Front desk person who checked me in was very rude. Had no personality. Bed sunk in the middle and you can feel the springs. Very uncomfortable.
- 3/5
Clean room, the only thing I would say because when I travel all the time. The coffee machine didnt work, they didnt have coffee in the lobby.
- 3/5
It was a good the only thing that bothers me was that when we arrived the hole 1st floor smelled like throw up. And that is not ok to walk In to a place when it smells so bad.
- 3/5
Room smelled like cigarettes and weed. It was coming through the vents. It was 103 so we had to use the AC but the smoke coming into our room made it hard to even sleep. We had 2 kids with us. Power also went off.

the property is very large and doors are secured with room keys. ample parking and clean rooms!

Overall a good experience. AC could be stronger.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
What I found frustrating was the AC unit. There was a light switch on the wall next to it with AC On on it. I flipped the switch to turn the AC off and on. I mentioned this at the front desk when I checked out and was told there was a thermostat on the wall to adjust the air. If I had known that from the beginning, I would have enjoyed my stay more.

Expedia made purchasing breakfast as an added option very affordable and at a great value.
- 5/5
clean room.
- 2/5
Most of the staff was very helpful. One was not unpleasant but seemed confused. Property is being remodeled, but the common area’s not under construction were in need of vacuuming extra. The lights in the elevator are way too dim!

Amazing room, comfortable bed and great pillows! Everything was A+ clean and nothing wasn't there! Hair dryer, great soap, shampoo, make up remover! Luxurious towels! Staff was friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for us! We will definitely be back! Great price too!❤️

I was initially hesitant to stay here based on the reviews. We honestly had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely come back.
- 5/5
Clean room comfortable bed quiet sleeping.
- 1/5
This is a very un safe place to stay. We encountered prost**** lots of sketchy people that look like they are on dru** the parking lot feels so un safe do not come here. We literally left a midnight and found a different hotel because we were so scared to even sleep here.
- 4/5
Long check in line at 10pm on a Friday night with only 1 person working.
- 4/5
The location was convenient too. Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out are both about half a mile away, which made grabbing food easy. The only downside was that the TV channels didn’t work, so I wasn’t able to watch the NBA Finals during my stay. Other than that, I really liked the room and would stay here again.
- 5/5
My stay was good but there was a rude front desk worker she made checking in so frustrating
- 5/5
I have a sole complaint: the showers were not very hot. Other than that, I had a very nice room, the workout facilities were really nice, the pool and hot tub weren't used by me, but were clean and functional. I want to especially speak on a staff member. I'm embarrassed to say that I neglected to get his name, but who I believe was the manager there found out about my child being in a car wreck and he was exceptionally kind: I will remember that long after this trip has faded from my memory.
- 5/5
Very helpful, clean, and detailed
- 3/5
Room was a comfortable size. Interaction with staff was minimal, but very pleasant. The property was clean but is showing it's age. It sits right next to I-80 and the freeway noise was constant and a bit hard to tune out.

Walked in and the first thing I noticed was a huge cockroach sitting on the blinds. I understand when you get places on a discount sometimes you run the risk of these things but at that point I packed up and cancelled the reservation.
- 3/5
No stopper in tub not enough towels. Desk person spoke such poor English you could not understand him

The staff here are always helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast is buffet style and delicious and includes biscuits and sausage gravy, sausage links, bacon, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, bagels, english muffins, and cereals.
- 5/5
Clean and safe.
- 3/5
It's a decent place if you need a place to stay for a night and not planning on staying in the room much.
- 2/5
Check-in was horrible. I requested a luggage cart and never received one, forcing me to haul it all up by hand. No complimentary water for guests. No free breakfast. Way far out of the main city area. The room itself was average. Wouldn’t recommend.
- 1/5
The pool and Jacuzzi are really dirty at this property and traffic noise is really bad in the guest rooms.
- 5/5
All great in the room No wake up call. I asked at the desk when I checked out and was told I though it was for the night before. Yet I was there only night.

It was great!

Decent price. Nothing fancy. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. A Keurig coffee machine was great for a quick morning coffee. The entrance of the property was hard to locate. GPS has you coming in from behind the entrance and there is no access until you drive full circle. Many potholes and speed bumps along the way. Irritating. There were a group of about 7-8 Hispanic males in orange construction shirts in the parking lot drinking beer. Loitering. At check in, there was a large van full of Russian or Ukrainian tourists or ?? So I waited a few minutes before being greeted and the man who checked me in was difficult to understand in his broken English. He directed me to the elevators in the complete opposite direction of what they actually were. A Dominoes pizza DoorDash delivery person was trying to find the elevators too. They were hard to find. We got our steps in trying to find them! Very low ceilings throughout the hallways and rooms. My room was located facing the freeway and it was noisy all night.

