Booked thought Expedia...cancelled my reservations the day before I was to fly out and check in. Only gave me one choice for replacement stay and it was way sub par in comparison. And honestly should have gotten money back as the 2 properties were not comparable value. Will never attempt to book there again,very disappointed.

My family and I had a lovely weekend. The view from my balcony was so beautiful and very peaceful. Overall wonderful stay!

Place was very nice the staff was amazingly helpful the only complaint/ issue I had was if ever came back I would make sure and ask for a room that is not over the dumpsters in the alley way as the trash trucks coming in the morning are VERY noisy.

Cancelled my reservations 1 hour before we were to arrive. Leaving us scrambling to find a new place to stay. We traveled from Indiana to Texas and got a text on the airplane of the situation. They overbooked and we suffered. Had our reservations for 7 weeks. So much stress to start a vacation.

I booked this room and the day of check in the shuttled me off to another hotel. Where is was stuck in a 1 room hotel room with no kitchen, tiny beds, 1 bathroom. So ya not happy.

The pictures were awesome. Was excited to get to stay there. The facility canceled our reservation at the last minute,with really no explanation. I think they overbooked. We had to scramble to find another location to stay.

Balcony didn't face the water/city Parking Valet only, or find a lot yourself, Luckily walking distance to everything, only got car to leave on our 3 day 2 nite stay

We loved our stay at club Wyndham. This is a timeshare style hotel, we are lucky and found it on Expedia for three nights. I loved how the rooms had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a bedroom. It's hard to find that in San Antonio. I am already trying to book my next stay. It seems hard to get more than two or three days unless you're part of the timeshare program with Wyndham. I would love to get six to seven nights in October. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The valets guys were very good, they had my car ready whenever I needed it, very friendly and hard working guys.

Worse experience ever at a hotel. Made the reservation paid the money. Had several texts over the next week about our trip and if we had any requests. Day we check in at 3:54 we get an email our reservation was CANCELED!!!!!!!!!!!! GAVE US 3 OPTIONS. NEVER RETURNED THE EMAIL SAYONG WHERE WE WERE TO GO. We went to the property and sure enough it was canceled and they couldnt help us. Gave us a number stayed on hold for at least an hour altogether disconnected twice. Manger said he couldnt help. Finally after losing our cool they got through to the 800 number. Sent us to another hotel by the time we drove the 3 blocks that hotel couldnt take us. And they gave us another hotel to go to. Finally got a room 3 hours later on the first floor with a homless man sleeping outsode our window and a shower that flooded the entire bathroom. For almost 700.00 3 nights. ZERO STARS

We were charged a lot more than our room was worth, plus we incurred Uber fees that we were not anticipating on incurring. We lost out on a lot of site seeing due to overbooking fiasco. Instead of saving money through Booking.com, the relocation cost of time and money. Beyond disappointed.

Love La Cascada! Be prepared for alot of renovations/construction. That's my only complaint. Wish I would have know about the pool being closed, that's the reason I booked here. Besides construction, everything and everyone was great!

Upscale condo like hotel that was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The staff was attentive and thoughtful… Always stopping whatever they were doing to engage. We came in from a long walk on the river and they got us cold water to take to our room. Highly recommended and will definitely return if ever in the area. Nothing….

Our stay was amazing

Get there after a 4 hour drive and get told their was an issue with the booking and there is nothing available. Had to wait over and hour to get put in a new hotel! Half of our grocery order went to waste! Then at the new hotel we ended up coming out of pocket more $ when we were told that everything was going to be covered! 😡

Good condo-hotel, but it's not a resort as the staff calls it. Be ready for a hard-sell sales pitch that they won't let you leave without calling you hostile when you don't purchase a plan, but you've already stayed over the required time waiting to get the promised incentives and they just won't stop pushing. And, if you enjoy this kind of thing, during the presentation, you may get to watch the presenter "fake" cry! The presentation turned me off to Wyndham hotels.

Very disappointed to receive a cancelation due to “unforeseen circumstances” at 3:54pm of the arrival date when the check-in time is at 4:00pm. We notified Club Wyndham La Cascada a few days in advance of our late check-in. We were traveling with parents (in their 70’s) and arrived much later due to the severe weather on Thursday night. Having to deal with relocation for an hour late that night due to the cancellation is very disappointing. We were relocated to a lesser quality hotel and far from the original location.

Our experience with Club Wyndham, La Cascada was absolutely horrible! We traveled over 1500 miles for what we hoped would be an unforgettable birthday trip with friends in San Antonio, Texas. We booked the club Wyndham La Cascada in early January and the reservation was fully paid for. However, hours before our arrival in San Antonio, we received an urgent message stating that our reservation was canceled and we would need to call a number for help with a new reservation, I could not believe… I was distraught and in total disbelief!! We had reserved and paid for a two bedroom suite at the club Wyndham La Cascada, and finding a similar accommodation would be next to impossible. I truly believe that we were bumped with the excuse that no rooms were available. Rates for the suite we had were posted for much higher rates that we paid for in January. With only hours before our arrival in San Antonio, we had to settle for whatever was available and with Spring break in Texas, the options weren’t great. We ultimately settled for a Residence Inn by Marriott. We were lucky to have found a place to stay and for this, we were most thankful. However, the unit at the Residence Inn was not comparable in size or quality to what we would have had at La Cascada but with no other options we had to settle for this, I would not recommend Club Cascada by Wyndham as they don’t hold true to their commitment, and there is lack of transparency and they lack customer empathy!

