Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its excellent staff, cleanliness, and location. Many guests enjoyed the pool and bar, and found the rooms to be comfortable. However, some guests experienced issues with room readiness at check-in and minor maintenance problems in their rooms.
- Friendly and professional staff
- Great location with shopping and dining nearby
- Rooms not always ready at check-in
- Minor maintenance issues in some rooms

It would be nice to have another mirror other than the one over the sink to look into to apply makeup when there is more than one woman staying in the room, A mirror over the desk would be better than a picture. I have never seen such strange “art” work in a hotel, especially an expensive one. A white canvas with a narrow strip of what looked like a piece of flowered wall paper is not appealing in a hotel room even if it is a cost saver. We are not espresso coffee drinkers so the coffee maker was not to our liking and to get a cup of regular cup of coffee in the morning we had to go to the lobby. Some of us older folks like Keurig coffee makers! While the hotel is very nice, we feel that it is more conducive to younger professionals and not older tourists or families. On the positive side, the location and available places to buy food and drinks are very good. Mostly because of the bathroom issues we would not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Great bed. Elegant. But the bar was closed when I arrived, at 9:40pm!!!! Sorry, but that is beyond lame AND disappointing. Plus the $45 valet boys wanted me to drive around 2 blocks to have my car pointing in the right direction outside the hotel! (I turned it around right in front of them in 3 seconds. Disappearing. Felt like a low grade experience. You want to be taken care of when you arrive at a hotel.

This hotel is the most incredible place to stay. The staff is so kind and hard working. All the amenities were so relaxing and welcoming. Always will come back! The only complaint is the chairs on the private balconies from both of our stays were covered in bird droppings and the table seemed too small for a breakfast or meal. The reading light with our previous stay was broken and didn’t want to turn off so had to tape it with a bandage through the evening so we could sleep.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. We let them know we were bringing our dog and baby and they had the dog bed with dog treats and bandana ready in our room. Our dog was treated like a princess :) . Room was clean and balcony with the city view was beautiful too! Defff recommend, worth your money!

We had a quick one-night stay for an event and really enjoyed it! We stayed on the 12th floor with a view facing Kaiser and the train tracks, which made for a fun city view. The interior upgrades were beautiful and made the room feel fresh and modern. They also had a cute little event set up in the lobby with yummy snacks, which was such a nice touch. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Pool was closed during our stay and rates were exceptionally high.
- 2/5
My biggest complaint is that although they use a text communication system, as is more and more common these days, they didn’t bother to let me know that the pool was closed all week. That was my main reason for choosing this hotel, so that sucked, not to mention the time I took to shower, get into my bathing suit, put sunscreen all over my entire body, only to go down and be met by a sign saying the pool was closed. Totally unnecessary. Would have been so easy and obvious to send everyone a text. Housekeeping was excellent.

We arrived early and had to wait 11/2 hours before we could check-in. We were told our suite was currently being cleaned, but it did not appear to have 11/2 hours worth of cleaning. There was dust on the window sills. Our suite was located on a corner, so we had traffic noise coming from both sides.

We encountered a small issue during check-in, but what happened next completely exceeded expectations. The staff responded with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, and the General Manager personally ensured the situation was handled flawlessly. The level of attentiveness, accountability, and kindness shown was remarkable and far beyond what we’ve experienced at most hotels. While plans didn’t unfold exactly as expected, the way the Kimpton Sawyer team went above and beyond to take care of us left a lasting, extremely positive impression. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is clearly a top priority, and it shows in how empowered and compassionate the staff is. We are incredibly grateful for how everything was handled and would enthusiastically recommend this hotel without hesitation.

My wife and i stayed for a quick overnight get-a-way for my birthday. The room was nice but the bed was a bid stiff. The restaurant and lounge were outstanding. Overall the hotel is quite enjoyable.

