Tbh nothing I will never stay there again no ice bathroom tile has mold no ventilation tv sucks ass no signal when checking in I got green bracelet becuase I added my kids and everyone when booking with booking.com I do everything right than I took off my sons bracelet because to sleep it was bugging him I went to ask for one down strair new day I figured they will give it to him but unfortunately they didnt they tried to charge him 8 bucks more for breakfast mind u he’s only 4 so most likely he wont even eat a whole big meal what much can a 4 year old eat I had to go get the one I took off him I mention to the lady she was not doing the right thing because I work at a hotel and u don’t just allow half guest free breakfast she dont care I will never stay here again I don’t recommend anyone coming from United States to stay here there other hotels next door that look better and I’m sure will attend better please don’t wait your money not worth it I rather pay 20usd more next door but I better view better everything Nothing at all

Close enough to the town center to walk and eat, shop, enjoy the nightlife. We didn’t ever have hot water, they sent someone to fix it and it ended up being barely lukewarm for 5 mins. The windows were very dirty, we had to completely open window to enjoy the ocean view (no screen or security so not ideal w children) parts of the wall had drywall chipping off and powder was everywhere. TV didn’t work properly. No blankets on the bed, we had to ask for them at the front desk. It’s advertised that breakfast is included and served from 8-11am; we had to pay for my daughter (she is 5 yo) we had to pay for juices. Not a lot of food variety. I wasn’t expecting the Waldorf Astoria so this was ok for an overnight trip but if they fixed the hot water issue and the things stated above, this would’ve much better.

The TV was not working and no hot water ..not good

It’s close to the beach. The beds are comfortable. The wonderful view of the ocean I had from my floor window The hot water came and went, that’s truly the only thing that majorly sucked.

Well they were not very accommodating with our request of getting a one bed room. I was told due to making my reservation thru booking .com they couldn’t help me very much with my request.

Horrible service, was unable to check in because hotel wanted to see 3 different IDs and 3 separate CC. Asking for info due to there Hotel policy and when asked to see the policy would not be provided with it and said I could cancel reservation online.

The staff blamed me for breaking a window and charged me for it but first they went back and forth between the managers one of the maintenance guys told me that he didn’t even know why they had put us in that room because the ac didn’t work and now I know why to blame me for the broken window. Horrible experience

Yes, we had oceanview. We come here twice a month. Thevrooms are nicely renovated. Staff us super friendly and helpful. They make ys feel at home each time we visit.

Nice big room, well appointed. Comfortable bed. But there was no hot water and no mirror in the bathroom. There is a nice big marble dresser/desk, but no electric. Only one of the outlets on the other side of the room worked. Great view of both the city and ocean from the north side of the building, but a very dirty window ruined it.

It was dirty. Staff unpleasant. Rust coming out of shower head. Nothing like the pictures showend. Mould on the windows.

The hotel was good but you have to make sure that when you go through a 3rd party that you read the fine print because according to the package you get you won’t be able to use the A/C

I had requested if they could give us the same room from our 1 year anniversary for our 4th. They actually upgraded us to a better room. Very sweet and attentive. Always welcoming. The girls who clean do a marvelous job and also leave towel decor. Definitely 5/5.

Breakfast was amazing, but not what promised though Consierge treat was horrible, rude responses, requests different from what is promised on booking. Room with AC, but not willing to provide the controller unless you pay for it, which wasn't an easy task to upgrade. Breakfast not a continental buffet, kids not included. Pool not open until 11:30AM, when everywhere said open at 9:00AM. Unsecure room windows, not recommended for kids. Personnel disrispectfull, not willing to support on our needs.

Hotel is in a convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. It is right at the beach. All rooms are newly renovated. Staff is very friendly.

We feel very good at the Corona. We call this our second home. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean. Location is central.

I really liked its proximity to the beach it was like a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. My room was facing the beach and ocean I was able to see parts of the beach and ocean from my room window which I really enjoyed.

We were never able to check in, because there was no electricity in Rosarito. We were waiting in the lobby until 8 PM. There was still no electricity. We drove home and came back the next morning for a dentist appointment. This was very inconvenient for us.

