Great place to stay if you want to visit Los Angeles; far enough to feel safe and close enough to avoid traffic (30 minutes approximately). We stayed in a room by the highway and the noise did not bother us at all! Slept so well! Staff so friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel.

Hassle free check in and out. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly especially the lady at the breakfast buffet.

The room was clean, the staff was great. I accidently locked my wallet and key card in the room and the front desk was so helpful. I have to thank the hotel and the staff for taking a lot of the stress out of traveling to my kids' Taekwondo competition.

We really love the location—it’s close to stores, restaurants, and grocery shops, making everything highly accessible and convenient. just the bath tub sometimes it is clogged.

There is an electric boiling water pot in the room, makes it very easy to make tea or some flavor melting drinks even warm water possible !

The freeway noise was REALLY LOUD, so loud that they provided ear plugs in the room!

Convenient location to a banquet/party in the area. Walking distance to party and to many dining options. Close to freeway but not overly loud. Stayed with family.

The fact that noise can potentially keep us from sleeping should've been listed for each room so that customers can make an educated choice. Having said that, that was the only issue with the hotel The staff and everything else was excellent. I just wish I knew about the noise and different level of noise depending on how much we were willing to pay was made public before we booked the hotel.

We arrived earlier than check-in time of 3PM, The manage is very helpful and let us entered the room at 2:30 pm. The room is very clean and well equipped with refrigerator, microwave,coffee make and kettle. The only comment I have is : The room we stay is faced the road with busy traffic. It is very noisy all day long. I can not have good rest during night time because of noise from the traffic.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The location of the best western was not the best as it is literally off the highway and the room I had was facing the freeway which was loud especially in the morning while trying to sleep in a little. I will not stay here again.

The elevator in the middle of building is very slow and does not go down to the first floor from the 3rd. Ice machine on the 3rd floor has not been working for a long time, it is very dry. Because the property is near freeway, it is super loud. There is no where on their website indicating that Business room is facing street, and standard room is facing freeway, for people to choose quiet room. I did not know until upon check in. Other than cannot sleep at night due to freeway noise, the room is good with K cup machine, hot pot, microwave, and big fridge.

Alma, who took care if the breakfast went above and beyond and was great. Hotel was clean and a very good value. Only thing we didn't like was the intense fragrance in the lobby. Very perfumy/cleaning supply smell and gave us a headache, just checking in. besides that- everything was good. Would request a room on the non-highway side if you want quiet.

The property is clean, next to a busy freeway. The staff are friendly and considerate. There’s 2 ladies I’d like to mention. Vivien and Alma who work in housekeeping and were in the breakfast dining room. Their service was excellent Very friendly and polite. Vivien even showed me how to make my waffles with the waffle machine. During breakfast time. There’s a buffet breakfast. Benjamin who was on reception is very nice and polite. All staff who we met were lovely. Because our rooms were on the side of the freeway there were even earplugs provided in the bedside draws. We had a good nights sleep.

Everything here was great. The staff was amazing! Something unique was this: our bedroom door needed to be pulled shut with a little extra pressure and we knew this from the night we arrived. However, on our second night, we returned very late and tired from the wedding we attended and must not have pulled it all the way shut. We got a call from the front desk stating security noticed this and we were able to secure our door. This felt safe and secure for me as I always travel alone with my young child. As a single mom traveling everywhere, it was so nice to feel taken care of! Anyone else might have just kept walking so needless to say I was impressed and so thankful!! The breakfast was amazing, the jacuzzi was perfect and even the gym had exactly what we needed. Highly recommend! There was a specific staff up front, Gio, sweetest ever!

I stay in hotels frequently and I have never had a key experience like this one. No matter what every time I left the room the key would not work if you plan on staying here make sure you stay close to the front desk, so you can get your key renewed every time. Absolutely ridiculous. With the technology these days I simply find it astonishing that this room key system is still being used and that the management doesn’t invest in a nice key system where they actually work.

The staff were welcoming and provided clear instructions. I woke up late and got to the breakfast area at 9:30am but the worker was super sweet. She let me get what I wanted and even came out with stuff from the kitchen to offer me. She was super sweet.

The staff was very friendly, but I wasn’t aware that I had booked a room next to the freeway. I’m not someone who is usually sensitive to noise, but unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to rest due to the constant noise. I could hear every car passing by and even other guests flushing the toilet or taking a shower. The location is very convenient, and the staff is helpful, but I could barely get any rest without my AirPods. Be careful when selecting your room type when booking.

Our hotel room smelled very muggy. The carpet had a pretty big brown spot. They "Go Green" so your bed doesn't get made and your bed sheets don't get changed until the 4th day. The pool was not clean. Staff was very friendly.

The first couple of rooms that were assigned to me smell cigarettes smoke supposed be non smoking hotel. The automatic lights sensor kept flashing the lights on all night long. Overall the staff did their best to accommodate.