Check in was weird (staff unfriendly) and very behind schedule. Our room wasn't ready at the 4pm check in time, so we had to wait around.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Friendly staff, clean room, soft towels, fridge, water, espresso machine!
- 5/5
Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. The hotel exudes class!
- 1/5
The air conditioning didn’t work. We contacted the staff and it was a temporary fix. The AC stopped working an hour later. It super hot that weekend and my wife is pregnant. Just a major inconvenience.
- 4/5
Staff was absolutely lovely. However, both the coffee machine and the fridge were broken in our room. Also, arrived at 2 pm on a Thursday and there was no way to get a drink poolside which was a bit disappointing. Had to wait until 4 pm when the resturant opened. Other than that it was a nice stay.
- 5/5
This was my first time here, and it was really convenient. We had valet parking, and the personnel handled the transition really smoothly. Check-in was simple, and you can see it right away as you walk in.The ambience of the venue was quite sophisticated. They provide additional complementary refreshments throughout the day. Too bad the pool wasn't available. The room definitely had a view. This hotel is really convenient for walking down the DOCO strip, particularly with Golden1 Stadium in front of you. This is why I booked this hotel to attend a convention. There is a small shop immediately next to the elevator before you go to your room. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The entire crew was incredibly helpful. They arrived after just one call. Expensive yet excellent experience.
- 5/5
Loved everything about the Kimpton Sawyer, minus Revival. They definitely need to up their game at Revival. It took F-O-R-E-V-E-R to get our drinks! The food was mediocre at best. However, our room was nice, clean and comfy.Upon checkout we had a few items added in and wrong with our tab and the manager corrected it. Because of that we will be forever customers and highly recommend this hotel. Five Stars!
- 5/5
An amazing hotel where everything has been carefully considered with attention to detail.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained, which made me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff was attentive, welcoming, and pleasant throughout my stay. The location was perfect everything was within walking distance, especially if you're attending a basketball game or a concert. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The room was super nice and clean. The staff was very attentive and kind. The only bad thing was that they told us that we have 24 hour room service, so we called in the morning at 10 am and they never answered. We complained at the lobby and they gave us credit to order something, but still was a little annoying, we call like 5 times and waited an hour to get the call back and nothing.

From the moment I stepped through the doors of the Kempton Hotel in Sacramento, I felt like I’d stumbled onto a hidden gem. Check-in was smooth and genuinely welcoming—the front desk staff had that rare mix of professionalism and warmth that instantly puts you at ease after a long trip. They didn’t just hand over my key; they offered recommendations, asked about my preferences, and made sure I knew they were available for anything I might need.It was clear the hospitality here runs deep. Every staff member I encountered, from the bellhop to housekeeping, greeted me with a smile and remembered little details from previous conversations. It’s a small thing, but it makes you feel at home, not just like another guest passing through. The highlight, though, was the in-room dining. I ordered dinner after a packed day, and it arrived quickly—beautifully plated and piping hot. The staff member who delivered it was upbeat, courteous, and made sure everything was just right. The food itself was restaurant-quality: fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the little touches, like a handwritten note on my dessert plate, showed the team goes above and beyond.By the time I checked out, I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The Kempton Hotel somehow manages to make every guest feel like a VIP, thanks to an amazing team who clearly care about what they do. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re looking for a hotel in Sacramento that gets all the details right, this is it.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel smelled amazing, very clean.
- 5/5
The place was nice and clean and looked modern. The room was amazing and all was quiet. Hotel is conveniently located at DOCO. So you can just walk out and enjoy the area. I would suggest to find another source of parking or self park under the garage. It’s cheaper compared to paying $45 a night.
- 1/5
I have no idea why this place calls itself a “relaxing resort.” There is nothing relaxing about it. The service is poor, and they even charge for Wi-Fi. I strongly recommend not staying here.

I was impressed with the service and the rooms
- 1/5
At check in time 2pm, I was given notice that I would receive a text message when both of my rooms were ready. At 4:30pm I received notification of the rooms were ready. When I went to the lobby I was told by the 2nd receptionist that only 1 room was ready and would receive another text shortly when the 2nd room would be ready. Well that never happened…. I had to leave to my business meetings and on my return at 11pm I went to front desk and was finally given a room and not in the correct floor I originally requested and was promised by 3 different receptionists.
- 5/5
Very well appointed room, the staff were the most present and aware that I have encountered in a long time (ex.staff notice us walking toward the elevators as they pass and call it for us) Convenient location, walkable, lovely reception hour. Def recommend.

I paid for the premium view which apparently includes a view of the Golden 1 center. Not sure why this would be considered a premium upgrade. The view mostly consisted of the roof below my floor and the top of the sports center. Not a premium view in my opinion.

