    He didn’t even feel like I was said more till six. It was actually feeling a lot more luxurious than I thought and it smells super good but I’m Mexican, so the smell of fabulous so doesn’t bother me. I could see how it might bother other people though, so maybe use a little bit less.

    Location. Not a darn thing else. For yet another time ( for those not keeping score this is the third time ) HOTEL 6 & BOOKINGS HAVE BILLED ME FOR THE SAME STAY. Upon further review of my bank statements I only received 1 of my 100 dollar deposits back as well. The room was in same shape all three time I left the premises. Just wow .

    Wasn’t what i specifically told them I switched locations and came for the pool and hot tub upon check in. Never said a word as I mentioned it checking in. Then gave excuses said I should’ve came and asked that it be unlock when clearly it wasn’t clean and ready. Never came to clean rooms. Girls at from had bad attitudes.

    100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Absolute horrible staff. We called to request a handicap room on 1st floor we get there the staff says we never called and called us liars. They were rude and extremely disrespectful. They demanded to know our disability and why we had a service dog. The staff was so awful we told them to cancel our reservation and went somewhere else. 100% WOYKD BIT RECOMMEND

    The room was clean overall and the price was good. On the negative side, the water in the shower was not very hot, the downstairs room had a lot of noise from the people above walking around, and the neighborhood wasn't very good with some strange people loitering around outside. I don't know if they were other tenants or homeless people. If you reserve a room I would suggest asking for a top floor so you don't have to hear people stomping around above you.

    At 3pm the room was just finished, it looked and smelled very clean, but after a couple of hours the smell was so overwhelming it gave me a headache. I selected this location because of the kitchenette, but it only had a toasted and microwave, full size fridge. The pictures showed small stove tops so I could make snacks for my daughter, my room did not have that. The bathtub was very clean and the water was splendid; I enjoyed my morning shower. I had my daughter with me, but the tub did not have a plug, I had to plug it with a towel and travel size bottle so my daughter could take a bath. This hotel was near the highway and plenty of placed at walking distance to go eat. Would I stay here again, probably not, it worked out for the night, but it was lacking more than it was offering.     2- the room has 1 coffee only. When we went to the front to ask for another coffee, they told our 17 year old Grandson, "No, we do not Give it to minors." 3- the kitchenette sink leaks at the counter on the ledges, around the faucet. and the sink is not level. Water goes all over the counter and down, so we put a towel there. 4- the bathroom really needs a over all repair job, update the baseboards and clean the mold off. Remove the glue someone used, remove the baseboard and install the proper type of baseboard and sealant. 5- the bathroom door does not close if you sit down on the toilet. there is not enough room. 6- the sheets were not perfectly cleaned. spots of dirts were on them. I did check for bedbugs with a black light, as those spots looked similar, but no bedbugs. 7- the front desk did her job and checked us in, but she barely spoke English and had to ask someone else behind the security screen what was said. 8- the above rooms stomped loudly on their floors, which is our ceiling until 2am. 9 the room next to us had kids yelling, furniture moving, loud noises until 2am to 3:30am. We had to finally bag our hand against the wall and t We will not be booking here ever again.

    Throughout the entire four nights, my room was never serviced. After the first day I assumed it had simply been missed, so I asked the front desk about housekeeping. I was told that since COVID they no longer go room to room and that service has to be requested. However, after looking into the brand’s policy later, that explanation didn’t seem accurate. I requested housekeeping for the next day, but my room was still not cleaned. I even spoke directly with a housekeeper and gave her my room number because she said it wasn’t on her list. She told me she would return to take care of it, but no one ever came back. Another issue was having to go to the front office just to exchange towels. When I brought the dirty towels in, I wasn’t given the same number of clean ones back and was not provided any toilet paper either. For a stay of four nights, basic housekeeping and supplies should not be this difficult for guests to receive. I ended up keeping the room tidy myself and taking my trash out daily. Overall, while the room was decent when I arrived, the lack of service and communication made the experience very disappointing.

    The fire alarm went off at 10 pm (on/off for 10 minutes); I called the front desk, and the receptionist hung up on me twice. The third time she finally said false alarm. The room seemed clean at first but the vent in the A/C was filled with dark and thick dust. I don’t know what I could have been breathing in. It was 90 degrees outside so needed the A/C. Bathroom only had two small bars of soap. No shampoo. Area around the motel is dirty, unsafe, and included homeless people. Other guests especially upstairs were loud.

