They were pet friendly and with tight security. They were doing construction at the time but i guess they have to do it at sometime. At night you do hear screaming. That’s because there is literally a roller coaster right outside the room door. That said, it stops about 10 so it isn’t into the night and makes it so the room is a very good discount.

One of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed at for being a motel! Fully updated rooms! I liked the gated parking lot! It was nice and quiet will definitely be back!

Absolutely nothing. From the absolute second I arrived, I knew I had made a mistake. Homeless people sleeping on bare mattresses on the blacktop covered in feces in the parking lot. Full of trash and broken down rvs/vehicles. Giant barbed wire fences surrounding an uncomfortably dilapidated building Covered in filth. Spray paint and trash all over. Customer service 0/10. The Indian man at the desk very clearly on drugs, and intent on trying to scam people out of money. Trying to adjust booking to up charge. Overweight and smelled foul, putrid and very potent cigarettes. Wires hanging out of the walls, hazards all around. An atrocious place to stay. Better off sleeping in a dumpster behind a Walmart.

I didn’t use but appreciated the refrigerator and microwave (for next time)! The room temperature was comfortable so I never needed to turn on the heat or air. Lighting was good. I appreciated the chair that I could move to sit in front of the sink and mirror. I was also able to move it into the bathroom because I needed something to hang onto to get up from the toilet and bathe. Due to my age and limited mobility, I was also very pleased and grateful that the staff member on duty came out to my car to get my ID and credit card, deliver the door key, and give me precise directions to my room and reserved parking! I should have asked for a handicap accessible room. I was not able to use the shower because there was nothing o hang onto to climb into the bathtub. Also, I’m short and had difficulty getting onto the tall bed! The walkway to my room (126) was cracked. I used my walker for safety, but it might be a good idea to repair it.

So much road noise and not a very clean area. If you can afford a nicer place, you should probably stay elsewhere.

Very secure parking lot. I have no concerns leaving my car in the motel parking lot over night.

It was really quiet and the AC worked super well. The bed was firm but comfortable. Would recommend asking for extra pillows.

My room was spotless, and the management friendly and responsive. My room looked like it had been recently refurbished and everything looked new, but the floor. The bed was layered with “ memory foam” that was incredibly comfortable. The only drawback was the traffic noise. I’m from the desert, 12 miles from the nearest town, so the differences were extreme.

Got charged twice for the same room. Room ended up having bed bugs. They promised a full refund and I never received it.

It was cold and we had to check in through a thick window while standing outside. The heater in the room made loud undulating noises while it was on making it difficult to sleep. There wasn't a blanket in the room, only sheets. Did I mention it was cold?

The room was clean and the staff was really nice. I extended my stay and just wanted new towels but not to have my room cleaned and they help made sure I got clean towels

There was dead bugs on the floor, cooked food left in the microwave, scratchy sheets and limited pillows, hair balls left if “clean” towels and for sure sketchy guests doing god knows what till all hours…1000% NEVER again!

Noisy, arguments. Gates have a don't slam sign, guests slam it anyway.

Well when we arrived they gave us a room that was dirty and when I when to complained the person was telling that the room was clean and what not at the end they gave us a clean.

Not secure. Full of homeless, drug addicts, and other questionable individuals.

I was impressed with updates. I liked that the accessible room was close to the office. I liked that parking was gated and you needed a room key to get in. As a disabled person traveling alone, those things were very comforting. The bathroom was a really good size for a wheelchair user.

