AC was excellent, it kept the room comfortable. The check-in/check-out was fast and easy, we were treated with respect and politeness. The room was clean, but in a poor condition, the doors need work, bed was very wobbly, the bathtub slippery, the shower head had a lot of pressure and water was splashing everywhere, restroom does not have a fan. The outside needs a lot of work, it looks like an abandon place, needs yard work, & people just sitting outside the parking lot, not sure what they were doing. The elevator smelled a lot like smoke from cigarette.

Too many people around hotel, looking for drugs, a lot of kids and rules crying. I don’t recommend this style. I don’t like anything from the hotel

Location was convenient for food. Otherwise the rest of the property was trash. I’m not even sure where to start pertaining to the facility itself. Whether it’s by mentioning the dead rats laying around the property, all of the broken down cars with people doing meth and other drugs in them while they’re completely passed out for hours on end. Trash was all over the complex. People went through it throughout the evening and was trashed by the next morning. We got charged a $10 cleaning fee for them to only Clean our room on checkout day?. Our room was FILTHY. Pillow cases all dirty, sheets disgusting, the mattress protectors were stained with all kinds of weird bodily fluids. RATS running through the room. My ladies were terrified of all the weird folks around the property asking us for money, harassing us for food, and offering to sell us drugs. Housekeeping only comes upon request, and I had to make several trips to get us actual Clean linens. Lastly, our room cards deactivated nearly 100+ times, and finding out the cards turn off at 2pm everyday was the final straw because it wasn’t even disclosed to us when I checked in. Sadly there were a ton of OD calls for drug usage in the complex, along with child welfare showing up numerous times. The place smells like a moldy Italian restaurant. The employees DO not clean the rooms, my partner and I spent over $100 on cleaning supplies and it still wasn’t enough. This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I fully expect a large portion of my money returned due to the disgusting nature of this property. Even after discovering the rats running between the foundation, they only offered to move us on the opposite end in the same style of room, with the same holes drilled into the foundation allowing the rats to run around in the first place. Sacramento County Sanitation explained that we should have been offered a transfer of stay, or full refund.

The room smelled heavy like smoke. The man at the counter came in and sprayed lysol all over. Said he only had one other room and it was on the opposite side of the building where several people that lived there were hanging out with there Pit Bull and big Husky dogs. I took the stinky room cause it was getting late. I went out the next morning and there was a guy taking a shower in the fire hydrant in the front of the building. The air conditioner was super loud. I got a wash cloth and wiped a spot on the floor. It came back black. Yuck. The cabinets had water damage and the floor was buckling and lifting.

Grounds were sketchy. Elevator smelled like 10 unhoused people lived in it. Room smelled funny. Laid down in the bed and immediately jumped up, gathered my belongings and went to lobby to ask for a refund or another room. She was very helpful. Offered another room. Opened the door and was immediately hit by the unhoused smell. Walked out and went back to the lobby and told her I couldn’t stay in a place so disgusting. It was awful. I’ve NEVER left a place before. When I tell you it was awful, that’s an understatement. I left and felt like I needed to be disinfected. It was absolutely horrendous. Thankfully they refunded my money and I went down the road and stayed at a much nicer and safer (and clean) place for only a little more money.

Because we were left stranded, we were forced to find and pay for alternative lodging at another hotel for the night. We returned to Studio 6 Suites this morning (June 5) to speak with management. The front desk staff informed me that they have canceled the reservation on their end, confirmed that no charges were processed to Expedia from their side, and explicitly instructed me to contact Expedia directly to process my full refund. I am in the process of working with Expedia on a refund. Rich

Tariq customer service was very unprofessional and rude. I had to push the chair to secure the door because the lock was very unstable. A total nightmare there! I will NEVER spend my money there again. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!

Please be prepared for additional surcharges. You are being charged for them for $2 extra per night for electricity. You are being charged an addition $10 per stay for cleaning your room after you leave along with a deposit of $100 for a damage deposit. And office is never staffed only in afternoon and they do not have coffee....

