The property is no good No AC, the staff is so rude, they are so unprofessional and un organized. The Rooms are not clean. The floor was sticky and nasty to step on. The shower head was falling off. It was a horrible experience

Is walking distance to the beach and night clubs and shops. Hidden fees and 4 people policy and request of all ID’s and having to wear a wristband.

All the amenities were not open and we had issues with our toilet in the restroom they came and fix the issue right away but it did happen a few times. I also don’t like how not all rooms have AC wasn’t an issue for our current stay but I’m sure it would be during the summer. Overall the hotel is in a great location next to everything.

I like the view, location, stuff at the restaurant, good food, very attentive. too noisy I will don't care from the view side but the front door that leads to the street you can hear everything it's not sounds proof. toilet when you flush it takes forever to flush, 2 you loose the wrist band they charge you for each $20.00 they charged us $30 dollars to wash 1 sheet cuz had some spots of blood due to my period so first time I know they charge extra for that. No AC unit so was kind of hot and extractor in bathroom didn't work and have no window.

The hotel charges way too much for the rooms. They have no air conditioning, nowhere to put your luggage, and the room and bathroom are tiny. There's not even a place to put the soap in the shower; you have to put it on the floor. The rooms get really hot because there's no ventilation, and the fan doesn't even work properly. We booked for two days but only stayed one because of the terrible service at that hotel. I'll never go back to that dump.

The room had a nice view but the front desk wasn’t very pleasant or nice. They made everything super complicated. We asked for more towels and they wanted us to leave am ID of key to the room. Then they told us we weren’t allowed to bring men over and we didn’t even have intentions but they made it seem like we were rule breakers. The staff kept laughing in between them and talking Spanish. I would not recommend a stay here. They don’t make you feel welcome

Yes great time very clean room and safe parking

This hotel was disgusting. You wouldn’t be able to tell by entering the lobby because it’s very nice and clean, but we got up to our room and there was a spider on our pillow immediately as we walked in the carpet was stained and dirty. The bathroom look like it hadn’t even been cleaned. We didn’t realize that there were no towels stocked in our room until after my fiancé had showered. When I went to try to call for towels, we realized we did not even have a phone in our room. Then when the housekeeping delivered the towels they were beige and gray stained looks like what was supposed to be white towels. Just disgusting. Not to mention there was no light in the bedroom whatsoever, probably so we couldn’t tell how gross it really was. I will NEVER stay here again. The staff was not helpful or understanding. They were very argumentative and rude.

The room was very dark only had one light by the bathroom, the bathroom was really bad, dirty, rusty, sink pipes were leaking and made the floor extremely wet, the towels were really old and dirty and had hairs on it, no hand towels. The only thing going for it is the view.

First, we didn't get a good impression when we registered, not too friendly, then we were readly to leave the next day, too loud, music playing until 4 am, we did not slip a wink, and we tried leaving, but they said i could not get a refund. so we had to stay. Staff is nice but not too friendly and helpful. Rooms are too plain, no chair to sit on, we paid extra for balcony, but no where to sit. One thing that I liked was the breakfast, the restaurant was great, but overall NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE I have so much more to complain, but I will leave it at that.

It was a tiny room. Restroom toilet was stained. No AC Blow dryer burnt on me. Staff was friendly Breakfast was delicious NICE view! Right next to popas and beer and beach.

It was first time we stayed in this Hotel were very disappointed the unfair way we were treated specially. By the manager in place.

Had a few issues first one had no water for over 8 hours i ask what that problem was they said they have no clue. Second was the maintenance guy walked in to my room with out ask or knocking i called the front desk to report they totally ignorme

Everything was great with the hotel.My only thing is none of the rooms had air conditioner.I understand we're right by the beach, but just my girlfriend wanted an air conditioner and there was no air conditioner and we stayed in the penthouse, which was really nice, but all the room needed was the air conditioner

Very convenient hotel just a walk away from the beach and surrounding bars, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend if you dont want to drive anywhere.

The hotel is in a great area for party goers but it is probably not the best if you are trying to sleep in at earlier night hours due to loud club music. Also take note that main hotel rooms have no A/C so opening your room windows will be only option yo cool down. Beware that these same windows are wood frame only room floor to ceiling so kind of sketchy for any smaller kids to get close to.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in a two bed room. The room was small. There was not a lot other than the basic needs restroom shower and beds. No A/C and the room got super hot. Had to leave door open and windows. View is good but not great. I guess you pay & get what you payed for. Basic rooms and service and they take a $100 dollar deposit ahead of your stay that is refundable so they make sure the hotel room doesn’t have any damages.