My stay was overall great

The service was disrespectful and rude to me and they didn’t have change when I paid for the deposit,it wad$ 60 for the deposit I gave them a$ 100 bil they said would just hold it all. Then after that, it was a week night I am when I booked a room. It was $88 then when I got to the office, they told me $188 because they are having a event in Sacramento aftershock , there was nothing on the website saying that the room would be bumped up $100 because an event. I thought that was quite excessive and my opinion price gouging, taking taking advantage of the fact that there was a music event going on, so I’m not paying $200 for the room the next morning when my ride got here my ride had to use the bathroom so I let them do it every five minutes And the front desk people freaked out told me I was not getting my deposit back took a picture of the room, which is clean with two pieces of paper and some change I do not smoke. Never have you said to smoke. I was not getting my deposit back. That was time I explain to them that the deposit was only $60 I gave them 100 they try to keep the whole Relent and give me 40 of the back. They have no right to keep the $60 deposit and the room was that dirty nothing was ruining nothing at a place I do not and would not recommend this place to anyone..

Liked the price and the fence protecting the property. TV didn't work and the light switches between the 2 queen beds didn't work.

I liked that it was clise to two restaurants andca amusement park. The staff was helpful and courteous. I loved playing with the pets that was staying there. It helped me miss my fur baby a little less.

The room was clean. They require all people in the room to provide ID. The area is populated with homeless. The hotel is gated for safety. The only issue was that the shower was clogged. So the tub water wouldn't drain.

If you're looking for a ritzy room, this is not for you. If you're okay with basic, clean and affordable room, this is a good choice. Nothing fancy, but was just what I needed. I guess because the building is a little old, there seemed to be an odd smell. A quick spray of cologne easily masked it.

This is my second time staying on this property and I had a good experience for the price. Big plus is one needs a hotel key to access the parking lot.

There was a snafu with my reservation from the start. Make sure that you call and confirm requests with the motel before you get there. I had requested a downstairs unit, preferably ADA, but ok if not due to having 2 service dogs and mobility issues with me and my wife. They corrected it the next day, the unit they moved us to did not have a working bathroom fan. The bed was a full size bed for 2 people and the floor panels were coming up and e several were broken on the edges. People were great, and the price made up for the defects. You definitely get what you pay for

The bed are extremely uncomfortable. The wifi is iffy at best. The homeless around the corner was an unsightly seen.

The head of housekeeping and the front desk lady stole my deposit from $100 that I gave ‘em at the time of check-in. The 1 night deposit was supposed too be $50 only, but they decided to keep the $. I’ll file a complaint to the Motel 6 corporate office about this

This motel 6 was rough. The room appeared like it had endured a lot, including large patched holes in the walls. The location is in a bad part of town, it’s gated which made it feel a little safer. Also, you are right by the freeway so it’s a bit noisy.

The staff were all polite and the managers at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful with anything i needed. Great price for the area, it's kind of hidden behind Denny's but visible from the freeway. Compared to other budget Motels its nice and quiet and secure.

Room #141 was the worst room I've ever stayed in. The floors were scratched horribly. The handle on the sink faucet was very loose. The bathroom had standing water pooled when we arrived. The beds had very old sheets and no comforter. The shower rod wasn't fastened. The bathroom door was screwed and patched to repair damage that required replacement. The door stuck opening and closing. The room stunk. I was charged an extra $25 at check in because I had 3 people staying in a two bed room I booked online. Hotels.com didn't ask how many were in my party. So my 'single occupant rate' advertised on line wasn't what I actually paid. Rooms behind gate and lobby was locked and behind glass. Rough area and right on freeway. Service was excellent though in lobby and same friendly lady who checked me in was there in the morning when I checked out.

Went down to Sacramento to take care of family business. Last minute booking. Thoroughly enjoyed the room. Most comfortable bed ever. I would love to buy the type of mattress for my home. Recommend this place to anyone staying in Sacramento.

Can customer service or Motel 6 please call me. Horrible experience all around, checked in after 8pm last night didn’t notice a few things til this morning - tried to show front desk photos after discovering and the woman wouldn’t let me speak, wouldn’t give me a receipt and then refused to give me a name and then ignored me and played the silent game when I insisted on her name to the point I had to film her to capture what she was doing to me and get her identity to report to corporate. Absolute horrific experience

This location is next to a Scandia mini golf place. I could hear the instructions for the Race Car track and even the music from the park even into the early hours of the morning. Other than that, it was great.

