    The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and polite. The restaurant was great to have a good breakfast and dinner too when the day was to busy. A couple drinks at the bar if you need to unwind. The shuttle drivers were great and having that as an option took some stress of driving in a new city off my plate. Made the stay more relaxing. Definitely recommend.

    No continental breakfast, the breakfast buffet is $17 per person and nothing special. They serve dinner which is also pricey and not super great. The bathrooms in the rooms are very small and outdated. The elevator is broke. Snacks are very expensive.

    We did have an issue with the elevator not coming when ready to leave and catch our plane. Front desk staff had to get us down from 9th floor with all our luggage in the service elevator. But very glad staff available 24/7.

The lighting in the rooms ( all three) was terrible, room 154 had no light bulbs in the lamps. Staff quickly remedied the problem. Ate dinner at the restaurant but had to change all four orders due to being out of items on each order. But the chef made excellent food from what he had. Breakfast from the menu the next day suffered the same issue on a couple of the orders. Again though the food was excellent. We arrived on Sunday the end of the festival so being out of things may have been an inherent issue.

    The experience at the restaurant and bar was atrocious. Anything i asked for that was on the menu was "out". Basically a burger, fries, and beer. Sad thing is i came home with a stomach bug. Will never stay here again

    This property needs serious attention. It was filthy and very unsanitary. The pillows smelled like a sweat shop. The bed covers were stained with dirt spots and smelled uncleaned. The carpet smelled like stinky feet throughout the building.

    The AC systems were out so our room & the hotel was hot. Made it hard to sleep. Towels were thin and small. Hall carpeting looked old and faded. No placard in the room to tell us what channels were available. When we asked the front desk for one, a man who didn't speak English, came up & showed my husband his cell phone. No information in the room about the in-house restaurant. Restaurant was out of many menu items. The food we got was good - actually, the best part of our stay.

    I wouldnt recommend anyone staying at this hotel we stay their for two nights and the second night broken into maybe 30 cars on sunday earlier morning about the time coming out we had guest complainting about vehicles getting broken into and their didnt care the staff and we had call the police that their was alot of cars that got broken into the earlier morning so please dont stay here plus their rooms were very nasty too dirty sheets and comforter and also pillow case plus little mosquito and gnats flying around the rooms and restroom and stains on the carpets like blood was very disappointed in this crown plaza hotel ...

    Overall good experience. The staff were VERY nice. I appreciated having free parking and being so close to everything. The room had a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The rooms are a little worn, dated paint and chipping tile. The cleanliness was medium, I did feel the need to wipe things down. There was a long piece of hair on the bathroom counter and a piece hanging on the wall. It's right next to the freeway, but we didn't hear any noise and it made for an easy exit when it was time to head home.

    Came on vacation with my wife and kids and our experience was TERRIBLE. Bathroom floor was DIRTY. Bed had bugs & crumbs on the sheets. Omg the tub was DISGUSTING asked if i can could be moved to another room i was Denied by staff. I recorded Videos and took pictures of room and showed staff and they told me that they didn’t see an issue with the room and that all of the house keepers are gone. I will NEVER book at this hotel again.Definitely not worth the price they’re charging for what you get this is unacceptable. 0/5 stars do not recommend.

    Shuttle was on time. Elevator was broken and kept opening on floors people were not located. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub at hotel and when we went to get in hot tub was broken and not hot. So was the handicap equipment around the hotel. Notified the staff of the broke hot tub over a two day period which they said they would get the maintenance man to take a look. He was never seen working on the hot tub at all.

    The lemon water in the lobby looked like it had lemons from the day before and wasn’t iced. When asked if it was fresh - the front desk staff said they had no idea. There were stains all over the carpet down the hallways and in the room. It appeared that all the guests were on the 5th floor so the ice machine never had ice so we had to get it from another floor. Definitely pack your own toiletries bc they were all mismatched samples and there was no conditioner. I ended up going to the store to get my own. When you fly, you count on the room having things - don’t count on it here.

    Only one thing I would've liked to see is better lighting in the bathroom mirror, my eyesight needs the extra light to shave . We were there for 3 days and never clean the room and bring it up at the front desk when I checked out and the person was very nice and gave us a complimentary breakfast.     The check in staff were not prepared and overall not very friendly. Took forever to check in. Arrived at my room, not given a room that matched the photos or description on the site. Room was clean, and overall not horrible. Bathroom was tiny and needs help. The amount of caulk and holes in there was disturbing. I honestly expected more from a Crown Plaza hotel.

