Last two times I’ve stayed at the Valencia we have had major issues checking in. Up to a one hour wait between arrival and getting into our room. Nice place but the process and issues stink. Not going back

Checking in was a breeze and staff was great. The hotel is in a very accommodating part of town and is surrounded by great bars and restaurants. We walked the river walk to the boat tour and it was a quick 5 min walk. The bar and restaurant on site were great abq felt like we didn't even really need to leave the hotel if we didn't want to.

The staff was amazing and really worked to make every part of my stay more enjoyable.

Staff didn't have answers to our questions and seemed really under trained (We asked about simple things like if they had laundry service or when housekeeping usually came). Our room didn't seem like it was cleaned well, long black hairs were randomly all over the bathroom (I am a ginger and my husband is bald). They also did not vacuum every time they cleaned. Our balcony door was not sealed well, we could see lots of light coming through the seams and had to get rid of a few bugs every day in our room. We only received one robe for two guests. There is no mini fridge. They also charge a "destination fee". Just put the whole price up front, I find it disrespectful to price it this way. The valet staff was very nice and I did appreciate them opening the doors and helping with luggage. The rooms were cutely decorated. It was close to the river walk but honestly there's so many hotels on the river I can't think of any reason to pick this one over them.

Staying at the Valencia Hotel is always a pleasure. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Valet parking is the best in San Antonio; there’s no wait time, and they communicate effectively.

Great luxury hotel. It is a bit pricy. Although we had trouble with our mini-fridge it was broken, the hotel staff did respond the next day to fix it. We didnt get to use the occupancy fee credit that your automatically charged. Oh well. Great stay all around.

Had an issue with them overbooking king sized beds so we were stuck in a double bed. The hotel made it right the next day and moved us rooms. Took a while to get our luggage delivered from room to room. Hotel provided us a fruit tray and a bottle of wine for the troubles. Hotel was great and beautiful though.

The 2nd aggravating and somewhat amusing item was that upon checkout I asked what the “destination charge” was for and one of the items was “to help cover costs for complimentary drinks offered during check-in”. So I’m being charged at checkout so that the hotel can offer “complimentary” drinks while I check-in. The front drive staff was phenomenal. Overall, the hotel is nice and the location is great.

We really liked the feel of the hotel on the Riverwalk. The location was as good as advertised. The room was clean and we really enjoyed the balcony view. We were in walking distance of several good restaurants, the mall and other attractions. The only downside to the trip was the parking. It was a pay to park which was expensive. If you left the parking area for any excuse...you would have to pay each time you departed and come back. I would like to see the hotel validate the parking for there guests.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Valencia. The room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated that it was in the quieter section of the Riverwalk but just steps away from all the festivities. The bartenders were awesome in the evenings as were the breakfast staff at the restaurant in the mornings. Enjoyed everything about it. It will be our go-to San Antonio hotel from now on.

This is a really nice hotel in downtown San Antonio. Definitely, a step up from your run of the mill hotels. The staff treated you as such. It’s a definite recommendation.

I liked the decor and location in terms of distance from attractions. Self parking was slightly inconvenient.

This is a beautiful hotel and property. The amenities are beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous. The mini ball is whale stock. Everything was great. I love the concierge. They open doors and closed doors and thank you and yes ma’am and no ma’am this place is great. The bar was good the breakfast terrific. There were a few problems, but I won’t even discuss them because it was cleared up immediately. Would I go back? Yes I would. It’s kind of pricey, but it’s worth it so if you’re ever in San Antonio, try spending one or two nights believe me you will not be disappointed.

Hotel was nice. Will need renovation and updates soon. Right on riverwalk. Did not feel safe walking on street in front of hotel. A lot of homeless laying on street. Valet did not bring all our merchandise bags to room with luggage. Had to ask for them. Kind of shady.

My husband is a 100% disabled Army veteran. The valet was very high, no discount, and really no option.

The location Spurs won and the honking was annoying especially when you have a grandbaby who was trying to sleep. Also disappointed that I booked 4 rooms and a deposit of $200 for each room was taken out of my card for incidentals and I had to change plans from what we were doing since that cut our budget.

It took over 20 minutes just to check in. There was a long line and staff were moving through it very slowly. That's never happened to me at a hotel before

The age of the property was cool. Not having parking was a nuicance. Won't stay there again but not too bad.

