Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, quiet and felt safe. Had prepackaged muffins (or something like that), fresh tangerines and coffee available for breakfast, like other reviews mentioned, but stayed there for proximity to Hospital/Medical facilities so who cares about what's available for breakfast?? Just a few easy minutes to the hospital. Would stay here again, anytime.

I liked that it wasn’t very expensive and was in a great location. The staff were helpful when a problem occurrd. On the second night when I returned to my room I noticed there was a large infestation of flying insects in my room.

Location is great for any medical places In and around Floyd Circle/ medical drive area Ned was a bit soft but not a big deal The breakfast was totally bogus it’s a lie to say “breakfast included “ a rack with some unknown brand of small muffins, and a bowl of even smaller oranges. Very deceptive to call that breakfast, that just to able to put free breakfast in the post. The site still has some Covid scheiße about services may be less. Really still pulling out the Covid card???
- 5/5
Honestly, the front desk representative is the main reason for my 5 star review. She was amazing! Great customer service and very friendly. Thank you for your water bottle!
- 4/5
The AC had a good range of cool/warm and strength of breeze. The period I stayed there was unusually cool for May, so I turned up the room temp and had a great sleep. The pillows came with 3 different softness and bulks, which was nice. The shower was hot enough and the stream was strong enough although I've had it better elsewhere. The only disappointment for me was the really basic breakfast: pre-packaged cupcakes, oranges, and tea/coffee.
- 5/5
Is a good place with good parking and service costumer
- 1/5
Breakfast is extremely poor, only twin small cupcakes and coffee, not even water. Bed sheets are dirty smelly as well as towels. Shower curtain has strong stinky mildew odor, So, I asked to replace it, but one of the front counter person said, “housekeeper will do it tomorrow”, which made me very upset cuz I had to take a shower right away after long day work, it was 8:30pm in the evening, then another counter person agreed to do it for me. Next morning, front desk staff told me, “ we don’t change the sheets every day “ when I asked her to have the housekeeper to change the sheets, which means that I was sleeping in the dirty sheets for last 4 nights already. I decided I never want to go back this place anymore, never!
- 5/5
good stay and same consistent accommodations
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. And rooms were very clean
- 3/5
Small things like trolley or difficult to find are monumental when injured/handicapped from a bad accident!
- 5/5
Convenient to hospitals. Chairs need upgrading.
- 4/5
Very clean room and shower, the staff made check in very difficult and were extremely slow
- 4/5
Friendly front desk staff, adequate parking, nice water pressure from the shower and sink, very clean bathroom, daily room service, but no purified drinking water available without purchase from vending machine. Also, hotel lost power twice, but this was likely affecting more than just the hotel, and happened right after a thunderstorm.
- 4/5
Very attentive staff very clean. Some areas need more upkeep , elevator, carpet , for example.
- 3/5
A/c good. Parking limited
- 5/5

It’s a nice place for the money. Looks like it was renovated. It’s clean. Mattress could be better.
- 5/5
Close to my destination, clean, quiet.
- 2/5
Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasn’t too bad especially by the hospital which we needed.
- 2/5
Room smelt like smoke and felt dirty. Parking was terrible.
- 5/5
Nothing out of the ordinary but in a good way.
- 4/5
Good price. Good location. Not fancy
- 4/5
It was ok
- 3/5
Staff were very helpful. The rooms need some updating, the lack of hot water on the 2nd floor was frustrating. It would be an added benefit for the hotel to offer more than coffee and pre packaged muffins for breakfast. Overall it was in a perfect location to the hospitals for our appointments.

