress was too hard because I prefer a soft mattress. The hotel next door made me feel unsafe when outside the Microtel.
- 2/5
My room smelled like a locker room. That was the worst part. I didn’t complain to the manager because I was too exhausted and didn’t want to deal with it and just went to sleep. So Im mentioning it on here. Took a long time to have a shower because the water pressure was poor. The continental breakfast was very continental. The biscuits and sausage and gravy weren’t too bad though. I stay in the Bentonville Rodgers area occasionally, but I won’t be staying here again. You get what you pay for they say, I definitely did in this instance.
- 5/5
The property staff were very helpful and pleasant on check in and throughout our stay. The only negative was the motel across the parking lot that was a mess. It was not part of the Wyndam property but very close by.
- 5/5
It’s an older hotel but it was very clean.Staff excellent. Being on limited budget it was affordable. I’m very pleased with all aspects of this hotel.
- 3/5
Clean. Nice managers. Location not so good. Next door to OLD 1960 motel with questionable residents. No view from either side of building. We had rooms on both sides in our group. Back side kept curtains closed.
- 2/5
There was nothing unique abouy this place staff was not friendly would not ever stay there again
- 3/5
Didnt like the area around the motel
- 4/5
Room had the view of a VERY SAD NEIGHBORHOOD. Kept the curtains closed for fear. Hotel was nice surroundings where like why was this hotel built here. Pictures of property was frontal view with no surroundings. Front of building faced a dilapidated motel with very sad occupancy. Was told upon check in to just use front door as side where not available do to surrounding conditions.
- 5/5
Great place to stay the place next to it was sketchy at best
- 4/5
Over all the hotel was very nice other than the bathrooms being a little dirty. The beds were very comfortable. The area around the hotel was just a little rougher and it seemed like the hotel should have been in a nicer area of town. Other than that, the staff was okay and our stay was enjoyable.
- 2/5
I would not stay here again. Upon checking in, I really didn't like the room I was given on the first floor. It was creepy to say the least - right next to the parking lot and incredibly tiny. I asked if I could have a room on a higher floor and the receptionist didn't seem very happy that I had asked. In return, I got a room across from the elevator. The pictures are nothing like what the room is actually like. Tiny, way outdated, VERY loud at night and no amenities (there is no refrigerator or microwave, no shampoo, conditioner or soap were provided). I would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Great stay for the price. Breakfast was sausage links, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pastries, bagels, toast, juice. Pretty good. Turn in to neighboring hotel parking lot to get this hotel parking. Perfect location for what we needed. Close to Roger’s old downtown with cute shops, eateries, rail yard park.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful
- 2/5
Good
- 2/5
Toilet in my room did not flush...reported it to manager...wasnever fixed diring my stay
- 5/5
The staff and workers was nice. The room is clean. The only thing is they got new mattresses and they are hard on my back. I like a soft bed and bed are hard because of mattresses.