    I have no keys to my room had to ask the front desk to open our room if we leave and come back. could not use my AARP CARD. hot tub and pool dirty. Could not use it block off. This was the man reason I chose this place the have a lift to the pool and hot tub. Room was not ready at 3 pm. I will never come back to the place again. The show water was luke warm.

    I love love love the staff !! Especially Nadia I believe is her name! The Motel is surprisingly quiet and has everything you need within walking distance. The rooms were clean and most importantly the AC blew very cold despite it being 100° outside at the time. I would definitely recommend this motel to families with kids or families/adults with no kids. They also have like a small store with anything you could need from snacks to ice cream to toothpaste.     Sadly, the room was not what the pictures showed. No burners with pots, pans, no cups, plates, cups, plates. Only 2 towels for 4 nights. Lighting was horrible. We called to get more towels like we were told to do the night we arrived two days later and were told to bring our used towels to trade. It was policy. We left 1 day earlier than we planned. Very disappointed.

    Clean and comfortable. The appliances were very clean. The room was very clean. The AC was perfect- not Arctic blast but not too faint either. Most importantly, it was equipped with a coffee pot and the coffee supplies. The pillows were super comfy! Just missing the remote control but the office provided one with no problem.

    I recognize that, as a Motel 6, I should have lower expectations for overall service. That said, I wasn't expecting it to be this bad. Thursday Check-in was fine, front desk was kind. As I entered my room, I inspected the amenities and noticed that the toilet seat had not been cleaned. There was a dark-orange stain, likely old urine, on the seat and residue around the seat. Instinctively, I cleaned the seat, instead of taking a photo, but I called the front desk because I didn't feel comfortable sitting on a dirty seat. To rectify the issue, I called the front desk and they assured me that someone would come to clean. 5 minutes go by, then 10, then 30, I call again and a new person answers unaware of the situation. No ETA on housekeeping staff. Asked me if I was in a hurry to leave? Yes I was, and I needed to use the bathroom and shower. I decided to shower, then after 45 minutes, a member of the housekeeping staff arrives. I had to rush to put my clothes on and stop what I was doing. Toilet was finally clean. That night, I found a medium sized cockroach in the bathroom, which I killed but left on the floor, thinking tomorrow while I was gone, they would arrive for cleaning. I took a picture remembering my lack of previous documentation Friday No cleaning. I was gone all day, and not even the towels were replaced, despite their written policy of throwing towels every MWF. Saturday, I checked out.

    Due to not feeling well I forgot sentimental personal item, a belt. Most people said it was gone forever. I called and reported that I left it and was informed house keeping had not submitted it to lost and found yet and was gone for the night so I had to call back in the morning to check and then if the item was submitted I would have to unfortunately return to the hotel to get my personal item because there is no mail service (FedEx or etc.) for the lost and found department. I went back to the hotel and stay another night ( wish I had received a discount ) to see if staff had turned in my item to lost and found department. At 11:30AM the next day my item was returned to me and they saw why, it was special belt because of my dying Daddy. Thank you Motel 6 Suites house keeper for being honest and considerate.

    I came to the property for check in and I checked out within a hour with in the time frame two different men entered my room that the clerk double booked. I felt unsafe and quickly checked out and reported to the front office I asked for a refund and they haven’t responded back.

    Check-in was bad I booked two rooms and I was told only one was available, another member of my group walked in behind me and she rented him a room ??? Another couple came in with a reserved room and she told them that they would have to come back after 3 PM. I tried to talk to the manager the next morning. After she had been told about us waiting to speak to her she did not show up to work. Very poor management. I will not use motel ^ again.

    The property was conveniently located close to multiple food options and shopping centers, as well as with in a few minutes from Discovery Park. I did like the flexibility with check in times and the ease to self park. Staff were super nice and welcoming. The cons were the dirty shower and the hard water stains that devalue the experience as well as the cockroach I found in the shower in the morning.

    Flew into Sacramento from a 6 hr flight. Arrived an hour and half before check in time with 6 bags, 2 kids and no car. Was refused an early check in due to no clean rooms. Once checked in, our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. It was disgusting. Elevator was broken after the first night, couldn't walk on lobby floor at 9 am bc the floor was wet, cops were there when we left. Obviously this is more of a live in hotel filled with drugs and drama. My 2 kids and I got sick after our stay with the flu. Beware.

