Nice and clean a lot of room and even though it is near a freeway I didn't hear it at all and we were facing it. Checking and out was very easy

The staff was very welcoming when entering the hotel. Greeted with a friendly voice and smile during with late check in from long road trip. Breakfast was decent in the morning. The room was very clean and excellent hot shower. Definitely stay there again

Front desk receptionists were kind and helpful. My shower was full of hairs but they were quick to fix the issue. The hotel is older and you can hear noise from upstairs and hallways. Breakfast was simple could of had more variety but overall our stay was decent not horrible or amazing but good.

The friendly and helpful staff, Resolved my issue immediately regarding the light fixture and the shower head. Clean room. My room had a nice view of the swimming pool! Delicious breakfast! I loved the location and walking distance to the Shops of Montebello and public transportation! None

The quality of hotel does not match the price

Although the restroom is nicely remodel ,they need to update their rooms.

The environment is very quiet and clean. I really enjoy working on line in the room. The breakfast is wonderful. Various kinds of food prepared and arranged in a nice manner. The facility is closed to a mall (having a food court), some fast food restaurants, Olive Garden, and an Asian buffet. All are in walking distance. Very convenient. Also, the facility is only 9 mins drive to Rose Hills. For those who need to go there for memorial service, this hotel is a convenient, relaxing and comfortable place to stay. You can take local road and bypass the traffic on highway in rush hour.

Property was very convenient for myself and family for a little get away from home. Pool was nice and clean for the kids and ourselves. Staff was great! Beds were very comfortable!

Away from the hustle and bustle of LA but close enough to get to places in LA. Had an event in Whittier and it’s just 20 min away.

Nice place in a location strategic to our visit but charging $10 bucks a night for parking is ridiculous. All they are doing is making up for their free breakfast which was just average.

We have stayed there previously and we like the place. This time we had a few issues. For the amount of money that we paid for the days we were there I would had thought things can be different. But overall we can say we will like to try once again.

I must say I’m disappointed to the security and management assets at the hotel, as I was robbed: my family and I went shopping and bought a handful of things, clothes and electronics, which we placed in our rooms, and as part of them I bought a nutribullet and placed it into one of the rooms. Long story short, we left the rooms for the day and the next day I was packing I couldn’t find it in none of the rooms. I complained and the staff at front desk told me it could not have been them as they clean staff did not clean (even though did have a master key) and when I asked if they could check, they indicated me that they don’t have access to the cameras, only the manager. It is a shame I haven’t received any feedback or comments from the hotel, but definitely it is a something that will affect my intentions to stay in this chain. The bright side, the breakfast staff was Amazing during our stay and very helpful.

Great service, solid breakfast options, very comfortable room, and great location for my needs. The best was the business center. I used it a lot and it saved my bacon with several projects I was working on. The staff seemed helpful and very polite. Only issue the laundry services still take coins. It's hard to get coins and even cash sometimes these days. There's no ATM on the site, so I had to drive to Walmart to buy something and get cash back, then the hotel was able to give me quarters for cash.

Room was very dirty

Bed was unbalanced and would tip if you were not perfectly centered. All the outlet receptacles were very used and did not retain standard power cords. Recently upgraded bathrooms, but it’s obvious the upgrades were surface level and not applied to the less obvious parts of the property

I enjoyed our stay here , front desk employees were very polite and helpful. They have a little snack corner with food, drinks & more to purchase. The area is safe and quiet, lots of parking & great added balcony…. At one point I got locked out of my room at 3am & the front desk was super helpful & no judgement because I was a little buzzed HA! Thanks for a great stay - I’d be back!

we stayed at this location for 1 week and it was great. the staff was so nice. The breakfast was ok, but i feel that more options should be provided, such as bacon and sausage and hash-browns. Parking was easy, always had a spot to park. i would suggest this hotel to my family and friends.

The rooms were a bit musty when we moved in. Otherwise the rooms were okay. In the exercise room, the drinking water dispenser was broken. Also, rather limited selection (especially for vegetarians) in the breakfast menu.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good, but was the same every day. The lobby was clean, but our room was not. The main part was ok, but the bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor, and lots of short hairs along the floor trim all the way around. Could see things stuck to floor that would have easily come off if it had been mopped. Overall, stay was good, but bathroom cleanliness was the main concern. Liked that there was a laundry room to do my own laundry before returning home.

The comfort of the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We had restful nights thanks to the comfortable beds, and the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The location of the hotel was convenient and safe. With a mall and various restaurant options nearby, we had plenty of choices for dining and entertainment within walking distance. Moreover, being just a 45-minute drive from Disneyland and with easy access to the freeway, we were able to explore downtown LA and the Orange County area easily, both approximately 40 minutes away. The staff's friendliness was a highlight of our stay. They were attentive and accommodating, making us feel valued throughout our time there. As a parent, this meant a lot to me.

Hidden fees!!! Parking fee, internet fee, etc. Rooms are small and have super small beds.

I use this facility for my business travel to L.A. close to the FWY system and food. Hotel is clean and comfortable. the only issue I had in the two weeks was the elevator was not working periodically.

Called and emailed management several times about a date change many weeks ahead of my visit. Never got a phone call back or any communication from management. Totally unprofessional. They took my money and I wasn’t even in town and never stayed at the hotel. Called and talked to front desk several times over weeks. Each time they promised a call back from the GM of the hotel that never came. They took my money and never responded due to an error. Don’t let them take yours. Better business bureau is investigating and from what I hear, others have concerns about this property.

I typically do not stay at Fairfields as they have proven disappointing. This facility proved the opposite. Great overall from the time I checked in to checkout. I will definitely stay here again next trip.

The service staffs (especially the cafeteria staffs) were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. However, the breakfast selection is very limited comparing to most Marriott hotels offering free breakfast which is disappointing.

It was a good experience, very quiet and clean. It did smell a bit musky, but once I opened the sliding door and turned the air on, it was better. Only issue was that the water from the shower was very strong and I was not able to lower it, it fell like I was in a tornado. But over all, the stay was good and the breakfast was good and no lines to get food.

Charges $10/day for parking where it's not even in a busy area. The rooms are outdated - looks like this was an old hotel that was bought by Fairfield and refurbished. Stay at the Doubletree behind this hotel - their parking is at least free and the rooms should be much newer.

The staff was very professional and polite, and the facility itself was clean and comfortable. The facility was also located in a fairly central location, and driving to any location in the LA area didn't take too much time. The beds were a little hard for my liking; but what I found most disappointing was the fact that the hotel's management never fixed the elevator during our stay there. We stayed at this facility for eight nights, and the elevator was out of service the entire time -- and it didn't help that we were on the top floor with a lot of luggage. But overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was okay. It did not exhibit the high standards that I’ve come to expect from the Marriott name. We were never told before arriving that we would have a nightly parking fee added to our room charge. The “free hot breakfast” consisted of a muffin, small orange, and granola bar. We were there for 3 nights and not once did someone come in and empty our trash can. The elevator broke on the second day which was inconvenient. The location is just awful. You have to turn right, and make a U-turn if you want to turn left. The front desk staff was friendly though. But overall, my worst Marriott experience by far. Super disappointing.