Very limited staff and space for check ins. Plan to check in when it’s not busy cause you can find yourself in an hour line check in. The rooms don’t have phones for room service so they give you a card with their number to call them from your cell phone but they never answer. If you want an iron in the room you need to go down to the front desk wait in line and leave an ID as collateral. The restaurant didn’t have change for large bills when I was there. This place was a nightmare. Never again.

Room was nice even the suite i paid for a week earlier wasnt available when i arrived. Trying to figure out out to make the shower atleast warm was difficult.

I liked that they have ocean view a pool and give breakfast. Well there is a building in front of ocean view the pool was dirty and that was the worst breakfast I ever had.

Upon Arrival, It Took Almost 1 Hr To Check-In, Parking Was Easy, and Between The Elavators and Lobby Was Hot. Upon The Arrival Of The Room The Was Hot and Also Absolutely No A/C in The Room Only Level 6 Had A/C. Management couldn't Give Us Another Room Dou To Being Booked, And They Only Offered A Fan. We Had No Choice But To Stay I Would A Request A Full Refund. Also, Water Was Leaking By The Restroom. But As The Staff For Cleaning Were Friendly.

The staff and food was great. The pool was real dirty and there was a smell. Our water was cut off in the middle of the night so we couldn’t use the restroom and the next morning the water from the sink was coming out like mud.

It was very run down and expensive for no reason. The water pressure of the shower felt like it was going to rip out skin off, because it was so heavy. There was no 2nd lock on the door so it didn’t feel as safe.

Wat I didn’t like was the pool water looked dirty

Receptionist was had an attitude when I was checking in. What's provided with a what's up contact # to reach receptionist; but receptionist or hotel phone operator did not pick up phone or answer messages sent on Whatsapp. Bathtub is very poor condition, rusty, mold and water spray system was clogged up, water cas not constant and direct, it splash around. Closet was not useful because it was missing doorknobs. Overall room was in poor condition. Air-conditioning system only had on and off, not able to regulate temperature of coldness. Bathroom air exhaust fan was not working. When trying to charge phone, the block would keep failing off the. The electrical outlets need to be adjusted.

I liked the outside of the hotel The pool area was nice and staff was friendly I wasn’t aware the room did not have AC, it only had a fan. The room was extremely hot We were unable to charge our cell phones, the outlet did not work.

Convenient place to stay. Staff was super friendly and the free breakfast that was included was very nice. The food was excellent! It’s a little bit of an older property and the room decor is dated the water temperature and pressure in the shower is inconsistent overall it was a decent day at the staff made the stay even better. Pick this hotel if you’re mostly going be outside and exploring the great city, people, and culture. If you plan to stay inside the hotel a lot probably not your best choice.

Customer service was top quality from check in, morning breakfast, and through out our stay. However, our room window would not open and got stuffy in room since air conditioning was not fully operational. Other then that we had a great stay and would return for another visit soon.

The food options are great, all walkable in the area. The bed was super comfortable. Internet was great. No transportation needed, all point of interests are in walkable distance. Staff is super friendly abd very helpful.

Only good thing was the closeness to BBF but the room was dirty upon arrival, one mirror, no fridge no microwave, dirty AC vent, blood stained curtains, a tv that didn’t work. Every time we needed assistance to leave the parking lot or room service we would get hung up on or the workers had massive attitude.

The rooms are clean but tv for both rooms never worked. No phone to call front desk, so from the 5th floor went to the lobby to report it they said they would send someone with another but didn't show. They ask for IDs for all adult so be prepared to show them, check in is at 3pm so when you arrive on a wknd there might be along line and only one-two staff to do the check ins. They were all very polite.

El hotel NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, súper importante. El hotel ni siquiera está terminado de construir, del piso 6 para arriba está en construcción. Había muchas hormigas pequeñas en la habitación. El baño del hotel es literalmente de acabado en cemento, lo cual no está mal si así fuera todo el diseño del hotel, pero la realidad es que todo si tiene acabados menos esa parte, entonces su acabado de cemento se ve MAL. Y no tiene donde poner ni jabón ni shampoo. La puerta para entrar a la habitación tiene “truco” ya que debes jalarla medio raro para que gire la llave. Por todas estas experiencias yo considero que es 1 estrella y media, dándole levemente a las 2 estrellas. No volvería.