It was a horrible experience when we arrived. We couldn’t locate anyone at the booth to help us out. We stayed out there for three hours from 2 o’clock in the morning till 5 o’clock in the morning to no avail even now a month later I’m still trying to get a refund for that night and hotel.com. Can’t even get a hold of them. Good luck on your stay. I’ll never do it again.

I liked the location as it was across from the grocery store and it was very comfy and clean. I don’t like how some external parts of the building were trashed and worn down. Additionally I feared for my safety quite a bit.

Keys were demagnetized and no staff available. Could not stay in the room. Had to get another room due to lack of access. Complete Waste of time/money.

The property and the rooms were generally clean. The facility is located in a district where many unhoused persons live. The staff are only available from 10 AM to 10 PM. On check-in I was charged an extra $2 per night utility fee and $10 per stay cleaning fee (one expects utilities and cleaning to be included in a stay at a hotel).

There was no one to help with check-in. I had to spent the night in my car.

The rooms have outdated appliances and not in the greatest condition but they do the job. Price is reasonable but the facilities are a bit dirty/not well kept. There is a lot of long-term tenants so feels a bit odd but if you mind your own for the most part everyone keeps to themselves. Staff wasn't as helpful as I would have liked but they arnt rude or anything. Also our room wasn't ready by check in time and we were asked to come back in 45-1hr so definitely not convenient at all.

And the dryers don’t dry all the way in one session I had to pay again to get my clothes fully dry

Utility fees. Housekeeping fee but housekeeping is only operational once a week. No ice machine. No breakfast. Office staff is only present 10am-10pm. Won’t even answer phone outside of those hours. Only good is the big fridge and stove top.

The rooms were clean, the property felt well secured, and the overall atmosphere made me feel safe and cared for during my stay. It’s rare to find this level of genuine hospitality these days. Highly recommend!

Not very friendly staff. We could not early checking and did not get a call when the room was available. We did not get the room we wanted on the lower floor but have to settle with one upstairs making my handicapped wife walk a long corridor. The extra fees should be declare upfront and not added after.

The room was dirty and did not feel comfortable or sanitary for my family. As soon as I checked in and saw the condition of the room, I immediately checked out and did receive a refund. There were flies, spiders, and dead bugs on the window sill. There were also blood droppings on the bathroom counter, and the bathroom had a bad odor. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to stay in.

I stayed there for a week but did NOT get the room cleaned for once by housekeeping. They said they were short staff so I asked them to do other days 3 times in a row on different days but still had NO luck

Do not go to this hotel if you value a clean and safe environment or if you hate extra surprise fees. They're cheap because they get you when you check in. I've never heard of charging a cleaning fee, an extra service fee, and a fee to use the kitchen supplies in an extended stay place. Expedia is supposed to show the total cost, but once you book it and they have your money, you still have to pay when you get there. The room was clean enough, if you ignore the sticky floor and all the cigarette burns in the bathroom. There are a lot of homeless people hanging out in the parking lot, partying into the night. with lots of trash around. It doesn't feel very safe. They did let us check in early, which we appreciated. Other than that, it was a pretty disgusting place and I would never go back.

Got into the room once and then the cards both stopped working. No staff on hand from 10pm-10am and got lovked out our pets locked in the room for 12 hours with no way into the room. Will never stay here again.

Tub could have been a little cleaner.

Shrugged and said they only had one room for us when we arrived to check in for these rooms we booked a month ago. Blamed Expedia. Eventually they found a dirty room and put the sheets on the bed while I waited so at least we weren't left out in the cold but didn't care or offer to do anything about the fact that they couldn't provide the same room class that we booked.

The bed was the worst bed ive ever laid in. You could feel the springs and it was all around not enjoyable.

Affordable, kitchen doesn’t come with Hudson pans or any plates. The toilet was not as clean as it should be. Beds are comfortable. Overall good for emergency not for a family.

very friendly, professional staff. check in process was pleasant and fast. the staff is very helpful. the room is clean and spacious. large fridge, kitchen can be used to cook, even though i don't have time to do that. the area is safe, plenty of parking. walking distance to Mc Donald, KFC , Taco Bell, Carls Jr. and IHOP.