Good Hotel
- 4/5
Though this property was immediately off the freeway it was peaceful. Upon checking in, the clerk chose a room on the end of the property farthest away from the freeway. That was very much appreciated. Expected yet appreciated were the clean linens and towels, room in general. Availability of the breakfast/brunch was nice. Proximity to other meal options is great too. All staff encountered were great. Friendly and helpful.

Hotel was redone not too long ago, but it seems to get heavy use. I was there for a conference in the hotel otherwise I would have picked a different hotel. My room had some dings & dents & stains on furniture but it was mostly clean. Bed was comfortable, great having a mini fridge, nice to have the bathroom items, and fan was not too noisy. The windows do nothing to block freeway noise, fan helped a bit. There were no USB chargers for my phone on the lamps, though I did find two on the back of the TV (has to be on) that slowly charged. My key card worked on & off, my 2nd night I had to go downstairs twice to get help, and it turned out the batteries on the door lock were waning. Not sure if there is a way to predict that. Staff were super nice & helpful. Pool was consistently crowded with kids all day and night. Overall I would only stay if I needed a night next to highway 80. Parking lot felt sketchy I used my club on the steering wheel.
- 4/5
All of the team members were extremely helpful and kind. I just wish the water was a bit hotter on the 1st floor. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay
- 2/5
People working there were nice but the property needs to be upgraded. It is noticeably old and falling apart. By the time I get to the elevator from my room and from the elevator to the lobby, it takes me 10 minutes.
- 4/5
El personal muy atento …
- 5/5
I enjoyed how I was able to get a workout in while on my short vacation. Clean gym and nice array of dumbbells. Liked the MATRIX treadmill too. Nice and sturdy. I also appreciate the pile of clean towels in the gym with the disinfectant wipes so I could clean up after my workout.
- 2/5
The hotel is old. The room key doesn’t really work it takes a minute to turn on green. The fans in the bathroom was loud and it doesn’t have a switch to turn them off. It was on most of the night. It really hard to sleep while it's on.
- 5/5
My trip went very smoothly staying at this hotel. Really nice place
- 1/5
room was dirty, marks on floor, marks on bed sheets, roaches running around. Had to check out and got refund only for nights we didn't stay even if we asked for refund for full length of booking. Also they overcharged for the one night.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff were extremely polite and helpful. Only minor nit pick was the parking and not having a side entrance.

The swimming pool and hot tub expecially were super grimy and dirty the bathroom wasn’t clean well and the toilets were super low to the ground. The pool had no towels. Beds were super uncomfortable and the room had dirt spots and a lot of dust. I wouldn’t stay there again.

- 4.5/5
The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. The room was comfortable, and the bed was relaxing. I was able to enjoy my stay and get good rest. Everything was good. I do not have anything bad to say about the hotel.
- 5/5
The room and staff were delightful and I overall had a really good experience
- 5/5
The restroom mirror was by far my favorite ! Perfect lighting for doing your makeup.
- 5/5
Steve, the night manager was extremely helpful and patient. He handled a situation in which the Saturday server for breakfast called in sick with patience and great customer service.
- 1/5
I paid $116 for the room, and they still took a $200 deposit that they haven’t returned. They are not responding at all. I do not recommend dealing with this hotel — dishonest people!!!
- 1/5
This place is disgusting. Staff is rude and incompetent. We have da problem at the front desk and I just left. This place is not worth losing your sanity over but it absolutely ruined part of our birthday weekend we were celebrating
- 4/5
The room was nice and cool when we checked in. It was a hot day and we went for a swim, pool was nice and the jacuzzi worked. Even though it is close to the freeway our room was super quiet. The only cons were the hallways were hot and smelly, same with the elevator. This property does put a deposit hold on your payment account regardless if you pay ahead or note.
- 5/5
Property is nice and clean. Hot tub. Felt dirty and the jets did not work but that could be temporary. Other than that. We enjoyed our stay
- 4/5
Check in was bad…. One agent and 15 people in line
- 2/5
AC barely works, rooms are humid. Hallways, elevators, and other common areas are not clean and don't smell great. Rooms are seriously in need of an overhaul. Beds are springs, with no cushion left.
- 3/5
The lobby is beautiful but the room was dingy looking and smelled funny, the AC wasn’t working and the shower felt like I was going to fall through. There was trash in the hallway when we arrived and the same trash, was there the next day when we left.
- 4/5
Did not offer breakfast
- 5/5
Great place to stay at.
- 2/5
Was caught off guard to find out that my room had access to the room next over and they had access to my room as well. Had to lock that door of course, I understand that there were no more rooms available for me to be switched but but I think that detail should have been communicated at the time of checking in, to avoid any confusion or discomfort. For the $200 deposit fee they charge the amenities are a bit questionable (at least when it comes to soap, conditioner, and body wash). And the sink seemed to be unclean. Overall not necessarily fond of my experience although short

