    the only disappointment was i was told by one of the staff that i would be able to have a night swim, he gave me a business card with his name and wrote my name & room number on it and he told me to show it if someone told me to leave the pool. well the doors are electronic and are timed so the pool was not accessible to me as I had been told. other than that, everything was fine.

    The only main issue was that our vehicle was broken into overnight, and the passenger seat was damaged. I wish they had more security in the area. The staff was friendly, but I don’t think we’ll be going back due to safety concerns.

    The hotel was awesome! The manager, think her name was Kayla, was awesome. Very professional. The ac in lobby and hallway on 2nd floor must’ve been broke. Very warm there but the room was very cold!! Beds were very comfortable but a little too high to get in! lol I would stay there again!

    The desk manager during the day was training a new person very friendly. But my credit card was charged 5 times for my one stay at the hotel on a Sunday. She said I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money to be refunded to my bank. Even if it was there fault i got charged the excessive amount. I have received a partial amount as of Wednesday. Still waiting on the balance. It was an inconvenience because not everyone has money to just wait. It put us in a bind to travel back home with limited amount of money for gas and good.

    Restaurant/bar and pool were closed which weren’t advertised and the pool was one of the main reasons we booked here. One of our party’s car was broken into and property stolen. Management was rude to patrons. Price was good but certainly not worth the hassle.

    When we arrived, we were told the rooms were not ready yet ( 4:30 pm). The older receptionist told us, it wasn’t her fault that she could only do so much and she was at an age where she was not going to stress out. She said the housekeeping dept had failed to do their job and the front seat he not been notified. So, after Luke 1 hour of waiting, we got our keys. By that time there were a group of people waiting in the lobby. There was only 1 elevator, we had to get dressed so we took the stairs to the second floor. We get to our room and the keys don’t work. Had to go back down the stairs again to get them fixed. The room was ok, the lighting in the restroom was not too great. Other than that it was ok

    We did not have a trash can, asked 3 times and finally got one our last night. Pool and hot tub not working. This was not communicated. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I had known… no discount offered. Asked for more towels and had to go seek them out because they weren’t given to us. I had to park in the back and found out the pool ( the only door in the back) wouldn’t open. I had to walk around the side. The area was unlit and dark. My concern is not for me but my mom or other more vulnerable people who may have to get in that way. Most of the staff was very nice. You just didn’t have it together.

    It was clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast was decent, staff was great! One elevator broken the other made awful sounds. Pool was freezing, hot tub lukewarm and jets barely ran. Room was ok size but not real big and we had booked the upgraded room.

    The hotel workers mainly mr. Marcus at the front desk made our stay better, initially I booked a room from the website that was not available in years but still labeled on the expedia website and the holiday inn main website for the site its been years so,I chose this hotem for my 11th year anniversary and wife birthday specifically for that room and it had not exist in years ,the gm blamed expedia i have not pictures and plenty evidence on this but mot have been compensated in any way there is NO PREMIUM KING WITH HOT TUB IN ROOM AVAILABLE ANYMORE HERE AT THIS HOTEL.

    The dam pool was closed !!!! 2nd hotel that day where pool was closed - Texas is HOT people !!!! If ur gonna close the pool for renovations do it in January!!!! Also / booking.com needs some kind of notifier on this as this was not known at booking !!! The only reason I chose this location was due to indoor pool !!! Pool was closed ! The room smelled musky like humidity with cig smoke . Breakfast was meh.

    I was scheduled to stay here two nights 09/09/2025-09/10/2025. The first night I showed up and everything was ok. You could tell it is an older hotel. I travel for business so I stay in a lot of different hotels. When I came out the next morning to hit the road, I got in my truck and notice my glove box and console was open and its contents where in my seat and when I turned around my back glass was shattered. I took pictures and went back inside to show the staff. He said yep and already had a stack of paper with the police department contact on it to file a report. He said they won’t even come out anymore they will take the report over the phone. I said man how often is this happening. Then another employee stated that they have been on a streak lately of not having any break-ins. Obviously these guys are aware they have a problem and refuse to put up security camera or higher a security guy to patrol at night. I understand there is a cost associated with hiring security but there is also a cost associated with bad reviews and guys like me refusing to stay there again.

    This hotel was amazing from the time we got there and checked in the bar was open until 11. We were able to walk to the bar across the street to get food and drinks and enjoy music. The breakfast was amazing and fresh every morning the three mornings we were there And the staff was willing to help with anything we needed as an extra towels or clean towels for the room. The bed was amazing. The comforter was comforting, and the air conditioner worked a great. I will definitely be booking again with them.

    I selected the room by the amenities. We had no microwave and was told not all rooms do. The main door clunked all night, bathroom door squeaked terrible, they had the cheap mini blinds were broke and the outside lights shined in all night. Bed too hard.     The morning that we were getting ready to leave the fire alarm system started to go off in our room. I believe the shower steam set off the alarm system, and it went on and off for about 30 minutes. I turned down the temperature in the room and finally the system turned off.

    We booked this stay through hotels.com. we booked and prepaid for a king room with walk in shower because my husband has a disability and cannot step into a tub. Instead of that room we were given a double queen room with a tub. When my husband requested to be changed to a walk in shower he was told that they couldn't do that. We should have been notified either by hotels.com or the hotel itself that what we requested was not available. This was a huge inconvenience because my husband was ubable to shower the whole weekend.

    The hotel was clean, and quiet. However the parking area was small. The back parking area had Big Trash Bins for construction in the way. There wasn't a sign in the back that directed you to the entrance of the building through the back parking area. Otherwise the stay way great!

    One of the best hotels I’ve visited! They have a nice bar and the bartender is one of the best I’ve met Tim, he’s great! The rooms have everything you need including microwaves and mini fridge. Friendly staff!

    I booked the room through Hotels.com. I checked in, got the room keys, and put $20.00 down for incidentals. The next morning, they tried to enter the room, said we were a no show, and that we hadn’t paid. After several minutes and getting the manager involved, it was resolved.