No shampoo/conditioner. Ended up going to near by store in the night for this. When we reached property , staff is on 30 minutes break and had to wait to checkin. Bed is ok and parking is comfortable.

Room was clean, staff was really non existent, which was ok. The breakfast was just small muffins,packaged oatmeal, and breakfast bars. Not much. Overall, it served the purpose of my trip. Just a place to sleep.

Perhaps I’ve become accustomed to nice hotels being awarded a low star rating as opposed to low star hotels receiving a 2 1/2 to 3 star rating, but this place served its purpose, and I actually got a good nights sleep, but it looks nothing like the pictures of the three rooms we had rented. It was a hodgepodge of mismatched furnishings chest of drawers with missing handles and draw faces falling off them, combined with cigarette burned countertops.

No kitchen. What they did have was in a small office.

As a frequent guest of budget motel rooms, I can confidently say this was one of the best. I stayed for five days, and had no complaints whatsoever ^_^

I was relocating and I needed a place to stay for a couple of days while I was in the process of vacating my apartment. This ESA was okay. Pros—the AC was good and there were places to eat nearby. Cons—the stove didn’t seem to work and the elevator conked out. This place was okay, but I’ve had better ESAs.

The television was constantly searching for a signal, I had to keep getting my keycard reswiped because after a couple times of going in I’d get locked out.

• The manager has walked into my room already without knocking 8/5, • People have gone to the bathroom on the stairs literally next to my room and there is a lot of homeless sleeping outside, I didn't want to seem ungrateful, but I feel uncomfortable there,

The room was dirty and run down, the walls are thin. They say free breakfast, but it's only coffe and packaged pastries. We thought it would be better than Motel 6. Will never stay in either again.

We did not stay. It felt dirty. There was a suspicious guy watching us go into our room. There was another guy on the property doing drugs. I had 3 kids with me.

Although a bit sketchy area with a few people walking around, my stay was okay. I wasn't looking for anything extravagant. Just a night of rest. Which I did get. The noise was very noticable outside and above you can definitely hear stomping. Again not too bad just noticeable. Now the towels which were plenty , weren't clean could have taken another spin or three in the washer. I am thankful I packed my own towels,rags and had my own body wash. I was able to rest which was my main goal for the night. Would I refer this place to anyone? Let's just say it wouldn't be the first place I would recommend, it would be somewhere between 4 or 5 th choice. Again it's not the worse place but it isn't tbe best.

Old room, cigarette burns/stains on counter and bathtub. Room smelled of stale cigarettes. Right next to freeway, very loud.

Firstly took long time to check in the wrong room was provided, after the new room with more charge was given, then provided unworkable keys. Room was far away, three times I had to walk to get things done. Finally Room provided was used by some one earlier but we were so tired at midnight time, we were helpless to go to front desk for fourth time.

The staff was amazing and tries to work with you. The older male manager was so sweet and understanding. Highly recommend.

Smelled like a pack a day smoker had done some time in this room. Smelly, dirty, the stuff of nightmares. On the plus side, I don’t think I caught anything while I was there.

The morning after check in the office manager threatened to call the police on me because the “room was not paid for” except it was pending in my account. after a whole mess and me paying cash for the two nights I was up this morning to the charges in my account POSTED!

Like not even trying to hide the fact that he's a creepy perv who watched girls all day. Laterally stops what he's doing to walk past them, bump into them or just stair em down til they leave

Horrible management he is sneaky, he tried to come in my room twice when I was showering and once when I was in my underwear for fictional reasons and he goes in when I’m not there and when confronted will say he doesn’t want you at the motel if he can’t invade the privacy you pay for or try to control you by threatening your week being. Very poor management

The facility was well under kept. The room was stuffy, dirty and smelled terrible. The staff Adat was really unwelcoming and not helpful. After 17 min after checking in, we checked out. I could not stay another min, we requested to cancel our reservation, but were told we could not because we “used the sink” and therefore would be charged the night stay. Honestly I didn’t even care, I just needed to be out of there. We will never be staying at an Extended stay again. Thank you

The rooms smelled horrible. The toilet seat and bathtub was stained with hair and some sort of body fluid. There were people hang out in the parking lot drinking and smoking and playing loud music and talking loudly until 3am. The front desk clerk was rude and unclean. He literally blew his nose several times before giving my card back and never washed or sanitized his hands.