A lot happened on an overnight stay, first the tv remote only the power button works, then the spa water is sus and not enough towels, next at 12 mn the fire alarm goes off!! Thankfully it was cleared within an hour. I am glad the room is clean, bathroom is well kept with toiletries enough, bed is comfortable, parking area is accessible!Overall? if you are staying 1 night, for the price? its worth it!!
- 1/5
Staff is rude, call down to find out when restaurant was to open they hung up on me, asked for extra blanket, never came, I stayed there in the 90s ... it looks the same, I hear owners want to convert to apartments ... I think that's a good idea since the hotel is in horrible shape
- 1/5
When I arrived and opened the cabinet door to place our food in the refrigerator, the door immediately fell off because it was broken. I called twice requesting it to be fixed, but nothing was done. Later that night, when I sat on the bed in Room 130, the bed leaned heavily to one side and felt broken. I contacted maintenance, but I was told it was too late (around 9:30 PM) to repair it. They did offer another room, but since I was traveling with my children and we had two connected rooms, moving was not really possible because there were no other connected rooms available. The next morning, I tried to make coffee, but the coffee machine in the room was not working. I called the front desk, and they told me I could get coffee from the restaurant instead. However, when I went there, the server only allowed me one cup and said each guest needed to come personally. I understand the policy, but the front desk had informed me that since our coffee machine was broken, I could get coffee for all four of us. In the end, I only took one cup because it was not worth arguing over, and I could easily buy coffee elsewhere. Unfortunately, the issues continued. When I went to take a shower, there was a medium-sized c

Paid for breakfast but it didn't get honored.outside is kind of sketchy with people hanging out that I don't believe we're staying at the hotel, got woken up in the middle of the night because somebody pulled the fire alarm, so we had to evacuate. These may be a lot of things that the staff didn't have control of the staff was nice. And despite what outside looked like, the rooms were real clean and comfortable Don't know if I will ever stay here again. Not that the hotel is bad, but outside is very sketchy.
- 2/5
Not clean room. There was dead cockroach on the bathroom floor
- 3/5
Fair place to stay. It was quiet
- 3/5
The bed was very comfortable. That is the best part of my stay. I was only going to sleep there anyway so I was there for less than 10 hours. The room was clean enough, but I had a problem that there were missing light bulbs from the lamps in the room. Fortunately, one worked and that was enough to get into bed. There was some kind of Kink convention going on and I was happy that the walls were thick or that they were away from my room. The drawers of the night stand could not stay shut and I banged my shin into it a couple of times. There was no hairdryer in the room so that was a disappointment but I couldn’t stay to rectify that. I did call the front desk and they said they would let maintenance know, so hopefully the next person staying there will have lightbulbs and a hairdryer. The room was old and the walls had stains. Not the best stay, but I slept well.

- 4/5
My only complaint was how far the elevator was from the lobby.
- 2/5
Checking in was a horrible experience. The front desk representative never even told us where to go for the elevators. We had to put a voucher for our car to be able to park in the lot, and was never told aboutit. They did not even provide us with my voucher for the next day's breakfast that I paid for in advance. The staff was not friendly.
- 1/5
Our family was there for a funeral..we had 10 rooms. The hotel was full because of a Leather expo of some sort with provocativly dressed people walking around and that's was the least of the problem. One cousin had Cockroaches in her room and when she turned on the hair dryer more flew out!! She changed rooms and when I checked in they tried to give me the room next door! They didn't have the adjoining rooms either that I had requested weeks before, they said they gave it away and there were no other rooms available on a higher floor so we had to stay on the first floor roach floor..another cousins room smelled like bugs pray and that was another floor so clearly a Problem! My niece had 5 large bug bites from her room. Another cousin had a broken bed in her room ,mine had broken cabinet doors and a cut out in more than one room in the bathtub floor, they clearly cut it out and it was like a cushion stepping in the shower so they did not replace the tub when work was done ..no one cared to apologize or make it better.. Do Not add the breakfast either that was a 15%off coupon not free and the restaurant was out of A lot of things so we didn't and couldn't eat there and wouldn't anyway with Cockroaches and bugs I can only imagine the unsanitary Kitchen! It was an awful experience,we could not move hotels as we had a schedule to keep for our funeral services or we all would have left the Roach Motel we call it and we and anyone we know in the area will Never be back!
- 1/5
Cockroaches in the bathrooms that scurried out when blow dryer was turned on, bed was broken - like broken! Refrigerator door was off hinges. The shower floor felt spongy. Where the shower head comes out of the wall is open and hollow. Shampoo and conditioner bottles don’t open. Three of our guests got bug bites. My Uncle (84 years old) stepped on a 1/2 inch cockroach in the hallway. There was a leather/kinky convention that we feel we should have been told about as we had kids and older adults who didn’t need to see it. We had pre asked for adjoining rooms on a higher floor and they put us on 1st floor where the cockroaches were. Front staff wouldn’t accommodate and help. It was just a hard situation and hard experience. I do not recommend.

