For the price its alot better then most

Price seemed a bit steep for the neighborhood, but I'd book there again.

For the price it was not worth the stay ! Sheets were burnt with holes, smells like cigarettes all throughout the building, they lock all doors to hotel making it a fire hazard or any sort of emergency/safety hazard.!

I have stayed here a few times and the area around this hotel has gotten worse over time. Not the hotel’s fault but there were unhoused people and junkies all over the parking lot, security was cool and necessary. The room was good and the beds were okay just a little firm. Breakfast was good and fresh. I would recommend checking property out first before booking a room…

The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the entire building. The second floor was clearly the smoking floor. We were on the third floor, and the smell was still extremely strong there. It stayed in my hair and clothes.

Rooms are old and a lil beat up not the cleanest but do_able. I feel there a bit expensive for what you are actually paying for, just don't add up.

No in-room phone, plastic cups, coffee maker, or info about local dining. Other tenants were noisy nearly all night. Both front and back doors were propped open all the time, didn’t feel secure. Bathroom/tub as dirty, and lots of repair needed in entire room.

Very dirty not only around the building but the entrance into the property. Faucets didn’t work properly. Hair in the shower and floor. Smell was in the room and throughout the building. Also the smell of weed. Homeless around the building. Up at 6:00 down to check out the breakfast at 6:15 and found nothing but homeless getting all the wanted. You would think paying customers would be the ones getting the so called breakfast. I wouldn’t halve touched any of it anyhow.

room smelled bad, hallway smelled of weed constantly, the "breakfast" was a loaf of bread to cut a piece from and toast with nothing to put on the toast , 4 bananas in a bowl, some cereal with no bowls in sight to eat from, would rather take my chances of being on the epstein list than stay here again

The design of this property seems low-class. Hallway is narrow and smells like cigarette.

The room was nice and clean. It had a clean smell. Outside the room, elevator, and hallways smells terrible. I couldn't breathe and couldn't stand the smell.

Check in was great,the rooms could be a little better but can't complain just want a night of rest so hopefully it will be smooth

The room is non smoking yet it smelt like cigars there was a burn mark in the runner on the bed. There were shady characters and cars in the parking lot.

The reviews aren't accurate, this place was dirty stains on the bed. The bedspread had burn holes in it,the bathroom had burn marks everywhere. There wasn't really a breakfast just cereal and stale bread. I had to go ask for a hairdryer even though it said it was in the room. No WIFI at least they didn't tell me the password when I asked, they acted like they couldn't understand me. There was a jackhammer until 10 pm outside my window going for a few hours. No coffer maker in room and the coffee downstairs looked like it was sitting there all day and night. When I walked outside there was a woman peeing in front of my car. There were many homeless/druggies all around the building, which made me uncomfortable going outside my room as I believe some were living in the hotel and they were fighting all night and morning right by my door. I never write reviews but felt this was necessary for people to know.

This hotel actually has a good and usable wifi. Out of the the hotels I've stayed at, this is the best. More quiet than the other two hotels.

I wanted a smoke free room and it still smelled like cigarettes and marijuana all the time. The bathroom walls and the shower head were disgusting as well as the floor. The drawers were broken and did not open or close. Annoying people yellinghouse keeping early in the morning. Not worth the price

Besides the property grounds being full of litter, the room was in partial disrepair. The floor was buckling and was taped down in several locations. And though the bathroom was spacious, the exhaust fan was not working properly, the tub was cracked in several locations, the curtain rod was barely held on and the wall had several metal plates (either covering up holes or in place of non-existent wall-mounted devices/holders).

I wish the staff would do something about noisy customers. There were some above me that evidently had kids running around and stomping on the floor. It also sounded like someone was slamming closet doors or moving furniture or something.

Many loud voices and noises filled the hallways during the very late night hours. Wall insulation was very poor, you can hear everything going on in the Hotel. Pillows are very old and not in good shape. Air conditioning did not keep the room as the requested temperature. Shower head was 5' off of the bottom of the tub....

Check in and staff were great! I was just planning to stay one night before completing my travel to my destination. As a kid I stayed with my family in Motel 6 and Super 8 on vacation and remembered them to be economical and clean. My non-smoking room smelled of pot and the window was wide open to air it out when I arrived--too tired to switch at that point and didn't expect much improvement in a switch. Sheets and towels were clean. There was a hairdryer mount, but no dryer, empty kleenex box. tub and toilet were rather run down. Probably clean but didn't look so good. I was disappointed. I've stayed at Wyndham sites before and thought that for the price I paid, it would be decent. Would not choose to stay again.

Noisy AC and bathroom fan. Room was next to beverage machine. So constant noise throughout the night. Walls and door are not well insulated for noise. Clearly heard people talking in the passage outside.

This property felt unsafe and was so dirty. I walked in shoes the entire time because the floors were disgusting. The bathroom and shower aswell. I highly recommend finding another place to stay.

Had to change name for the person checking in last minute and they made it easy.