The location is perfect to enjoy the Riverwalk and other great sightseeing locations such as the Alamo. Many great food options nearby and a very friendly staff. The trolley hop on hop off is just a few blocks away.

I can not say enough about the hotel, the staff, the restaurant (Dorrego's), the location, etc. The moment you get there this place is top notch. Room is big and so comfortable!! Highly recommend to anyone staying near the riverwalk in SA!!!!!

Everyone was extremely friendly, kind and helpful, respectful and ready to help me out with anything that I needed. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet and relaxing. I needed that quiet time to reflect on my life since I had a life altering change and everyone was very supportive of my situation. I want to thank everyone for all that they did for me and making me feel comfortable while I was there.

Great hotel, everything was pleasant till my girlfriend got drunk at the end of the night and started asking about a random female i dont even talk to like that. Ended up ruining the trip. But other then that would def stay there again

The hotel overall was ok. I checked and the room i reserved to get there ans was told un avl. In so many words my room was given away. Was replaced with a up graded. That was my only disappointment. It was a surprise for my husband on his b day.

Stayed only 1 night. We checked in after 9 pm, as soon as we opened the door, we smelled unpleasant odor and after 2 minutes of investigation, we found the smell likes cat's pee in the closet. We are too tired, showered and went to bed but the noises from the street and the ice machine in the hallway keeping us up all night.

Very nice place to stay. Staff were fantastic. Location is great with many restaurants, bars and shops on the river, within walking distance. We will definitely return! Highly recommend.

I probably write a review once every 7 years. My wife and I experienced consistent positive customer service. The staff were so friendly and helpful, going out of the way we anything they assisted us. For example, I arrived a day earlier than my wife and hadn't booked for it, but Tara at the front desk made sure I would be on the same floor and let me keep the 1 night room with my luggage until our king bed room for 3 nights became available next day. Front door staff into hotel always holding door open and recognizing us when we came walking back made us feel special. I'm a Bonvoy type of person, but won't hesitate to stay at a Hotel Valencia again.

Hotel was very maintained staff & valet were always accessible & willing to help. Valet parking is worth the charge especially taken into consideration the parking lots nearby.only critique would be the pillows, I do wish a firm pillow would be included into the room to have the option available, the room was hot even though the thermostat read 51 it did cool down it just needed time to do so & the fridge not working during our stay.

We booked a room with a king bed, and were confirmed to have a king bed. On arrival, the hotel had oversold the king rooms and had unapologetically downgraded us to a double bed room, blaming Expedia for "ignoring" the inventory information that the hotel provides to them. The hotel reported that they had tried to reach out to inform us of the change but again blamed Expedia for not providing sufficient contact information with which to reach us. Interestingly, that had not stopped the hotel from sending us an email via Expedia offering upgrade options. The room was generally clean but bed posts and mirrors were corroded. The shower was reasonably nice. No refrigerator is provided other than the "honor" bar fridge with overpriced soda and liquor. The hotel was generally quite noisy. People driving around on Saturday night revving engines and playing loud music is just what you get in the Riverwalk area, but in this hotel the walls rattled when these cars and motorcycles were driving by or sitting at the light. Noise insulation between floors is poor - you will hear your neighbors above using the restroom, moving the shower curtains, and passing by in the hallways. The beds appeared clean but in addition to being small, leaned to one side and were generally uncomfortable. Between the noise and the uncomfortable beds, don't expect a lot of sleep. Valet fees are high on the Riverwalk but $67/night is robbery.

Loved this hotel - the Spanish / Argentinian style of the lobby areas and rooms create a perfect SA River Walk hotel. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Staff was kind and helpful. Lobby bar and seating was great. Direct access to the River Walk, but on a quieter stretch just around the corner from the main restaurant & bar section, made access easy but not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. With permission, we were able to take photos, which made the experience even more special. The staff truly helped make our anniversary unforgettable. The restaurant and bar were both fantastic. The location was also ideal, within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and the San Antonio River Walk. We would definitely come back! We highly recommend staying here.

Keep in mind that being in downtown means you'll likely hear the sounds of traffic, the rumble of trash trucks, and the occasional wail of emergency vehicles, particularly during the vibrant Fiesta season. However, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, within a leisurely stroll of the Historic Marketplace, the charming La Villita, and the scenic Riverwalk.

