Todo estuvo exelente, volveré otra vez , estuvimos dos noches, y estaba todo limpio, lo que me gusto mucho , que nunca lo había visto en un hotel fue ,que tenían , shampoo y acondicionador, crema , jabón para manos, jabón para cuerpo, pero en grande , suficiente para semanas, me agrado,,,, lo único que no me gustó mucho, fue la persona en la recepción, tal vez tuvo un mal día, pero fuera de eso todo exelente 💯

Room was dirty once we checked in, but the manager was very kind and went out of her way to clean it for us. The bathtub has a bubble of water making it very uncomfortable to walk or stand in, floors were still pretty dirty, towels are very warn and leave fuzz on you after use, ac has a loud sound to it and the tv doesn’t always connect to the universal remote they provide. Area was very sketchy and lots of people roaming at night and around the rooms. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night. Very friendly staff though.

Great room for the price, our only complaint is that the curtains were about three feet shorter than the windows and it took us a long time to use the tv because it was in Spanish mode 😂 However took almost an hour to get into hotel due to all the construction that happens at night……but for the price we have no complaints!

As soon as you walk into your room, your nose is tackled with a heavy scent of cigar smoke and heavy tobacco product. There were no towels provided, a mere half used roll of toilet paper, and a set of sheets that were NOT cleaned prior to check in. Bed sheets had vomit or bodily fluids on them (as shown in attached images). The shower had a leaking cealing from the room up stairs abd also had black mold. Overall disgusting and most unsanitary place I have ever booked. Would NOT stay here again.

Clean rooms in very helpful.

The booking details doesn't tell you that the place is filled with dealers and other undesirable neighbors. I was concerned for the safety of my car and my wellbeing enough that i left after the first night. I wouldn't have stayed that night if i wasn't already exhausted from travel and it being after 11pm. The staff were friendly and the room was clean as it could be, considering the age of the property, but the clientele made me abandon ship even with the no refunds policy.

I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the room didn’t have any type of soap, glad I prepared! The floor of the hallways was covered in filth from what it looked like 1984 I can only say that I was grateful for my lack sense of smell, thank you allergies! There was only one half used roll of toilet paper in a room that sleeps 4 people, again I had prepared myself with a pack of wipes. Other than that I was too exhausted to even notice or care I was not visiting for pleasure this location is near a hospital where I went to visit a family member.

Didnt get to experience the pool because of the weather. The rooms was not up to par, the tub have a lump in it you dont see it until you get in, the curtains have stains all on it. The only thing that was good about the room was the water pressure in the shower I love that but everything was about the room and the location was terrible. The Motel needs to remodel the whole building and update it's amenities.

It’s not the hotels fault that there is construction going on and therefore extremely difficult and time consuming to get in/out, but it is the hotels fault for not letting me know. This stay was enormously difficult. Enormously.

I didn’t stay longer than 15 minutes…roaches were crawling in the room and on my belongings I ran out of there. That’s all I have to say. Staff was great super friendly and beyond helpful, the lady at the front desk was very sweet and understanding.

I thought this was the real Extended Stay went booked it. The TV did not work the 3 days I was there. The toilet over flowed and the repair guy left the nasty plunger in the room for me to use. I deserve a refund for the work that I had to do.

The first room didn’t have a working lock, the second room had a lock that didn’t work, the room was clean enough.

The rooms are impeccably clean and maintained to a high standard. The staff members are consistently friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist with any issues that may occur during your stay. This is not my first visit; I have stayed here multiple times, and I genuinely enjoy the experience. The environment is generally peaceful, although it can sometimes be noisy due to nearby city activity. When I mention noise, I am referring to trains passing and the congestion from traffic, which are beyond the hotel's control.

Staff was friendly, but and room was good, but the restroom needs fixing. Tub was like a waterbed it was so wobbly that I was scared that it would break when I was showering. Toilet the tank kept filling up by itself, when I woke up in the morning the toilet itself overflowed. Not going to book here again. Pool? Being cleaned, but not opened for several days, weird.

It is old and poorly remodeled but otherwise good for the price.

Restroom was dirty

Aside from the state of the rooms, the motel itself was almost impossible to get to it took me an hour and a half to find a way to access it because of construction and road closures. There was one obscure/hidden route. I understand that the motel cannot control construction, but this construction has been going on for months. I recommend putting directions in the descriptions to help, if they expect customers to get there.