Nice place! Comfy bed and quiet. We did have to move due to a leaking a/c unit that soaked an area of the carpet. Then the ice maker of the unit we moved to was not working, but we were given a 5 lb bag of ice to remedy that.

Great property. Location was perfect, facilities on point. Customer service was lovely, BUT I was just interested in staying the 2 nights as booked, bot being pressured to do the timeshare sales pitch. Valet parking service was excellent.

Just a short walk to the main riverwalk area. Room was good size, it was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for NYE 24 for our 17th anniversary. It was a great time. There were s’mores earlier in the evening and champagne on the roof top pool deck at midnight, wasn’t expecting any of that. The staff was great, the room was very clean, valets were great, it’s a great location, just wonderful over all in my opinion.

Didn’t have balcony right on the river side but very nice to sit outside at night or morning with beverages and people watching. Everyone was very nice and friendly and valet parking staff was great. Ended up sitting through a two hour presentation re: timeshare opportunity but other than that it was a great experience Easy access to river walk and Southtown restaurants and breweries

This property was perfectly suited to my needs. The unit was spacious, had many amenities and was clean and well maintained

Our stay was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. Our suite was more than we could have expected. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to San Antonio.

Great room and pool area, extremely friendly staff

The room was absolutely amazing and beautiful. The only flaw was the jacuzzi tub in the room wouldn't work and that was very disappointing to us. Other than that I absolutely loved this room!!!

Excellent resort, I love how roomy it is. Ours is a 1 bedroom suit. Comfortable sleeping 2 adult on the king bed. I did had a blow up twin size mattress for my 10 year old son, and worked out perfectly. We stayed for 5 days, no one clean the room or take the trash out, I wish they would at least make my bed and change out the towels. The only inconvenience is my husband is 6’5” and the shower is very tight and small for him. I can barely bend over myself. Wish it was a full size shower instead of the narrow square kind. Pool was fantastic, we were up there every night.

Good hotel. They do push the timeshare a little bit but they aren't overly aggressive or at least they weren't with me. The same person also showed us some great places to eat as well. There was a minor maintenance issue while we were there, but it was out of their control and they handled it as fast as they could.

We came to San Antonio for a mother/daughter girls trip. Staying at La Cascada gave us freedom to walk to local attractions. The valet parking was extremely welcomed. The room was spacious and very accommodating for our needs.

The property was a little dated and needed a refresh. The staff was fine except that they try to constantly sell you on their time share/club presentation. Was not prepared for that.

Valet had our car ready very quickly. We will be staying there any time we come San Antonio

We really enjoyed the property and the suite had a lot of space. I would stay here again.

The overall stay was great. Not as close to the Riverwalk as they suggest.

The Wyndham has so much room and was conveniently located to every fun place in San Antonio. Highly recommended.

Location was walkable to Riverwalk but far enough away so we didn’t hear the noise. The staff were friendly and helpful and offered us water. The valet parking was great and easy to use. They were very helpful with our luggage

This was a lovely place to stay. It could be a tad bit cleaner, but I know housekeeping frequency has changed since Covid. It is a timeshare hotel, so they will ask you to attend an "event." (You can say no though.)

Decent property in proximity to Riverwalk. Nice to have a kitchen and separate bedroom, and nice little market a couple of blocks away. That said, the property felt a bit tired and there were no drink/dining facilities on the property.

I'm not a fan of the time share aspect of this property. I forgot about these places when I booked. I really just wanted a nice hotel with proper amenities. Instead you get a really nice place that wants to sell you a timeshare with zero dining options.

Very nice stay. Big spacious rooms. Kitchen was nice to have for cooking. Comfortable beds. They do have a pool table down stairs and nice layout of a pool with view.

I Liked that it was close to down town and the river walk but the valet parking was quite inconvenient and took way too long to get our vehicle on several occasions, drop off area is way to small to handle the volume of guests arriving at the same time. Service people claimed the furnace blower was working ok even though it stayed on all the time and never cycled as it should. Had to shut it off at the breaker so we could get some sleep at night!

The hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation without notifying us. No one from the hotel nor hotels.com notified us prior to arrival. The hotel still had someone confirming arrival and information about the stay the day before we arrived. We arrive and they turned us away unable to accommodate. We then had to contact Hotels.com who had difficulty securing another hotel.

Nice location and amenities. Grounds well kept Furniture in unit was a little dated or hard to sit on. Tiled bathroom floor either was dirty or stained. Selling pitch was annoying.

Rooms were very clean. But no amenities in the hotel and valet parking service from 1 of the guys was very slow.

Disappointed when we went to check in, our room wasn't ready. Check out was 10 am. I asked for additional 30 minute late checkout. I was denied.

Units were not as nice as pictured on website. Furniture and bed very uncomfortable. We found roaches in the kitchen.

Very great place to stay. Valet service was amazing and the ENTIRE staff was so accommodating & friendly. Would highly recommend. Also my "room" was not a room it was a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment equipped with washer & dryer. The game room was really cool & the concierge was by far the best I've ever experienced.

its right next to San Antonio riverwalk. very close to many main attractions and downtown SA.

The property was great! Great view from the pool area, unfortunately I called to make sure the pool was heated and the hot tubs were on they said “yes” but that wasn’t the case. The pool was cold and the jacuzzis were off. The game room is just a room with a pool table and two arcade like games. The room was great though, had everything we needed and was extra comfy.

Everything thing was beyond AMAZING!!! The room exceeded our expectations. Next time we did decide to book a room on a higher floor.