I loved my stay here. I felt very welcomed the entire time. I booked my room overlooking the street but it was fine. I had no problem paying fo the valet parking because it was Fiesta time and the Riverwalk and downtown were very busy. 10/10 would recommend.

When I arrived, I was informed that an additional $100 deposit was required for incidentals or potential damages. This was never disclosed to me by either Hotels.com or the hotel prior to my arrival. I initially expressed concern, as I had not been made aware of this charge in advance. Although I was told it would only be a temporary hold, the funds were immediately withdrawn from my account rather than simply being authorized 😒

Ambiance of the hotel feels like a classic establishment, not cold and stoney. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and nice. If one needed, the refrigerator was well stocked. Ice was readily available at a machine on the floor. On the river side it is away from the really busy restaurant area. Room was a little dark to my liking. There was no overhead light but a floor lamp and 2 table lamps. This was not a big deal. The buildings across the river are vacant so this view is not as lovely as some other hotels.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process quick and seamless, which really set the tone for the rest of my stay. Their professionalism and efficiency made everything feel easy and welcoming. The location is also a huge plus—perfectly situated near the Riverwalk and within walking distance of great tourist attractions and entertainment spots. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to San Antonio!

Wouldn’t stay there again. Great staff and very nice decor, but limited menu and they charge a $22 meal voucher each day. So we were charged $88 that we didn’t use.

The hotel is stunning… Right near the Riverwalk you can walk to most things there I did not really like how much the valet parking was per day… Like it’s an insane amount. You would do much better by parking nearby I think at the Holiday Inn they had inexpensive parking per day open to the public.

Vallet team is excellent and made u feel welcome. But i did not feel that from the front desk or from wait staff at the restaurant. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Restaurant food was not impressive and with the options around i suggest to walk down the river walk and eat somewhere else. Hotel is centrally located but there is a abandoned building across the way that needs improvement to make the views from the hotel worth the price. Room was nice, but lacked safety rails in bathroom and ventilation making floors slippery. Bed is fantastic… great sleep.

Beautiful historical hotel with excellent, friendly staff and classically decorated rooms. The lobby smelled divine. In a quiet portion with view of the Riverwalk. Double beds are a bit tight and bathroom needs updating. Valet $(64/day) and fees are high, including an additional $22 day charged that was not disclosed by Expedia at time of booking. I probably would return with my partner, but perhaps not with the teen kids as the beds were tight.

Overall lovely clean hotel, their signature scent is amazing (welcoming and calming). Some minor things are the rooms have lots of bare walls, some pictures would go a long way to add to the decor. Furnishings appear dated such as the chairs being very worn and the metal headboard with lots of scratches.

The hotel itself was very nice and good location. Very walkable area. Didnt appreciate the "destination fees" added to bill when checking out. This forces you to eat at the hotel restaurant or forfeit your money allocated daily for these fees. Also, room was immaculate and cleaned first day/night but not afterwards. We understand staff shortages.

The hotel and the staff are lovely. We were very unhappy with housekeeping. We were on the 10th floor and waited each day until 4 o’clock for our room to be cleaned. This to us was unacceptable. Also, we could tell that the bathroom counters and the large counter in the bedroom area had not been wiped down. And yes, we did tip her on the first day.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated at both the river walk and reasonable walking distance from the convention center. There is a french bakery across the street, the hotel has decent restaurants, and there are great places to eat and steakhouses nearby. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the first I was supposed to get there, the hotel was overbooked and I had to spend the night in a very shady motel they booked for me. Otherwise, had a fantastic stay.

Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Rooms are very clean and receive TLC care daily. Very conveniently located steps away from the Riverwalk and all the fun. Conveniently close to other stores and restaurants on the street level. Literally within walking distances to all major must visit places.

The property is beautiful and clean and you can't beat the location - 15 min walk to the conference center, less for the Alamo, easy to the airport. For us, a huge perk was the beautiful terrace that overlooks the Riverwalk - we spent nearly every night relaxing there on the super comfy couches. Rooms were quiet and the beds super comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing. A lot of choices on the menu fruit was always fresh. They even have sourdough bread so was good. The hotel is just so beautiful. You’re right on the Riverwalk. I didn’t miss my margarita, but that was OK. I give you a complementary margarita when you check it. Bartenders are always very polite and professional. Overall, I would recommend definitely five stars.