When we walked in the room it smelled musty and the AC was on it it was freezing. We dropped our bags turn the heater on and left came back the room absolutely wreaked of dog piss. This is a pet hotel, this also wasn't the room we were supposed to have. When I went to complain the guy was like you checked in 5 hours ago and you're just telling me this so I explained that we dropped our bags and left. He asked me if we did anything in the room to make it smell bad. I had to tell him we didn't piss all over the room. The room was not clean at all. I took a bunch of pictures but it doesn't look like I can post them on this site. Do not stay here!!!!

The beds and the little kitchenette were the best thing outta the stay transportation is a must have or you'll be finding your way either walking or taking Lyft or Uber the whole time otherwise it was a decent stay I don't think I'll be coming back do to public transportation not being available through out the morning

Our room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Our bathroom sink was clogged when we checked in, but they came in and fixed it. Building is older and could use some updating, but it was a pleasant overall stay.

If you’re a Crack Head or Homeless then this is the place for you! It was absolutely Disgusting from the carpets not being vacuumed, a random sock and baby toy in the corner of the room, fingerprints or whatever all over the picture and Mirrors in the room, the soap scum and dirt in the shower, sticking to the floor with my flip flops, food on the wall, and the sheets not being clean!! And don’t expect to get any sleep, it’s located right next to the freeway and the doors opening and closing at ALL hours of the night, people outside your door, the crackhead in the next room yelling at their dog and setting off the Fire Alarm in their room at 5am or the person smoking right outside our door making the smoke come into our room through the AC unit. If you’re ok with all this then Have At it, wonderful place for your liking. BUT if not then continue looking and trust my judgement. I’ve stayed in bad motels before but then definitely topped the charts!

Lightning in the parking areas was not good. Area looked a little seedy. Bed was hard and noisy. Looked nothing like the pictures online. Floors were dirty. Could hair on the towels.

When I checked in the man at the front desk was rude. My room was disgusting. The only thing they did in the bathroom is put new soap and towels. It had not been cleaned. There was certain kinds of hair in the sink and the counter and toilet definitely had not been cleaned. The chair had crumbs on it and the comforter (which usually don’t get cleaned) had something on it. I left my room got a few hours, and when I came back my key card didn’t work. I had to wait 20 min for the receptionist to get off her lunch break and fix it. She said if the key gets too close to a cell phone or travels too far from the motel that is de-magnetizes. It was a horrible stay.

30 mins after I got my room, took a shower and the front desk worker and a security guard knock on my door saying I was flooding the room below. There were people yelling and fighting through the evening and early in the morning people were shouting on the front balcony.

Cons- I did not feel safe walking to my car at night because there are a lot of people just hanging around outside smoking pot/cigarette. The counter in our kitchen area of our room was super sticky. Complimentary shampoo is available upon request only. The bed was uncomfortable and the frame was not nailed to the wall. The TV did not work.

We booked a king room, they gave us queen. No apology, no other accommodation made. Room smelled musty, long day at work did not need this. Would not recommend.

I would never stay here again. It was dirty. I don't think the bedding had been cleaned. I had two pancakes for pillows. The entire room had shotty work done on it the bathroom being the worst. Two positives.... the a/c worked really well and it was relatively quiet.

Dirty all around, dog’s hair on the bed, the carpet had cigarette burns, terrible condition of furniture, the room smelled disgusting, hair and bugs in the bathroom, no shampoo nor soap, dark spits on the walls, just terrible, we couldn’t sleep. The staff was rude and unprofessional, a security guard hit my window asking me if i had a room there and asked me for a parking permit which they never gave me… worst hotel I have ever been.

