Everything was very good. Clean and polite staff

Staff was very welcoming and attentive. There was some construction during our stay that triggered the fire alarm but they right away handle it and made sure the process was quick so it wouldn’t be disruptive to the guest. My family loved staying there! Staff was friendly as well.

One of the best hotel staff I have seen

Breakfast was pretty good, but the evening Kickback reception was awesome! 3 free alcoholic drinks, salad, soup, nachos, and hot fresh entrees buffet style was great. Saved a lot of money not having to go out for dinner. Buffalo Wild Wings is in the same parking lot and Whataburger right next door if you wanted to go out. Marcos pizza also delivers!

I will suggest and my family and I will stay at Drury property again

We honestly can’t figure out why other reviews are so high. The place is really outdated and small. Rooms are very small for a hotel in Texas. Again, can’t understand why this place is so highly reviewed.

We’ve stayed at the Drury on the Riverwalk and this one, and definitely saw the difference with the overall hotel spaces, funky odor in the rooms and food served. It was a decent place to rest at night and the staff were friendly, but we definitely wouldn’t rebook here. The Riverwalk property was definitely better value for money.

We had to bring in our own big blanket only a sheet on the bed but other than that we love our stay and will recommend and stay again. It is very convenient besides all the construction but not hotels fault for that.

I was very very impressed by everything overall. Great full breakfast choices, free yes free evening snacks , sodas . Free yes free again, light evening dinner, hot dogs, sliders ,fries ,mixed veggies, popcorn and the finality three complimentary alcoholic drinks per person each evening, not to mention the staff were overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. Hotel was actually cheaper than other places that we checked and compared prices. This is my new go to hotel from now on . Oh yeah room was very large and clean, two n half rooms, sleeper sofa with tv in it’s own room ,very comfortable bed .

Staff was nice and the other amenities were good. Was just disappointed we were not able to use pool and hot tub Whirlpool was not working and the pool was cold. I have stayed at Drury Inn’s many times and have always enjoyed the facilities at other locations.

Loved this hotel! Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was best we have had that was included. The afternoon/evening apps could have been considered more of a dinner they were so good. And the free "happy hour" drinks were much appreciated! Will be back!

Overbooked hotel and my room was sold to another guest without any notification. I drove 6 hours to stay at this facility and when I arrived I was told there was no room for me. No phone call nothing.

I love how clean the property was and the mingle with friends they have every night. My tub did not drain. If I took a shower I had to stand there and hold the drain open for the water to drain out. Also not enough towels in the room

What made the stay excellent was the attitude and care of the reception staff as well as the staff assigned to breakfast who made sure everything remained stocked and clean. This was unusual in our experience with similarly priced hotels.

First, was the excellent customer service at check in. Lady was friendly and took care of us. Makes a big difference when your stay starts with great customer service. We had been going to La Quinta when visiting daughter and now ill be returning to your hotel. Wish I could remember her name so could make it more specific.

Great staff, property and value. Free light dinner and drinks and free hot breakfast. Clean, well appointed room. We left before breakfast but it smelled good. The only negative was the air conditioner fan had a knock to it. They were fully booked but offered a box fan to help drown out the knock. After the free drinks, the knock wasn’t as noticeable. LOL Slept pretty good. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely look for another Drury stay in the future.

Located right off of the highway so convenient, but also still quiet given the location.

Room was clean, food good. Only downside for me was the hot tub was cold and ants all around it ( I'm allergic). I only spent 5 minutes in it during the 2 days I was there.

The hotel is well managed, well kept. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Don't be discouraged by the highway construction; the hotel is ready to get to. Several restaurants walking distance away.

What a surprise! This place offers very good food for breakfast and dinner along with free drinks. It is very clean and quiet, great friendly staff and I highly recommend it, 5 stars!!

The hotel overall was okay, we liked how friendly the hotel staff were and that they offered free breakfast and the 5:30 kickback food. The only downfall for us was the hotel room temperature. When we entered the room it was 80 degrees and it never went below 78 degrees. When we spoke to the person in the front office she said it was due to a hot day and in the night it would get colder, NOPE it didn’t it stayed at 78 all night. We were on the fourth floor.

The staff is amazing. Housekeeping was helpful and friendly. Front desk host and hostess were simply awesome. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Actually better than some high dollar hotels in downtown San Antonio. Come check it out.