The table is warped because of water spills, I imagine, as you can see the bubbling on the top of the table because it's not real wood. They probably just need to replace the table already. The lamp by the bed as you can see from the pictures looks like it's not been cleaned or dusted since they opened up. The room overall is very sterile looking, it almost feels like a common place where people come and grab snacks. The outlets by the bed are loose, what ever you plug-in won't stay plugged because it's loose so not only a maintenance issue, but I don't think that's safe either. They have spots for USB but not for USB-C, which is a little surprising given the tech adoption, the fact we're about to go into year 2026, and that many electronic devices today have the USB-C for charging, they could at least have it as an option. The other problem I have is that the light control is by the door for all of the main lights in the room. However, there is a light that is attached to the headboard like behind it so if you want that on at night, you have to get out

Our family stay was nice. We enjoy the hotel except for all the Dogs here! I have stayed here before and never saw a dog that’s why We came back. But the fact that there was as many dogs as people is why we will not be coming back to the Kimpton Sawyer . I would not recommend my family or friends or coworkers to come here, unless they have dogs or cats . This is a Pet hotel, NO thank you!

First time staying at a nicer hotel in Sacramento. Exceeded our expectations. Everyone from the staff was friendly. I loved that they were so Dog friendly. Gave my boy a bag of treats daily. Also the valet charged our Valet complimentary every night. Will definitely be our go to when in town. Amazing experience.

- 5/5
Clean, quiet and convenient location to Golden 1 center!! So worth it!
- 3/5
Everything was fine, but it all could have been a little better for that price. Parking was confusing; we prepaid but there were no instructions, ended up paying to exit the wrong lot, and had to circle back to use valet, which wasn’t explained. At check-in they didn’t apply our $25 voucher until we asked and repeatedly showed proof even at checkout. Staff weren’t rude but didn’t guide us about the property at all or even explain how to get to our room, instead we had to rely on random QR codes we found. Also, calling it a “resort” and charging an extra $30 feels like a stretch since the pool closes at 7 and there’s no hot tub. And even though we thought we booked a king, we ended up with two queens due to the room-type-flex package, maybe my mistake, but IDK. Also, balcony door didn’t lock, door on bathroom is weird and there’s no privacy, and the shower has no door or cover. We were planning to recommend this place for our upcoming wedding, but we will probably pass.
- 4/5
Fabulous room loved the upgrade. We have stayed in the past and enjoyed the proximity to the Golden One center and all the benefits and people watching after the game we like to go to Echo + Riq for a snack and drink but there was terrible service by the hostess. Not the vibe we have experienced in the past. Didn’t seem like they wanted any other customers. Sad. Really.

The staff was amazing and we had a great time!
- 5/5
Lovely hotel! Being offered a glass of sparkling wine at check-in made my staff off to a good start! Well decorated room, high quality bedding, quick and tasty room service, comfortable lounge - really, nothing to critique. I'd definitely stay there again when in Sacramento.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, clean property, super close to arena
- 5/5
Amazing and efficient front desk staff at check -in. Room was nice, clean and quiet. The hotel is in a convenient location. The Nespresso coffee maker was nice too.
- 5/5
Amazing! Loved this property so much. Quick work trip but plan to return for more nights!
- 5/5
Nice place. Comfy bed, clean, food options
- 5/5
The front desk staff was incredible. Very professional and courteous. The room was also very clean and nice. We will definitely be coming back here the next time that we are in Sacramento.
- 5/5
Room was not ready at check in.

Great place to stay for golden 1 event. Limited vegan options in walking distance
- 5/5
Staff were very respectful and made sure we felt like we had nothing to worry about
- 5/5
Wish ghey had a restaurant onsite
- 3/5
Other than that, loved this hotel. They were very attentive, room was very clean and super quiet.
- 5/5
The rooms are always quiet and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
was comfortable big and beautiful
- 5/5
The Rooftop bar was very nice!! The convenience of not needing to drive to get anywhere was perfect for our date night
- 4/5