My brother and I have been staying for a week at a time until we find a new place to buy. Dealing with the Trust Fund, Legal problems and medical problems is making it take longer than we thought. The staff here has been very polite.

If you need a few nights stay & on a budget, Motel 6 is pretty good. Clean rooms, comfortable bed & enough parking for everyone. Most times I choose Motels than large hotels due to parking lots. Motel lots are very convenient & usually right at your door.

It was very nice of the staff to let me know that all rooms with double beds faced the highway, and it was also nice of the staff to ask if I had a preference for having a room on the first or second floor. It would have been good to also let me know whether the noise levels on the first and second floors were different. I didn't share a preference for the first or second floor, and I was given a room on the second floor. The highway noise ended up being extremely loud and kept me and my daughter up for most of the night — particularly not good for me because I was in Sacramento for the marathon and really wanted a good night’s sleep. My husband thinks that it might've been better to have a room on the first floor because the fence would have blocked the noise, though it’s hard to know for sure since we would been exposed to more foot traffic too. In terms of cleanliness, the room was great with the exception of the flush buttons on the toilet. Not a fun job, but those could use some cleaning. I am glad that there weren’t mini shampoo and conditioner bottles as those are not eco friendly at all, but it would having the refillable economy size ones on the wall for use would have been nice. The room was a bit small for 2 double beds, but I think the price point reflected it. LTDR: biggest issue was the highway noise, but the room itself was nice (albeit small) and very clean for the most part.

The place was great, however, the bed's mattress was a little lumpy and there was a definite sag on the left side of the bed near the middle.

My family and I stay there every 3 weeks for 1 night we rent 2 rooms and the staff is wonderful and very accommodating to our needs.

Overall, can’t complain too much. Entering the facility, the staff was kind and helpful. Entering my room though, was a different story. There was stains on the bed and I had to request a different room. Then the room I was moved to, the sheets were stained again. I then went down to ask for more sheets and the sheets I received had a hole in it. Also the bed itself had a massive stain and it looked like dried blood. I am not sure if thats what it was but it looked like it. Following all that though, it was a decent experience. Everything else was satisfactory other than the bed.

The first two nights were great. The last nigjt things were a little noisy. I was next to the room that had washers and dryers in it for the linens and the last night there was a couple of times that it woke me up from the noise.

This is my 2nd consecutive BAD Motel 6 experience: I arrived at 14:40 and was refused a room, without checking to see if one was ready. He was abrasive & told to come back in 20min. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels/motels thru-out the US and I’m aware of this very general time restriction. However, I have NEVER been refused so close to check-in time. This “hospitality” clerk never bothered to check to see if a room was ready. Eventually (at 15:00) I was given a room that faced a very busy street & freeway on-ramp intersection. I asked for a room that faced away from the noise but was told that the only rooms with a fridge & microwave faced the street/freeway. So, I went out and bought some earplugs. I could not afford a 2nd night of poor sleep. Finally, I’m here for business & rely on the desk to set up my laptop. There was no outlet available where they had the desk. The outlet was covered by a wall mounted TV which I could not budge. I have to unplug the microwave to use my laptop. Right now, I'm waiting for my $100 deposit to be re-credited. I'm afraid the desk clerk will retaliate. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again. Used to be my go-to.

However, it had bedbugs and cockroaches. The floor was filthy. I caught the bedbugs and put them in a bag. I showed the bedbugs to the manager. She denied that those bedbugs and that she had a certification explaining she was bedbug free and she got angry at me and said that I was The one that was angry.

Standard motel 6 room. Our room was clean. Bed was clean. Only thing, wasn't enough towels. Other than that, served it's purpose. Thankfully the room did not smell like cigarettes.

Area is not great, but it's close to the place I needed to be. There are some nice dining options around.