Arrived and after 1 hr following check in was able to get keys to room. Went upstairs and the room was the basic king, not the deluxe king with balcony that we’d paid for. At no time when we first arrived or when we were given our keys were we told the room was not what we’d reserved. After calling the front desk it was clear that they truly weren’t concerned, said there were no other rooms available and no adjustments to my account would happen because I booked on Expedia. Very dismissively stated that the hotel isn’t paid until after I check out. The hotel was 100% booked and they clearly intentionally overbooked. Beautiful property and we’d stayed here before but the service on the hotel side was atrocious. The separately managed restaurant seemed to have a more effective crew. We will never stay here again. I’ve attempted assistance using Expedia’s support chat but think I may be bumping into walls. I book often with Expedia and have never had issues with my hotel or flight bookings prior to our experience with Valencia. This seemed systemic since the front desk manager Roger behaved like this was a common thing and it was my problem, not his.

I paid for the supreme king with river walk view. And this was not the room i stayed in. I even showed the desk clerk and she said there werent anymore of those rooms available. Never recieved a credit ir anything. Also stayed 3 nights and the Valet cost me almost 300 dollars which is ridiculous for a hotel that doesnt have parking.

Loved the hotel and our room. Quiet and spacious and very clean. Not sure why there was a $22/day charge for activities as there were no activities, plus $64/day to park our car. Otherwise it was great. Loved the location. One block to the Majestic Theater and around the corner to the Riverwalk.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! We spent 4 nights on a girls trip. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy. They have candles lit all over the hotel and it smells fabulous! Everything is done up in chic Southwest and there are tons of little nooks you can escape to for reading, making a private call or just chatting with a cocktail. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Bar well stocked and food was excellent. Everything is within walking distance since you are right on the river walk. The doormen were always out front to help you in, so we felt very safe. If you stay, I recommend using their spa, Casa Doson. We had an awesome massage and because we were guests of the hotel, we received a free mini facial. Can’t say enough about this experience. This will be our go to hotel in San Antonio!

Had a wonderful stay here for a long weekend getaway in San Antonio. The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. Wasn't a huge fan of the bathroom barn-like doors, but otherwise the room was good. Shoutout to the best bartenders, Lainey and Steele! So friendly and talented! Location was great - right on the Riverwalk with Starbucks right across the street for morning coffee. Would absolutely recommend and visit again!

The stay was nice. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly. We did not receive the VIP promotional upgrades or the bottle of wine. Although we did get a small upgrade with a view of the river instead of the city, I had to ask for it by explaining the VIP status for Expedia and that was uncomfortable. They had several rooms for upgrade, but the receptionist argued that sometimes they don’t have availability to upgrade. It was a bit embarrassing to have to ask for the upgrade when I felt it should have been offered automatically. But it was a nice stay!

Our room was not ready until well after check-in time & they called us after we were at our event to let us know the room was ready then. This did not allow us time to freshen up and change clothes prior to our events. Also, the maid never came in our room which stayed a mess. Also the margaritas they offer you at check-in or not true margaritas. They are orange juice and tequila gross.

Absolutely wonderful stay with friendly, attentive staff. The rooms are luxurious and spotless, featuring excellent linens and a comfortable mattress. We stayed in the Juliet suite, which offered a beautiful river view. We would definitely return. The restaurant was also excellent; be sure to try the steak bites appetizer, which was fantastic.

However, there seems to be a significant issue with the housekeeping staff. During my stay, I experienced cleaning problems every day. As a result, I felt dirty and extremely germophobic, and I was uncomfortable sleeping in the bed. I am allergic and sensitive to dust and odors, which is why I carefully choose quality hotels. Unfortunately, despite paying a significant amount, I did not have a pleasant or comfortable stay!

The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because I had to drop my bags off early (prior to check-in time at 4pm) and was told they would be transferred to my room. However, when I returned at 8pm, my bag was still at the front desk. Not a huge deal- everything else was great!

Beautiful room. However, the toilet had issues, no mini fridge or microwave in the room. For this nice of a hotel you would expect those amenities. Also wish there was elevator access from the river up to the lobby of the hotel to make it safer for guests. The best part of the hotel was the valet staff! They were wonderful and very helpful.