    Room was good. Some hairs in towels and sink. Bed was the best. Did not sleep well in the morning because cleaning ladies were making a big fuss and noise near the elevator. Yelling across the hall to each other banging things. Vacumming so early. They need to change time of cleaning to at least after 11a.m. Told front desk and did not do a thing they still did it the next morning. Breakfast should be included since it is an IHG hotel. Amenities pool is in the shade no way to get in.

    We booked an eight night stay, upon arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite on the second floor. The so called suite was old, dark (minimal lighting) and dungeon feeling, dated furniture , old fixtures, stain tub horrible room. On the sixth day of our stay we returned to our room to a heavy chemical odor permeating through out the entire hallway and worst in our room. The chemical odor was so strong that cause me shortness of breath requiring me to use my inhaler. The front desk said that maintenance had been working on the second floor using chemicals to strip and resurface the shower tubs in adjacent rooms. I was moved to the 10th floor in the main section of the hotel. The room was a bit better than the dungeon but not by much. The rooms at this hotel are old a dated. The following day the chemical odor could be smelled on the 10th floor. I contacted the front desk. Apparently they had been receiving complaints about the chemical odor and were trying to find the source because no resurfacing was being done on that floor, they would get back to me but they never did. I contacted the front desk again and requested tape so that I could seal around the door to our room and that I would place a towel at the bottom of the door in attempt to keep the chemical odor from entering the room. Maintenance never responded to our room, it was now getting late evening 11:30pm so I was forced to stuff toilet paper around the door to create a seal. Horrible experience

    Hotel is older but really clean, employees were very friendly and helpful. There was a problem and the whole downstairs smelled like sewer for two days, the Elevator was broken but fixed by morning, and the big problem for me was the door to the room was not sealed light from the hallway was quite bright at night I had trouble with the light.

    I'm used to this hotel and have always liked it. Staff very friendly, but, not enough amenities in room and not replaced enough. No shower curtain liner, so curtain was soaking wet. Tub was slippery with no non-slip liner and I fell. Should have another safety bar on the wall in the tub area. Hard to figure out TV. The small retail area by the front desk always empty, not refilled for a week so far. Restaurant and Bar not open enough. Disappointed this visit, and I'm on a 2 week stay.

    The room was terrible. They had double booked. My family was woken up in the middle of the night with another guest trying to get in because they have been booked in that room. Also, the air conditioners didn’t work. They removed three times in the middle of the night and ended up in a room with a toilet that didn’t work. This is unacceptable and no monetary compensation was offered for all of the trouble.

    Me & my wife felt very welcomed by the staff at the front desk during check out, very friendly & engaging in conversation that didn’t feel forced but we shared laughs, the room was very clean, the towels & complementary toiletries included were very organized & pleasantly presented, nice quiet peaceful environment with no issues of complaints!     Took 45 minutes to gwt oir room, stuck in the hot lobby with no airflow, elevators didnt work half the time, bathtub didnt drain had to stand in water, only one washcloth in a room with 2 beds, room stayed hot even though temperature was set at 60, no staff at check out to talk to, room wasnt that clean.     The place isnt bad, but its all the hidden fees that they throw at you when you leave that is a shame. Before i could leave the parking lot after checking out they were charging my card for fees i didnt know were involved, for example; they initially charged me one hundred and twenty dollars along with a fifty dollar incidental fee, cool no problem, when i checked out my bank started to inform me that some shady business was going on cause they were trying to charge seventy dollars on top of the one seventy thay had already charged me. I spoke to the manager and he said that my money might be back in my account two or three business days, regardless you charged me 240 dollars cause i cant access the funds you placed on hold. Ive never had this issue at any other crwone plaza, i will never be back to this place, stay away.

    The room was nice and comfortable, it was a quiet experienced considering this place being next to the interstate. The front staff’s professionalism is my only concern. They didn’t greet, they were talking with each other while checking us in about stuff going on in their life. There is a time and place for that, I didn’t want to know this woman’s business but she had not trouble speaking it out loud. The breakfast was great here with a wonderful older lady servicing it, she was friendly and very kind.

    Finally a mgr stepped in and said they would upgrade us. Too another 5 for clerk to get that done. Got to room and no AC. No phone in room to call. Had to go down to desk. Sent maintenance. He confirmed AC was bad said he would inform desk. Waited 20 min and no action. Went back doen and clerk was playing on phone. Asked for another room. Was moved to another area of hotel. No offer of help to move or apology for inconvenience. Packed up and ready to move and hotel elevator now out. Another guest called the hotel and informed them and was told they would turn it back on. Moved to new room and no TV as remote was dead. Called and asked for batteries. Never received them. Late for a dinner reservation due to all the hubub which took 2 hours. Inexperienced help ruined the stay.

