Both the bed and Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom was a problem. The toilet sat to low bad for the knees. The bathtub can be a hazzard because how high yo must step up in it.

First time staying here. Great place for a weekend trip in San Antonio. Close to everything we wanted to see. We will stay here again.

Perfect for large families! The hotel itself wasn't perfect but my family and I felt safe and we slept sooo comfortably. Seaworld was only 20min away. Would recommend for budget conscious families.

There is a HEB right across the street to get all that you need. Facility has a nice outdoor pool with seating and a gass grill area perfect for family hang outs.

Room was big with its own living room. Infested and I mean INFESTED with roaches in the kitchen and living room. Any food or drink is not save anywhere, not even in the fridge or microwave.

Stayed for 4 days for spring break. Great hotel and location. The suite fit our family perfectly. Very clean and quiet.

Good location, cleanliness was just ok, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre.

Clean rooms

The hallway by our room always smelled like trash, the beds were terrible! It was like sleeping on a hard piece of wood, practically like sleeping on a hard floor. The parking was limited due to huge dumpsters blocking half of the parking. I made the front desk aware of the bed situation and all they said was that they would take down the information and pass it on to management but didn’t do anything about it! I would not recommend this hotel at all. It has been the worse experience we’ve had.

The secondary latch lock on the room door was broken and the shower faucets leaked creating a green film in the bathtub. The staff were nice but did nothing to help with my concerns besides telling me that they will be fixed once we checked out. We enjoyed breakfast.

The room was great, and although everything appeared very clean, the carpet did leave dark residue on the bottom of feet. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The staff was really nice, front desk staff very welcoming. Lobby is nice and clean. Elevator is really old. Bounces every time it goes up and down. I got really nervous every time I had to ride it. Hallway in the 3rd room has a funky smell. I was nervous the room was gonna smell the same, thankfully it didn’t. Kitchen was clean upon arrival. Furniture is old and stained. TVs are old. Not smart TVs. Phones don’t work. Literally couldn’t call front desk. Had to unplug and plug back again several times and I could only get it to work once then didn’t get a tone again. Shower head was rusty and tub had an old water stain. Toilet was really clean. Towels too. No hair dryer bring your own. Beds are comfortable. Sheets had stains too 😢. Housekeeping is every other day. When they did go the room as not cleaned. Kitchen and bathroom counter were still messy. It seemed as if they only did the beds and turned on the dishwasher. They didn’t leave any towels in the room either. Realized this at night and couldn’t call front desk for towels since the phones don’t work. 😢. Breakfast was good. Varied during the 3 day stay.

The carpet had crumbs. Breakfast had limited and all artificial options. Receptionist could care less of the guests. The property is not well maintained at all. Hilton should look into stripping this hotel of its name.

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding my recent stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton – San Antonio Northwest. The experience was unacceptable and caused significant hardship for my family. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. The dishes provided in the room were dirty and unusable. More seriously, the bathroom toilet became clogged and was completely unusable. This issue made the room unfit for occupancy. I immediately contacted the front desk for assistance. The agent on duty, Jose, stated that maintenance would not be available until 8:00 a.m., despite the toilet being unusable. I explained that I was staying with family and children and requested a room change, but I was told the hotel was sold out. I then requested a manager. Jose provided a business card for April Salazari, but when I called the number listed, it only rang back to the front desk. No manager was available, and no solution was offered. We were left without access to a usable bathroom overnight. This lack of cleanliness, failure to provide basic amenities, and absence of management support falls far below Hilton’s service standards. The situation caused stress, inconvenience, and discomfort for my family. Due to these conditions, I am requesting formal compensation, including a refund or partial refund, and documentation of this complaint. I would also appreciate confirmation that this issue is being addressed to prevent future guests from

Rooms in need of overall upgrade, carpets bedding, furniture. Didn’t have towels available. More than 12 hours to get clean towels

The property wasn’t very well maintain. There were no towels in the room. There was no soap in the soap dispensers in the bathroom when you went and asked the front desk for towels and maids didn’t wash towels that day so they didn’t have any available. You either have to wait till eight to 10 o’clock the next day to get a towel or you have to dry off of the washcloth andhand towel and the only thing you were told is we apologize the only thing to do is check out and go find yourself another hotel that was their answer.

Absolutely perfect!! We’ve stayed a couple of times and it’s ALWAYS been comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. There’s coffee available at all times.

Check in was smooth and easy. The room was really nice with its separate living and kitchen area. The only thing that was surprising was the two bags of decaf and only one regular. As a coffee drinker in the morning, I definitely need regular.