Nice stay for the weekend. Great hotel and staff
- 5/5
Great Service and Great Staff
- 5/5
Quiet rooms, very clean, friendly staff. Will be staying again!
- 5/5
Great hotel and amenities. Food and drinks at Revival were excellent! Will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Check in/out was great, Rosa was super nice and made sure my stay was epic and it was, she recommended all the amenities the hotel has to offer. Great location and staff, thanks to everyone at the Sawyer!
- 5/5
Clean room! Staff was very professional. Will definitely be staying again in the future!
- 4/5
Not free parking. Great location. Good friendly helpful staff
- 4/5
Great location.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, perfect location. Pricey!
- 5/5
Stayed here for a conference and the room was really clean, towels were fresh and new, loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided, the phone worked, and can cast my shoes in their TV. Dining options were good inside the hotel and walkable to other shops and restaurants that are between hotel and Golden 1 Center. Staff is nice but forgot to next me to let me know when room was ready. Would’ve appreciated having the fridge available to store beverage too, but it was stocked inside already.
- 5/5
Great spot, right next to the golden1 center so if you like the kings this is the best spot. Also has some decent restaurants but particularly like the revival restaurant on the 3rd floor. Great drinks and food. Also staff is top notch. Finally rooms are also nice with the plus being it's quiet as well
- 2/5
Reserved king. Was given double beds. Filthy carpet. Not the Kimpton I used to know.!!
- 2/5
I was very disappointed in my stay at Kimpton. We reserved a balcony patio room, but the patio was filthy upon arrival and we could not sit in the chairs as they were missing the cushions and apparently did not have any replacements. Our room was just ok, carpets were stained & the bedding was very poor quality. The comforter was so thin you could see through it. We paid $2k total for 2 nights and it was so not worth the hype. The only positive was the hotels location, which was immediately adjacent to the arena we were seeing a concert. And when I mentioned these items to hotel mgmt, they offered me a $100 credit on my bill, which I actually never received.
- 5/5
Super convenient to down town. Very nice hotel and the staff was all great any time we had a question. We had an excellent stay!
- 5/5
All got all the Gold member benefits! So amazing! Have never been to a hotel that did that. They made me feel very special. Excellent location if ur going to Golden 1 Center. Blown away!!
- 4/5
Good clean hotel and very friendly staff
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 4/5
Everything was PERFECT! Till the pillows on the bed… didn’t get an ounce of sleep because they were like sleeping on a tortilla.
- 5/5
Please check all rooms for stains in the carpets. I’ve stayed there several times and have now had two rooms with severe stains. Thank you!

