The non-smoking room smells like an ashtray. Wall is moldy. Tub looks like a crime scene. Vent inside the restroom is hanging from the ceiling I hope there is no hidden camera that was installed in there.

It was decently clean.. loud partying outside throughout the day. Staff were not the friendliest but did their job. Couple roaches but it's an old motel..You get what you pay for but not the worse motel at this price. Fairly decent.. wish the Internet was better it kept cutting out and a smart TV would be nice for another option I got bored watch animal planet and the news all day..

Parking was easy - there was lots of room - but there were a few shady characters making noise a few times in the parking lot. On the plus side the floors had been redone in the past few years, linens were clean and the beds the right firmness. The curtains blocked the light well. When we arrived the night clerk was very helpful, replacing the battery in a chirping smoke alarm. If I had been with family I would have left, but I was alone and could afford to overlook the problems. Not recommended unless you're on a very strict budget.

One of the worst hotel/motel I have stated at. I booked it last minute, in a rush - Such a big mistake. The room was rigged with smoke. This is the dirtiest place I've ever been in my entire life. One of the most shadest places I've ever stayed at.

NASTY SMOKE SMELL AND ROACH IN ROOM APPEARS CLEAN, DIRTYYY AND OVERPRICED $80-$90 PAID per night. WASTE OF MY MONEY!

When checking in i was asked for 20 dollars deposit, but cash only, they refused my bank card for the deposit. They ended waving the fee which i guess is cool but still pretty sketchy they only accept cash deposit this day in age. When entering the room there was something sticky on the tv stand, there was hair clippings on the toilet and in the sink. The bed was like sleeping on ahard rock that was wrapped in plastic. They don't give out the wifi password, don't have coffee. The water gets hot nicely though. I definitely do not recommend unless you are like a prostitute or something. 20 dollar descrestionary fee.

The room was dirty, everything was sticky. The bathroom was not how in photos, especially the bathtub was dirty. The pictures were taken so that you can’t tell how it really looked like. The microwave was gross and the fridge was very noisy. It was overpriced. We paid less for stays that were 50 times better.

Were I to call this place a dump would be insulting to dumps. The room, from the floors to the ceiling, was filth. The two armchairs were stained, thread bare, and torn. Found insect droppings in all of the drawers. Nails sticking out from the wall. Electrical outlets filthy. The walls needed cleaning and paint. No place to hang up clothes, no rod, no closet. No screens on windows. No battery in smoke detector (only know this because the battery door was left open). Room was labeled "no smoking" but smelled like the bottom of an ash tray. Found debris and dirt on the floor. The door was covered in smudges. Trash cans outside were over-flowing. Trash all over the grounds. Were it not for the clean sheets, I would not have stayed the one night. But it was so horrid I could only stay one night and checked out a day early. It is obvious from the 3.6 stars that I saw for this place that they have paid to have their reviews rigged. This place doesn't deserve to be listed. (I have photos if anyone is interested.)

There were no food options in the bed was terribly uncomfortable.

I had to kill four roaches. The worst part is I went to get breakfast. Came back and my husband was drinking his beer and almost swallowed a roach. It was horrible. Went to the front office and all they did was extra 30 minutes and a $10. If u rent a room there, be careful!!!

Cheap, quiet, enough space to feel comfy

I always have a good day when I stay here at the Vinces Hotel at very accommodating and friendly the manager is a great and will assure you have a great day. I recommend Vinces Hotel when you come to stay in Sacramento.

I like the front desk clerk, and the low deposit. I didn't like the filthy furniture in my room and the poor upkeep of the room. My room wasn't even clean, there were still ashes on the window ceiling and nasty water dripping spots on the ceiling. Floor wasn't cleaned. I upholstered and cleaned the chairs.6y6yy6

I entered the room, and promptly left the property.

Manager and motel staff are amazing. The price u pay is where the amenity lays. Has been cleaned up a bit in the past year than it was previously which i impart to the new ownership. Overall its cheap but its also quiet, there's no bugs and we haven't had any issues.

I was not good, I will never stay here again. Did not look safe. NO HOT WATER!! TV DIDN'T WORK. I looked like there had a fire recently. I wish i could get my money back.

Did not stay at this hotel. It is very run down and half of it was burned down. It looks like there’s a lot of bad element that stay there and your belongings would not be safe.

The hotel is conveniently located and very nice for a lower budget stay. The staff was very helpful, and Ankush made sure we were well taken care of.

The price was amazing and affordable

The hotel had roaches the tub had stains and Cracks and bathroom was disgusting the bed smelled like old something, the blanket had cigarette burns not one but many. I didn't even want to look at the possible stained up sheets the drink machine took 3$ after putting in a5$ bill it only gave me back 2 gold dollars but no drinks. The nicest thing there was they're coffee pot in the office. Never again for me like ever I'm really upset i wasted my hard earned money on that place

I knew they had no elevator, so I called and learned ahead of time they had no ground-floor rooms, which was an inconvenience for us. The night we arrived there was no toilet paper (or tissues) in the room and when I asked I was given only 1 roll. The room smelled musty. Each bedspread had at least one cigarette holes in it. When I asked for towels to mop up water we spilled, I was given only 1 (which wasn't enough, I didn't want to trudge downstairs again to ask again). Even the ice bucket was cracked; but we used it as a waste basket because there wasn't one. We’d certainly not return. -- On the bright side, the room was quiet, the morning staff member on duty was cheerful and helpful, the location was convenient, and the price was far less than where family members were staying nearby for our weekend gathering.

I love this motel the management is really helpful and staff is available 24/7. The rooms are cozy and spacious and the housekeeping is always reliable. I really enjoy the motel for numerous reasons. The staff gives you your privacy and they do not come in your room while you are away. This motel is close to public transportation as a number of great food places. I will pick this motel over any high end hotel. The price is affordable and the entire experience was enjoyable. I truly recommend this motel!!

Roaches were crawling inside the toilet. Everytime I took a hot shower more roaches would crawl out of the woodwork. Literally. Someone killed a roach and left it there on the wall in between the beds. Could barely sleep cause I was worried about roaches possibly crawling in my ears or something...

Came to this motel after booking it on Hotels.com. We had a lot of issues with the front desk and after 30 mins we finally got the door keycard. The room was filthy and smelled like urine. The entire floor in the kitchen was sticky. Stains were all over the stove and underneath the sink. We found a pincher bug crawling up from the sink and a dead cockroach in the shower. The light switch in the bed area did not work and we had to attempt to sleep with the bright light on all night. There was also black mold on the ceiling.

Honestly it was overpriced and super loud and it was very very dirty. The people in the office were friendly, but thats kind of the only good part of the hotel