I would stay here again if things were updated better. Smell in the hallway wasn't great if you try to use the gym right now I probably wouldn't recommend. There was rust in the restrooms in our suite, though it was very clean otherwise. The staff was pretty nice.

My family and I traveled over 5 hours to this hotel. When we were less than an hour from arriving the manager called to say the room I booked was no longer available! Claiming he went into the room to check it and the ac was out. They offered no comps or discounts for the inconvenience or anything it was a horrible experience and we had to try and find a different hotel they could accommodate my family at the last minute. I will never book a room at this location again. The manager left when he knew I was arriving and let another staff member deal with the issue of trying to put me and my family in a smaller room. It really ruined the first day of a much needed vacation.

The food for breakfast was tasty and fresh. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi worked well as I had to do some work from my laptop. The biggest concern were the roaches in the kitchen. I could not leave anything on the counter for fear it was being out the roaches. I saw two during my stay. One on the counter and one in the dishwasher.

This is not a clean or safe place to stay. It made me sick due to the mold and water damage. I could not stay I left after a few hours. Elevator was poor operation

Booking was for 2 adults and 2 children PROPERTY: Felt very unsafe. Vagrants everywhere just staring, random people walking through parked vehicles all day/night. Walked out to cops apprehending a few people at the end of the building Ramp was available to get up the sidewalk to the side entrance but no ramp to get into the door, so lugging your wagon or cart was next to impossible unless you went through the front BREAKFAST: Very small area to accommodate a large amount of guests made it feel like we were ants crawling over each other in a colony choices were poor Some hot items were cold Milk and juices were offered in water dispensers so they were at room temp ROOM: Decent living room. Older TV. Pull out sofa bed Small for a 1 bedroom suite. Door hit the side of the bed as you opened and closed it. No way to close off the restroom and vanity from the rest of the room. Only 2 of each sized towel for a room booked for 4 people. The kitchen was galley-style and roomy but only had 2 pots, a can opener, two large prep knives, 8 butter knives, 2 spoons and 2 forks. 4 each of plates, coffee cups that were dirty, glasses and bowls. No internet for the 1st night! Very spotty the 2nd night. Never again here.

Bathroom in room had a bad smell. Looked clean but it didn't smell clean. Light went out in our bathroom, advised front desk and was told that it MAY get fixed the next day. It was not. Other than those two events. Everything else was fine.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Clean facilities. Recycling opportunities. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. We will be back.

Two bedroom suite fits big family

I've been visiting San Antonio a lot lately, this hotel has been the best so far. The rooms are comfortable for the 6 of us, although I wanted the 2 bedroom suite which was sold out. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was also perfect for us, close to utsa.

5 night stay- clean room, quite property. The only issue we had was with the air conditioner. Unable to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Maintenance attempted to fix the problem but was only able to get it working well enough to make the room somewhat tolerable.

Good location, right on I-10. Many dining options in the area. Rooms are large, convenient for long stays. The building and room are showing their age, they need some maintenance and upgrading soon.

I told receptionist and that night they left them there. Next day they moved it.

We called the hotel to let them know we'd be arriving a little late. It was not until then that we were informed that there was not a room for us and they moved us to an inferior facility which wanted to charge us more for a room that was not equivalent to what we paid for and received confirmation for. This is unacceptable.

If I pay for my room on a third party and they took the payment then they shouldn't be charged me again at the hotel only the fee for the holding but I understand

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TRIP AS A FAMILY. WE CELEBRATED 2 BIRTHDAYS WHILE WE THERE. PROPERTY WAS NICE AND CLEAN. A/C WORKED REALLY WELL WITCH ISA BIG PLUS FOR US AMD BRAKFAST WAS PRETTY GOOD. THE LADIES THAT WHERE TAKING CARE OF IT WERE VERY NICE AND KEPT EVERYTHING FULL

The property is nice and well-kept. Some of the furnishings were a little dated, but overall, everything was perfect.

We had a great time and the hotel was great. Our room was perfect for our needs!

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

When we checked out they tried to say we still owed a balance of around $200.00. we paid in full before we arrived. I think we should get a refund for not having hot water 3 days. Also the kitchen was very poorly stocked. Not much in the way of dishes, bowls or utensils. There was no stove. Maybe I missed that but thought we were getting a full kitchen.

Everything is good except there is NO HOT WATER. It was resolved after I notify the front desk but after few hours no hot water in the shower again.