Great stay!
- 4/5
The rooms are pretty clean
- 2/5
Breakfast wasn’t a continental or something, it was a $15 discount at the restaurant. They were out of things so we weren’t able to eat before we left.
- 2/5
Hotel was ok 3 out of 5 staff was unfriendly and seemed stressed. Restaurant was filthy all tables were dirty and not bussed. Rooms were good for the price.

The room and service are ok but it’s too close to highway and not a good place for a light sleeper.

The staff, breakfast and area was all great! But I can’t ignore we found 2 cockroaches in our room. And we seen some in the hallway.
- 5/5
Great place, clean room and very comfortable
- 3/5
Breakfast was $16 extra. Nothing special about it. Spa jets weren't working. Biggest complaint is no guest laundry. Basically the property needs a little Current TLC. Staff was Awesome though
- 3/5
The hotel had construction going on. My morning alarm was ongoing drilling not far from my room
- 1/5
The place is falling apart. Bathroom dirty, elevator dirty, carpet dirty. Lobby is the only thing decent.
- 3/5
Bed felt clumpy and too soft, lots of highway noise. GREAT shower pressure. Delicious breakfast, wonderful staff, everything very clean.
- 2/5
Pool not well maintained, renovated from old he hotel. Upscaled lobby feel but rooms disappointing.
- 2/5
My truck was broken into and all my tools were stolen. Called hotel and gave me the wrong information on who to cal to report it. Waiting to see if general manager calls me to see if they have on camera.
- 4/5
Awesome hotel
- 3/5
Room was exceedingly small. Sitting at the desk had the air conditioner unit 1 foot away blowing on me. Instead of body. wash I had 2 bottles of hair conditioner.
- 2/5
Easy access to the freeway Hotel is not in the best condition Wasn’t the cleanest And there is obvious some pest issues
- 5/5
Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend getting a room near the freeway, it’s very loud all night.
- 5/5
The room was clean, bright, and convenient. I will come back to this hotel the next time I’m in town.
- 3/5
If you’re counting on the adjacent Grill in the lobby - don’t. Not reliable at all. Very few choices and closes when no customer without notification. So if you depend on it for yourself or the family you may want to reconsider. But overall decent hotel.
- 3/5
Rooms was not the cleanest , elevator disgusting it smelled like wet dogs

The rooms are not up to regular standards for this franchise. Dirty walls and doors. Looks like they hired a teenager to paint the halls and rooms for them. Will not stay again.
- 4/5
Overall the room was comfortable but could use some upgrades. The 200$ deposit is crazy!! I would definitely pay for the breakfast in the morning. It was really good and worth it. I give it a B.
- 5/5
Lean room
- 4/5
Other than that, the stay was nice. Staff is accommodating, and the rooms are clean. And the jacuzzi helps to unwind and relax after a long day!

Good location, good price, decent parking lot lighting, and very accommodating staff. Have stayed there now at least 5 times. So glad the restaurant/bar is back open, adds alot to what they offer

- 5/5
It seem clean and the lobby is nice.

The place was an ok night stay. Fine for a budget hotel. Carpet is old and tired, and most everything looks a bit painted-over. But the staff was nice enough, and the breakfast did the job.

No the pool was not I got their past 10pm so couldn’t use pool or hot tub, had to put a $200 deposit down which didn’t say online or I wouldn’t had reserved it, the room was like a sauna but the heater was off