For the price and location, it was an acceptable value. It is across the street from Methodist Hospital. The floor in my room was a bit tacky. I thought perhaps they mopped and did not get all of the cleaning solution up.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition and staff was very friendly. A/c worked well... Only stayed one night to get sleep so can't really say much else.
- 5/5
Perfect for our dr's visits
- 5/5
Staff were amazing, and everything else was great too.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel has comfortable surroundings and was easy to find, away from highways.
- 3/5
Park Inn was BASIC and CLEAN for the $80+. No frills here for our one-night pass-thru of San Antonio. Our king bed was comfortable, room was clean. The area felt safe, clean to us. Located across the street from a medical center, so it is convenient for that. That said, of course there were occasional sirens (distant, then silenced as they neared), bringing folks to the center who needed help. Coffee and small chocolate chip muffins (well, that's one way to look like you're offering while not wanting folks to partake) were offered in the dining area in the morning. The hall lighting is very stark-white, a bit too "old hospital"-sterile looking for me. Parking would not be good if pulling a rig. But a Basic and Clean facility.
- 3/5
The room smell like urine
- 5/5
No frills, no hassles, clean, affordable and very convenient to Methodist Hospital.
- 5/5
Hotel is clean and updated.
- 4/5
No issues. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Convenience was the motivator.
- 5/5
Nothing in particular
- 3/5
Check in wasnt ready.. rooms were still being cleaned.. check out is at 11am, ingot there at 3:30. And my room wasnt ready
- 5/5
Bed wasn’t the best but it served its purpose being close to medical center
- 5/5
It was very close to the hospital
- 5/5
Stay was fine.
- 2/5
The check-in process required an additional 50 deposit. The room was a converted basement. The bed was not comfortable due to mattress and pillows bein sub-par quality.. In the morning the elevator was not working. This is very cheap and unclean property. The paint is fresh and the restrooms in the room are decent minus the single ply toilet paper.
- 4/5
All of the amenities were great.
- 5/5
I always stay here bc it’s safe, quiet and clean
- 5/5
Clean room and convenient to my dr's appointment
- 5/5
The beds are just perfect ,due to back problems the bed was definitely comfortable to lay on and not what to get up. Staff lady was nice, rooms were really clean and stocked up with everything
- 5/5

- 5/5
The front desk staff was amazing!
- 4/5
Yes, everything was decent and nice.
- 5/5
Great service
- 1/5
We stayed the night and our vehicle got broken into in the middle of the night along with the truck next to us. So frustrating.
- 5/5
Quick check-in, quick check-out. Showers were clean and plenty of hot water. Bed was thin king and ok. Pillows on small side but I like my pillows small.
- 5/5
Great as to being close to the hospital, breakfast was meh 😒 chocolate chip muffins, mandarin oranges, or bananas. As for the Tv stations there wasn’t much of a selection and couldn’t find any local channels. The shower was good though it did have some calcium build up on the head if the shower but shower came full strength. The beds were full size beds not queen size but standard in most hotels but not quite comfortable, I could feel the springs coils in the mattress, pillow top mattress would have been better.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and staff was cordial and helpful. Would recommend.
- 5/5
The only negative thing is the Breakfast. There is nothing but coffee and muffins, thats it
- 5/5
Nice place. The mattress wasn't great, and the breakfast was not good. Just instant coffee and individually wrapped mini muffins
- 3/5
The place needs a total upgrade. It's pretty old and the elevators or kind of scary although I must say that that the beds and pillows are very comfortable. If you travel with a pet, you are relegated to the basement. Yes that's right, motel is pet friendly, but you're gonna have to stay on the bottom floor. The bottom floor is where housekeeping is located. It gets pretty noisy in the early morning. That makes no sense as there is only one entrance in or out of this place and it is on the first floor. There are emergency exits, but they are locked at all times. You can't beat the price .this place is a good place to stay If you're not expecting anything extra. The location is good with lots of places close by.
- 4/5
Great location, safe. Clean property and in fairly new condition. Don't count on the breakfast, not much to offer. We stayed on the basement floor and the room had alot of moisture, damp. Would definitely stay again but maybe ask for a differnt floor. Overall great choice for price.
- 3/5
Ok
- 5/5
Love it
- 2/5
Put us next to elevator and ice machine. Only half full according to clerk. Breakfast was crappy coffee, a small orange and a pack of two dry blueberry muffins. I was expecting at least fresh packages.Clerks were nice but no one should be in that room unless they are the last guest to arrive.
- 3/5
Close to university health hospital. Very clean but dated.
- 5/5
This is hands down our favorite place to stay in San Antonio! We always appreciate the smooth and easy check-in process. The hotel's cleanliness is outstanding, making for a truly comfortable experience. We're always impressed by the front desk staff's kindness, especially the gentleman who consistently goes out of his way to help with the doors. Our rooms have always featured comfy beds and perfectly functioning AC, ensuring a restful stay. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when we're in the city!
- 5/5
I have visited this property numerous times and believe it to be a family-owned hotel. The staff is consistently friendly, and the lady is always eager to assist, allowing me to check in early and checking in on me daily to see if I need anything. Overall, my experience at this hotel has been quite enjoyable. I highly recommend it, especially the housekeeping, which is very friendly.
- 5/5
Nice and clean. More options with breakfast would be nice but definitely not a deal breaker.
- 5/5
Peaceful
- 3/5
We were not allowed to bring our cat. The continental breakfast was just muffins, coffee, fake creamer and tangelos. No Gluten free muffins or other options. Desk chair was dangerously tipping f