    Our stay was ok. Room and bathroom clean. Room didn't get as cold at night as we would have liked. Elevators were having issues around check out time. My only issue is that the parking lot in the front of this hotel is very dark. Of course, if you do anything fun and come back late, parking is limited and you park where you can park. In the morning we found out our truck and 2 others beside were broken into. We didn't have anything stolen and its just an inconvenience but i would really love to see more lighting in this parking lot.

    DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are a on construction type job business trip . I want to upload the pics online so bad . I changed rooms twice and end up not even staying on the property. I was asked if I wanted to change rooms for the 3rd time but at that time I was disgusted. I will say one of the front desk night ladies was pleasant but it was out of her control . The tub had dirt and hair and the other room had paint that appeared to be old . Thankfully I had family in the area but this by far was the worst hotel I’ve everrrrr stayed in . While the night staff was great the morning staff one in particular seemed I bothered her when I started to complain again about the room . Imagine a long flight / layover and not wanting to take a shower because of the shower. I don’t know if the other rooms were bad but mine was def horrible . I want someone to reach out to me because they gave me a name Michelle and she credited me only $94.84 the 5 days booked . Honestly , I could’ve been ok with even half refund but $94 runnnnnnnn don’t stay here unless you have no other place to stay . Sad

    This hotel is convenient in terms of proximity and comfort. But I regularly experience slow check-in and shuttle issues. On this occassion, the airport shuttle says "Holiday Inn" everywhere except a small sign on the door. I missed it and after calling to resend the shuttle, driver (bad attitude) never returned. I took Uber and asked what happened, he was quick to show a photo of an empty bench where I should have been. Then the elevator was malfunctioning, and I had to use the stairs to the 10th floor. On a bright note, the two receptionists were very apologetic and hospitable about the slow check-in and elevator. The rooms are always clean and AC works great. Shuttle service has been the main issue for about the last 18-24 months. I'm sure they'll get the elevators working. I hope they can improve shuttle service because I've had to use Uber last 3 visits.

    The staff at this hotel were outstanding - very caring. I especially commend Maria, at the front desk and Steve, the shuttle driver. They made my days there! The reason I gave this hotel two stars was because the elevators were a big problem! The first day my friend and I couldn't get an elevator to respond when we pushed the button. The next day when I was supposed to meet friends, I got stuck on the elevator for at least 20 minutes & it got HOT! I vowed not to get back on that elevator, but when I was checking out at 5:45 a.m., it was the only elevator that would respond. Afraid to miss my flight, I got on. I was relieved when the elevator moved to the first floor, but then it stopped. Luckily, it then moved to the 6th floor where the door opened. Well, I got off! I had a plane to catch! The maintenance man had to come get me and help me with my luggage. He saved the day! The staff was great. The room was clean and the showers had great pressure!

    Great experience at this hotel. Front desk clerks were friendly, knowledgeable and quick at checking you in. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. It’s a must stay place.. oh and the shuttle bus driver was so nice! Overall great experience , everyone excelled at customer service. Until next time 😊

    We were celebrating our anniversary in San Antonio from Florida, so we were excited to visit Texas. I have always had a great experience with the Crowne Plaza, but the price should have been my first clue. Though I was not impressed with the neighborhood or the outside maintenance, the hotel was inviting and pleasant. However, I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the lobby furniture. My biggest disappointment was the size of the beds and the bathroom. Both were EXTREMELY small. Though we dealt with the bed size, the bathroom was terribly small and outdated. My husband is extremely tall, so needless to say - it was not the best situation. For an overnight stay, maybe. A special occasion? Pay the extra money and stay in a Riverwalk Hotel. Sidenote: The hotel will take you 3 miles wherever you want to go. That's great. You also receive free shuttle to and from the airport.

    We waited for the shutte 34 minutes for the cust service rep at front desk to say driver is busy. Basically said tough, and he's busy at the hotel, that's 5 minutes away from the airport. Needless to say, we took a Lyft. Shuttle doesnt run until 6AM, so if you have a flight early, forget it. Glasses in resturant dirty. Just turned off, not a good pick, disappointing for a Crowne Plaza. Manager tried to make it right, sadly the tone was already set.

    The check-in process took a long time (10 minutes). Training a new staff member, who didn't know at all what she was doing. Had to run the credit card through twice. Had to fill out redundant paperwork with name, email, phone, vehicle license number, even though I have been an IHG Club member for 10 years. I was not offered a bottle of water. No water in the room. WiFi would not connect, even with the correct passcode entered.

    Location to Army base and food was convenient. The bed was comfortable, stayed 5 days visiting son in Navy Medical School. The pool was cold to me being from Florida and hot tub was perfect. Easy access to get into parking lot and they have covered and non covered parking. They have snack choices and restaurant on site