Room could’ve been cleaned better, I had driven 4hrs already from Houston and didn’t feel like a cheap place needed to be sparkling but… it was decent when I checked the room, then I woke up to roaches around the room and on my pillow at 4am. The stairs/hallway smells of dog urine. The pool water seems clean but looks murky, so I didn’t go in it. 👍hot water and good water pressure.

I did not stay. I checked in, walked into a room that smelled like death, didn’t even put my bags down. Looked in the bathroom & there was scum & hair in the shower. Turned around, gave my key back & went to a foster place.

People wasn't mean n No manners. none of them. Was polite. Seem like they had no matters. And you got to pay for everything. I'll never go back there again. And then they got a curfew that everybody's got to be in at 11 or 12 o'clock.

Our room was not cleaned at all. It was extremly smelly when we entered, both pillows were full with blood stains, the floor was gross as hell, the bathtube had gross things in it!

The bath tub/ shower, sink, mirror were all dirty. They had not been cleaned. So i got none to another room. The lithe room was the same. I was so exhausted that i laid a throw noodle of mine over the bed and fell asleep then left right when i woke up.

Staff was nice, but oh my gosh this place was so dirty. The floor was so dirty, the room smelled like cigarettes, the dresser wasn’t even against the wall when we walked in, the window seal was covered in dust, and we immediately left after an hour because we saw a cockroach come out from under the bed. Not to mention that the cold water didn’t work on the sink so I could only wash my face with scalding hot water, and they didn’t even give us a comforter. OH and the pillows were quite honestly the smallest and worst pillows I have ever been given.. actually that i have ever seen. They only gave us two pillows. I’m not usually one to complain, I know that a motel is not gonna be the highest quality, but I expect everything to be in working order, and there to be some level of cleanliness.

Absolutely terrible hotel. Bed had one pillow and no blanket. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Floor was dirty and covered in some kind of slippery substance. The shower was gross, didn’t drain so had to shower in inches of standing water, and there was no curtain so the floor was soaked after showering. Should have known that such a cheap nightly rate was for a reason but I would expect at least the bare minimum, especially since I’ve stayed in an extended stay in another state and had a great experience. Unless you have no other option than staying here go somewhere else.

This place is not a hotel and the pictures are nothing closer to the real building, this is place is so horrible that looks exactly as a homeless shelter.

It was a terrible stay, I actually didn’t even stay. This place is roach infested, I mean literally falling from the ceiling and hanging from the shower head. Big, small, everywhere. I do not recommend this place. I understand it’s not that expensive but to even have an establishment it should still be clean and if guest are spending money, you should be comfortable. I had my children with me and we couldn’t bring anything in. The bathrooms need to be updated and all. The bed frame was dirty. I recommend for hotels.com to not even advertise this place. They should be ashamed and then have the nerve to not even offer a refund. I walked in and walked out.

The first room they gave us was disgusting. My husband found a pee puddle by the bed. Our lamp had no bulbs just a flashlight. The toilet had hair and poop marks on it. The tub had yellow marks it was nasty. They desperately need better house keepers. The nice man at the office named Derrick was great. He honestly needs a raise dealing with this place. He found us another room that was upgraded. The only downside was it had roaches, toilet was hard to flush, floor was so dirty our feet would turn black. The only thing we liked was the ac, pool and comfortable bed.

The staff is terrible. Especially the manager. They tried to double charge me. Ignored the receipts that I had showing paid, 2 months before I came. Then they ignored me even when I asked “are you going to honor the receipts I gave?” They didn’t give an answer. They ignored me for 2 hours and told me to deal with Expedia. Eventually I was able to get in touch with Expedia and they gave me more than what this horrid motel tried to charge, so I got a safer hotel and better area. It was a thee day stay and they called the police on me, for walking out of the building after 2 hours of being ignored and refused my room, despite receipt, then when I got to my car OUTSIDE of the lobby and parking areas, I screamed out of frustration before driving calmly away to make a new stay.. yes I was at my car and out of their building. They messed up and then called the cops on me. They then claimed they had CCT TV, but lmao it was only 30 minutes later it wasn’t given to anyone. In fact, the police validated my receipts and said the manager was out line. I have the footage now, and can confirm this is the worst place to stay and they will gaslight you, double charge, don’t clean. It’s full of residents, and should not be a stay for anyone needing a couple days.