- 4/5
A small place that provided bare essentials for a medical conference at UT San Antonio (5-8min walk) + sightseeing trip. Reasonable for the price. Accessible, shower-only bathroom had a modern look and bright enough lighting for those who apply makeup. Shower warmed up slowly and could spill outside the shower curtain. Bed was clean but bedsheets were slightly damp. Air conditioner sounded like a major storm even at "mild" setting, so you might find it hard to sleep if traveling in the middle of extreme heat. Card key access failed once after a long day out but the front door staff fixed it quickly.
- 3/5
The bed was VERY uncomfortable. We could feel every spring, the frame creaked and the mattress bounced every time you sat down or turned over, needless to say, there was a lot of tossing and turning due to the lack of comfort. There were not enough pillows for a king size bed and no extras in the room. There were no extra blankets in the room either. Also, the walls were paper-thin! We could hear everything happening in the room next door, the TV, coughing, and conversations. The only good thing about this hotel was the proximity to the hospital we were going to the next day, but even so, we will never stay in this hotel again.
- 5/5
Close to hospitals but is very old....use to stay here about 40 yrs ago

I liked that the rooms look like they were fairly recently remodeled and the price was affordable.

- 5/5
I highly recommend it
- 5/5
Very nice and quiet place to stay in the medical center.
- 4/5
No frills. No extras. Clean bed. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Decent shower pressure.
- 2/5
A golf ball sized chocolate muffin, a tangerine and coffee. What a disappointment!
- 4/5
I would give the 5 stars only downfall a/c in room 221 not so great. However great location for highway access and food also you can walk right to walmart. Breakfast is included and its good.
- 1/5
The room wasn’t clean at all. It was stinking very badly
- 1/5
Horrible, horrible room. I wouldn't have paid $10 per night to stay there. Dirty sheets, dirty tub with 2 very long hairs in tub, light didn't work over sink in bathroom, had to wear my flipflops everywhere as the floor was sticky and dirty, 3 little pillows on king bed, had to ask for more. They had NO extra blankets. NO ice anywhere, all broke over whole motel. I can't believe I stayed. The only, only good thing was location by the Methodist Hospital. Yes it was a $70 room...but geez.
- 3/5
AC was great and bed was comfortable. Motel needs some attention. Water pressure was not too good. TV was hard to figure out. People that worked there were nice. Price was right and it was convenient to the hospital.
- 2/5
Service was okay condition of of the room, it could have been better. The beds were okay the bathroom was a bit broken, the shower, I could shower comfortable because every little movement I made I thought it was going to break it felt and should hallow from certain parts of the floor. I stayed there due to it being close to the hospital I had an appointment with. But would I book it again? No I wouldn’t.