    While convenient to the highway the hotel was loud, there were a lot of people hanging out outside. There was a strong odor of marijuana outside and way to many people loitering in the parking lot. We didn't even stay.     The lady with the bad nasty skin at the front desk is rude and comes in everyday with a bad attitude towards the guest. I literally witnessed her keep a elderly womans $100 deposit because she told them the tv wasn't working and they blamed her for it. Worst experience 0 out of 10 I wouldn't recommend

    Have had several stays at this facility in the past with zero issues. Except in my most recent stay as soon as i stepped into my room, I immediately noticed the room assigned to me smelled like cigarettes, i called the front desk to notify, and was assured they'd note it and release me from fault. after a sec i ended up finding half a cigarette behind the headboard which i discarded.

    Horrible stay, the staff is under educated, they don’t fix anything if it’s not working or broken. They try to overcharge you for any and everything and I found a roach in my tub smh. Let’s not forget about all the people hanging in the parking lots and lurking all times of the night

    Was shocked to see not just a microwave and fridge but a full size fridge and freezer with ice cube tray and in the kitchenette area there was a working sink (nice additional touch i think) there was a big new tv and the bed was more than comfortable with nice thick soft mattress. Additionally the air conditioner worked perfectly and couldnt even tell it was so hot outside. I would saty here again for sure

    Loved studios. Staff is great. But my experience w/Expedia was questionable. I made a reservation prior to extend my stay so I could get the cheaper rate. But it was stressful. It takes to long for the info from Expedia is received at hotel 6studio,making an irritating time. I'll still use Expedia,just wanted to let you guys know.

    The room was clean, up to date with tv, bathroom was clean. There was only bar soap, no hair products (shampoo or conditioner). Outside was reasonably clean and location had a lot of places to eat. A few cautions, all the fast-food restaurants close the lobby at 8pm. If you get to the hotel after 8pm you have to use the drive thru only. Also watch your credit card closely. About 12 hours after check-in, I had a breach on my credit card. Since I barely use this card, it was easy to figure where the breach came from.

    Noisy. I called the front desk more than once because of a couple having a domestic dispute. When they finally came by, they kicked them both out. They person next door and several individuals in their cars in the parking lot played their music so loud that it was difficult to work and sleep.

    Checked in with two children. Why I was put on second floor was beyond me. Maria called after I just got off a ten hour shift saying a complaint from downstairs of noise. Which was not valid at all. Then called the police to get us out. Didn’t leave and can’t wait to speak with corporate. Read the reviews she been trying to rule with an iron fist.

    I called to cancel my booking which the hotel told me they would cancel it. They failed to communicate that we would still get charged and they still checked in the room and charged as an accommodation and not as a No-Show. Front Desk also had little to no experience on booking business travels. Looks like hotel needs to put better effort on training front desk.

    The front desk people are attendable to your needs but sometimes or a bit Moody but overall they are nice okay people to understand your needs overall the place is okay but some things need to be better clean like the AC system bathroom vent.     I previously stayed in a double queen room at this same location and was very happy with that room. The beds were true to size queens and the double queen and very comfortable. This was a less expensive room then the studio mentioned above. Had I known what the studio was going to be like, I would have opted for the less expensive double queen. Immediately upon seeing the studio I called the front desk and expressed that I was not happy with the studio. They would not allow me to switch rooms to the less expensive double queen, which their website showed available units, but did offer me a full refund. Still, the refund took over a week to reflect back to my bank, I had to go through the trouble of finding another hotel last minute, and I had to spend extra money I wasn’t planning to spend. This would have been easily avoidable if Motel 6 had just provided what they advertised.

    Well let me start off by saying it’s nice here but not for the price it’s asking I’ve got up to 115 a night and these rooms are not worth that price I had to ask for dishes and cooking stuff but when I booked I’m line it said I had a full kitchen which was a lie and I a h night just keeps going up and up I’m only here cause I’m waiting on my apartment to be ready and I’ve been here not even a week and cost about it maybe more than 1000

    The room was clean, but it had a humid smell that I was able to mask with air fresheners and Lysol ( just for my peace of mind). Only thing that comes with each hotel/motel was hearing loud slamming, and yelling on Saturday night but was able to fall asleep at 12:00 am.

    Room was ok with refrigerator/microwave and good counter space. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub had used soap left on the tub from previous renter. Saw one bug on the floor when I was leaving, told the front desk at check out so hopefully they spray. Would stay here again.