While my brother described it as something out of a Quentin Tarintino movie (it's squeezed in between a freeway offramp, a thrift store and the oddest Denny's restaurant I've ever seen) I found it to be more than adequate for our needs, our eldery aunt didn't live far away (which is why the hotel was chosen) and also not far from Elk Grove Park where we held a family reunion. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping (don't forget to tip) was excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

A lot drug addicts

Property was located on the off ramp of the freeway so it was noisy. Hallway was hot because end of hallway windows were left open to get rid of some smell.??? Room was ok. Prices are always too high for the room you are paying for.

My check in was terrible. Forst roo. We were given had roaches! The 2nd room smelled like weed! Terrible place to stay!!

Everything was nearby and convenient. It was a good place to stay . The only thing it smelled like cigarettes and the A/C smelled like fish when you turned it on . Idk it was just our room but it was horrible smell overall everything was great .

Very ran down property, not very clean, seems a lot of transients frequent this place. I booked it by the Wyndham name but was very disappointed.

It says they have complementary breakfast and they don't.. they don't even serve coffee, and there vending machines are empty and outdated.i like the hotel but it needs major improvement. There swimming pool has not been open in years either.

Everything was OK inside the lodge but outside around the lot was noisy and somewhat unsafe.

I didn’t realize there were any hotels left that allowed smoking. I was on a non-smoking floor but every evening the cigarette stench was horrible in my room. It was always stinky in the hallways. The room was clean with the exception of smudges on the coverlet. Bed was comfortable.

Ang fights in the hallways two night in a row, every inch of the motel smells like pot, they start banging on your door and hour before check out saying pay or leave, people work on there cars all night long in parking lot. The female manager is so rude. And there remodeling. And start hammers and saws at 7:00-8:00am. There breakfast is cheap and minimal.Much more I could mention but I've mentioned enough already

When i got to my room the TV didnt work. After a while the guy finally got it to work. The whole smelled like weed all night long. The room above me sould like they were fighting jumping all night. When i pulled the covers back on my bed. There was hair all in the bed. I ended up sleeping on top over the covers. Last there were people being noisy in the parking lot outside my window. I would not recommend

The shower was extremely low, I had to bend down to utilize it and I am of average height for a female. The area was surrounded by homeless and the pictures were glamour up to hid that feature. Walking down the halls smells of pot. I was told by locals that the hotel was used for prostitution regularly which doesn’t surprise me of what was going on. It’s not a place I would bring my children to, or use in the future.

Service was good. My initial room had a smoke odor so I downgraded and that room had an odor. It could of used a air freshener. Im pretty sure there are bed bugs. I did not feel comfortable. For the price and the name I expected better, 2 stars for service.

Television didn't work but that wasn't a big problem. The big problem came when a window was smashed out of my pick up truck while parked overnight. I was awakened at 12:30 AM by a security guard. Front desk offered to help? They could give me a piece of cardboard to cover up the window. The area around flooring is sketchy at best, and the parking lot not well patrolled at night numerous pieces of asphalt chunks available in and around the area to throw at windows of cars.

The Air conditioner do not fully cook the room off just parts. Blankets had hole in them and looked like someone tried to Super glue it…. I get that it was a smoking room but to leave a comfort with Holes more then 20 holes in the blanket was a lil gross…

I had booked on Expedia, believing I broked at the Super 8 by the airport. After a delayed 15 hr trip from the east coast and a $70 ride fro the airport, my 'non-smoking room' reeked of smoke. I was told 'there's nothing we can do.'

I’m very disappointed. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. I took pictures of your badly needed snack kitchenette. Dirty countertops, what looked like day old bread and sweet roll. Two containers of cereal which one was empty and what was non refrigerated water down milk. That’s what they called breakfast!! Room service , no changing of sheets . When asking for towels had to stand there in the laundry room and with each towel I requested, I had to put used one in laundry bag to show count. I have stayed at other Wyndham Hotels before, this one was a bad experience. Will not stay at this one again…

This was a good choice for a short stay in the Sacramento area. The room was clean and well kept. Bed just average. The area around the motel is not great but I never felt unsafe. For security, I wish they would lock the outside doors to the facility and make you get in using your key card.

2nd day key didnt work so i had to go get a new card key. No cleaning was done 3rd day the door didnt close properly so it was left unlocked the whole day. No cleaning was done 4th day elevator broke. Hallway smelled like urine and pot

It was noisy the first night I stayed there for a little bit. It’s nice that a Denny’s is next door the this hotel and the service there was very good.

I liked how they received us when we got there. Pot holes entering facility no security, homeless disturbing at 4:am.

Once I showed up, their system/computer wasn't working so even if I wanted to, I couldn't pay with a card and they were taking cash only. They also couldn't find my reservation due to their system being down. My room all and all was clean, but the tv pretty much turned only on and off to ONE channel. And during the middle of the night, a lot of cigarette smell came into my room. Whether it was through the outside or the air vents I am unsure. Their were pot holes everywhere in the parking lot area also.
