Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Airport

The hotel was in a good location, easy to get in and park. My only complaint was the toilet ran, so I had to keep the bathroom door closed.

The breakfast was not included unless you bought a package for 12.00 per person. This information was not stated upon checking. The breakfast at the Bistro was 45.00 for two adults. There was also 12.00 parking fee, and a 25.00 deposit that is added to the cost of the room upon check in. This was not stated in the Booking.com price, so the room was substantially more than stated.

Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly.

Rooms appear to have “facelift”, very dated with surface level modifications. Location of the TV is 90 degrees from the bed. Odd setup.

Central location close to the airport- staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family, staying there, and meeting up for an informal gathering. Thank you The restaurant bar area was a bit small, but worked out perfectly

The room and hotel were nice and I loved the restaurant/bar in the hotel but the night desk lady Ms. Teresa was AMAZING!! She is so friendly and personable and extremely helpful and I hope she’s still there next time we stay!

Our room was small, which is not an issue. The issue was that the couch was VERY close to the bed. The couch has a shelf-like attachment, which makes for even less clearance. My wife nailed her shin on it in the middle of the night; very painful, to say the least.

We started to unpack when my wife found bedbugs on the pillow (Gross). We immediately stopped everything informed the front desk. They offered another room, but we were not comfortable taking the risk. No refund was offered, So we just left in the middle of the night.

Safe hotel they have security outside and gated area. Our vehicle has been broken into on 4 different occasions in other hotels! We will be using this hotel on future stays. Had peace of mind and were able to have a good night sleep. Hotel clean and comfortable beds! Staff was nice too!

This is very clean hotel. Also the staff is very good. There is only an opportunity at breakfast, its system is not common and friendly. All others are excellent. I like this hotel.

Room was very nice at an affordable cost. We had a king suite and the separate bedroom was a lot more spacious than others I’ve stayed at. We had a complementary breakfast for 2 at their bistro which was really good and my husband and I also took advantage of their fitness center! The gym was very spacious and had a good variety of equipment, 10/10 would stay again!

It would have been much better to have had breakfast like so many of the other hotels. Other than fast foods, nothing was convenient to have breakfast before leaving. Im afraid we would look for that next time even though the rooms were very nice.

The bed was extremely run down. It felt like it was a very old bed because it had a hold and you would sink on it. Very uncomfortable sleep.

We stayed with two children in a room that was meant to accommodate four people and it was less than ideal. The room arrangement make the room virtually un-navigatable when the couch bed is unfolded. There wasnt enough room for four people and our luggage. Both beds were really stiff, the couch bed in particular should never be a bed. The couch unfolds to a double (maybe?) so two older kids will struggle for room. The room also doesn’t come with additional pillows for the fold-out so we had to request those and housekeeping isn't very timely (we called twice over several hours to remind them and upon delivery, we still didnt get what we requested.) The check-in staff was nice and accommodated an early check-in for our family which was so nice. Super easy access to the airport so if thats what you need, this hotel is fine.

Great pool. Laundry room could be better since it only has one washer and one dryer. Ac didn’t keep the room cold but we got to the hotel at 11pm after dinner so didn’t want to change rooms it was fresh but not cold.

Very comfortable hotel with easy and quick access to San Antonio International Airport. The check-in process was easy and efficient. The bistro offers very good and nutritious choices.

Nice courtyard, spacious room with a couch and ottoman, convenient to the amenities in town I needed to get to, good food and coffee at the restaurant, secured parking and friendly staff, they even let me use their parking lot to change my tire after I had already checked out and turned in my parking pass.

Unfortunately we stayed here on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, only two nights. Thats was the two nights when the Bistro was closed and there was no room cleaning during out stay. We would have been nice to know this up front. Might have made a difference.

Not the first time we stay here but definitely our last. The sofa bed in our room had a BUNCH of dead bedbugs. We got switched to another room and that one had some too!!!!

Property is OK, but manager was fairly mean and dismissive to customers. Rest of the staff seems nice, so most likely poor site management.

The air conditioner wouldn’t shut off. It was cold in my room. I tried to turn it off and it would still turn itself back on even when it didn’t need more air condition. Room 414. There were bugs? Inside the bathroom ceiling light. They need several bug zappers for the large wasps and horse flies in and around the pool. The pool seating area had ants on part of the layout chair area near the towel boxes. I brought bug issue to front desk attention.

Rates are high for the area, I was billed for parking and didn’t have a car…they removed the charge when I asked) ….the pool and gym were well maintained and the lobby was clean and comfortable. I was charged a different price each morning for the same coffee drink which was very high, even for an espresso coffee.

Decent property but the $30 per day in junk fees are ridiculous. This should be illegal as it wasn’t disclosed in advance. They also charged me for parking and I didn’t have a car. The “restaurant” was very limited and only had one employee…when there are more than 2-3 people there, service was painfully slow and I paid a different price for the same cappuccino drink every day.

Treated well and fairly by property

Location is good, 10 dollars for parking per night after already spending 157 a night is steep we could go elsewhere and spend 170 get free breakfast and free parking. Doesn’t make sense

The Marriott Courtyard inns seem to be ideal for the business traveler. The rooms are comfortable and have just what a business traveler needs: A bed, a couch to sit and relax, watch tv, or read, and a desk for work. They have a good meal service without being too lavish. There is always a shuttle to and from the airport. I have tried a few other hotel chains and I have decided to go with Marriott Courtyard as the standard choice.

This property was not very nice , they charged us for parking there , I meant what ? Plus my description said breakfast included then we were getting charged per person for breakfast . Stysoe of the hotel was old .

It’s not as nice of a building as most Marriotts. The staff was very friendly. The food was just okay. Conveniently close to the airport.