Other than the ac set at 50 degrees everything was awesome
- 4/5
We only sat by the pool to have lunch was too chilly to swim
- 1/5
The property is in a good location. Staff was rude and i accommodating. I paid for King and was placed in a double and ignored at time of initial check in. The pool was dirty and closed for maintenance. The toilet paper was worst than sandpaper. I am still uncomfortable after use. AND I WAS OVERCHARGED BY 200.00!
- 5/5
The staff were friendly, the hotel areas are very clean. My actual room was very clean and had a nice view. Breakfast was also good! I would definitely stay here again!
- 2/5
Rooms run down
- 5/5
Room was actually huge! And it was such beautiful weather so taking a stroll to Target was fast and easy!
- 5/5
Just a noce quiet stay.
- 2/5
This hotel is rated 3.5 stars on Expedia. It isn't located in any popular/tourist area. It's right next to Hwy 80. The bath mirror was rusty. Right outside of my ground floor room window was a garbage dumpster. In the morning, I opened the curtain to see 3 homeless people outside my window! One was pulling stuff out of the dumpster spreading garbage all over! Two others found disposed sofas & pulled them out. They were enjoying life sitting in the sofas looking at me eye to eye! And I had to pay $110/night with homeless people only 10' away from me!
- 3/5
It was ok, there is some “policy” that claims locals can’t stay on the 5th and 6th floor however other people are up there.
- 1/5
Pool was closed, fridge in the room did not work, TV was not plugged in. Handle on the shower was extremely loose. Zero attention to detail. Asked for more towels as we were only provided 2 and there were 3 of us in the room. Front desk ran out of towels. This hotel is very comprable to a Motel 6
- 4/5
Staff was efficient. Room was clean!
- 1/5
We were disturbed both nights by the occupants in the room next to us. The second night we checked out early and demanded a refund

It’s nothing to brag about it’s a hotel. Minimal in every area
- 4/5
Room was clean, spacious, very nice. Staff was exemplary. Only complaint isn’t really their fault, the freeway noise and constant lights from nearby construction are kind of disruptive.
- 5/5
Great room nice pool
- 5/5
Clean and very nice for the price
- 4/5
Nice property. Had to get a new remote for the tv, and the hot tub was having repairs that were going to take a week. Then a test of the fire alarm system. Other than that just fine
- 5/5
Your name was up to par

Loved my stay here. All the staff I spoke to were very professional and helpful. My room was nice, clean, and bed was quite comfortable. Front desk allowed me to have late check out, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was very good also. Nice selection of food, and pasteries.
- 1/5
Small rooms, old furniture, old dirty carpet probaby wasnt washed for 10 years, your socks will turn black as soon as you walk on it.
- 1/5
Noisy
- 5/5
Cleanliness and customer service are great
- 1/5
Upon checking in, I found hair in the bed. This is a fundamental health and safety failure. In the hospitality industry, clean sheets are the bare minimum, and this hotel failed. The front desk (Michael) was rude and dismissive. When I pointed out that the room lacked a microwave, I was told "we cannot bring you one" with no attempt to help. I spoke with the manager, Amanda Ortiz, hoping for a resolution. Instead, she was incredibly dismissive, telling me "everything is okay" despite the visible filth in the bed. This "not my problem" attitude clearly trickles down from management to the staff. Avoid this place if at all possible.
- 5/5
Nice ,clean, quiet, and she had a room on bottom floor which was a big help
- 3/5
I was told i couldn’t get a room on the 6th floor, while other guests were able to get a room on the 6th floor so not sure what that’s all about but this place is in last place for hotel choices now.
- 5/5
He’s a great place to say very pleased
- 5/5
Very great stay, the staff was very accommodating and friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Great room and view
- 4/5
They had everything I needed. Staff was friendly hot cup was great.
- 4/5
It was a nice room clean and a good price
- 5/5
I was so pleasantly surprised with this whole stay. The property is very secure. The beds were so comfortable. There was so many families checking in, as the 80 and 50 both shut down due to snow on the summit. The rooms were clean and the bedding smelled heavenly clean. The shower had great water pressure which is hard to find in hotels. This will definitely be my go-to hotel in the area. Highly recommended.
- 2/5
The bedsheets were subpar, with visible stains. The restroom vent fan is malfunctioning. In the bathtub, water continues to flow from the bottom tap even when the shower is on, which is quite annoying.
- 5/5
Affordable. Good location. Clean. Upgraded and stylish furniture. Comfortable.
- 5/5
The ease of the check in.
- 5/5
Room was a good size and it was easy to navigate around the hotel
- 5/5
Everything
- 3/5
No microwave when were promised. We’re booked for 4 persons but we’re only given 2 sets of towels. When we went for breakfast, we have to wait because there were no more food
- 1/5
The room was in really poor condition, but that never bothered me because of their hot tub. However, this time, even though I asked ahead of time if it was working, and they said yes… I found myself out in the freezing cold in my bathing suit only to discover that the hot tub was not working. Then they argued with me telling me it was working, although would not come out and look at it or feel the temperature themselves. Kept making me wait for maintenance… Who never came. They just kept saying it’s fine… it was not. I checked out early and I asked for a refund and I’m told that I have to wait until Monday because there’s only one person who can approve that. We’ll see what happens.
- 3/5
It was cool
- 3/5
Room had little ventilation, windows didn’t open . Slight smell.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Two sets of towels for three people but we made due. Didn’t make use of breakfast (if there was one, we couldn’t tell) we left early morning. Front desk personnel wasn’t friendly or unfriendly which was unusual and one of our two room keys didn’t work at all.