Cleanup crew was taking super loud on the hallway early in the morning. When got and to see why she was making so much nose talking and moving items she looked at me and said good morning and walked off.layer that day they didn’t clean my room. We liked that you have to have your room key to go on the elevator - it felt safer! Our city view was nice, but we did have to move a night stand table to be able to open the window cover, and look out. I brought a noise maker after reading reviews about road noise, but it wasn’t too bad. The rain made really loud tapping sounds on the window, however, and that kept waking me up. I had to turn the noise maker on high. Having to walk to, and use a parking garage down the street was a pain, but that’s just part of the downtown life, I guess! Overall excellent stay, with no problems.

What stood out the most for me was that the room was not ready at check in. I made several inquiries to find out when it would be ready but I was told they would call me when it was ready. Finally after another inquiry, two hours later we had a room.

Great place. However, we had to wait almost two hours to get into our room. We arrived at 4 PM. And, we got no room service for all three days. We did get clean towels on the second day. Check out was quick. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

We loved staying at the Valencia, it was in the perfect location. The room was clean, very comfortable bed. Both restaurants were great, great food! The only one thing that we didn't like at check in which was a surprise at check in was the $100 per night of your stay hold on your credit card, so they put a $700 hold on our card, which is very unusual, never had that much on hold, its usually $100-$250.

Besides the fact they overbooked their hotel and left us in a double bed for the night when we paid for a king and it was a pain to get fixed they refused to fix it until i got ahold of expida. The ice machines were not working so u had to wait 20 to 30 mins to get ice sent to your room. They charge a $22 per night fee that no one told us about like they are in vegas parking is $64 a day with is crazy. They have no fridge u can use in your room i had a prescription that needed to stay cold and it's very hard to take it when need because we would have to wait in line at the desk for someone to grab it from the kitchen then take it back. The walls are very thin so plan on hearing everything that walks by definitely not worth the price and not very accommodating. Best part was they kept blaming expida for there mistake most of the staff is very rude only one nice young lady was there wish we got her name but beside her the place definitely isn't worth it

We were here for a family getaway. This was an amazing hotel with wonderful staff. It was a beautiful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had some hors d'oeuvres and drinks at the bar as a family and it was all very well done. We will definitely stay here again

Check in is at 4 pm. I arrived a little after 4 pm and waited almost an hour to get my room; there were people who stated they waited almost 2 hours. I will say the staff were pretty nice which made things better but it's ridiculous to have to wait, especially after long distance travel. I believe a credit should've been applied to guests who waited for their rooms. When I went to the main restroom as I waited the restroom was NOT clean. My room was nice, but it could use a facelift (e.g. the Keurig didn't work, the bedframe has chipped paint, and rust was in certain places) I didn't mind but these are personal things I saw. I also noticed the bathroom wasn't as clean as it could've been as I saw a few pieces of hair I the tub. I personally cleaned it and chose not to report as I was already tired from waiting for my room. There's a hidden destination fee of $22 a night that's not advertised, on top of the $64 valet parking. This destination fee is supposed to cover meals at Hotel Valencia's on sight restaurant and amenities in the room.

Arrived at 4:00, front desk stated my room was not ready and they wound give me a call once it was. My room was ready until 7:30

The day we arrived we had to wait for four hours for our room to be ready for us and didn’t get in until like 8 o’clock. Every day, but one we had to keep calling and requesting the room to be cleaned and it was never done until early evening.. We requested a wake up call but did not get it.

Room was spacious and clean and when we had a request- it was answered with eagerness and silliness to help solve our problem ( we needed a way to keep our left over dinner cool) and the brought us a mini fridge to our room right away!

There is no self parking unless you park 2-3 blocks away and walk. Valet is the only other option and was an expense that I wasn’t aware of.

The room and location were good. The problem was with check-in being almost two hours late. This was compounded by plans that same evening, so we had little time to settle in before having to leave. Nothing was offered other than a late check-out, which was not needed.

What happened to Hotel Valencia? I’ve been staying here since 2009 and it has really gone downhill. Room was noisy , dirty and needed repairs. Someone carved their name in the headboard. Bathroom was moldy. Took 3 tries to get a hair dryer. Lot better options on the Riverwalk. Also no water for part of the day during our stay.