For the outrageous price, the room is tiny. It's not accessible at all. I got this room for that and a roll in shower. I couldn't even use the shower if i tried. It's not accessible for handicapped people. The bathroom was tiny. Nice bed and breakfast, but we missed the lunch or whatever they call it here and the free soda and popcorn. All I know is I won't be back. I don't appreciate booking a room and they overbooked, so I couldn't get my accessible one. Too pricey to get what I got.

The Drury Inn is our favorite place to stay in San Antonio. It’s clean, nice and affordable and I always feel safe. The free breakfast is good too.

Property was older and smaller than other Drury Inn properties that I’ve stayed at. I think its placement wasn’t the greatest. In my opinion, it needs to be updated and upgraded. No real issues. Staff was great, friendly and helpful.

Check in was fast and room very nice. My only complaint was that we weren’t able to adjust the thermostat and got a little too warm

The area and room was great. The only reason for 4 stars is the elevator was out of order.

When i was checking in, i was told that the elevator wasnt working. I was offered a discount on both rooms. The desk clerk carried an oxygen machine to second floor for us. He went out of his way to make us stay and make us comfortable. He was very friendly and helpful. I didn't regret my decision to stay. Everything was excellent despite the elevator not working. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

Nice place, located near train track so you do hear the train in the wee morning hour. Friendly front desk.

We had an issue with the temperature in the room as it had been over 100 outside that day and the room was on the interior that was open to the entrance, but the manager got us a fan and we slept comfortably. The bed was very comfortable; the breakfast was great!

Nice hotel... hard to get to due to construction

This is an older property right off of the freeway. It is spotlessly clean and charming in an 80’s kind of way! We stayed on the second floor directly above the check in desk in the atrium area and we heard nothing all night - no freeway noise, no lobby noise, nothing! The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning cool. Breakfast was very nice and I LOVED having access to the fountain drinks in the morning and in the evening. That is such a little thing that makes a big impact. We would definitely stay here again.

Also there is a In and Out. All this is in a walking distance of 5 minutes. We felt safe. We would stay here again because we needed to stay close to city of Converse to see family.

We have stayed here several times. Safe, quiet, comfortable room . We weren't very happy with the bathroom on. The fourth floor this time.

The hotel lobby and breakfast area was very pleasant with a large atrium. Our room was on the atrium which might be problematic if there were noisy guests attending the reception area. The kickback offer was a great bonus if you were too tired too eat out.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Drurys. Only inconvenience we had was 1 of the days we needed to be somewhere by 7am when we walked out to leave around 6:45 a charter bus that was there for some school kids was blocking us in. We stayed here because of how closed to and how early our daughter needed to be to her event, and if we're late sometimes we get fined as a team. The school with kids had a lot of equipment and luggage on the floor trying to load all of that, my husband asked politely if they could moved forward or back just to let us out and they didn't want too. By then he obviously was not happy, so I went inside to ask the front desk guy to asked them for us to move and the employee looked lost. He didn't know what to say or go do, he sat at the computer like if he either was trying to call someone or look up a policy. While inside I heard another teacher was rushing the kids to start loading the bus but they were still trying to get breakfast. I ended up asking her to ask them to move, she did and the other lady said yes to her on moving and also cause my husband was already mad with her outside. Just wished the other guest could of had been more polite in moving since they were obviously not in a rush to leave yet or for the employee to go out there on our behalf for my husband didn't had to get mad at the teachers.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. We came for a family trip and was only able to enjoy the breakfast in the mornings, it was really good. We will be staying here again when we return to San Antonio.

Great reception staff, room was clean and quiet (with the windows closed, as it's near the freeway, we couldn't keep windows open). I knew they did breakfast, but was pleasantly surprised by dinner and drinks they hosted in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit dated. No access to apps through the TV, had to use a firestick.

It was really peaceful, friendly, and good customer service.

The customer service was great. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had whatever we needed. The hotel was in a great location. We weren’t far from where we needed to be and where we wanted to go. And the room met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable.

it was a great place. We brought two service dogs with us and it’s a fenced in yard in the back by the pool and it’s a pretty long strip of grass so it’s all about the dogs for us and their comfort. The rooms were super clean very roomy we had a queen size bed with a sofa sleeper in it very nice. The gal at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

Overall nice and clean. Matresses are spring, if sharing you will get to know when other person changes side. The other downside was a train line near by and the moving train with honks making you wake up as they pass by. The BWW near by was nice to have.

Drove 3 hours to arrive at the hotel and he told they had no rooms left. I reserved my room 3 hours before my arrival, they could have notified me before I arrived so I could’ve made other arrangements.