The rooms were very clean, there was so many dinning options with in a short walk. It was such a peaceful stay.

This place does not have AC. Weather was hot up in the 80. No fridge. Staff recommended to sleep with door and windows opened. Ceiling FAN was so loud I did not sleep at all.

My stay at festival plaza was great! This hotel is in the heart of Rosarito where you’ll find so many activities/amazing food/ drinks at a walking distance ! Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. ALTHOUGH there is no air conditioning in the room. The water from the sink in the bathroom is not drinkable & turns brown when you turn on the hot water. Lastly wifi signal is not the best. But overall we had great one night stay at this place.

Property is not the cleanest, but will admit it’s in a good location. Lots to do around and all walkable.

The location is great, the rooms are clean. The issue was out of the 3 days that we where there two days there was no running water from like 11-8:30pm. The electricity, was out one full day also but that was an issue with the city.

There rooms don’t have AC, they advertise free breakfast but turns out it’s only free for adults the children that I added to my stay were not offered a voucher. The pipes whistled for a minute after ever flush.

I boked a room , with A/C when checked in the room had no A/C a verry hot room. The club was loud till 3am if ypi plan to relax this is not the place. What i liked is the hotel is in the middle to everything shopping/ eating walking distance.. the check in is verry slow...

Beyond that the hot tub was dirty, the rooms are falling apart and have been “patched” back together, there is no ac, no noise cancellation so you hear music (Loudly) from 2pm-4am.you have to open the window or you are in an oven with zero ventilation since the ceiling fan is fighting for its life. Pool is small and limited loungers. You get “free breakfast” but it’s limited to only select (mid) items and the wait time is extensive so you don’t get in some days. If you’re going to strictly party and stay out till 2/3am sure go for it otherwise save and go further away from the club zone.

My wife and I went for Labor Day weekend and the room had dirty carpet, the floors of the shower were dirty as well. At 3:30am, a fire broke out in the room below my room and te fire alarm, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors did not work. Luckily I woke up from the smoke and evacuated my wife and I off of the property. The front desk clerk, security guard and other employees did not have afore evacuation plan in place. Security attempted to put the fire out but it was too late. The room was engulfed with flames. We left the property at 3:45 am taking a taxi back to the border and returned home to San Diego.

This hotel has the best view in most rooms, it's the best location it's close to everything, the people are always very nice, breakfast is included and is not bad, this is our 4th stay. Having said that this was our first time in summer time, the check in was awful long we waited 1hr or so to be checked in, the hotel has no air conditioning only one ceiling fan it became like an oven and because you are in the middle of all the good stuff the DJ is playing laud an clear til 4 am so leaving the window open it's not an option! There is no iron, no hair dryer and no smoke alarm. This trip unfortunately there was a fire!! And was the most scary thing I had lived everyone was evacuated and the fire fighters were there and acted so fast that only two rooms seem the most affected. We are safe and alive so it's all good.

The stay was good enough to just be able to get some rest and use the toilet/shower(the water pressure was excellent). The room did not have AC, the carpet was wet near the entry/restroom area, the bed isn’t that comfortable, the jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough (Luke warm water) and you could see a dirt film all around the jacuzzi wall (needless to say we didn’t get in). However, the view made up for everything it lacked, as we had an ocean view. Overall a good stay, but could’ve been better with attention to the details mentioned.

Location was good, easy access to the beach and downtown. Didn't like location of the room because it had no privacy. Anyone walking pass the pedestrian bridge or the pool area could see in room. Couldn't leave the window curtain open.

When I asked for extra towels they said I had to sign for them to make sure they were returned. Front desk everything is on paper it took 1 hour to check in and 1 hour to check out while housekeeping checked my room to be given back my deposit.

Didn’t end up staying at property. Booked a room through Expedia. Lasted 20mins in there. Walk in it was HOT!!! No air conditioning. Open the windows and doors the outside bars playing loud music so no peace. Close em it’s now a sauna/hotel room. Television didn’t work. Went and found different hotel near by. Still waiting on a refund from Expedia

Also had the do not disturb sign on my door and two housekeeping ladies knocked and one even opened the door when we were trying to nap . I ran to the door in panic and asked her why she opened the door and she said to give more towels . Felt unsafe after that .