I didn't have a key. Had to go to office to have them let me in every time. Cause to make keys was broken and they never was able to fix during my stay. It was very inconvenience for me.

The bathroom needed a good cleaning — toilet, bath tub AND the air vent. The dust, dirt and mold on the air vent was particularly unpleasant. The mattress needed replacing — wires could be felt.

The bed was awful; felt like it sleeping on springs (literally). Old wobbly table/desk with one swivel office chair; couldn't enjoy a meal for two people. Rarely anybody at the front desk; had to wait for someone to come to get a muffin or package of oatmeal (complimentary breakfast) from behind the desk. If I had done a little research, probably would have stayed elsewhere.

As soon as we checked in we noticed that the whole floor was sticky through out the room and bathroom!! Then when the student that I had with me sat in the bed the mattress on the sides sank all the way to the box spring on both sides and just stayed that way so he did not sleep good at all in fact he rolled off the bed that night because the mattress was at such a bad angle. Then the shower curtain, all the towel racks and even the sink were loose from the wall and thought they would come right out of the wall at any moment. It looked like the only thing clean in that room was the bedding. And last was that I think most of the people staying there were living at that place, it was gross and loud and I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed that that's where I took my student athlete to stay the night before a big golf tournament. We couldn't get out of there quick enough!!!

When given our room the door lock was broken so we told management this and they shut the door and said someone will look at it but we would still be in the same room but when we said we were uncomfortable being in a room with a busted lock they complained before giving us a new room.

As soon as we checked in we noticed that the whole floor was sticky through out the room and bathroom!! Then when the student that I had with me sat in the bed the mattress on the sides sank all the way to the box spring on both sides and just stayed that way so he did not sleep good at all in fact he rolled off the bed that night because the mattress was at such a bad angle. Then the shower curtain, all the towel racks and even the sink were loose from the wall and thought they would come right out of the wall at any moment. It looked like the only thing clean in that room was the bedding. And last was that I think most of the people staying there were living at that place, it was gross and loud and I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed that that's where I took my student athlete to stay the night before a big golf tournament. We couldn't get out of there quick enough!!!

Check in was very simple and quick. The hotel is clean and had everything I needed. The employees are so welcoming and friendly. I was surprised at how quiet the hotel is since it's not too far off the freeway. I had a great night's sleep and if I ever need to stay in the area again, I will rebook here.

Good service

I had a great experience. The staff were nice and made sure I was ok throughout my trip. My room was super clean with no bugs.

Check in took 1 hr 19 minutes. The front desk person was not well versed with the system and had to call help desk, wait for an update and then needed help again to check me in. Room was smelly. Bathroom was filthy with spots and smudges. Did not seem like it was cleaned in the last 10 days.

I stayed here for two weeks for business. It is right next to the freeway and there are people living there full time. Trash everywhere. The place looks run down and in need of renovation. My room was clean, but I could smell cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke coming through the vents.

Homless people were lingering outside and made coming and going uncomfortable getting in and out of your car. I was unable to get After Hours assistance because no one answered the phone provided outside the office.

This place was disgustingly dirty, people were screaming and fighting outside our room in the middle of the night, another guest near us had blood on their towels and we had dirt in our bed. Plastic bags wrapped around the smoke detectors on the ceiling. The shower was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The sheets didn’t even smell clean.

Near the freeway, so a bit noisy. No walkable conveniences

Rundown, electrical outlets didn’t work, sketchy people living in the parking lot and showering with the water outside.

Notified staff coffee in lobby was empty and no refill offer was made. She just said oh well that’s it then. Small homeless encampment down the street, be careful of things in your car

My stay was pretty good, not problems. Check in was great, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was average,.no noisy neighbors considering there was a festival in the area.

Roaches in the room. The towels were paper thin. Don't stay here it's disgusting.
