I tried to do early check in but no rooms were available. I left and came back to check in around 2:30. The ice machine and men’s restroom were unavailable. Also my room door didn’t close all the way so I slid the table in front of it. Since no other rooms were available. Staff were really nice.

Our room was clean and well-stocked. We were in a suite with plenty of room. Breakfast was average, but there were a lot of food options nearby. Would definitely stay again!

price, location place was old, a littke run down and outdated, breakfast was bad, ice machine didn't work, i also hated the fact there was only one way in and one way out of the parking lot where if you entered it one way yoy could only exit the parking lot by driving around the whole facility tfen yku would have to drive all the way down the frontage road ti the first over pass and drive bsck up the frontage road on the other side of the interstate to the next overpass then come back duwn tge frontage road just to get bsck in, it witkdve been nice if you were able to frive around the entire facility without exiting the parking lot and drive all the eay around the interstate, Im for damn sure NEVER staying at that location ever again, the location was on I-35 in Round Rock Texas

Worth the extra few bucks for the Suites which right next to the pool + it's walking distance, under 10 mins, to nearby restaurants, Flix, Walgreens.

Delivered what it promised, it was a clean motel off the freeway.

This hotel has broken doors so you don’t get privacy and the rooms have bugs and the staff are rude and the policies this hotel has is very bad and the beds don’t feel great for me, go stay at another hotel!!!

The room wasn't clean in some areas and the price of each item was printed out,if something was missing you had to paid for it.The lady that check us out Sunday morning ,was so sweet and helpful,Wish other places would have people like her (White lady) Ty ❤️

Disappointed. We booked 4 rooms next to each other (I do want to say the staff at front desk was very friendly, however). We had 12 little girls on our stay, as this was a girl scouts overnight trip. The photos online were misleading. In one of our refrigerators, there were beer cans (so it was clearly not thoroughly cleaned). Another room only had ice cold or scalding hot water-- no in between. Another room's AC didn't cool below 75 degrees (which felt warmer since there were 4 people in the room, all whom also needed to shower in scalding hot or ice cold water). We checked in after a long day with 4 rooms and 12 little girls. It was about 8:30-9pm by the time we arrived. There were sketchy people loitering around the first floor, which meant we had to be even more mindful of the girls as they were going from room to room. I did complain to expedia who contacted the manager-- and the manager's response was "did you contact the front desk during the stay?" No, we didn't. It was after 9pm. and we had 12 little girls to get showered and into bed. Because the hotel felt unsafe, we chose not to eat the "complementary" breakfast-- which included VERY misleading photos. Please recognize this is a motel, not a hotel before booking your stay as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. Many times, I couldn't park in front of my room. I think the parking spaces should be marked to coordinate with each room.

The staff but that is it. My toilet didn’t flush and I personally had to fix it. Shower handle fell off when I tried to use it. I am a disabled vet and struggle to get up to my room because no elevator. I asked for 1st floor as well. So it took me 5 minutes to get to my room once parked.

Staff was amazing!! Staff were so helpful and very willing to help. We could tell our room was freshly cleaned smelled like floor cleaner. Pool was being cleaned our 1st night so kids enjoyed swimming. Breakfast was limited, but it was the first hotel we stayed at where the waffle batter was kept full. Parking was clear in the morning but did get full in the evening they did offer paid parking if I wanted to reserve a parking closer to our room.

The staff was nice. Too pricy for the quality. Walls too thin, could hear a lot of noise (alarm, conversations , TV, shower) from neighbor units; the floor laminate is loose, water from bathroom sink has weak flow. On feeder road of I-35, additional noise from freeway.

About the only thing I liked was the price A/C unit didn't work properly, toilet ran unusual, tv remote didn't work at first, alarm clock ran all night (had to turn it down), room tiles were loose, and most importantly THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH HANDICAP PARKING

It was nice how clean it was. Front lobby spotless. Room was clean. Breakfast was simple choices. Appreciate it was included in the stay. Off the highway but plenty of lanes to get on. Friday night got some neighbors that got really loud late at night. Slamming doors, screaming kids and couldn't tell if adults were fighting or that's the way they talk. Kind of thins walls. I should have called office. Next time I won't hesitate. Restroom could use some upgrades. Toilet seat was rough.

The staff was excellent couldn't ask for better however the TV in the room was very substandard not even up to the worst rooms I've stayed in hardly any stations and was a extremely small TV by today's standards I don't think I had six stations that actually worked not up to par everything else was great

The room was very clean. The staff was great at check in and check out. The linoleum type floor slats were coming up in many places and the room felt very damp the entire stay. The location was convenient to the freeway right on Service road.

It’s September in Texas. It’s still hot. Pool was closed. No business center and I was given a handicap room with no tub and not to mention the breakfast. There was no fruit no pastries just cereal and a waffle machine kind of subpar not what I expected.

This the first hotel that I have ever been to that has a temper-pedic mattress and it was awesome. It was spacious. The only problem I had was with the floor, it seemed like one floor board was coming up. I would stay there again.