Room is clean! Happy with my stay!
- 4/5
Beautiful grounds and friendly staff
- 3/5
It was a good stay. I’d recommend
- 5/5
Nice room. Good location. Slept great.
- 4/5
Place was very busybdue to a convenrion there. Other than that, it is a place i stay frequently when in the Sacramento area.
- 5/5
Clean
- 2/5
I have stayed at the property when it was another brand and I really liked it, but on this stay, the Hotel appeared kind of empty and dull. I never saw the restaurant open, I didn't see a bar or gathering place besides in the closed restaurant. The toilet ran, most of the tv channels said there was no signal, there was no remote for the TV in the fitness center and the TV on the treadmill didn't have sound and I saw about 3 homeless people in the parking lot. On a good note, the bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Courteous. Clean. Very pleasant and amenities were very god
- 3/5
Now on a positive note, I had key issues the entire time which was to nobody’s fault but my own as I was constantly demagnetizing it by laying on, near, or beside my phone or wallet and needed a new room key every night. They were kind enough to tell me what was causing the issue and although I still made the mistake they had no resistance or sour attitudes towards making a new key (even if it was 10pm at night). Morning and night staff were always kind and I delighted in engaging in friendly conversations with them. Parking, booking, checking in, and check out was all relatively easy. Overall not a terrible place to stay when ur in a pinch or on a budget!
- 3/5
Room was clean, but sink did not work properly. Fitness center was opened late in the evening. Breakfast was not included in the price of the stay.
- 2/5
The mattress in my room was infested with bed bugs, I was moved to a different room, still felt uneasy. I was told that a manager would call me the next day, that was Friday night, Sunday morning, still no call.
- 1/5
No good
- 4/5
Muy limpio
- 5/5
Clean room quiet easy to get to
- 1/5
Room smelled bad and looked dirty. Spoke with them and got moved to the top floor and was moderately better. Was then double charged through them and Expedia. Contacted them and was told to they never were paid by Expedia but was told to email the front desk and never heard back from them again.
- 2/5
Okay
- 5/5
Nice room, need little quiet AC would be nice.
- 1/5
The picture can be deserving, the smell in the rooms was horrible and you can hear the neighbors, open and closing the doors so loud
- 3/5
Room was a bit dirty in the bathroom but overall good location
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Sraff was friendly. Noise from the highway was a bit loud.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly
- 5/5
Mike at the front desk has terrific customer skills.
- 3/5
Staff at check in were not friendly and dressed poorly not clean shaven. There was a card show there on Saturday so getting service or questions answered was a bit hard. Very loud from card show. Tried to use hot tub but left as there were a lot of unsupervised kids running and screaming with some adults running and screaming as well a lot in the hot tub and pool area, as well as in the pool. Furniture was old and chipped up. Room could have been cleaner. $290 for 2 nights it wasn’t worth it.
- 5/5
Staff vey friendly
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
I was charged more that the deal I had through Expedia.
- 4/5
Didn’t use your breakfast $15 for a buffet breakfast at a hotel is absurd
- 5/5
The furniture needs to be replaced & updated but my room was very clean. Shower & bathroom was comfortable & clean, water pressure & temp was great. Staff was friendly & welcoming. Stayed 3 nights. Property is quiet.
- 1/5
They have a bunch of ghetto thieves working here! Housekeepers stole my bag and are refusing to answer my phone calls requesting information on who took it. I live far from hotel and have been unable to get a response from anyone. Probably will never book this place again.
- 1/5
I was in my assigned room, had a valid key card, and had followed all hotel procedures. This was a frightening and unacceptable situation that made me feel unsafe for the rest of the night. I’ve submitted a formal complaint with Wyndham corporate and Expedia, including timestamped evidence and photos. Guests deserve to feel secure in their rooms — this incident should never happen to anyone.
- 5/5
Clean room and helpful staff
- 4/5
The elevators
- 5/5
We did not take advantage of the business areas or breakfast. The hotel was clean and well kept
- 4/5
Staff is nice and lobby nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was renovated but rest of room felt old. Carpet was old and dirty, lamp shade stained and torn and tv only had basic cable and no ability for streaming. The surrounding neighborhood is not a safe area but the hotel itself is fine and there’s security making rotations in the parking lot. Has restaurant with limited hours and basics available behind lobby counter. Pool and hot tub outside very nice and looked recently updated. Was good for a quick stay.
- 5/5
I enjoy this hotel. Right off the freeway, surrounded by good eats! Chivk filet. In and Out, Jack in the Box, Target, a bowling alley and Scandia Fun Center are all within 2 blocks. I recommend Wyndham every chance I get! Sincerely, The guy with the red Camaro
- 5/5
Great breakfast and felt very safe there
- 1/5