There was NO ICE machine anywhere on site in 100 degree weather, NO HOT WATER for showers, cooking or sanitizing linens or towels. Staff was aware of this issue for 3 days as guests were complaining. My wife asked manager on duty how was this sanitary and lady said oh it’s ok we use chemicals, and how is it sanitary for staff to cook without hot water when according Health Code running hot water needs to be readily available (somewhere along those line as my wife is a market director in the food industry). No compensations were offered and the hotel kept checking guests in without notifying them of NO HOT WATER, from 8/15/2024 - 8/18/2024 NO HOT WATER on site.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Problem was there was no hot water at all. Staff knew about the problem when I told them.

The desk staff were very nice. The hotel was very clean. The room only had 3 towels for 5 people and only partial bedding for sofa bed. We did not receive extra towels until 8 pm on our 2nd night.

Hotel very ran down , Rooms defiantly dated , stains on the walls , floor , bathtub , the pull out sofa was not usable had stains all over it grossed my kids out , so we squeezed into the 2 double beds that were TINY very uncomfortable beds . I wouldn’t stay here again needs updating for sure

Assigned a slight different room which I have not booked. Fan was not working . No shower gel in the bathroom. No toilet paper no service Breakfast was also average. I don't consider this hotel again.

This hotel was old and it looked old. The lighting was dark. The bathroom had dirt stains on the tub and the corners of the room were dirty. The toilet was shaky when you sat on it. There were stains on the carpet and the vents were dirty in the ceiling. They're was a spot on the floor that dipped down as well. The room size was great and the breakfast was great but it was definitely over priced.

Be prepared to bring your own pots if you plan on cooking. Also dish soap and sponge. No ice machines on any floor and the ice maker in the freezer doesn't work either. You can get a bag of ice from the front desk when we you need to. The hotel was fantastic otherwise and clean.

This homewood suites was way below Hilton standards. The air return grate in the room's dining area was covered in hair and dirt, the tub was badly stained in the bottom and in the corners and had no plug to keep water in the tub for a bath! Carpet thruout had debris and stains in the hall ways. We stayed 3 nights and were told the water would be off the first morning of our stay for 5 hours when we had hoped to sleep in after long drive.

I arrived at 4pm & the room I was assigned was still not clean. The second room did have clean sheets and towels were picked up but it was not clean like other hotels. The floor was sticky and it did not appear the carpet was vacuumed.

El hotel lo he visitado antes y no se que le pasó. Tienen problemas de seguridad robos a vehículos y no tienen la inteligencia para limpiar los restos de vidrio, ahí los dejan. No funciono el elevador durante los 3 días que estuve, y te dan al tercer piso, subir y bajar maletas no es cómodo, el cuarto no funciona el teléfono tienes que bajar para pedir algo. Y una de las señoritas del front desk de muy mal carácter poco amigable. Los desayunos malos, una experiencia muy mala por el sobreprecio que cobran

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay, beds are very uncomfortable you can feel the springs on the bed, mattress on sofa is even worse. This double beds are the worst, no way 2 adults can sleep comfortably, they are too small. They texted me asking if I need anything I explained the issues and did nothing. I do not recommend

After having stayed in a Homewood Suites in Houston, this property was very disappointing. It is an older property and the rooms are showing their age. The extra blankets in the room were covered in hair balls, and the bathroom was over all a mess

Everything was great. Parking lot needs more lighting. If the elevators and the hallways were cleaner that would be awesome and appreciated.

The room was roomy and clean. The front office staff was great. We were shocked by the social hour and what they offered. The spinach dip was yummy. Breakfast was good. The only thing that bothered us a little was the windows didnt lock, but had a stopper inside part of the way up. There was a restaurant/ bar up above us and was a bit loud.

The location and bedroom separate,your own kitchen

We travel with our young one often and Homewood Suites are perfect for a small family. The full kitchen, living room area and bedroom is like a small apartment. Plenty of space for all of us. The area is great if your planning on doing some shopping on I-10 to La Cantera area. Very nice area and convenient for I-10 and 410.

Nice breakfast

Had a pipe break at our house and needed some where to stay over night. With 2 teens and twins that are 1 I was stressed. I was able to book online and the staff was friendly when we arrived. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The room was on the 3rd floor was able to park right out side the side door and get into the elevator super easy. Room was off to the side away from all the other rooms so that was nice. APARTMENT had a full kitchen so was able to have dinner with the kids, help with homework and kids were able to show and watch both tvs before bed. Plenty ofnspace for belongings had a wonderful stay.

Building is excellent, but the housekeeping didn’t clean our room for the second day stay, we had to request clean towels and new toilet paper, no coffee, sugar etc