I made reservations weeks in advance. The day before we where about to go on our trip they called saying they had to give us a king size bed. My reservations was 2 beds to begin with. I get 2 beds for a reason my granddaughter is a wild sleeper. We where going to pull out the couch so she could just sleep on that until i saw 2 big roaches water bugs whatever u want to call them decided not too. When we stay for multiple nights its for comfort and breakfast. We stayed 3 days and they had the same breakfast waffles and cereal! Im not a child so over all the pool was clean so that was a pluss even when it was only open once when we where there. We wont be staying there again just wasnt for us.

I like that everything was near by didn't have to do so much driving food, and movies so close.

Starting from calling the Hotel to confirm some things about my reservation I was greeted by LaDonna. She was kind and very professional from the start. She assisted me and made sure that before my arrival that I could call back and confirm that my reservation was just the way that I needed it to be. At the arrival of check-in I was greeted by someone else who was also very kind and professional, he made sure that he told me about all of the perks that came along with my reservation. Upon checking out I received nothing but professionalism I appreciated the kindness.

Bathroom very outdated and tight quarters. Glad for the extra leg space with the living suite couch and table in the front. Iron worked well. somewhat dim throughout. didn’t feel very clean. I think mainly bc of the carpeted floors and mildew bathroom. okay for a last minute stay with kids. Ac worked well and was very cool in room. And pillows are probably some of the best firmer pillows I’ve had in hotels. Comparable to my own that I brought from home.

The property is showing its age outside, but inside the room was clean, roomy and comfortable. But the staff, and I mean all the staff, was outstanding. Professional, helpful and attentive. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and highways. Thank you to the excellent staff in all positions.

Nice to have an updated renovated room, but 100$ deposit for a hotel, more motel, was very discouraging. However the amenities were lack luster. We Needed a refill on TP and shampoo our 1st 24 hours. Also,.the breakfast was more snack than meal. Dont.expect eggs, bacon, or sausage, which personally should be basic criteria for "Breakfast". For a spur of the moment trip, it sufficed, but prbly not worth the price.

We liked that the place was clean and it had easy access to stores and restaurants. We did not like the breakfast selections. It could have been better if there were hot eggs or some type of hot protein.

Top lock was loose and looked like someone tried to break it and was not fixed. Floor was lifting and i hurt my foot on it.

When you first walk in to the front lobby area, there is a VERY OLD SMELL-Maybe mothballs?? The smell stopped at the door of our room. The location made us a little nervous but we didn't have any problems. The room worked for what we needed for 2 nights but I won't book there again.

The bathroom door in room 118 would not shut. There was food left in the microwave that was spoiled. If staying here i would make sure there is not a UT football game or a soccer tournament. It was pretty noisy and busy until around midnight.

Property is on the side of the IN so there is no sidewalk or way to cross to the other side of IN where shops and restaurants are.

Definitely not for a family stay. The breakfast is terrible, they should not advertise as breakfast included. There is only cereals and bread. Nothing else. The parking is so shady that u see many trucks there, many cars looks like have been there forever completely dusty. I would not come in again.

Upon arrival; there was dead bugs in the room. We left for an outting and we physically told a maid staff person to clean our room. When we got back..beds were not made, trash cans not emptied, no fresh towels. The TV's are not Smart TV's..limited channels. Very dissatisfied.

Well, they would not allow me to check in and did not have any type of disclaimer displayed. I told them the situation that my whole car was stolen with my ID in it so I only had a picture they would not allow me to check in although it was not displayed that you could not check in without a hard copy I asked to see the policy where it says they only except a hardcopy because it was not displayed on the front desk and the manager proceeded to tell me he would call the cops if I did not leave the premises

The bed was nice and firm, but the pillows were too soft. It seemed a little sketchy in the area. It was kind of noisy, but it is right next to the highway.

Place is off 35, it’s a small parking lot and very tight. Felt unsafe due to being so dark. The water pressure was not strong and rooms didn’t cool.

Too many construction vehicles taking up parking spaces. Checkout was at 11 we had the cleaning personnel opening our door while we were still in bed at 9:00 am.

The living room is separate from the bedroom. Clean bed sheets and towels. Pool is well maintained, I stayed 3 nights and saw the maintenance guy cleaning the pool on daily basis .

The room was great and the staff was really nice. They upgraded my room becaus my mother was with me and couldn't take the stairs. So they gave use a king suit with a pull out couch. I ended up having to extend my stay for the whole week and they were really great with that also. It was really nice and I felt safe. House keeping was great too and even though I was busy the pool there was no issues. My only draw back was the door to the office closing at 6pm withiut a key box to use to get in. But I was ok with that.

This is one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels that I've stayed in. The lady who checked be in was extremely nice. She offered to make me coffee because I had driven several hours to get there. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. Cons: the walls are very thin, and you will hear all conversations, Tvs, and crying babies... in detail without even trying. The rooms are a bit dark.