I have stayed there twice due to its convenience. Both times I left with a respiratory infection.
- 5/5
Would definitely recommend to anyone
- 5/5
Close to restaurants , easy check in great breakfast
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable, great for a night or so!
- 5/5
Got a complimentary breakfast voucher from the front desk , my bed was super soft & comfortable
- 5/5
The staff was there when I needed help and had the answers to my questions
- 2/5
Strong AC and heat. Terrible hand towels for bath towels. Curtains don't block sunlight. Elevator is very dark. $200 is way too much for what you get. Very far from downtown
- 5/5
place was clean and a great stay
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
The only thing the room needed was a small fridge. Other than that, no complaints
- 4/5
Very nice property. Food was really good, and Nancy our server was EXCELLENT
- 2/5
Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and staff was very friendly but our bed was broken and we found trash left from the guests before under nightstand.
- 2/5
Rooms are dirty! I had a lot of dirty unclean areas in my room. Surfaces are sticky and dirty. Also, it’s very very noise. Feels like you sleep on the middle of freeway that goes near hotel.
- 4/5
Pool was a bit cold
- 5/5
Great clean room and nice view.
- 5/5
The check in was a breeze and I really liked the check out process. Even though there wereany people there, the hotel was quiet and I was able to sleep. The room was nice and clean. The shower had good water pressure and got hot.
- 1/5
We got this room for my 85 year old Father who was in town to visit. He had a horrible time. From a shower that flooded the floor when he used it , a staff that was unresponsive, no linen service, no room refresh even when requested to a very unfriendly, unhelpful staff it was a bad experience. We had to move him on the second night of a 4 night stay. We get no refund for unused days on top of having to pay for another hotel that know how to treat it's customers . It may be a Wyndham property but it isn't ran that way. Very disappointing.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
Everything else was good, but I do not plan on staying here again as there are plenty of other options.
- 4/5
VERY NICE PEOPLE AND UPGRADE IS NICE
- 5/5
Definitely coming back here
- 5/5
Breakfast was great Room was clean and comfy
- 5/5
The property was easily accessible and whatever you wanted was close by.
- 4/5
Well-appointed room, clean. Very helpful and and friendly staff at the brunch buffet who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Location next to I-80 noise wasn’t an issue. Will return.
- 4/5
Old furniture & furnishings but a clean room
- 5/5
Wonderful staff.
- 5/5
My go to place to relax away from chaos.
- 5/5
Amazing!!!
- 5/5
Clean hotel, right off the freeway and close to restaurants. Great location, would stay again
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
I would stay here again. Parking looked like a challenge for the people who arrive after 9pm.
- 5/5
Very nice place. Perfect location
- 2/5
When customers pay for breakfast the service needs to happen. I paid for the breakfast and was expecting it but the it just didn’t happen. I was counting on it otherwise I had woke up earlier to go somewhere else
- 4/5
Quiet
- 5/5
Pool was good. No frills hotel in an easy part of the city
- 5/5
It’s very nice and the front desk was very delightful
- 4/5
On the last night of my stay there were people climbing in and out of the window and arguing right outside of my window. Try not to stay on the bottom floor if possible. Staff was nice and room was clean.
- 2/5
photos of the property make it look nicer than it really is. Essentially this hotel looks like a power plant from the outside and is nestled quaintly between the freeway and used car lot. Lobby looked fine check in staff average/good. rooms disgusting pool disgusting…would not recommend even to my enemy. the carpet filthy the curtains stained. never again will i stay at a wyndam
- 4/5
It need some TLC but it was clean. Our table held the microwave but there was only one plug. So you could plug the microwave or the coffee maker but not both. The fridge was very cold! The 25 dollar breakfast buffet was ok. It’s what you would get at a better hotel for free. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, French toast. It was warm-ish! Orange or apple juice, tea or coffee. Apple or small muffin. The staff were pleasant. The pool area was clean and offered tables and chairs. Our beds were comfortable. It was right off the freeway. Plenty of fast foods across the street and a Target & Starbucks. Would I stay there again, yes for the price it was good.
- 5/5
I liked the large lobby area and the fountain. The room are well-equipped for my needs.
- 5/5
High end look but very fair price , stayed here for many days and loved it .
- 2/5
Extremely noisy
- 1/5
We only stayed one night due to several concerns. The hotel clearly attracted questionable activity people checking in who seemed involved in shady dealings, and loitering outside, and locals using the property to party. Being right off the freeway only added to the uneasy environment. We stayed the first night because we were told we couldn’t cancel, but we immediately canceled the second night.
- 4/5
Great!
- 5/5
Staff was amazing!!
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Mike at the front desk has terrific customer service skills.
- 4/5