The condition of the rooms did not match this hotel’s price per night. It is outdated with little to no amenities and for $179 a night, I was hoping for a better room. The check-in process is very slow. It took us almost an hour in line to be helped, and we were probably number 5 in line. I do have to say that the only great thing about this hotel is the location. It is walking distance to everthing. Staff are kind and helpful too.

I went there to party and eat good food. Only thing I was unhappy with is the hotel asked for a 100 deposit when I arrived and I made sure to take good care of the room ai was being rented to get my deposit back. It's been two weeks and I still haven't got it adter the hotel representative said that I would be when I checked out. Ill be tryingbto comminicate with the hotelbthis next week, to get my deposit back.

This hotel is convenient but OMG the rooms are hot and there’s no AC , but I think the worst part is the check-in process EXTREMELY LONG AND SLOW!!! Be prepared to be standing waiting for your room for at least 30 mins, it’s ridiculous!!

Didn't like that the amenities described on their expedia account said mini fridge and when we got into our room there wasn't one and was told by reception that the penthouse doesn't have any. Also room fan kept making a grinding noise on the morning before we checked out so we got woken up by it. I'd probably never stay here again.

When I was looking for hotels to stay at, I saw a lot of them on the website and the photos of the hotel looked very nice, but when we got to the room, it was the complete opposite of what we saw in the photos. The beds had only one sheet, were poorly made, the room smelled bad

The rooms are very small, but surprisingly comfortable. While there’s no air conditioning, they do provide a fan, and opening the window let in a refreshing ocean breeze, which made the room feel great. At night, once the nearby club music stopped, we fell asleep to the soothing sound of the waves—it was incredibly relaxing. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. It’s a great spot for a cozy beach getaway in Rosarito.

There was a club right next to our hotel that played their music until 5 in the morning. Not family friendly, although staff was nice. Beach was also crowded. Too many vendors. No amenities in the hotel except for the pool. Couldn’t sleep because of noise would not stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of where all the clubs and beach are at. It was so convenient to not use our car during our stay. The only downfall is that in the night the nightclub music is so loud, it’s hard to sleep, since there is no AC we had to open the window and the music was so loud. The line at check-in was so long, it took almost an hour for check-in. One jacuzzi was not hot and the one that worked was so packed. Other than that it’s a nice hotel close to everything and affordable

We got bit by bedbugs. We reported the problem to manager, all they did for us was put us in a different room. That other room also had bedbugs. we were bit both nights. We asked for a refund and they said we can only do one night. But it was not fair. and still waiting for the refund. If issue is not resolved we will get a lawyer because we had to spend money on Doctor and ointments.

On a positive note, the staff was courteous and responsive—especially when I requested ice, which was delivered promptly. However, my experience was marred at checkout. A security guard was sent to inspect the room and claimed a TV was missing. I explained there had been no TV when I checked in. He had to contact his manager to confirm, which delayed me by over 30 minutes—frustrating, especially since I was on a tight schedule. Eventually, the guard returned and confirmed the manager was already aware the TV had been missing. He apologized and allowed us to leave. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend documenting the room’s condition and reporting any missing amenities at check-in. This could save you from unnecessary stress and delays later on.

Very nice hotel but very noisy cause all the clubs in the area.I also enjoyed the breakfast at the patio bar and grill excellent breakfast!

The staff was nice and courteous. My mistake for not researching, however NO A/C in the rooms. Rooms were ok. No drawers for storage. No chairs for sitting. Some of the towels were stained. Not for families with small children. It can get loud at night.

Hotel its outdated. Old windows let the music in. The noise/music from the club across the st it’s terrible if you are planning on taking your kids I wouldn’t recommended. The music it’s so loud that it feels like it’s inside the room on weekends until 4 am.

I saw her tell a whole group of people to stay a Rosarito beach instead because they are a better hotel with parking and amenities. Why would you tell us to go somewhere else when we already paid our rooms here? Not sure why she works here but that’s a horrible employee

¡El hotel tiene un liderazgo deficiente! No tienen estacionamiento y la joven recepcionista con gafas que trabajaba en la cabina más cercana al estacionamiento es una empleada horrible. Es grosera y, cuando alguien se quejaba, simplemente se encogía de hombros y decía "no reconozco". Debería madurar. Debería estar limpiando habitaciones, no ayudando a los huéspedes. Además, el registro tarda como una hora.

Hotel is very outdated, WIFI did not work at all, I would say it’s in a good area, We did have to call service to have them bring us a iron which they did really quick. Also not all rooms have phones to call room service would we stay here again YES just not with kids. We were at walking distance from the bars which is what we were there for so the location was perfect.
