I didn't eat it I spoke to the manager concerning my issues with being in a room on the backside of the hotel and asked to be moved towards the front. He told me that there were no rooms available for the night. But according to the web site there's several available.

The first room had bugs flying all around,the sink was plugged and the shower leaked so they moved us to a different room and that one was even more disgusting so we decided to not even stay and just lose out on the money for the night.

We found a bedbug in our room and had to move out the same night to find other places to stay. The rooms weren't as clean as they should. There were hairs on the towels, pillows and bedsheet. The night staff was friendly but did not have authorities for refunds. Had to wait until the next day for managers to process refunds and the whole process was very unpleasant as the managers were pushing us in circles and having us call back multiple times. Would not recommend staying here.

Basic room. Air conditioner didn't work well. Had to open the windows for air circulation. Floors felt sticky. Otherwise it's a place to sleep.

Right now there is construction going on so much noise. It’s just one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed.

Property is under new management. Rooms did not look like the pictures posted. Pool was empty and looks like being worked on. I paid in full upfront for a 2 bed room checked in and they gave me a 1 bed. They wanted to charge me to change to a 2 bed even though on my end it shows I booked and paid for a 2 bed, hotel.com even called the front desk and confirmed I booked and paid for a 2 bed. After arguing for an hour they gave me a 2 bed.

Typical Motel 6 experience but was very impressed by Diana, during check-in, who was juggling reservations, calls and guests this weekend stemming Garden Grove chemical emergency down in Orange County, with all the influx of evacuate and regular guests. Very impressed.

Absolutely nothing. Maybe the fact that it’s right off the freeway. The service was horrible. The room was dirty. There was old gum on the floor and men’s underwear hanging in the bathroom. The bedsheets looked very unclean.

There were cockroaches in the room

I went down to the front desk and they were very helpful and kind. They switched my room immediately. My next room smelled better but there was dirt all over the bed the sheets, pillows and blankets all were dirty (but the bed was made) and the toilet had hair and a poop stain on the toilet and dirt on it. I called the front desk and they sent the cleaning lady to come fix it. I left for the evening came back and everything was taken care of. Saturday around 7-8 I called to let them know the tv wasn’t working they told me I should have called during the day to have it fixed and there was nothing they could do because maintenance was gone (that was fine) the pool was not available during my stay. Again day staff was very nice and helpful to me. So no complaints on them! But all in all I would never go back.

The hotel is in need of an upgrade as well as the housekeeping cart and supplies. The whole area, not just Motel 6 is rundown. Our first room we went to was dirty.

Everyone was nice and everthing went well.

Horrible experience. This motel allows police officers to harass their guests. Police were posted up blocking the only exit from the parking lot and no sooner did I start leaving the space when I immediately got stopped. After harassing me being that I was the only one in the vehicle my bf came from the room to assist and they start harassing him and ultimately took him into custody for a previous warrant. I cannot believe a motel would allow officers to harass customers this way. Stay away from here trust me …. The only good thing about this place was the girl working from. Desk was the only positive part who helped me any way she could in meneuvering this horrible experience.

I'd checked-out the second day and I have to rebook another decent place for another four nights...I've already filed for a refund request with Expedia and hoping they can conpensate for such unpleasant event...

Lots of dog poop all over the grass, the room only provides one thin sheet that is supposedly a “blanket” the key cards stop working out of nowhere on their own and then staff makes a big deal about replacing it

I came to check in @ 11/16/25 between 8 to 9pm they said the computer is not working right, so they cannot give us room to stay so I left, Then at 3am 11/17/25 they cancel my booking without sending email about the cancelation. I try to call Expedia regarding the refunds I couldn't get someone to talk about it .

on my reservation #733017752924214 the rooms have bug beds and we had to check out on sunday because they couldnt provide a room with out bugs my crew shows bites from those bugs

This room was completely filthy it was not clean there was no linens no blankets there was one towel and one washcloth the bathroom the shower in the tub were still dirty and wet and had clumps of hair in it the floor in the whole room was so filthy it made my socks black, the sink that was in the other part of the bath bathroom was clogged she couldn't run in water in it the, the air conditioner heater fan did not work I'll see what else the, the Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and kept going in and out and made it really difficult to gain access to it at all. The management was nonchalant didn't bother to try and help us or be forthcoming in the beginning. The laundry room where the only microwave in the entire complex is located closes at 9:00 and other people have different schedules than that you know they they work at different hours not everybody works during the day so that makes it real difficult for someone that needs to wash our clothes or even eat for that matter because it's the only microwave in the entire building. All in all this was a horrible experience!