- 5/5
Great experience. Will be back soon.
- 5/5
Great amenities and valet
- 5/5
Great vibe and best service!
- 4/5
The bell service helped us up to our room. He was great, but unfortunately the room was visibly dirty. There were stains on the floor, marks in the bathroom, and the curtains were stained also. We went to dinner and came back to hop in bed — the sheets were stained. Called guest services and reported this issue. They offered us to move rooms or have housekeeping come. Of course we moved rooms. The second room was slightly better but was still not clean. We actually slept on top of the bed, on top of the duvet cover with another duvet from housekeeping (took 20+ minutes and 2 phone calls for them to bring an extra blanket and towels). The noise level of the room was horrible however, 8 floor up and you can hear all the noise from outside — ambulances, police, etc. I really appreciated the front desk’s kindness and can-do attitude but overall I’d honestly give this hotel 3.2out of 5 stars as it really didn’t meet the standard for basic cleanliness you’d expect at a 4 star IHG property.
- 4/5
The in room dining staff were amazing and gave helpful recommendations. The food was excellent and matched the dining experience at the restaurant.
- 4/5
Great location! Very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. There were a few minor issues with the room. Bathroom fan made a horrendous high pitched noise, housekeeping did not come. Either the iron or the outlets had an issue when trying to use. A little disappointed there was no hot tub option. Overall a good stay.
- 5/5
Rooms are big. Shower was nice. Convenient for golden 1 center events.
- 5/5
Such a great property. We will be back
- 5/5
Alex, the live entertainment on Friday was great. Pool was amazing and service was great. Love the casual nightlife at the pool bar on Saturday. Again great friendly service.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 4/5
Liked the Downtown Commons (DOCO) area. Didn't like that I tried to change us to a handicap room but was told on the phone they couldn't make any changes because we booked through a third party (Expedia). Good thing was that we actually already had a handicap room.
- 4/5
My room smelled a bit musty
- 5/5
Always top notch service & experiences.
- 5/5
Outstanding service, very clean and everyone is so friendly
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic!
- 3/5
Room east ready until 5pm, two hours late !!
- 3/5
Everything was good until we couldn’t get our AC to work. It was super hot and stuffy in the room. We asked for someone to come up and fix it and they couldn’t so they brought us a little fan lol. That was not going to help. So WE had ask to be moved to another room that had a working AC unit
- 5/5
This property was beautiful. Well appointed rooms, beyond amazing front desk staff, and great ambiance. The pool was perfect...great service and amazing atmosphere. And finally the location...A+. Walking distance to everything you need - food, shopping, A's stadium, parks, etc.
- 5/5
Amazing service. Will define back.
- 5/5
Thx
- 5/5
The stay was amazing but we didn’t receive our VIP benefit
- 2/5
Line for the elevator, room service that never comes. You have to ask for a blow dryer….. it took over 1.5 hrs to come and never came so we left with wet hair…… I’ll was wrong. Coffee bar had no cups. The hotel clearly can’t handle the volume of people who stay there with all the big events at golden one.
- 5/5
I stayed at the Kimpton because I went to a concert at the Golden 1 Center and it was amazing. So many great places to eat after and and we did not have to wait in traffic. It had great amenities in the suite. 10/10 will be back again!
- 5/5
The room was very clean and nice. We loved the pool and very attentive staff. All around a fabulous experience and just footsteps away from the arena.
- 5/5
Absolutely fabulous property. Elegant, beautiful with highly professional staff. Way beyond expectations !
- 5/5
Clean, quiet hotel with great amenities and restaurants within walking distance.
- 5/5
We loved the location, rooftop pool, and to be able to walk to the ball park was amazing! A modern hotel with great amenities and nice rooms. Probably one of the best hotels in Sacramento and we already have stayed here a few times and would come back for sure!
- 5/5
Awesome time here. Perfect staycation for the family.
- 5/5
It’s the perfect spot if you’re going to an event at the golden one center. Everything is there.
- 5/5
Stay is always excellent ! Went for the A’s game, golf cart service was awesome. Cool experience for the kids
- 5/5
Good thank you for having us!!
- 3/5
I recently stayed at the Kimpton Hotel for a weekend getaway. The service was excellent—from the valet to the front desk, every staff member was welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately, the experience took a downturn once we checked into our room. The room itself felt outdated and poorly maintained—the ceiling showed signs of disrepair, the door frequently got stuck, and the pet relief area was dirty and neglected. On top of that, the bed was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the stay. While the service was truly impressive, the condition of the rooms left me disappointed and unimpressed.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, room was comfortable and clean.
- 4/5
It’s a very convenient location being right in the heart of downtown sac. But I feel like the price is a little high and it’s not anything extravagant. It’s very clean and staff was very attentive. But the room was like many other hotel rooms. I don’t really like their bathroom setup. The door is a big mirror and it doesn’t shut properly so whoever you are staying with can hear you using the restroom. Overall nice, but a little pricy for what seemed like a basic hotel room.
- 5/5
Bed was comfy, the room was soundproofed and the staff was so nice. I loved the valet and bellhop service as soon as you pull up and how pet friendly the hotel is with a little doggy potty area right outside the hotel. Room service food was delish!!
- 5/5
Pool is amazing
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay at the Sawyer. It was a little noisy due to a big event at the venue directly next to the hotel. The staff was super helpful and was available for all our requests.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel at a prime location. Great amenities. Rooms are modern and clean. I highly recommend.
- 5/5
Very nice place, the staff was very kind and accommodating when our room wasn’t ready. Had a great stay there.