I appreciate that I was given a nice quiet room. The bed as awful. This is why i removed 1 star. Bed was sinking. no support not firm.
- 3/5
More camera footage in the hallway and security checking which I did report
- 5/5
Kelly at front desk was very welcoming at check-in and same with clerk upon check-out. Room was clean with comfortable beds and housekeepers in the hallway were very friendly and even asked if we needed anything! Definitely coming back.
- 5/5
Very comfortable hotel.. fun in the pool, rooms were clean and Jessica at the front desk was very cool and easy to work with
- 4/5
Everything good
- 5/5
Renovated room. Room has a microwave which made it convenient to warm up food. Restaurants within walking distance. Water pressure and temperature of water was great. Room was clean. Definitely staying the next time I’m in the area.
- 3/5
It was fine if you're just looking for a bed to sleep in. The hours for the restaurant seemed sporadic and I never bothered going because it was closed so often. The room was decent and staff was friendly enough.
- 5/5
Always helpful. KELLY front desk excellent and always looks at special request for rooms.
- 5/5
Very nice and simple
- 4/5

- 3/5
The Reception service was excellent. However, the Breakfast on the both days of my stay didnt meet my expectations at all.
- 1/5
Don’t ever book a room through Expedia I double paid for my room. The hotel staff at the front desk was very helpful though.
- 3/5
OKAY
- 4/5
Clean, fresh, and good parking space. We stayed on the fifth floor where it has much less foot traffic on the hallway.
- 3/5
Disappointed that breakfast was not included.
- 4/5
For the price I paid it better than I expected .
- 5/5
The breakfast was one staff , taking orders, serving, clearing tables and it took time before putting breakfast on the table. But she was nice .That was on Friday morning, but on Saturday n Sunday it was a lot of food and self service and that was nice! All the staff were very nice. I recommend anyone to check out this place. Their price was also affordable.
- 1/5
We were awoken at 12am for them have booking issues. Security knocked on our door, not once but twice. Seriously, the issue is on you. What are you going to do at 12am? Make us get out of bed and kick us out or switch rooms? So awful for paying guests to be treated and disrespected as such. Also the restaurant and buffet is a joke. $17 for breakfast that provides a normal continental breakfast that is free at other hotels, and then the buffet isn’t stocked…. It is absolutely ridiculous. Overall I don’t think I’d ever come back or recommend this location to anyone
- 2/5
Bed was too small
- 3/5
Was just ok. Not as nice as I expected a Wyndham to be.
- 4/5
Only complaint was jacuzzi spa water might have been a little dirty
- 5/5

- 4/5

- 5/5
This was my second stat here at this hotel Wyndham on Date Ave in Sac and i have to day it was a great weekend. I love the location as far as hwy access. Also, convenient to every fast food chain known to man. The bldg is outdated but its a great place to stay. Safety is important to me and i.think the security is top of their game.
- 4/5
Reservations don't include breakfast.
- 5/5
Book my stay online got to the hotel front desk. Staff was eager to help very friendly. The hotel lobby was spotless and clean the amenities in the room where everything they said they would be nice pool and spa. I will definitely be returning.
- 5/5

- 3/5
It’s ok swimming pool packed
- 5/5

- 3/5
Staff are friendly. Place just seems old.
- 2/5
The room was nice. Had a nice bed. But no microwave no blow dryer for my friends that visited. And they charge you for a breakfast that isn't even there 12 dollars a person. The potatos were dried out eggs were burnt. The manager Amanda never answers the phone. And some staff were very rude
- 3/5
security
- 5/5
Safe place & quiet .Great place .
- 2/5
Hallways and elevators were dirty. Room was ok. Requested change of linens and towels and it was not done. Stayed 2 nights and there were children running in the hallway screaming throughout the evening
- 5/5
Safe and quiet, me and my friend were happy to have a good experience with an amazing price.

- 4/5
I loved the inside of the hotel. Very clean and spacious and the staff there was amazing.
- 3/5
Good but no conventional breakfast
- 2/5
Stayed here because we needed to be able to check in by 3 to get to a 4pm wedding. Hotel is rundown. The outlets in the room were so loose everything would fall out. The sprinkler in the bathroom was covered in rust. Elevators took way too long
- 4/5
Very easy stay for work nice people bed is comfortable
- 3/5
not a bad place. The "torn towels" reviews are true. Only negative was- they sent a form asking me when I'd be leaving. I estimated 9:15. They literally shut my key off at 9:15 (granted, I paid til 11:00) and I got locked out of the building (I was loading the car) and my room. No big deal except I have a torn meniscus and would rather not have made 2 extra trips to the lobby.
- 1/5
Room smelled bad. Property is not kept up
- 5/5
The lobby is very large and lovely. There was a nice grill, although we didn't dine there as we checked in later. Some people were enjoying the pool. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.
