Free breakfast I like the room was open and roomy were tall ceilings I didn’t like that I got charged $50 extra just in case I use their little store in the hotel you shouldn’t do that and then it takes so long for it to be put back in your account. I do not think that is right. Also, the beds are uncomfortable and I think that they need to be changed more often. My back is killing me.

The place was great overall. The restroom could have used a slight update. The tile floor seemed a bit loose like it could give out over time it not fixed. Breakfast in the morning was good and room was spacious for the 3 of us. Would stay here again for our next Round Rock trip

The suite was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, and Shawn from the front desk was especially attentive and supportive. When a piece of jewelry accidentally went down the sink, Shawn immediately sent for help and assisted us without hesitation. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.

The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was great. I am handicapped. When I arrived, they changed my from from a regular room to an accessible room. It helped me greatly. I appreciate her for going above and beyond for me, AND it was Christmas Eve.

What was appalling to me was the housekeeper asking me to leave a tip!! What if anything is included anymore in a hotel? I will never be tipping a housekeeper because this is their job!!! This tipping issue is out of control in this country!!! As the employer it looks ridiculous to me that they are asking for money from guests. I own a medical practice and sugerí center business. Imagine how it would look if our staff asked for extra money from patients so some patients would get better care than others. I suggest you forbid this policy or pay your staff more money!!!!

Very basic TV options. Ice maker made a lot of noise. Bed was very comfortable.

Property was nice and clean. Breakfast was good with many choices. The queen bed mattresses in the ADA suite were worn out with dips and lumps. The sofa bed was miserable and did not provide pillows or comforter. There was zero hot water in the morning for showers.

Clean room / bathroom - door was hard to open and extremely loud . Staff is always great and accommodating. Love the mgr Hoda and Shawn the host. Only downside to this stay was the parking lot was being reconstructed therefore we had to park at Qt and walk to the hotel on our last day . That was a bit inconvenient. Very busy area a bit loud this time . But the rooms are always comfy and super clean . Always a fav ans go to.

Property is so close to downtown round rock and the amphitheater! Close to a lot of businesses and restaurants! We arrived late at night and the water was cold to shower we advised the front desk and was informed a technician would be swinging by while we were out all day. Nothing was fixed nor where we ever followed up with. But the staff in the front was nice offered us a new room but we were already checking out so there was no point.

Breakfast…ugh it was free. Not bad but honestly McDonald’s is better. At least on day 5 they brought out the waffle maker that helped improve things. Again, it was quiet and comfortable. No major complaints. I’d come back. But I think they could do some simple things to bring it from a B- to an A.

There was no hot water in half the rooms and nothing you could do about it. I had to take a shower for my work event and there were no other rooms available, so I literally just had to take a cold shower after a long day of traveling. Felt bad. Anyway, Doug got me upgraded to a better room the next day that DID have hot water. Really appreciated that! The room was a bit dark and had baby ants everywhere in the bathroom, but at that point I didn’t wanna deal with trying to change rooms again. Breakfast was decent. I don’t eat that much so it had enough for me. Good variety. I wish it went a little longer than 9am, since in my time zone that’s 7am and feels way too early to eat. The lobby snacks are wayyy over priced. $6 for water! My friend got a cheese and sausage tray and it was covered in mold. Again, the staff comped her and did their best, but the place itself is dusty. I can’t say I’d stay again.

There was no hot water at all for my stay due to water heaters broken/failing. Also did not like the overall layout of the hotel.

Check in was super easy, room was big, clean, AC cold, just wonderful!!! Im writing this as I lay in the comfy bed watching the big TV. Pool was clean and perfect. Hotel is almost fully booked but very quiet. Big bottles of toiletries are provided for use. I’ll definitely be back.

Front desk and dining area staff were super friendly. Property is conveniently located by a gas station and the highway but surprisingly quiet.

We love this location when visiting our son. It is a great location, great price, great rooms/spaces, great amenities. It is a very comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff. For it's age, the hotel is in good shape and is well maintained - it is clean, safe, comfy, and perfect for more than an overnight stay with lots of great offerings. We really appreciate having space to relax other than the bed and the TV moves for good viewing wherever you are sitting.

The Latina receptionist here I think here name was Rachel was very nice and friendly. The hotel rooms were really clean and the breakfast was good. I like the Texas waffle maker.

Only issue was the iron was broken and we had a short time to get ready for dinner and had to go with wrinkled clothes.

This hotel is horrible! We are leaving today, and trying to get a refund. We haven’t had hot water for 3 days, and they keep saying it’s fixed, but it never gets hotter than lukewarm. This property also needs a major update. There are broken and loose tiles in the bathroom, and the beds are so uncomfortable!!!!

An unusually tasty breakfast was included. Really good. Also the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was very large.

The beds are very comfortable! Breakfast also had a variety of foods. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is smaller than the picture leads on. We were given an accessible room and the bathroom could have used some updating. The water didn’t run completely to the drain so it left the area around the toilet very wet. Would still stay again.

Close proximity to a QT was a plus. Staff very helpful and friendly. However, the mattresses were the absolute worst. Way too soft. Felt like sleeping on your brother-inlaws pull out bed.

It was pleasant and quiet. My children wished they had the waffles every morning, so you might consider this for more mornings during the summer months. In room 333, did need a little attention. The dresser in the double queen side needs balancing so that the drawers don't continuously reopen on their own. The a/c unit on that side didn't work consistently.

Customer service is terrible. The staff is definitely not there to accommodate the guest and are to the book on check in and check out.

I’m a Hilton member and we couldn’t get a late check out room service went knocking at our door from 9:15 am to 10:45 am to keep reminding us that checkout was at 11 in one occasion they opened the door while getting dressed overall a bad experience

The check and staff was friendly and courteous parking was easy and our room was on the first floor so that made unloading the car and packing up the car simple our only complaint was that the side door to use didn’t shut completely unless you really bugged and slammed on it. It would’ve been easy for anyone to come through the side door Without having to use a key. The same thing was wrong with our room door. It didn’t automatically close it would get stuck partially closed and you had to tug on it really hard to get it to close all of the way and actually breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean overall it was a great.

We stayed here for several days and it was great. We had 6 people in our group so we needed towels and such frequently staff was always very accommodating. Their free breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay, happy for the kitchen - could have used more utensils. The space was great and the room and bathroom were clean! Family ended up staying with us b/c of the pull out sofa bed, that was great. Breakfast was pleasant, we had what we needed. We would stay again.

Ok the front desk host for breakfast was so friendly. Accommodated the extra towels I needed amazing breakfast clean as hell smells amazing just overall crazy good experience oh and the dishes were in the room that's wild to me I'm from Houston

Stay was nice… a few fixtures in my room weren’t fixed or didn’t work such as lights… and the crown molding for the wall was hanging and eventually broke.

Teh customer service at this property was by far the best! I was never left on hold, my questions were all answered in a polite and caring manner. We could not have had a better stay!

Front desk friendly, helpful, and checkin was fast and plesant. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Everything was great. Tv in bedroom and one in living room. The only thing was a slight odor coming from the kitchen drain disposal.

The room was fine. A little outdated but overall clean. There was a random empt basket if front of our room door when we arrived and no cleaning staff was around. We were able to just push it away, It wasn't a big deal but just a minor attention to detail. What I didn't like was the lack of front desk staff both when I arrived and when I was checking out. Both times I had to try to find someone to assist me. When someone finally came they were helpful.
