AC was moisty, sheets were dirty along with pillows! Restroom was dirty and couch was coming apart. Blow dryer did not work.

Rooms were large. Room did not have extra chairs to sit and watch tv. No place to charge phones. Bathroom needs to be updated. Tub was very slippery. Breakfast was only muffin and coffee. Nothing for non coffee drinkers. Air conditioning was great! Had to request coffee maker for room.

That they over book rooms

Door would not lock, door was open at arrival. They gave me a room at the very end of a very seedy hall, dingy carpets. The smell of cigarettes my nostrils RoVery much crackhead

I did have a good night sleep, it was clean and quiet but there wasn't any hot water when I went to take a shower and no attendant was at the front desk. People said they waited and came back to check for an hour but didn't see anyone.

It was good just for 1 night stay.

Well we had to wait for 2 hrs to get checked in and then there was a stabbing that just happened so it wasn't cool blood everywhere

stay was quick but really good! The staff was super nice and the room was spacious, clean, and comfy.

Location Mushy wet floor, Smelly breakfast area, warn-out toilet seats and towels, room intercall to communicate reception wasn't working, internet was the worst I've seen in a hotel in all my trips around the world. Broken elevator at rush hour & without any word by facility managers thereby making us go late for our appointment.

We needed a new room when checking in because the recliner was broken. The new room still had sticky floors and brown muck in the bathroom. The room smelled moldy. We only stayed two of the three nights booked and left early.

I don’t understand how Expedia allows people to book at this property. Let’s start by walking in and seeing dirt and trash on top of the fridge, then sliding on a greasy floor and sticky carpet, the microwave was broken and missing parts, the tv screen was blue on every channel, there was blood stains on the bed skirt, there was spit stains with blood on the wall, crumbs and trash around the bed, under the bed there was trash, excessive hair, a used drug baggie, and dried Mac & cheese. There was greasy face marks on the window, water leak marks and unfinished repairs on the ceiling, the bathroom tub had some dirty marks on it, there was "brown matter" on the wall. The door look was broken and modified, and no manager on site to help. People staying there in lobby looked homeless. We checked in and immediately checked out, and still working on getting a refund.

Where do I start?! It is simply not a hotel you would expect in this area. The lobby is not inviting, there is only a sofa and one tv. The staff was nice and welcoming but that’s the only positive thing about my visit ( I left and didn’t stay). The elevator shakes and sounds as if it was going to come apart when the door opened/ closed. The hallway carpet and dim lighting made it appear as if I was walking into the Cecil hotel- it was creepy and smelly. Once I reached the door to my room it appeared as if someone had tried to break it open with a crow bar. Once inside the room the tv was broken and I could only see half the screen, the smell was musky like, the shower had stains and hair from previous guest. I decided to leave and stay somewhere else. The owners need to address these issues and place accurate photos of hotel. Do not waste your money, for $20 more you can stay at a clean/updated hotel within a few blocks from this one… don’t walk, run from this place.

The carpet smelled in the hallway and the carpet in the room had stains. Bathroom was not very clean and there was no Grab and Go breakfast as advertised.

The hotel is mediocre as suggested by the price. Our vehicle was broken into and the tail lights were stolen off of it. The stff did nit seem to care one but and they have no outside cameras for security

I found a roach in the room, the offer to move us to another room in the same floor but it was just going to be the same thing so we decided to move to another hotel. My name.

We have stated a lot of hotels during our travels and I would say that this one is on bottom of the list I'm going to give it a one-star simply from the fact the refrigerator did keep things cold. I'm not sure how you can advertise a breakfast when you're only two options are Miniature blueberry muffins and chocolate chip which I don't do chocolate. They did furnish so-so coffee to wash your breakfast down with. I'm usually not a complainer but this one needs to be grouped with the rest of the budget hotels. There was mold around the soap dish in the shower and there's a lack of power outlets to plug in your Essentials. Seems this one's a bit outdated and needs some help but that's all I have to say.

I hadn't ever stayed in an extened stay hotel, so the experience was very different than what I expected. I did like the kitchenette with fullsize refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and coffee maker. The staff were very nice and helpful, parking was great. Area was safe, and convenient to shopping. It was walkable to shops and some restaurants if you're in decent shape. Its at the top of a hill, so walking could be challenging for some. The property in general seemed a little run down. Was told there was coffee available in lobby area but they were out most of the days I was there. The room had a weird smell, probably the carpet. The toilet seat was broken, and the bathtub needed some cosmetic repair.

This place was dirty. trash and dirty clothes and bedding, where in the hallways, the staff was not in the front counter most of the time, the breakfast area was almost empty. They had coffee only and when I inquire the front desk person, where was the sugar and cream They said they ran out the day before and did not provide any solution and this was first thing in the morning.

Stayed for a couple weeks, staff is friendly. Hotel is older, area is quiet felt pretty safe. Gets a lot traffic when activities is going on in the city. Pretty clean, just a little dated. Would stay again

Room was filthy. Like next level disgusting. Tissues in the couch pull out with stains that were frightening. Felt like I needed to shower after just walking in and checking right back out. We did not stay. I’m not bougie either, I can camp outside and deal with some mess but this was pure nasty.

We arrived and was given a room. The elevator and entire 2nd floor smelled like weed. Went to our room on the second floor and the room also smelled so we went back downstairs to switch it. The front desk apologized and was quick to make it better but she only has 1 room on the 3rd floor. Thankfully, it was cleaner and didn’t smell but it wasn’t the best smelling. The hotel smelled moldy and smelled like it needs new carpeting. This is South Texas & humidity is terrible.