What was unique about the property was that it was a bad choice to stay in. Poor service from the moment we drove into lot, well at least tried to drive in, there was a wait up to corner of st. Poor service at check in, then we got an actual key to open door, and it kept getting jammed, no a/c, smelly sheets and pillow cases, no tub spout in tub for bathroom, and dripping shower, & when i tried showering at night no hot water. Had a code for wifi and it would not connect. No mini fridge no microwave, no ice machines, and when asked for ice around 9pm they said kitchen is closed and could not get any. Definitely not worth the over price, prices they are charging. I would really wish i did not stay at that place.

Crappiest place I have ever been at!!! Pool in bad condition, nobody was there. The free breakfast was terrible! There are no controllers for the TV, and when you request them it takes a lot of time to get them! No telephone, no room service. Do not let the pictures fool you! This place is terrible!!!!

Additionally, property was dirty. Towels were dirty and stained, beds had cigarette burns and hair, floors had dirt and trash as if they had not been swept or mopped, restroom had mold on the walls and poop marks on the wall near the toilet. Also, booking stated breakfast was included, staff said breakfast was not included and that kids don’t eat. Strange and aggressive behavior from staff, most likely due to our complaint of stolen property by. Do not stay here you will be dissatisfied and disappointed!

El hotel es muy tranquilo, puedes caminar por la calle y la playa. El precio es accesible. Los trabajadores son amables.Los elevadores un poco lentos en especial el que te lleva al estacionamiento. Pero en general me gusto mucho.

The parking lot not enough space

Door was crooked and would not close all the way, allowing light in to the room and a sense of a non secure door. They charge a fee per person on top of the room fee, which is not disclosed upon making the reservation. Food and wait staff were positive and friendly at the restaurant.

The women at the front desk gave us a room different from what we reserved better view and we appreciate it but the AC didn’t work

During my stay, I found the pool area lacking due to a dirty pool and a non-functional jacuzzi. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. However, Isaac, our waiter, and the receptionist provided excellent service, which improved the overall experience.

The place isn’t very clean, and the hotel offers only the bare minimum. Unfortunately, the shower takes a long time to get hot. I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable stay, but if you can’t find anything else, it’ll do in a pinch.

Check in was fast and easy. Cleanliness was okay, some drip stains on the wall but if you are planning to not be inside the room for the day and only for sleeping then it’s fine. The noise is bare minimum, beds are comfortable. We went out all day so it doesn’t bother me. And very affordable

There was a very pungent smell of marijuana in the “non-smoking” room. The sheets didn’t cover the dirty mattresses. The lamp switch was broken, had to disconnect the lamp to turn it off. No ironing board or iron in the room. When I went to the front desk they seemed bothered when I asked for an iron. I had to exchange my drivers license to borrow the iron, which was fine, but they handed me a dirty and broken one, he went and got me a different one and that one was also dirty and missing the water plug. There was no phone to contact the front desk. The towels in the bathroom had definitely been previously used, they were wrinkled, dirty and had hair on them.

The hotel hace dos section one old one and new. The breakfast was simple egg , beans and chilaquiles.

I didn’t like the fact that they have the same breakfast every morning , they need to change it up every other day , it’s only beans , chilaquiles n egg everyday . Also one person at the front desk his name is Cesar he needs to improve his attitude , he needs to be more polite n he needs to welcome the guest , I felt like he is mad the the works . My room the shower head had no pressure .

No air conditioning in the room

The first room we were given didnt have a working AC or TV. They brought up a fan instead of offering us another room, until we asked. The lady at the desk said there was no more rooms available but the other guy at the desk looked and found one. The second room was dirty and the AC didn't work either. First and last time we stay at this location.

Check in took 2 hours, everybody checking in at 3pm was making line outside hotel the street was full of cars. Rooms weren’t as expected like in the pictures ac was super loud.

Great experience, 3rd time i stayed in this hotel.

Really long wait to check in, almost 40 minutes. The room didn’t have towels. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty and stained.