When we first got to the front desk no one greeted us for the 10min we were standing there. Then when we finally got checked in the person helping us took our bell hop ticket for our luggage and said it would be delivered to us soon. After waiting over an hour for our luggage i called the front desk and they said they were backed up but it would be up in 20min. More than 40min passed and and then i get told my ticket was never turned in and they couldnt find my luggage. My husband went downstairs to find our luggage when the valet came knocking at my door to deliver it and said it had been left in valet the entire time. There was no apology from the front desk. I also had a complimentary wine included in my booking which also took hours to arrive. That is something that should have been given on arrival not upon request hours later. Another issue was my husband and I prefer our room cold and for some odd reason the thermostat changed to 69 degrees and was uncomfortably hot to sleep in. The overall guest experience was terrible and I was highly dissapointed.

Stayed here for an unexpected trip and everything was amazing. I have stayed at several hotels for business, pleasure, etc from 1 star to 5 stars and I can’t speak highly enough about his hotel. The Hotel Valencia Riverwalk truly impressed me from every point of contact throughout my stay. The entire hotel exhibited cleanliness that met my high expectations. The staff was beyond accommodating. I could go on and on about the great things in the room, but you will have to see for yourself. I don’t plan to stay anywhere else when I come back to San Antonio.

First and foremost we have stayed at many of the other hotels on or real the Riverwalk and while we usually have our "usual" we decided to try this one out. The Lobby, staff, services and food were all absolutely incredible and the initial ambiance and check in were very inviting. The room was spacious and the mini-bar was well stocked. The view out of our window was just to across the street to the theater, but it was still a nice view. We woke up and had lunch at the bar top the next day and the bar manager and staff were attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and exactly what we needed to bring us back to life! Afterwards we made the decision that this hotel would definitely make the short list of places we will stay during our trips to San Antonio!

Staff was professional and accommodating. Courtyard patio was gorgeous, Room was HOT all night( a fan would have been appreciated). Location was perfect and hotel was gorgeous to walk through!

My reservation never went though…. The staff was so kind and upgraded me a room for the same price as booked by third party.. clean… beautiful hotel… great restaurant…

All around excellent place. My only complaints were a noisy A/C unit in the room and a shower curtain that was too short to do much good.

An amazing experience

Great room, great price.

We arrived late and our room was not ready at first, which was disappointing, but the front desk handled it very well. They offered us drink vouchers while we waited, and the room was ready quickly, so it ended up being only a minor hiccup. We also parked nearby instead of using valet since we packed light and did not feel the need to pay extra for that convenience. The room was spacious with a soft, comfortable bed and a cozy, relaxed feel. My husband is very sensitive to lighting, and he kept mentioning how much he loved the lighting throughout the room and hotel. It felt soft, warm, and elegant rather than harsh or glaring. We also really enjoyed drinks at Dorrego. I had a Rosé Real that was delicious, and my husband ordered Lone Star. They were out of the regular version, so he tried the light one and still enjoyed it. The drink prices felt very fair for the quality and atmosphere. We will definitely be back and plan to make this our regular hotel whenever we are in San Antonio.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The room was great. Breakfast menu wasn’t accurate, but food was good. The valet was backed up quite a bit, I was running late to a wedding. They offered to refund my valet charges but never did.

Beautiful hotel! Lots of fun options for entertainment including lobby happy hour, etc.

It was a great weekend. Getaway will definitely be staying here again. If you do stay here get a room with the Juliet balcony facing the Riverwalk. It’s an incredible view at night. Quiet peaceful just a great place to stay in San Antonio.

This hotel was TOP NOTCH!! Valet staff was especially helpful. Best place we have ever stayed in San Antonio. We loved the easy access to the Majestic Theatre and the River Walk. We jad an amazing view of tge river from our balcony. Loved our 2 nights there. Would def go back.

The AC wouldn’t get as cold as we had set it. The TV cable wasn’t plugged in and we had to call the front desk to be told to do it, again slot of money for TV not just be ready to go. It would’ve been nice if the staff let us know we have to use our room key to get the elevator to work. They place was beautiful and clean just a couple things we found annoying.

Super happy with location and the hotel staff and bar, breakfast was amazing, only issue was all the little charges after I paid for the room, valet and incidentals. Next time I’ll pay for the room full price and not worry about anything else lol over all we will stay there again

Clean room, nice staff, the restaurant credit is great, and it's in a prime location. The beds felt great as well. The free drinks when you arrive and the prices of the bar drinks were nice on top of the free bottle of wine with the room. Definitely will be back.