I was allowed to take a peek at my room before finalizing my check in and wish I didnt. Safe ti say its obvious why they dont give refunds because the problem started before I even made it into the room. From right outside my door I was welcomed by not one, but 2 crack pipes that were both dirt and looked used. But had obviously been left there for some time. I checked out my room and not only found dead bugs on the bed, as well as the pillows, put under the covers and on the floors in the corners, as well as the hallway. Ventured into the bathroom only to find that the toilet was stained completely black, and the shower was covered in what looked like rat poop, as well as something I could only call flea dirt. When explaining this to the staff, I was told that there were no refunds. Despite the state of the room, nor was I offered any accommodations or the chance for housekeeping to visit once more. Needless to say, don't spend your money here and you're better off sleeping in your car or under the highway, and you'd have better conditions than I was met within this hotel room.

The concierge was amazing. He answered all my questions and was quite informed and friendly. The room, however, was unclean. It has a dead cockroach smeared against the wall, and the blankets smell like urine. Our neighbors were loud coming in from a long night of partying at 5:00 a.m.

Everything was great until the next morning my friend who stayed there also is handicapped and I called to ask for 15 min extra so he could get dressed and everything and they said they couldn’t give us extra time but when the maid service got there we would have to leave. This was fine well he was finishing getting ready when a pounding came at the door and it was the cops and I assume the lady that works in the front office telling us to get out. Keep in mind the maid service had never shown up. Anyway they told me I had to keep the door open and open the curtains. I told them no because I friend was putting his pants on that it just took him a little time. Well they acted like we were criminals when I opened the door to walk out they just stoop in the doorway. Then they went in there like we had ransacked the room. Well it was cleaner when I left than it was when I got there aside from the trash in the trash can. Oh yes they have roaches also

Had to finish where the drywaller left off, with wet toilet paper, plugging all the gaps and filling all the holes from foul air, wasn't a relaxing stay. The pool and front office staff were good, but the rooms shouldn't pass Marvin Zindler health code.

I stayed two nights. The girl at the front desk was very kind, and you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you lost her. She deserves a raise, a Christmas bonus at the very least.

Uhm if you would stay there and they didn't like you they would put you in the back then I truly believe they would have people listening to us. And that should be a data infrastructure and should always keep updating but finger print also should be both ways frfr!!

It’s an inexpensive overnight. The motel is a bit sketchy, lots of interesting characters coming and going all night long. Make sure you bring any valuables in your room and lock your car. Area has little amenities.

Terrible experience with this horrible place. Was on our way Friday night had an traffic accident and to find out that they cancelled our booking at 3 pm. Check in is at 3 pm so how do you cancel my booking at 3 pm. Bunch of idiots at this motel. They said if you don't show at check in time that booking gets cancelled. BS

Horrible place. Roof leaked, bathroom was flooded, no blankets, dirty sheets, dusty, not a clean room at all. A lot of bugs and bed bugs, took them 3 days to give me toilet paper and towels, room also had black mold that caused my child to be sick.

Tried to let them know ahead of time not to give my room away as I was behind schedule. No one answered the phone so I sent an email. I even contacted expedia. They gave my room away and would not refund me for the remaining 5 days of the reservation. Once seeing the property I did not want to stay there anyway. The property is very run down and there were a lot of sketchy people wandering around. I did not feel safe.

Construction made it hard to access. Rude overnight staff. Building exterior was awful. Room stay was generally uncomfortable. Only information given at check-in was it being tax free after four weeks of staying. Not for me.

I pulled in the parking lot and couldn't find the office lobby . I drove around to find it and no luck , people hanging around and trash all over. I pulled right back out and my son abs i got another hotel.

The place is a dump. Extended stays are generally nice. This place brings bad reputation for your brand.

Didn't like streaming television kept buffering

This was one of the worst hotel/motel experiences I've ever had. I don't care if I see a roach, or a hair, or if there is a little dirt, or maybe some not so white towels. BUT this was all of those things plus A LOT of roaches. Of course they have a no refund policy because I'm sure that almost everyone who checks in tries to go get their money back after walking into the room.

I was able to sleep about a total of 5 hours due to the noisy individuals outside walking around, but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Over all good stay.

What I liked about this property is the fact that it was really close to where I work and I was able to make the commute in less than 10 minutes. Very convinent.