- 5/5
All things were great location and quiet
- 2/5
Sheets were dirty
- 5/5
The location is convenient.
- 1/5
The 2 rooms were very dirty, the first room full of many cockroaches. They were everywhere, even climbing on the suitcases. The room smelled very ugly and everything looked very dirty and the air conditioning made a lot of noise. The second room smelled worse, it had water damage on the floor and was very dirty, the refrigerator made a lot of noise. . All night there was noise in the hallways and it smelled very bad of drugs. The worst experience we have had in a hotel, it ruined our trip in San Antonio. I will never stay at a motel 6 again. It doesn't look like the photos.
- 2/5
The receptionist was unfriendly and displayed a bad attitude. While the room itself was acceptable, we encountered several issues, including a broken toilet seat, a malfunctioning bathroom vent fan, and noticeably worn-out pillowcases that require urgent replacement. Despite being aware of these issues, there seems to be an "I do not care" attitude among the staff. I suppose it may suffice for a one-night stay, but overall, this place falls far short of deserving a rating of 7. It's more accurately a 2 or 3 out of 10.
- 3/5
Property was ok.. rooms need more touche and cleaning special the bathrooms.. it wa just for one night..
- 5/5
That’s the only reason why I didn’t rate them higher in that regard.
- 4/5
This motel is great value for money and thelady at reception was very helpful. Some guests were noisy at night but it is a fairly quuet area close to the hospital for those needing handy accommodation. This motel receives a fair bit of negative feedback but I found it good value for money.
- 3/5
There were stains on sheets. There was a bucket with a towel under the air conditioner. Water in shower kept going from warm to cold back to warm then cold while showering.
- 2/5
Not bad. The area is very nice being close to the hospital
- 4/5
I had to wait for the attendant to arrive and process the registration. There was no breakfast offered, coffee was the only drink for an early-morning offer.
- 4/5
Good place to stay nothing fancy but economical. Thebplace has 2 floors showers are a little small though but other than that the place was clean and inviting.
- 3/5
The outlet plugs didn't work but the staff was kind
- 1/5
The room was good but the attendant was rude. I get as having worked in the service but damn a simple smile would have changed it all hell maybe a how’s your evening.
- 3/5
Room was dirty and not cleaned, there was dirt everywhere and trash like they didn’t swept good the restroom was dirty, the table was loose, one light bulb didn’t work properly, the blanket had a hold, the bath towels looked yellow instead of white, the walls looked dirty as well as the bathroom
- 2/5
They only offered free coffee in the morning and the coffe machine did not work disgusting and ridiculous management with bad attitude
- 1/5
The hotel rooms were very nasty and had cockroaches all about the floor in BOTH rooms. Cancelled stay immediately. The least you can do is paint the walls and fix the broken doors, not to mention a little pest control. Terrible experience. Do not stay!
- 2/5
When i went to check in and i had to wait about 20 minutes to check in, then one of the rooms had stains on the sheets, i asked if there was another room and they said no that they were sold out. The guest representative was rude when we checked in and i told her that i had two rooms and she said i could of told her that at the beginning. Horrible customer service
- 3/5
Host was amazing just a little noisy
- 3/5
It was okay. Was just staying the night, arrived to check in late. Had the basics. A bed and shower. The shower looked like it needed an upgrade. The tub was peeling. The room smelled like pee a little. No shampoo, but I usually bring my own and forgot to. Not a huge deal. The biggest thing for me was the smell. The halls smelled like weed and the door was hard to open. The clerk even told us how to open it bc it gets stuck. She did say they were gonna work on it. But who knows. Not somewhere I’d stay if I were staying for a few days. Glad it was only 1 night. It was cheap so you get what you pay for.
- 2/5
What do I expect for 70 dollars a night. Stained sheets old falling apart fixture. The picture explains everything.
- 3/5
Rooms very minimally appointed but very clean.
- 4/5
The bathroom electrical outlets don't work. Also the electrical outlets in bedroom need repair as they are done n loose. The need to be replaced as the can be an electrical &/or a fire hazard. Otherwise, nice so far..