- 2/5
Out of frustration, we had to call again and pretend we were making a new reservation just to get someone to answer. Only then did they finally send towels — at 3:00 a.m.! Because of this delay, we had to using only the robes after showering, which was very uncomfortable. On top of that, the room didn’t have basic amenities like a shower cap or toothpaste. This lack of attention to guest needs and poor communication really affected our experience.
- 5/5
Very nice.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel good staff and service only bad thing is you have all these ghetto people just walking through it accessing other areas on other side of the hotel
- 5/5
Level of communication offered by all staff. Genuine kindness and willingness to offer assistance in every area of your stay
- 5/5
Thanks
- 4/5
Busy area but good noise cancellation walls. No microwave.
- 5/5
I was there for the WSB Convention at Golden 1 and I Loved my stay. The staff was absolutely the most welcoming and helpful group of people from check in to check-out and beyond. The location was literally steps from where I needed to be during the event. I I loved receiving text msgs informing me of the hotel’s activities and events. The only and I do mean only thing I wish was better was the bed mattress. It was way too firm and I like a firm mattress, but this one was very uncomfortable. Thank you everyone for a beautiful stay!
- 5/5
Close to the ballpark.
- 4/5
Good service. However, the carpet in our room needed shampooing. There were stains in the carpet. The soaking tub was very nice the bed was very comfortable. The staff was professional.
- 5/5
This will always be my go to sac vacation spot.
- 5/5
Customer service
- 5/5
Spectacular
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Always are go to hotel when in Sacramento!
- 5/5
Great hotel, parking sucks there is no free parking or self service or anything. The cheapest is $35 a night and that’s from the city. Kimpton should cover the charge of parking.
- 5/5
Seamless stay…
- 4/5
The only reason I’m giving it a 4, is because our room smelled like leftover cigarette smoke.
- 5/5
This was our first time there and we loved it all..
- 3/5
Noisy, crowded common areas. Delayed room availability. Sink in bathroom didn’t drain properly.
- 4/5
Our go to place to stay when attending Golden 1 Center
- 5/5
Loved that it was close to our concert venue
- 5/5
First time staying here and I’ll definitely book it again when I come back to Sacramento
- 3/5
I did not like how I was treated. I provided a credit card for incidentals when I checked in. Their system inadvertently refunded my card, so they asked me to come back and and provide the card again. Before I had an opportunity to return and provide the card again, they blocked me from using the elevator and access to my room. Even though I paid for my room in full. I felt that this was an inconvenience providing it was late after dinner. Also you can't request Uber directly to the hotel. You have to request it a block away. Which is crazy. I think they are behaving like a 5 star, luxury hotel but just not quite there yet.
- 2/5
In this day & age, hotels should honor cancellations; especially if they are attempted several days before the scheduled stay. Poor customer service. Booo.
- 5/5
l love the place so beautiful.
- 5/5
Stayed here to go to the Ivan Cornejo concert and the location of the hotel was perfect. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location in downtown
- 5/5
Very nice property in a shabby neighborhood
- 5/5
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with contemporary decor, high ceilings, and an atmosphere that feels both urban and serene. The rooftop pool and Revival bar are standout features—perfect for sunset cocktails or unwinding after a show. Rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and many offer sweeping city views. Service is consistently friendly, and the social vibe in the lobby during events is magnetic. However, it’s impossible to ignore the growing presence of homelessness and open drug use just beyond the hotel’s immediate property lines. While the hotel itself feels safe and well-secured, stepping even a block or two outside—particularly on K Street or toward the train station—can feel uncomfortable or even unsettling, especially for families or solo travelers unfamiliar with the area. The staff does an admirable job maintaining a sense of calm and cleanliness within the hotel, and security is visible and proactive. That said, Sacramento’s urban challenges do impact the experience, and guests should be prepared for the contrast between the luxury inside the hotel and the stark reality just outside.
- 5/5
It’s very close to Amtrak station
- 4/5
Nice!
- 2/5
I had a late check out. The staff knocked on my door every 5 minutes startling at regular checkout time until my late check out time… even walking in while I was getting in the shower. If you can’t give a late check out that’s fine, but don’t give Jennie then harass me nonstop. I won’t stay there again
- 5/5
Outstanding service. Pool was great
- 4/5
Our experience has been always good in this hotel. We have stayed many times there and would love to visit more.
- 5/5
Such a beautiful hotel! Both inside and out! Would definitely recommend to others and go back for future trips. You can easily walk around outside and have a good time
- 5/5
Loved all the amenities and friendly staff
- 5/5
Love this hotel
- 5/5
Great hospitality
- 2/5
There was nothing truly wow or special about the place. Wasnt worth the price
- 5/5
Great service, amazing room and location
- 5/5
really enjoyed the stay, staff has a great attitude.
- 4/5
The lobby is very nice but not always clean. The housekeeping staff placed their cleaning aids on one of the chairs in the lobby. The room is very outdated with broken tattered drawers, closet doors that were very difficult to open and incredibly heavy, iron needed to be replaced 3 times before they gave us one that worked, the door to the balcony got stuck to the flooring and jammed so we couldn’t go onto the balcony and the carpet looked very dirty and outdated. Staff was kind, pool is very pretty but closes early at 7 pm. Once they renovate the rooms it will be much nicer.
- 4/5
It’s a beautiful hotel and great location the price was just to high I don’t think I could afford it again for a one night stay
- 5/5
Very clean and dog-friendly property. Centrally located. Adjacent to DOCO. Highly recommend.
- 3/5
Hotel is clean and pet friendly