Room 205 was only a little better, the shower has holes in it, the bed is so run down the springs are starting to come through the mattress and it had a dip in it. There are cigarette burns everywhere They do not give you even a tiny bottle of shampoo, bring your own blankets because all they give you is a sheet. There was what appeared to be black dog fur all over, I think housekeeping only makes the bed, they do not actually clean the rooms. The laundry room needs updating. Spend the extra money and go anywhere else. But hey the guys at the front desk were nice

First room no fridge boogers on walls dirty floors dirty walls blood on door frame no remote tv. Moved us rooms better but still dirty day two roach under blanket had remote but didnt wotk. Moved rooms again much better still a little dirt smelled of dog and dog urine. Tv actually worked. Tagging in all rooms. Sinks barely drained. All beds sunk in. Very small. Looks nothing like tooms in pics. whole property filled with drug addicts.

The room was dirty. Floors didn’t even look mopped. Sink was leaking. Even though we had a family four they only gave us two towels. Saying that’s all that is allowed per room, mind you this is after having checked in and going down. There was no towels in the room to begin with. Terrible experience, would never again.

This place is absolute trash. Lipstick on the sheets. Disgusting floors. Strangers knocking on your door in the middle of the night. Constant traffic. Pretty sure it’s used as an escape route for those running from police. Front desk employees are lazy and rude. Dogs barking and cats meowing all day and night. Dirty towels in room, motel has none to replace them with. Mattresses are completely sunken in - it was like a built in crib for my infant. I also believe that this motel alone keeps this area run down. This should not be a chain. This should not be offered on Expedia. It is not family friendly. Absolute stink hole. Do not stay here.

Honestly, nothing. Maybe the fact that is dominated by Asian culture which was super beautiful. The surrounding makes you feel like in you’re in another country for a second.

This hotel did have noisy people and just seems it's hotel that has homeless or drug addicts to be the guests that stay here.

The room does not provide any towel and when I tried to call front desk, there is no instruction on how to dial with the hotel phone and when I called the number on the website, it disconnected right away. Then walked down and asked front desk about the towel, instead of sending someone to bring me some, they told me I have to go to the laundry room myself, while three workers are busy swiping their phones. Terrible stay. I would love to have a refund if possible.

Con: 1) Homeless in the parking lot. 2) Room is smelly. Floor is stained, sticky and dusty. 3) Wall-in air condition unit is rusty and pre-set to a speed. You can kinda adjust the temperature but won't really make too much difference. 4) Bed is clean if you don't count seeing hair an issue. The blanket is a bed sheet that is so thin you can almost see through. My t-shirt is thicker than the "blanket." 5) Very limited lights in the whole small room (two double beds). 6) Bathroom smells like sewage with no suction vent. Parts of the bathroom is rusting! 7) Motel is no pets allowed. So the neighbor ties the dog to the outside of the door. It's barking all night. Good luck sleeping!

Rooms don’t come with blankets unless you request it. Only the room on the inner side have wifi. Most rooms don’t have working tvs. Almost all the guest were either dr*g dealers or Pr*stitutes. Reception is behind bullet proof glass.

Not really liking anything but the easy access to freeways. Room is shot, smells like a moldy ashtray, all walls are stained with booger crust and burns. It's a scene right out of GTA. Freaks, tweeks, and vatos locos

No towels, pillows or comforter in my room. Not a single person came to clean during my 3 day stay. Random people walking around all night playing music or shooting off fireworks in the parking lot. Although I hadn't planned on using it, the pool was dirty.

I understand motel 6s are usually a party type of hotel but first of all it looks like they lightly clean the room I had no cover over the bed TV wasn't working no remote I have to fix the TV myself there was no towels I swear every tweaker in a 50 mi radius was booked in a room there

We had to change rooms because it was not safe where they placed us. It seemed like an alley way and homeless people were walking up and down the walkway. There was no remote. Went to the office and guy gave me another that didn’t work either. Finally changed room but location was dirty and bed was too small for 2 people. The door to the room looked as if ICE busted in.

The rooms smelled of mold and smoke. The first room had a matress that looks like someone died on. There were drug addits all over the property. The second room had no trash cans the tv didnt work and the people who li ed in the room above moved the furniture and fought while dogs barked ALL night. Two nights of pure hell. My nieces were terrified to walk out of the rooms alone. My husband cut his had on the bathroom door knob that was broken. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom behind the toilet. The first room [160] had blood on the bathroom door. Dont stay here.

Cigarette smell in non-smoking room. Graffiti in the room’s bathroom. Graitti!! Brutally uncomfortable mattress. Something had been spilled on the floor and not mopped up. Nice restaurants and shopping all around but I am hard-pressed to compliment this property. The staff, however, was friendly and accommodating.