- 5/5
Just like that its very close by the hospital where my husband is at . Really love that it has a elevator that i don't have to carry bags up the stairs as i have health issues and thats a plus
- 1/5
This hotel is horrible we stayed because it is close to the transplant center. Nothing worked it had a space heater because the heater didnt work. The shower was broken and the tv didnt work couldnt complaon to anyone becase the staff didnt speak english id put pics up but the app wont let me
- 2/5
The outside does not match the inside. Tge exterior of the building and the lobby were both nice. However, that was the extent. The minute I stepped into the hall, the atmosphere changed. The room smelled musty, and tge carpet was dirty and sticky. It is right next to the hospital, though, which was helpful for me while I was visiting family.
- 5/5
What i liked that they have a elevator that I don't have to drag up my suit case and among other objects a staircase, and the locations just across the Hospitals. The room nice and clean spacious. I will definitely come back ..
- 1/5
Very dated and has an odor
- 1/5
There was Roaches everywhere, it was non smoking but the beds had cigarette burns, the toilet and sinks were broken, the floors where chiped and broken, and the doors were missing paint and broken as well and light fixture didnt work and the tv didnt work, was very much displeased with my experience.
- 5/5
Fast service
- 1/5
Motel used for the homeless and traffickers. Too dark and dangerous.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
it was not clean.
- 2/5
the smell in the room is horrible
- 5/5
The rooms they have are always clean and the employees are always courteous to me each time I visit!
- 2/5
Dirty showers, toilets
- 5/5
Could’ve been cleaner but was very convenient for where we were heading at 5am the next morning. Overall not bad and I would definitely stay again if the occasion arises
- 3/5
No pool
- 1/5
honestly it’s probably one of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at. For 1 one of the lights by the bed did not work so the room felt REALLY dark that’s something they could have fixed before booking the room for someone. 2 we found roaches in the bathroom, disgusting. 3 the sheets did not smell clean at all I felt uncomfortable even sleeping in that room. & lastly there was water issues. the water kept going out & then it would turn freezing cold. for the price I expected it be in much better conditions. Don’t come here seriously.
- 3/5
It was very cheap in price which we liked but you do get what you pay for. The front desk clerk was very friendly, which was one of the good things. Once we got in the room we noticed many things not good. A dirty napkin on the back of the door attached to the peep hole. The floors were all buckeled, you could feel the floor going up and down. Our shower head was holding on to the pole with a plastic bag. We didnt even want to touch it or it would break. We had the 2 double beds, but one of the beds was so close to the AC Unit, i couldnt even sleep because it was freezing and i couldnt turn off the AC or the room would be hot. The beds and pillows are not the best but that is fine. Also when we arrived from a long day at six flags the building had no water, didnt get turned on till about 8pm. We never complained because you just have to expect things to not be perfect when booking a cheap hotel.
- 5/5
Very quite and comfortable place. Highly recommend
- 1/5
I never even made it to the counter. After walking by the homeless men sitting on the curb and the three women smoking on a bench outside the front door, cursing up a storm, I was at least skeptical. I still entered the un-air conditioned lobby, only to find the most lethargic, uninterested employee I’ve ever seen taking an eternity to check in a party of four having ID issues. After sweating and taking in the ambience from hell for ten minutes, I walked out vowing to never give Motel 6 my business again.
- 4/5
It was fine except the air conditioner was very noisy.
- 5/5
Close to hospital
- 4/5
Our stay was good, there were some problems, but, the staff was very helpful and we were thankful for their help. Overall it was a nice room and some small things, like no coffee, and I had hoped they would have had a breakfast service. I have stayed here before, but will probably choose somewhere else on our next Doctor visit.