Carpets were dirty. Floors were slick and felt greasy. Common areas and hallways stunk. Would not stay again.

Never been to one but imagine a homeless shelter is a better place to spend the night. Couldn’t take it for a second night so slept in my car.

I think this property is under new ownership... They missed some of the basics. Out of coffee one day. Out of coffee cups another day. A bit of trash in the public areas. No dishes for customers use in the room. Otherwise, clean room and linens. Cool a/c. Hot water. Good bed, TV and fridge. Convenient to Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, HEB and restaurants/.

Located near by shopping plazas and two exit to the nearest emergency room if needed. Location is quite.

There were roaches in the room. All over the kitchen counter when I woke up at night. Mold around the caulk in the bathroom.

The ice machine was not working, there was dog poop by the elevator and its smelled like dog in the hallway.

Shower was great, 1 bed broken down and had 2 houseguest (roaches) and room had cat piss smell and lounger with cat scratches.

I enjoyed being close to every place that I like to go to eat and shop at. It was a great visit to San Antonio, Texas.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is outdated and ciuld use some cosmetic updates. The tub was very stained. The grab snd go breakfast was nonexistent. Not bad for the price.

Everything was good, however the WiFi was awful I had to connect to my WiFi even after i connected my phone would say no WiFi. There was an electric stove and that did not work. Other than that it was great

For an extended stay hotel there was remarkably little utensils, plates, cups etc. Remarkably little as in none. There were no plastic cups, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, and the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The queen bed was a twin with one bedside table. There was a pervasive smell of insecticide in the hallways and the only elevator was very slow. The only good thing was the price.

The room was very dirty and there were a lot of cockroaches, it was disgusting.

If you were coming up the road from the northern direction and needed to turn right, the Sign was easy to miss. It was partway up the hill. There was nothing close to the actual term or to warn that the turn was coming up. We spent an hour trying to help one member of our party to find the way, I finally drove down and waited next to the freeway so that I could have him follow me the last bit.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Its supposed to be a non smoking hotel but the first and second floors, even the lobby, smell like cigarettes and weed. Our room got double booked and I didn't even receive a phone call. We had a double room booked and ended up with two single rooms and we have small children. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. Everything is falling apart and needs to be cleaned or redone. To make it even better the showers only have boiling hot water. No cold water. The front office lady was nice and helpful though.

This hotel was beyond filthy. The carpets in the hallways look like they've never been cleaned, the rooms have roaches. This was by far the worst experience I've had. Not only that when we spoke to the manager she did not attempt to assist us in any was instead she checked us out stating that they were over booked. A video of the roaches is being sent to the corporate office. All is good as long as you are willing to sleep , eat and bath with roaches. my score is -10.

The lady at front desk seems very unfriendly and annoyed of her job. Waited 20 min to check in at night stood there for a check in. I can hear everyone comes and goes in hall way trying to sleep.

It was too much noise during the night so I couldn’t sleep. Couple of doors were broken and had to pay for WiFi for a FaceTime call.

Amazing staff!

Stayed in room 120, two big square patches cut out of carpet, room smelled, a long crease from one end of the room to the other. I slept on top of the blankets. I challenge you to show up unannounced and ask for room 120.

At first glance its nice but we woke up to a roach in the shower in the morning.

Our experience was HORRIFIC!! We were staying there for my granddaughter's Baptism. The hotel stunk so bad the hallway smelled like skunk, the recliner in the room apparently had been scratched up from a cat and the leather chair in the room had no leather on it...it stunk so bad we had to find somewhere else to stay(on memorial day) which means 90% were full and it was my wife, my daughter, and my 1 yr old grandson...after driving 6 hours...if you are ok with nasty this is your place to stay

Imagine leaving some of your trash outside the door to be picked up, then getting admonished by a staff member. "You can't leave that out here!!" OK, I'll just let it pile up in the room. Sheeesh....

Hotel staff locked me out of my room on 3rd night because they said I had an issue with payment. They never asked for a credit card but I would have gladly given one to them when I checked in. Very unprofessional. Instead of calling me to clear up the payment issue, they locked me out until I had to come see them at front desk.

5th year staying here for Valero Texas Open. Staff was excellent. Property is a little run down but just need to sleep & eat. Love the big refrigerator!

The room was in terrible condition, the kitchenettes drawers are all broken, cockroache problem as well. Didn’t sleep do to think if a cockroach would be on top of me.

The lobby is the cleanest part of the building. Roach problems, no kitchen utensils until well into the trip. Because of the area being nice I felt safe to book, but didn’t expect a dirty stay. Won’t be staying again. When I brought the cockroaches to their attention, I was given bug spray - which while nice, I would’ve rathered a refund.

Coackroches a lot in the room

Stay away from this hotel. Looks nice on the outside in a nice area of San Antonio but beware. Our room had roaches. In the shower, bathroom fixtures, crawling on the microwave, and the walls.

Window entirely opens with zero screen or protection to keep a child from falling out of hotel. The room stinks. There are no shades. The bathtub doesn’t have a stopper to use tub for children. The phone doesn’t work. And the elevator can be heard opening and closing all night. Horrible hotel. Really. Horribly hotel experience. Worst ever for me.

Friendly staff. Iron and ironing board were useful. Few amenities. Table legs need tightened. No dish cloth to clean up spills. Was there 10 days - no one picked up trash.

The stairwell smelled of dog urine. The room had a funky smell also. The bathroom wasn’t clean.

When I checked out, the pack & Play was in a box behind the counter and a staff member said she brought the bed to the night clerk but was not told to deliver it to my room. Spent a sleepless night to prevent baby from falling off the bed. Breakfast is not acceptable.