There is no blanket, and not clean room

I had nothing but problems since the moment I checked in, front desk girl looked annoyed I was there then the room was dirty like with literal trash under the bed that could be seen as soon as the door opened and hairs in the bathtub and towels like someone brushed their hair. Next room had no towels, and only one pillows, we found the other pillows hidden under mattress with out pillow cases. Then then second night we left for 4 hours at 5pm and we were locked out. Staff said we were not in the system as ever having been checked in and our room was given to someone else and he refused to even let us gather our belongings until i brought up the police, since the other family hadnt gone in the room yet and was contacting hotels.com for a refund. The front desk called someone named Carmen then he gave me a key card and said noting else to me. Be very cautions, I usually only stay at motel 6 and i have never had any of these problems anywhere else ever

Many people in office but no one help after 30 minutes waiting some one asked to assist to check in. Dirty room, one towel only. No shampoo. Dirty building and smokers everywhere.

This is a rundown property with a lot of night people at all hours. The air conditioning unit was marginal at best. If you want towels or linen you have to find a maid and she will give them to you. You will have to make the bed yourself.

A bad choice

They would not exchange or give extra towels or wash clothes. The other tenants seemed super shady Transit people. Alot of news and shady activity outside the hotel doors. No soap provided and not to mention our TV had a huge crack down the screen could barely see the imagine and after complaints no attempt was made to fix the issue

It’s motel 6, so I don’t expect much & have always had decent stays, this one was just horrible. Pillow cases were dirty and stained. Fitted sheet was stained, the bed itself was the worst. When I checked it I dropped off my stuff and had to head out right away. When I got back I noticed it all. The bed itself was indented on one side. When I pulled the cover, sure enough the actual springs from the bed were poking out. Went to the front desk and waited about 10 minutes and no one showed up. Paid for 2 days and ended up staying with a friend instead once I noticed everything stayed above. Again, I don’t expect much from motel 6, but not even clean sheets or a bed that’s intact?

Dirty, ran down, cockroaches, only convenient for the stores and restaurants around but not a pleasant experience to say the least.

My room did not have wifi available since it was on the farthest side of the property, smoke alarm would randomly beep for no reason when i was sleeping, & air conditioner was very old & weak. Do not stay in room 140 do not recommend

The staff is great, but the rooms are run down. I have stayed in several and there's always something wrong, such as the door didn't close right on one, in another the bathroom door hinge wasn't attached as well. They need to do a serious remodel or have maintenance go over each room. Also the ice buckets aren't always there and the shower curtains are filthy.

First the room wasn’t ready the one that I booked so the manager up grade our room but it was terrible. Front door of the room was all dented up. From what I heard was the cops have been in this room and dented the door. No water pressure In the sink, Curtains are dirty, hardly any towels. And when we went out to get something to eat there was like 5 cop cars blocking the entrance of the motel. Something was going on. Still slept in the motel cuz I was too tired to go anywhere else. But it’s not a safe place and I will never come to this place again. Very bad motel. I give a 1star rating. Wish I could get my money back.

Stay Away, its not safe and not good, to many issues that will bring up concerns.

First i asked for a room on the bottom due to a foot injury but then even though is past check in time that there is no bottom floor rooms clean. The first room we got was clean but the tv was broken, we swapped but this room smelled so bad like a mix of ajax and urine. Everything looked clean but then under the bedsheet covers i found trash!! The next day i asked for towels and the cleaning lady told me to wait that shes give some in an hour and never did. The floors were sticky and smelled like someone wiped it with a dirty cloth. At night as i tried to pack up my suitcases in the car a homeless roaming the place kept on passing by and asking me for things or murmuring as he passed by, felt completely uncomfortable its the worst motel 6 experience ive had so far.

I checked in about 3:30 pm. That was fast and easy. I went to my room and it was clean. No cups or ice bucket.The only thing that needed work is the employee and their professionalism.

The front desk clerk was playing with lizerd. Had lizard in hand to show around people.

Our first room that was given un was not cleaned, after switching rooms we had to get a smoking room. Due to not having anymore rooms available

First they assigned us a room that was already occupied and when we tried to enter and it was very weird to see it occupied, I received no apology and then when they assigned us the correct room it was really in bad condition, the bathroom was dirty, the floor was sticky and the desk was dirty... first time I use the Motel 6 brand and I don't know if this is normal to find or this was the exception.

I booked a Queen bed and they gave me a broken double bed that was caved in on one side.. The door didn’t lock unless you were inside which leaves it accessible to anyone at anytime. There was two cigarette butts on the headboard of a non smoking room. The room stink and was filthy. The tv and phone didn’t work. The place was disgusting with druggies all around the property.. The room should be on the non rentable list until repaired and cleaned!! I booked it from my phone and when I got there and seen it I went straight back to the office 10 minutes later to return my key and ask for another room or refund of my money and I didn’t get either so I am gonna report it!!!!!!
